In listening to my last posting on Facebook began to cry

No these are not tears of pain, hurt or disappointment. The tears are of enlighten. Some call meditation just such a word.... for me meditation in going within listening to the truth the spark of the creator the Source     who shares truth and growth

Have always loved to read in my later years   give me an autobiography will go through it in a matter of days if not hours.  have always asked for discernment when selecting the reading material.  picking up the material or merely browsing the first sentence will move me into or out of the work. It is heretofore an instinctive tool that use unconsciously

Facebook is just perfect to set as an example tool   am told  don't post that on FB....you read too much... immediate negative reaction to something am reading.... oops bad move validating what I don't know in my heart... what was it will's robot used to say Warning Warning Will Robertson DANGER

Have felt FB is a means of writing your autobiography

With discernment one chooses what will resonate within. No one can MAKE you read, post comments, dramatize or merely dismiss what you know to be truth. Have often subjected the artwork to be my soul signature.... no it is the combined creator within ones self  both left and right brain functions that are one. The creative side is the dreamer the left side is the EGO.
