The formula for "secret organizations with nuclear power materials" (or the transiting midpoint of Neptune / N. Node and Uranus / Vulcanus) will equal 0 Degrees Aries from Nov. 23rd through Nov. 24th. of 2024. This may represent either one of the following: (1) activity involving use of nuclear power materials in some way OR (2) activity involving the prevention of use of nuclear materials in some way.
