Here’s my 5 simple Ways to Raise your Vibration throughout this beautiful year!

1. Be clear about your life and intentions: FEEL grateful for it!

Write or speak it out.

This helps to shift your vibration to feeling empowered and purposeful about your life.

The more clear and and grateful you FEEL about your life and intentions,

the more empowered and stronger you will FEEL about everything.

2. Focus on something gorgeous and beautiful!

Beauty is found everywhere. Notice your beauty and appreciate the beauty surrounding you right now, you will draw more of it to you and feel so wonderful and in love.

3. Don’t take things personally

This is easier said then done but life is a subjective experience for everyone on Earth.

Learn to let go and not take everything personally , but rather as a learning experience.

4. Be with your inner, higher , divine , —often

Always dedicate some time to be with the divine essence. It will make you feel energised. “Being” can take shape in various ways. You can sing, visualise, dance, exercise, draw, reflect through meditation, whatever you feel brings you closer to being with the divine in the moment.

5.Doing something good and exciting

-Helps to raise the planetary vibes.
