11.11.11 opened the portals both with Gaia’s energy bodies as well as your own.
The Full Moon has brought forth and anchored in a source of current cosmic energies.
High dimensional energies are pouring in through the internal and external portals.
Your bodies are used to dealing with localised energies or feelings from within you or from others – not from cosmic sources and so the 3dimensional ego mind is desperately trying to recognize and label the new patterns of vibrational energies by wrapping them with an ‘emotion’.
These can be overwhelming and can be inappropriate for the situation that triggered them – for example, going completely over the top at the smallest thing or feeling upset at the slightest suggestion.
This can be extremely confusing, tiring and draining and it does little to explain to others that it is based on ‘cosmic energies’
By purging all the lower emotions, you can learn to remove the ego's ability to call on emotions that are no longer necessary to be used for a higher conscious being.
It is only by changing your mindset and completely surrendering and accepting the responses that the body will cope with the higher energies.
All will feel like they no longer belong in their bodies unless they choose to adapt their mental processes to the new world around them.
The world will change and some will not - it is happening right NOW.

Intention - always intention. Nothing can reside within your energy field that you do not wish to be part of you. A lower emotion is the lowest part of your Self that you wish to retain as your identity. Guilt is the emotional response to a part of you that still requires attention and love. Look at what it is that creates guilt and the answer will present itself within you.
