I’ve had people write to me expressing that they are unable to communicate with their guides or experience some kind of trouble when they try and if I could help them with this issue.
If you find you are having trouble communicating with your guides then the following advice can be helpful. Guides are made up of your own awareness and energy. Just because you feel that you cannot communicate with your guides does not mean that they are not near you. Guides usually like to communicate when you are relaxed and open to communication. Sometimes they watch from a distance until you are truly ready for a deep interaction. Never try to force an interaction. Communication should happen freely, both ways. Each interaction when it happens should teach you something and add something valuable to your life.
Like with everything in this life, practice raising your awareness using different methods you feel make you calm. Your guides may have given you different messages but you have not been able to put it all together just yet to form a complete answer for yourself.
Remember that some of the ascended masters were in their 40’s or beyond before they could figure out their life purposes through their guides, so please don’t despair. Trust yourself and know that if you do your best each and every day then you are aligning to your purpose and eventually you will do it.
