Message from the AngelsMy dear friends, we love you so very much.Your lives on earth are so short compared to the duration of your souls. If you could see them as we do you would not waste a single moment in self judgment or criticism. You would know yourselves as the beautiful souls that you truly are, simply having an experience and an education upon your earth.Take heart when you do not feel you meet your own standards and remember that in God's eyes you are already perfect. There are simply choices that make you feel more like the loving beings that you truly are and other choices that are made when you forget. Always, no matter what, strive to love yourselves and realize you are all doing your very best in each and every moment. So much time is wasted upon your earth in self-judgment and self-deprecation. It serves no purpose.If you could acknowledge and love yourselves at all times, each and every one of you would be so much happier! When you make what you perceive to be a mistake, ask yourself, "What would I say to my best friend if he or she did the same?" Would you say, "That was stupid! How could you? What were you thinking! You should have known better?!!" or wouldn't you rather say, "You did your best. You did what you could. You did what you knew at the time." Give yourselves the same courtesy, for you are all truly doing your best.Instead of judging yourself, say, "What did I learn? What would I do differently next time?" And then strive to learn, strive to make more loving, more discerning choices next time you are faced with a similar opportunity. For God only gives you opportunities to love. And choosing love creates opportunities that feel more loving to you as human beings.In God's eyes you are already perfect. In our eyes you are courageous souls having a human experience. We would never think to judge or criticize a single one of you. Instead we simply help you move forward in greater love. Even when you can't seem to love yourselves, dear ones, perhaps you can sit, breathe, receive, and allow your angels to love you, wipe away your tears, and help you remember once again who you truly are.God bless you! We love you so very much.-- The AngelsMessage from AnnHi Everyone!I think the real journey on earth is one of learning self-Love. Self love is not narcissistic nor is it selfish. It is just an acknowledgment of the beauty of God's creation as expressed in you! Self love is not putting yourself above any one else, but rather realizing the fact that we are all equal but different expressions of God.Self love is realizing that even in our worst, least-proud moments, we are still, in truth, beloved by God and therefore worthy of our own love. We are nothing less than the breath of God breathed into human form. Even when we forget, God doesn't.With clients and in my own life, I've seen that it is much easier to love ourselves when others do, or when life seems to be going well. When we get that external validation of our worthiness, it is easy to say, "Yes I'm good! I'm lovable." After all life loves you. Others do. Why argue?But the real mastery occurs when you can love yourself even when others don't. This is why so many light workers in what I call the "graduating class" on earth, chose difficult families. If you can choose to love yourself when you are different, not accepted, or even rejected, then you've really mastered self love!
