Third Density is the density of calling. 

To move from lower density to higher requires the assistance of conscious beings already resonating to the higher densities.

Density shape and form is determined by the conscious awareness of the being that controls the energy bodies it exists within. 

Twenty five years ago, Gaia requested assistance to increase her vibrations in order to remove the negativity that was leading to her destruction.

Negative vibrations are any range of vibrations that are considered undesirable from the point of observation. 

A fifth dimensional being would regard certain vibrations as negative that third density beings might consider desirable and therefore positive. 

Negative is a repulsing movement of energy / positive is an attracting movement of energy. 

Anything that you determine is negative will be pushed away from you. Anything that you determine as positive will be attracted to you. 

A third density carbon cell structure cannot continue functioning within the increased vibrational frequencies of a planet moving its environment towards a higher density.

To move into a fourth density crystallized state of physical being requires conscious control over the entire structure. 

The knowledge of transforming density is not available to beings in the lower dimensions and requires assistance from creator beings.

Transformation of our bodies should occur at the same rate as that of Gaia – regular balancing of frequencies must take place to achieve this (monthly harmony).

Gaia will assist us if we ask for her help to balance.

We have a dual role at this point – firstly, channelling higher cosmic energies through us into the heart of Gaia, secondly accepting the converted stepped down frequencies from Gaia back into our own heart centres.

Full Moon – channel higher cosmic energies. New Moon – integrate Gaia fourth density energies 

It is a process of give and take. 

Each requires the attraction of love in order to create the movement of energy. 

We increase the well-being of another by giving of our own positive energy to another in the form of Love. 

Love is a high vibrational gift of energy.

To love ourselves is to know what another will experience through our gift of love to them.

All communication should be done with the gift of love as the movement of positive energy.
