LOVE
First I will find love
And ask Love
To teach me
Everything.
I no longer feel like
I am giving up anything
Quickly I am realizing
There is nothing to leave behind.
It is like
Taking a stroll in the forest
Someone has left a trail for me
And my feet are eager to follow.
All along the way
I see the signs love
Has left for me
And I can’t help
But feel
Like something magical
Is happening…
A fairy flutters past me
And I think-- ‘how ordinary.’
With each step I take
I get closer to love
And Love gets closer to me.
