It is time to talk about food everyone! This time I will talk about what kind of food they eat from 5D-12D. Now, in the 5D up to 12D they do not eat what so EVER meat, not even fish or any form of meat. It is in 1D-4D they eat meat. In the 1D-3D the cabals, illuminati elite, the followers of the dark once have been brainwashing you with that animals are not equally to us, that they are just food source and nothing else and that you do not have to treat them like equals either. Plus that you only get protein from meat and iron from flesh. That my friend are pure NONSENSE! However it is extremely important to know witch vegetable,berries etc gives you all the nutritions you need to get everything your body need. The cabals even spread fear tactics nonsense that you´ll DIE if you do not eat flesh! That my friends are so laughable that it is unbelievable. Firstly, we where not meant to eat flesh in the first place. Did you KNOW that meat can give you higher risk getting stomach cancer and colon cancer!? I thought so, because the cabals would never ever admit that.
Did you also know that meat and stress in long term can give you gastric catarrh and gastric catarrh can in turn lead to stomach cancer and colon cancer if untreated. If you have gastric catarrh problems it is essential to become total vegetarian. raw onions and leek should bee skipped also if you have gastric catarrh.
gastric catarrh can give you sore stomach, swollen stomach, nausea, vomiting,gas problems, acid reflux and severe burping problems to name a few common problems.
You do not need any medication to cure gastric catarrh, only vegetarian diet that is all you need to cure gastric catarrh.
Anyways 80% of 5D species are vegetarian while the rest 20% are vegan. Then 75% of the 6D-7D species are vegan while 25% of the 6D-7D species are vegetarian. The 8D-12D species are completely vegan.

Simply because they are flesh and blood beeings. The 12D species are vegan completely. Just as I have written here. My twin flame is a pleiadean 5D reincarnate his true form is a 12D specie just like myself I know this things simply because I have seen them eating and also I remember this things cause my true form is 12D and is in hibernation at the moment as long as I am in this human body. I even remember when I was with my darling up in that star city ship of our kind...The 12D unconditional love is something so pure and enormous that you can not imagine until you experience it. Anyways the cruish-nir´s for example witch also are a 12D Species have a fruit that they are eating pretty much daily. That is a golden fruit. The fruits pealing is hard as a coconut, so to bee able to penetrate trough the hard pealing this spicies has a coulpe of fangs that they use to penetrate trough the hard pealing to get the content witch is a form of life mana in liquid form. They also eat nuts and bread and other vegan dishes.
I say this once again...the 12D species are physical flesh and blood angels you could say...Then we have the non physical angels witch are still in the paradise of god!. Then we have the physical angels, angels that has got a physical body to bee able to do the physical things that GOD CAN´T do since he is a spirit and not in any physical form. However, just to remind you the 12D flesh and blood beings are HUGE 8-12 feet tall. If they should get down here and show them selves in their true form people would bloody panic and get freaked out since we are NOT used with such huge beings and that they avoids by going in hibernation and reincarnating in human form.
I tell you all again 5D to 12D are physical humanoid and mamaloid species. They are much more advanced spiritually but that dosn´t mean that they are spirits. The Bible and other books of faith has brainwashed you with this idea that there are no physical forms up there that they all are spirits. Because doing this made the cabals have better control over their so called slave, if all humans knew the truth about all the beings from 5D-12D they would have joined us here long time ago! But sincemany humans still believe in the bloody cabal bible that 5D-12D beings are not physical they are spirits just so they could bee able to stay in power and control their slaves.
However, as we speak some 5D pleiadeans,andromedans and Korians are on the surface and have been on surface since 21st December. But where they are and who they are I will not inform anyone for the time being. Cause that would bee like sending this men to their graves and even gaias peoples graves as well...Cause if the cabals would find out where exactly they are they would kill them on SIGHT and THAT we want to avoid at all cost...

Wow I would love the recipe for this meal pictured....making me hungry just looking at it. I love the vegan diet, it is so healthy and natural. I look forward to any meatless recipes you can share. I am going to check out Annapurna's Kitchen for sure. I too am thinking that in the higher dimensions though that beings will be breatharians for the most part. I cannot imagine eating food in the higher dimensions, as I am thinking that we will be light bodies and not need to eat stuffs....but don't know what it will be like, I like eating a lot...time will tell. Gailene: I am planing to make a page so that you can see witch veggie,fruit etc gives iron and protine includin OMEGA 3 witch is very important for the brain and heart and blood vessels to keep yourself healthy.. :) But, I can tell you at least one vegetable that gives you iron and that is spinach. Mushrooms and broccoli gives you protein and the Acai berry gives you Omega 3, the amount your body needs in a day and Coconut is called for the life fruit among the bush men simply because it is good for killing viruses and keep you healthy and avay from viruses. Lemon and lime are great for fighting cancer...the actual lemon rind is a real killer against cancer. So I advice thous who likes lemon to not only use the juice use the lemon rind too. Just simply put the whoul lemon in freezer and when you make wook or similar take the frozen lemon and use it on a grater when you want to add lemon taste in the food. ;)
