An easy to read basic conclusion is at the end for the uninitiated. A Solar Return is the annual return of the transiting Sun to the original position of the natal horoscope Sun on one's birthday. Note that the actual return position of the Sun may not take place on the original date of the birthday (especially if one is born near midnight). The Solar Return event may reveal clues for how the year ahead may look; I've noticed it reveals "opportunities" for the most part (as opposed to actual events taking place that may be symbolized by the transiting planets or transiting luminaries applying to the natal horoscope). In the previous Uranian astrology analysis of the Trump/Biden debate, I wrote about the midpoint Moon/Mars and how it represents "emotional tirades, temper tantrums, debates, arguments, and catfights." The Solar Return of the U.S.A. horoscope for July 4, 2024 (below) reveals very strong transits (within one degree) of both transiting Moon to natal Mars AND transiting Mars to natal Moon. The transit of Moon Conjunction Mars (on the U.S.A. Ascendant) is particularly alarming; this transit may indicate "great debate, temper tantrums and arguments of the public" within the environment (Ascendant) of the U.S.A. taking place over the next year. This Solar Return suggests "opportunity for public conflict, public debate, and public temper tantrums" to take place over the next year in the environment of the U.S.A.

Below is same chart above, but with my notes. Note the transits of Saturn Opposition Black Moon Lilith and Jupiter Conjunction Uranus are exact. Saturn Opposition Black Moon Lilith may indicate big conflict or trade-offs to take place over the next year between "the government" (Saturn) and "secret groups" (Black Moon Lilith). Jupiter Conjunction Uranus represents "a big surprise" which can be positive OR negative, but Jupiter-Uranus aspects can also represent  "shocking events in legal areas" as well as "good luck for rebellious or unusual activities." 

Now let's look at the recent New Moon on July 5, 2024 (the day after the Solar Return on July 4, 2024). This New Moon was in a 96%-99% near perfect Conjunction with the star of Sirius; this has great significance for opportunities that concern Solar Return activities in the U.S.A. This is because the star of Sirius is reportedly the most important star in ancient Egypt astrology; it is the brightest star in the sky per magnitude. And because Ben Franklin was the lodge master of the Philadelphia Freemason Lodge at that time (and this position required expert knowledge on astrology), the placement of the Sun near the star of Sirius was an important consideration to make in the deciding of the natal horoscope for "the beginning of the United States of America." Below are what my notes say about this star:

And below is the July 5, 2024 New Moon applied to the natal horoscope of the U.S.A. Note the recent Solar Return on July 4, 2024 took place with the Sun at 12 degrees Cancer 45 minutes.

And below is the chart above, but with my notes. Note that important events in the law are probable with Jupiter approaching the Royal Star of Persia Aldebaran in 2024. Also note the transiting midpoint of Mars/Saturn appying to the U.S.A. natal Chiron (which recently had a Chiron Conjunction Chiron transit):

The transiting midpoint of Mars/Saturn applying strong to natal Chiron in the 11th House (within 45 minutes) may indicate "death; hard work; police action" as well as  "presence of military" or "military conflict within the ruling government" taking place within the context of "the 11th House associates of the U.S.A." This looks like a major conflict is about to take place within the 50 U.S.A. states with the ruling government (a.k.a. the Washington D.C. Industrial Complex) in some way, and with Chiron representing "advanced technology" this conflict may concern areas such as voting technology (since it is an election year). But take notice: 11th House ruling "rights and privileges" of the States may also come under fire with this Mars/Saturn midpoint transit. Interestingly, this same natal U.S.A. 11th House Chiron placement (at 20 degrees Aries 7 minutes) was subject to the transiting midpoint of Uranus/Neptune during the polarizing Dred Scott Supreme Court decision of 1857 (as seen below). This transiting midpoint was within 45 minutes of natal Chiron's position as well. Uranus/Neptune represents "shocking events of a most disappointing kind." Dred Scott was told to his face (by the Chief Supreme Court Justice) that he was property of another person.

Interestingly, the 1861 Confederacy attack on U.S. Fort Sumter (which followed Abraham Lincoln winning the U.S. election for the U.S. presidency in 1860) took place with transiting midpoint Sun/Black Moon Lilith ("day of secret activities or much espionage work") near the natal point of the U.S.A. Chiron as well. This event started the U.S. Civil War; also known as the War of the States of the 1860's.

Conclusion

New Moons often represent "New Beginnings" in some way. It is possible that we may be witness to a new American revolution that may concern states rights in some way, and it may have something to do with the 2024 election coming up. This may represent a conflict of "the states (or a significant number of U.S.A. states) and their vested powers" versus "the Washington D.C. Industrial Complex and it's ability to influence" (somewhat similar to the aftermath of the Dred Scott decision of 1857 and the rights of states). One may have to expect that big conflict over states rights of some of the 50 U.S.A. states (if not a majority of these 50 U.S.A. states) is about to take place within the corridors of Washington D.C.; the election of 2024 may have something to do with this conflict. This is somewhat similar to the conflict over the election of 1860 that took place in the U.S.A.
