Came home to read about how when the human begins thinking -in my case over thinking we return to the past way of doing/thinking.   yelpper et all for real-cup filled with were you in pain did you have a difficult time physically..... why do I jump to these over empathic concerns instead of just living in the moment    Missouri mule kicking her arse....we connected for just a nanosecond feeling and recognizing sisters we are..... so for granted do I miss what is really to be remembered.....

Inward  more work?.... nah just be in the now make that the timeless response just continue to recognize receiving with gratitude and love then mirroring it back unconsciously only feeling
