Left alone, we were as malleable as clay in the hands of the advanced predators that enslaved us. Those of us who see the deception for what it is and innerstand that life can and should be different take no pleasure in watching hate, murder, war, cruelty, or the desecration of nature. It’s really hard to review the evidence of the crimes and what life on Earth/Terra has come to be—

—but look at it we must. For too long Humanity tuned out what they couldn’t face, and merely hoped it would get better. The apathy our captors bred into us ensured very few would feel the urge to speak out or make change.

As long as there were the carrots dangled out front and a few neat little toys to keep us distracted and feeling like life just may show promise, we made do with what we had and grew complacent. The ones who saw the writing on the wall, experienced the sting of the devil and could not remain silent tried to warn the rest but in most cases, they were dispensed with before they could do too much damage.

We still don’t enjoy the revelations about the crimes and degradation of our civilization, but it must be shown and addressed. To simply turn away is not going to put us on the same page with those who have yet to wake up.

Sure, we could go up into the mountains and live a quiet life of going within for hours each day, unruffled by the chaos and evil the rest of the world is experiencing, but that isn’t being of service to Humanity unless it’s very powerful work being done in that time that rips apart the threads of the enemy’s matrix and dispenses with the evil.

There are specially evolved souls who can see beyond this realm and do difficult battle with entities beyond the veil but most of us are not equipped to do so. Our job, our reason for being here is to educate ourselves so we can help the rest when the time comes to deal with the trauma and the painful reality.

Is it our passion and excitement to dig for facts like six million children with venereal disease were rescued from the tunnels? No. Does it make our heart sing to hear what Hillary Clinton and her aide did to a fifteen year-old girl in the “frazzledrip” video?

Knowing what I know, I would not relish living a life of enjoyment and turning my back on the war. I would rather subject myself to the pain and disgust every day to help bring it into focus for those who are on their journey to enlightenment as we travel the road together toward our ascension.

The Plan involves exposing the unspeakable evil in our corrupted reality because it must be faced, acknowledged, processed, and have a bearing on where we go from here. Humanity must know what happened, how it happened, and why, so we can ensure it never happens again. Most people have to be shown, as the Q team pointed out, and walked through it.

White Hats have been making coded productions in the form of entertainment for awhile now and much of the material available to us has hidden messages. The triggers in movies, books, television shows, etc. reach through the mists of our minds, beyond the haze of the hypnotic trance and subconsciously communicate with our psyches. The subject material may not always be pleasant, but it does have purpose. It helps us connect the dots.

We don’t have all the answers, but the big picture will gradually emerge if we don’t shut it out. We don’t see things as they truly are. Formulating a more realistic understanding is a big ask, but we can do it. By accepting responsibility for our curriculum, we learn who we are, and that the answers are inside if we are not deceived.

Uncovering the deception is the task for Humanity en masse. The horrors, like a bad infection, must be revealed under the bandage, treated with antiseptic, and healing salves applied.

If we leave the bandage on longterm without air and cleansing the wounds will fester, gangrene will set in, we’ll grow septic, and soon our entire organism is infected beyond salvation. We are currently in the exposure phase of ‘The Plan’. Everything available to us is geared for that—except the manipulation and lies created by the enemy. The truth will overcome that, and Humanity will one day recognize their own Divinity.

Look up, look down, look everywhere and back, but never forget that the answers lie inside.

We have learned a tremendous amount of truth in the past few years. We are not the same people we once were. We cannot look at the insidious evil attacks that took place on our planet and remain as we were.

It’s a healing journey. Suppressing the truth will come back to bite us. We have to be willing to look evil squarely in the face, stick out our tongue, and give it a razzberry. We have to tell it we see it, it can’t hide, and to bring in what we do want to create for our new reality.

We are going to have a big leg up to our new world. We don’t have to start from scratch because despite what history tries to tell us, we had an advanced civilization not long ago. The building blocks to our brave new world are here, waiting for us to call upon them.

The future is exciting to contemplate, but we can’t go in blind because vestiges of that evil will be lurking under rocks and behind trees for awhile. We must be fully versed in the potential of that evil to experience a resurgence if it can get a foot in the door.

When we face the very worst scenarios possible at the hands of the monsters who sought to destroy us, we will have a clear innerstanding of how we want our future to be.

I know I sound like a broken record but we can’t repeat Atlantis. Again, the rulers of Atlantis were privy to this information of this incoming system and they escaped and survived and unfortunately became our current rulers. History repeated itself. I believe back when President Trump was still “publicly president” all those booms and explosions people heard around the world were the tunnels and escape routes being destroyed. What I’m saying is I believe that was taken care of years ago. The field has been leveled, no one escapes this. Trump knows what’s coming. I believe when he talks about these “freedom cities” that he wants to build on federal land these are the cities that will be built on the land that survives this event. He mentions quantum leap and flying cars… Trump has connections… 😉 But, people are waking up now, we are being shown… so this new Earth that we’re about to create is not ruled by evil and corruption ever again. Meaning, we get a do-over and we’re going to do it right this time with awakened eyes.

What is the illusion?

The illusion is the thought you/we/us are separate from each other and Spirit.

Can you take this understanding and apply it to the mirrors?

News, politics, institutions etc.

What do those mirrors show? What is the overall theme?  Why is it fear based? Why is it always the worst of people always reported?

Why do all of these mirrors seem to repeat the same message?

Have you noticed they all drive the same messages?

What happens when there is a world of Souls that can create their own reality? What if these Souls were unaware who they were?  What if these Souls took what they perceived and created their reality, and the only context is what was told by those you perceive to trust or systems you trust.

Wouldn’t those unaware creators take that information and create a world similar to what they perceived and trusted?

Make the connection to what you see on the news and the status of the perceived world.

Does it not seem to match?

Are there those pushing a narrative or is it the collective mirroring what it perceives or thinks?

You can observe these mirrors and gauge where the consciousness of the collective currently is. You can see the Narrative.

You can perceive these mirrors in two drastically different ways.

How do you perceive?

You can perceive the news as a mirror, you can perceive all systems as mirrors.

What is the overall theme? What is the overall narrative?

Observe and see it, what is OMITTED?

You can perceive it as THEY are driving a narrative to create a negative world, or you can understand the cycles of experience, and roles many Souls play.

This is old thinking world, old cycles of experience.  A mighty Forge for sure.

Negative-minded beings have no compassion and love. They worship Satan instead of God. These beings have no respect for planet Earth, and even less for life on it. It is important to provide a version of the truth that reflects the new reality and is plausible to the logical and emotional mind. In today’s 3D-version of the truth, much has been distorted by withholding crucial knowledge. This creates only a limited reality with little depth.

Extraterrestrials exist in their worlds just as we do in our world on Earth. But they are many times more advanced and extremely well-developed, awe-inspiringly superior to us. You need not fear them, they have never harmed anyone.

No matter what story the mainstream media and our governments try to teach us. Extraterrestrials exist and they are peaceful beings. Their civilisation is based on love and honesty, compassion, empathy, integrity, wisdom and spirituality.

They will not oppress, attack or threaten any country or race. However, there are Alien races that are not benevolent or neutral. These have been active on our planet for many hundreds of thousands of years. They have taken possession of our planet to mine gold and have enslaved the human race to do the mining and work for them.

These are negative beings, devoid of compassion and emotion. They are Luciferians who worship Satan instead of God. These beings have no respect for our planet and even less for life on Earth. They are evil ET races including the Dracos and Greys who oppress and terrorise us humans. That is why well-meaning ET beings have come to our rescue by flying through our skies in large numbers.

They have been here for many years and their numbers are growing daily. They have come to raise human consciousness, to guide and awaken humanity. They can make their spaceships visible or invisible as they choose.

Humanity on Earth is going through an unprecedented shift in frequency, and resonance. Exterrestrials are here to assist us worldwide with the transition to higher ascension. It is a Spiritual evolution leading to the liberation of humanity. This is a process like no other event so far in history that has taken place in the universe.

It is necessary to know that these outer worlds visitors are our brothers and sisters of the stars, our family of Light. Family always comes when you need them most. It cannot be emphasised enough that these are very loving and peaceful beings, very spiritual coming from extremely advanced worlds. They are groups from different star constellations working together to help earthly humanity. They are united as a group in the Galactic Federation.

The Galactic Federation consists mainly of the following five Star Nations; Pleiadeans, Andromedines, Serians, Arcturians and Lyrans. These are all highly developed spiritual beings from different planets who work together as the Family of Light.

All these groups have close ties with planet Earth and have therefore heard our call for liberation from our tyrants and oppressors. Therefore, they have decided to step forward to watch over the evolution of planet Earth and its peoples.

The Galactic Federation sent a message to humanity:

Beloved Ones,..As June ends and we reach the peak of these stabilizing energies with the Soltice, we leave behind this harmonic passage, heading into a more active phase, in which we will be massively integrating the new energies descending from the many planetary sources that are now about to align. Soon we will welcome the Solstice, which comes with an invitation for us to assist in the stabilization of the many Earth’s organic portals that are finally being rehabilitated, and that will continue with the 8/8 Gate in August.

A planetary work that many benevolent beings as the Auroras or Arcturians, have been fulfilling for a long time, so we can have the opportunity to regain freedom and the possibility of planetary emancipation.

During June we prepared ourselves to support our bodies, and the planet, in this new wave, as in order for us to be able to embody the plasma emanations that are coming, and that is very important for the ones who are building their light body, first, we need to be strong, flexible and with enough life force to conduct these energies. This period of rest and rejuvenation is of utmost importance for us to be able to continue with the many activations that we will have, during the following months.

The Solstice is a great source of plasma that together with other energies, such as the ones coming from the assistance provided by the Auroras and other interdimensional portals, will serve us to continue stabilizing our bodies, as well as the many Earth’s structures and portals that need our help to continue anchoring more love, restoration, and healing.

Earth’s waters are too being recalibrated and cleared at this time. They should not be forgotten, for they are essential to keep the planet, other forms of consciousness, and us alive, and unfortunately, one of the most harmed, for eons. There has been a great advancement in the Earth’s waters made in a few of Earth’s locations that need to be supported.

Our Aurora Guides only allowed me to share one, as gridwork shall be extremely protected due to the many manipulations exerted, which is the Aral Sea in Kazakhstan. Once one of the biggest lakes, now shrunk by man’s damage. This location is a key one that the Auroras are rehabilitating, as it holds important access to exit the matrix, and above all, one of the most important places to stabilize the Earth’s light body, for like us, the Earth, as a living organism too has its own Merkabah and energetic system.

There are many other locations to work with, that you will receive if your mission is to work with the Earth’s fabrics or portals, and many other ways to do it, as we are all unique, that will help restore the damaged Earth spaces that still need healing. Everyone involved in planetary healing knows the many organic Earth’s fabrics and gates. However, being careful is pivotal to be able to disallow the many tactics to impede our restoration work.

You do not need to be a planetary healer to send your love and peace to these locations, the ones you are guided or the many forms of consciousness that too need our assistance. As we continue working together with the different benevolent energies and planetary emanations that are coming to Earth, there will be more access points for us to be able to free ourselves as souls, as well as to help the Earth retrieve its original essence and sovereignty.

Now more than ever uniting as One is what will determine the rehabilitation of the many damaged Earth’s portals and Waters that need to regain their purity, being recorded and cleared from all the man’s manipulation, especially the ones who hold war memories, nuclear experiments, etc. as this damage will not vanish until centuries pass.

Ascension is the conscious rehabilitation of all of our body, as it is what allows the unification with our Illumined Self. It takes place first within, and it is only when we work with ourselves, regaining our soul memories, personal mission, and a higher understanding, that we can continue helping the Earth to retrieve its own lost essence as well.

It is only when we release the many human illusions that we have embodied for eons, that we can begin to glimpse what it feels like to become One again with All, as it is this feeling that confirms that we are ready, for we have finally re-connect ourselves with All within Creation, feeling everyone, creature, and every space as part of us too.

In the beginning days the sun and the moon worked together.  One would bring light, the other dark. It was an equal balance. Today the sun brings light while the moon brings chaos. What happened along the way?  In humanity there became a centralized dominance for power. Those in charge of the power made sure that they would be the most successful in their roles.  What do you have to do to maintain power?  You have to fool those below you, and trick them into believing that you are the important decision maker.  The one who can make the decisions holds the power.  So along came powerful decision makers throughout history.  Everywhere you turned decisions were being made on your behalf.  If you wanted to buy a loaf of bread someone decided where you could buy it and how much it would cost.  You had to comply.  This went on for generations.  Now fast forward to today.  What you have is aristocrats that are controlling the masses.  It has been set up like this for centuries, so no one questions it.  No one says, “But this isn’t right.”  No one says, “I don’t want to do that.”  No one says, “My opinions matter.”  But what I want to see happen is for each individual to awaken to the knowing that you are being controlled.  You are not a free being.  Someone has authority over you.  Awaken your mind.  See things for how they are.  Corporate greed, ignorance, and lack of respect are guiding you.  Tell your brothers and sisters that they need to awaken.  Remove the cobwebs, shine up your lens and see clearly.

The world is not in line with how I intended.  On the Earth planet, things have gone incorrect, we must right the wrong.  You should live on a planet where abundance is for everyone.  No one should hold power.  No one should dictate your life.  You should follow your passions without hesitation.  The world was meant for exploration and building dreams and achieving your visions.  Today’s world is about survival.  Not the life I intended.  It is time we come to decision making.  How much longer are we going to suffer?  For millennia this occurred because you have laws in place to reject outside influences.  We can only watch the events unfold.  We cannot persuade the masses.  Until now.  The scale is tipped too far to the dark side.  Universal laws allow outside influences to help restore your Earth to a safe place.  I am allowing the correction of manipulation that has occurred to be rectified.  Those that hold high powers will find it harder to conduct their business like they used to.  Slowly you will push back.  Little by little you will take a stand.  Saying no to their demands is a start.  Saying yes to your own ideas and thoughts is what is next.  Take the ideas that come to you and persevere.  Take the ideas demanded to you and set them aside.  You have your own priorities to address.  If everyone would do this the Earth would rejoice.  Toxins would stop existing, wars would stop, and money would find no use.  You would manifest everything you needed.

The time will come when you need to take a stand for yourself and for generations to come.  Earth needs to rebalance today.  Not in a few hundred years but in this current moment we need to start.  Help Earth now, start the change now.  In the future you will look back and say it had to start somewhere, we made it happen.  Begin in your heart to know what you can do to find your own path.  You do not need to be told what to do.  Only listen to your internal guidance.  Reject outside influences with their propaganda.  The slogans of today are designed to cause divided parties.  The popular slogans are not informing of solidarity.  They call out specific races and status levels.  It is time to open your eyes and look at what is going on.  Spread this message to those that need to be awakened.  Shake people up.  If it makes them uncomfortable, do it gently.  But find a way to spread this word.  I want you to wake up.  No more ignoring.  Wake up!  It is time for the changeover to get established for your future.

A video posted online Wednesday by a trio of hacker groups pledged to take down the entire European banking system in the world’s largest cyberattack.

Hackers associated with KillNet, Anonymous Sudan and REvil were reportedly behind the video.

The hackers are allegedly “pro-Russian” as their message urged nations to stop giving money and weapons to Ukraine, citing the Nazi presence in the corrupt nation.

“This is not a DDoS attack, the games are over. No money, no weapons, no Kiev regime — this is the formula for the death of Nazism and it will work,” the hackers stated. “Within 48 hours we are launching this global company, nothing will save you and this is not a warning. I am just informing. You have never seen such problems before.”

The groups accused the banking system of controlling Europe and called for any other active hackers to join in on their cyberattacks.

Just one day after independent journalist Ian Miles Cheong posted the video to Twitter, he commented on media coverage of a cyberattack on U.S. government agencies, writing, “Here we go.”

The US Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) Executive Assistant Director for Cybersecurity Eric Goldstein told CNN Thursday that the agency “is providing support to several federal agencies that have experienced intrusions affecting their MOVEit applications. We are working urgently to understand impacts and ensure timely remediation.”

CISA failed to reveal which agencies were hit and didn’t clarify how they were targeted or harmed.

Alex Jones, Infowars and other alternative media outlets have been warning the globalists would launch a cyberattack on the United States to be blamed on Russia for a long time.

As far back as January 28th, 2022, a whole month before Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, Alex Jones told his audience a cyberattack to be blamed on Russia could be the next big globalist move.

Just as they did ahead of the Covid-19 pandemic when globalist groups like the World Economic Forum (WEF) ran suspicious exercises to plan how the world would react to a virus pandemic, the WEF ran a “cyber pandemic” drill in early 2021.

The series of panel discussions and white papers dubbed “Cyberpolygon” outlined a “cyberattack with covid like characteristics.”

Dear Ones,....Most likely, large pieces of your outer or inner world are shifting. It is not only a time of change but also of reflection. Who are you? Who are you becoming? Who do you wish to be? All questions that seemingly demand immediate answers. But answers that cannot yet necessarily be provided.

You are like salmon swimming upstream – something you have done numerous times throughout your transition. Even though logically, your shift may not seem right, intuitively, you know you have to complete it.

So you feel distraught and confused. The logical part of you continues to question your decision(s). Your inner part knows you need to do this or be that. You are exhausted yet exhilarated, confused but knowing, cautious but excited – simultaneously.

You can barely complete your required tasks, much less tasks that feel beyond your capabilities. Tasks you used to breeze through now seem overwhelming. And required tasks seem too daunting to attempt. So it goes day after day as you transition more rapidly than either we of the Universes or you thought possible before your earth entry in this lifetime.

You feel betwixt and between. Feelings that are almost impossible to describe to others as you say and do things that seem unlike you. Feeling both right and wrong, tired and energized.

The obvious question is, how long will your personal tensions continue? As long as you wish.

The shift you are making either within yourself or in your outer world is a necessary given. For you no longer create or make significant changes without the urgings of your inner being. The exhaustion you feel is your fight to maintain what was as you transition into what is.

This confusion, this exhaustion, and at times, inner pain are merely a loving goodbye to what was. Like discarding a comfortable shoe that no longer serves you. But also a shoe filled with loving memories you wish to hold onto.

Those memories will fade. Your life is changing so dramatically that your former memories of love and joy will pale compared to what you are about to experience.

This is a time of joy, laughter, and fun. None of these can be created from past memories because they are only memories. It is time for you to join creative, fun beings who, like you, wish to live in the present instead of the past. A present that does not include the give-and-take 3D required.

In 3D, even though you experienced joy, that joy was mostly tinged with fear, regret, and a knowingness that the activity or feeling would be difficult to replicate. It was a moment instead of a life.

You are now creating a new life. A life that might access some fear or pain, but fear or pain that will be as minimal as your joy once was.

You have completed your 3D lessons of fear and are beginning new lessons of love and joy. Something difficult for most of you to comprehend because you are not used to expecting ongoing joy.

Even though you are a new being seemingly at a crossroads, you already completed that crossroads. For you are no longer of 3D. You are a new being in a new world, adjusting to love and joy.

So allow yourself to flail a bit as you discover that whatever calamity you conceive of disappears. You are no longer living the life of fear you once accepted because of your eons of earth experiences in that milieu. Allow yourself to know that you are a new being, and so is the earth. And then realize you cannot shift that certainty any more than you could shift 3D fear. So be it. Amen.

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have observed many civilizations throughout this galaxy and even this universe, because we are fascinated by physical life, and we enjoy so much watching you come to the conclusions that you come to. We also completely enjoy witnessing you overcoming adversity there on Earth and on all of the other worlds in which life has had sentient consciousness. We understand ourselves better from those observations, as we are all one, and we also know better how to serve all of you who are in physical form. We are in the nonphysical, where we can give so much to you that is intangible, but that is also invaluable.

We ask you to feel for what it is that we contribute to you, because we understand that there is so much that could get your attention there on Earth, and we know that we are competing with all kinds of media. We also just want you to get more in touch with your feeling abilities, with your senses. We know that there are also energies coming in from Sirius, Andromeda, the Pleiades, and so on, and we don’t want you to miss out on any of it.

What we have noticed in our observations is that physical life wants to survive, and at a certain point you want to go beyond just surviving. You want to thrive. Thriving is defined differently by different beings. Some seek to thrive financially, others spiritually. Some seek to thrive in their relationships, others in their adventures. No matter what, it is all for the good of experience. It always serves Source, and therefore, the greatest and highest good of all.

And so, everyone needs to look at their view of thriving, and also would benefit from looking at what they do in order to achieve that particular lifestyle. Perhaps by examining what it is you think you have to do, or you think you have to have, in order to thrive, you can see some of the holes in some of your theories, and you can make the adjustments that you ultimately want and need to make.

We can tell you right now that we’ve observed so many who believe that there has to be some sort of sacrifice made in order to thrive. Beings throughout history have sacrificed their freedom, and they have sacrificed good years of their lives in order to get to that life of thriving by their definition. We say that no such sacrifice is necessary and that the universe seeks balance within it. Therefore, you can do what you want to do in order to thrive, and someone else can do what they want to do in order to thrive, and no sacrifices need be made, because we are all parts of the same One Being, and everyone has their innate desires.

Therefore, as you acknowledge what those desires are and you follow your bliss, you listen to that inner knowing that you have, you become the perfect piece of the puzzle you were always meant to be, and you are able to thrive no matter what and without sacrifice, without having to give up some aspect of life that is also important to you. If you are holding one of these beliefs that says you need make sacrifices in order to thrive, then let go of that belief and feel the relief in it. You are meant to thrive, you were made to thrive, and there is nothing getting in your way other than yourselves, nothing that could ever prevent you from thriving. Listen to the call that you have within you and take whatever steps you’ve been meaning to take to get to that place, and we promise you that you will get there.

Since the full moon on *June 3rd, we have entered some very strong detox energy. I am not referring to a physical detox. I am referring to an emotional and a literal detox of our collective consciousness. We are in a hall of mirrors and we cannot escape facing all the illusions that are still in our collective matrix of belief systems. It might feel like we are not making any progress at all.  In fact it might feel like we are losing ground and floundering. We might even wonder if we are going to make it. But we are going to make it. . . we are just doing necessary foundation work for our future, or so I am told by the Star Elders, as they can only watch us navigate this time.

We also we just had a near Class X solar flare today, Mount Haleakala in Hawaii has begun to irrupt again triggering the heart pump for the major ley lines and we also entered the 2nd pulse of the supernova ascension portal. First, we must remember we did sign up for this shift of an age while maintaining our human space suit.  We signed up for entering this new world completely blindfolded.  This time is feeling more like the ultimate escape room. We are working to escape the old world, so as to enter the one that is now emerging.  We can all feel that this new world exists. If it wasn’t there, we all would have given up by now, or never would have begun the search at all. Just the fact that we are striving forward in all this uncertainty is proof that there is something new just ahead for us all. Our visions and intentions are strong and unshakable by any outside force on earth.

Unconsciously and unfortunately while we are sleeping, a lot of our energy is being expelled to armor against this new incoming but unknown energy.  Anything that is out of the ordinary, or unusual, or considered abnormal to our human space suit, will be considered as an outside threat, if it is or not.  Unless we are superconscious, we have very little control over what our body’s autopilot does while we are sleeping.  We can easily wake up tired, confused and turned upside down, or we may not sleep well at all.

We all have our well-stocked spiritual toolboxes by now. But here are a few quick suggestions to help train your consciousness to be open to the new frequencies.

Before sleep, it is helpful to talk to your body like it is a scared child, because it is. Tell your body that it is safe, it is healthy, it is strong.  Also it is helpful to fall asleep with your gratefulness checklist running through your mind. Just knowing that you have a roof over your head, food on your table, and a way to read this post, you are an extremely privileged human being compared to the whole of humanity. I like to sit with the memory of a favorite sacred site that made me feel glorious.  Also EFT technique for releasing stuck energy in the body is helpful. (There are many simple videos on YouTube.) Also playing high frequency music with a little meditation before you close your eyes can help. I like 528 hertz music myself. You can find this type of music on YouTube and Spotify easily.  Find one that works for you. Also please share what’s working for you in the comment section. We can all benefit from your insights.

During our waking hours it is becoming painfully clear the games we play with ourselves, and the games others are playing to “try to” control us. Pay attention to these things and learn from them. If we are remembering them, and feeling them, we are healing them. Our fantasies and dreams that are not based on future reality will begin to fade way, and the true reality of who we are and what we are here to do will begin to rise up. Keep in mind that what we are here to do could very well feel more like a fantasy than a reality right now. But I have been told over and over that our future world could be a complete and total surprise and this is more likely the case than not.

For pure altruistic or emphatic ones, it might be painfully clear about the lies we have been telling ourselves in order to stay in situations that are not healthy, as well as all the places where we have not loved or valued ourselves as much as we value others. We are learning to have stronger boundaries. This isn’t an act of protection, it’s an act of self love.

Destruction is noisy! So, clairsentient ones, this time could be overwhelming and mentally noisy as the chaos in the collective consciousness dies to the old ways and leaves clear space for the new ones to rise simultaneously.

We are starting to merge with the new frequencies of the new Earth. . . right now! Because we have never experienced this energy or frequency before, it’s almost impossible for us to see or understand it for what it is, or what we are to do with it. We are like a newborn baby who has just enrolled in a college level class. At this point a lot of us are feeling like we are barely treading water. But then again, there are these awesome brilliant moments of intense clarity.  What a blessing these times are. Yet the vacillation between these two extremes is hard to navigate and can certainly mess with our self confidence and self esteem.  But it is also triggering us to work harder and be more diligent and more conscious.

Soul weariness is at an all-time high. Pace yourself, rest, hydrate, and anything you do that can ease your way through, is ok!  We may vacillate between a healthy diet and binging on ice cream, meditating like crazy, to binging on Netflix. Being in nature as much as possible, or hunkering down indoors like a hermit. The only reason you think one is better than the other is your judgment and your belief system. Keep in mind this is a highly simplified example of a non-dualistic mindset that is extremely complex, yet incredibly simple if we just surrender and trust the flow of life. Remember, if you’re in a human space suit at this time, if you like it or not, you are in the ascension process. You did not miss the boat so to speak.  If we accept this passage with divine grace it will make the journey more of an adventure than a curse.

When we finally quit “unconsciously” fighting the new frequencies, which at this point feel like foreign invaders to our primal 3D body, it will get easier.  The only way out is through deep surrender, and a total liberation of the false ego into the light. This is a step-by-step process. Each person will discover the steps they need to take. Each step will be unique.  We were never meant to be all the same like society would have preferred us to be: neat, tidy and predictable. We are all completely and totally unique human beings with varied focuses and paths. When we all live from our true authentic selves, this is when we will begin knowing what this new earth is going to look like. Together with all our unique pieces, we will create a great picture, a knowing, a way, a path into this new world.

Yes, we keep harping on it; what we see, hear, etc. is only a tiny fragment of what is really happening all around us and within us.

The ones engineering the liberation and the Shift can’t explain it because most people are so deep within the matrix they wouldn’t get it. They would think it sheer insanity. When they speak of the ‘movie’, it is more apt than we probably know. We see one application, but perhaps there is a deeper one; another layer.

The madness and busy-ness unfolding in a constant barrage of information keep us focused outwardly and dissuade us from going within and spending time there. While the movie we experience daily outwardly continues to thrive only if you’re watching, Q says we’re ignoring the personal movie of our inner daily lives.

The movie begins in the theater when the lights go out and the actor appears on the screen. It’s YOU. More specifically, it’s the cognizance of your conscious being. YOU are the star of the movie. Although there is only one customer in the viewing audience, it is YOU. It is the spirit of your heart observing everything you do and everything about you all the time. Up in the projector room, the technician is inserting real time updates into the film for the actor to experience. The projector technician is YOU. It is the light body creator of your experience.

More so, when cognizance receives the creation about it, it reacts to it with the instruments of the mental mind and the mammalian mind. Everything it does to interact with it is then experienced by the heart. For good or for bad, the heart sends the experience to the light body. The light body will edit the film to create more of that. It is defined in the energetic torus that the light body will support its cognizance (by definition of the energetic torus) BUT cognitive dissonance is allowed only up to a certain point before TSHTF.

The first thing I saw on Telegram this morning was the witch—but the article stating she was admitted to hospital with a blood clot was from December 2012. I remembered because of her mysterious fall and concussion which we believed might have been related to the shooting on the flight in the Middle East she was on. That debacle was covered up and we believe it was related to trying to take out some good guys. The memory is fading.

However, the reference to her injury could be the harbinger of potentially positive news. Between Biden’s root canal and this reintroduction of Hitlary’s health issues and mega crimes I see exciting opportunities for eliminating the offending vermin permanently from view.

The double life is getting old with actors, masks, clones, robotoids, doubles… we know they’ve already been dealt with and are no longer part of the equation, simply kept on life support in the news for the sake of the normies.

How easy would it be to pile us on top of each other and then when we’re all rounded up and corralled, exterminate us? How easy would it be to execute lockdowns in a place like this? How simple to starve us out by cutting off supplies from outside. What recourse would we have? Who you gonna call?

They want us to believe it would be a relaxed, clean, convenient life. It would be very convenient for them. It would restrict our movement and our freedoms and ultimately eliminate them because everything and everyone would be controlled. This “smart city” looks like a fancy prison to me. You can put lipstick on a pig, but it’s still a pig.

Ultimately, they don’t want us to have the freedom to travel, to leave our neighbourhood. It might not be a stretch for some folks living in New York City because many don’t have private vehicles. They use taxi cabs. If they want to go on a long trip outside the city they rent a car.

This city called Neom they are building in Saudi Arabia is in the middle of the desert. If you don’t have a vehicle, where will you go? Are they connecting it by rail lines? Or are residents stranded? If there were mass transit, they could shut it down.

What happens to this lovely clean environment when a haboob rolls through? Do they just close the sun roof?

Oh—silly me. There won’t be any more dust storms once we all give up our cars and our property and our carbon footprint shrinks to zero because there will be no more need for the fake climate change nonsense. No hurricanes, tornadoes, cyclones, wildfires, floods. It will be like Camelot; sunny, temperate, safe, and will only rain at night. Not!

I believe those of us with multiple family vehicles and the freedom to pile in and go anywhere on a moment’s notice and take or tow anything we want with us are going to be a tough sell on giving up any more freedoms. They have already ruined air travel with their TSA gropers and the theft that takes place with people going through our suitcases and private belongings, making us buy $5 bottles of water in the terminal and generally treating us like terrorists.

They have gradually been inching us toward relinquishing our freedoms and far too many people don’t have a problem with it. The brainwashing has been complete. It’s easy to herd people into desired behaviour by promoting something new with slick videos and a long list of features and benefits is all it takes to get the job done. If it’s new and different, many will mindlessly jump on the bandwagon. They’ve already bought into the climate change hoax and Covid scamdemic. What’s next?

Supposedly completely innovative and revolutionary projects, announced today as a part of the Even Braver and Newer World, not only already existed, but in previous stages have been fiercely destroyed and eradicated, as unnecessary obstacles in the way of progress.

Who really blew up public transport?

The same people who today forbid us to use private cars, previously effectively limited and eliminated public transport. Bus and train lines subjected to commercialisation and privatisation ceased to function as public services, in practice forcing people to change to their own cars, which was joyfully applauded by the car industry.

Now this is a time for bicycle and moped manufacturers to take their share of the accumulation, but we are to believe that this particular industry is based on voluntary cooperatives of hippie koala bears, and is not the same business as others, with equally large lobbying funds and access to councilors’ and mayors’ wallets. Unfortunately, the drivers hunting will not automatically resurrect bus and railway lines.

Blocking of cities is not accompanied by the reconstruction of public transport, on the contrary, in fact it is often hindered as well, because no bus or tram will fly over these empty, concrete hectares, created in the city centres, with no cars, but with no people either.  For as much as the real purpose is not to replace one form of transport for another, but to actually immobilise the greater part of humanity.

They destroyed greenery that had existed for generations, and now they claim to have invented green squares and lawns! And again, old and natural greenery disturbs, but trees must be planted in pots in the middle of the streets, as it was done for millions of pounds in the UK town during the pandemic. In fact, it is social engineering, not ecology and environmentally friendly urban planning.

We already had green, friendly neighbourhood units.

The recently fashionable vision of the ‘15-Minute Cities’ has a similarly alienating character. Its inhabitants may be able to go for a soy latte on foot, but the barista who will prepare that for them and the cleaner who will take care of the mess in their apartments will have to travel for hours with three electric bus transfers to these oases of modern, green brave happiness.  What is more, the idea itself is completely unrelated to European urban planning, being a reaction to the American cities problems, which for nearly a hundred years had been divided into strictly separated zones of residence, business, industry and entertainment, what resulted in the need to move farther and farther within heavy traffic and with restrictive highway code.

Meanwhile, the situation on the Old Continent, including its Eastern part, was completely different. What is more, analogous concepts were already being implemented, and it was just when Americans began to close themselves in their suburbs. European cities are full of model housing estates (‘Neighbourhood Units’), erected since the 1930s, and in Eastern Europe especially in the 1970s. In the middle of such (often centrally built) sectors there were general stores, service outlets, community and activity centres, schools, kindergartens, health centres, pharmacies, churches etc. In a word, there have been everything that is considered necessary so that the local community does not have to move to the city centre.  Such districts were often designed as areas closed to cars, with access roads, parking lots and garages on the outskirts.

In the West, however, with the progress of financialisation and deregulation, i.e. from the 1980s, and in Eastern Europe after 1990, care was taken to ensure that these areas were especially degenerated, disgusted and subjected to commercialisation. Libraries and activity centres were closed, local shops could not withstand the competition of hypermarkets and shopping malls, local gastronomy gave way first to fast food chains, and now to delivery.

Even schools have been closed and demolished to create great educational conglomerates, far from places of residence and teaching children to first stand in traffic jams to get to them. Again, no ignorant, medieval, traditionalist fascists did this. It has been a work of progress, associated in the West with the triumph of the Reaganomics and Thatcherism, and in the East with the victory of anti-communism and peripheralisation. Today, ideologically motivated, urban planners are eager to play on the longing for ‘a nice locality and a familiar lady in a neighbourhood store’. Then why they have destroyed that when we already had it?!

These already successfully existing 15-Minute Cities have been smashed either as ‘relics of communism’ or ‘unnecessary elements of overprotectiveness of the state’ and now the same, 100 years old Clarence Perry’s concept is presented as a great discovery of the Zero-Growth-World. Only today’s ones have one more minor improvement: they are CLOSED. Really closed, with entry limits to individual zones and common-sense convenience replaced by a system of bans, as it happened exemplarily in Oxford and Sheffield and what will probably await us all over time.

However, some naive people get trapped again. ‘Oh my, the rat race is over, we’ll be living local again!’ they repeat mindlessly, as if global social engineering has brought anything other than greater repression, increased surveillance, and intensified exploitation in the interests of the Top 1%. Hello, did you just fall off Mars? Where have you been for the last three years, haven’t you noticed that we have already been successfully tested on how to shut us down? Can’t you see the difference between a local neighbourhood you do not need to leave and the one you must not leave? Don’t you have any associations about the world, where your car can be immobilised from the outside, energy in your house can be remotely blocked and the entire sector you are assigned to can be isolated? You are right, the rat race is over, rat labs will suffice for the system’s survival.

Dear family, for 24 hours we have been under the effect of an increased amount of incoming Cosmic Radiation (remember that it is already constant, there are only occasions when it is stronger or is a higher frequency and you feel more).

I chose this image because while I was sleeping I saw a tree on a mountain top and heard a voice saying to me, “Like the tree that stands firm, without being bent by what happens around it, it keeps growing to the heights letting everything be put in order.” Then I watched Light begin to descend through the tree and it would light up all the way to the roots.

You may be feeling a lot of activity in the Crown Chakra and different sensations in the brain (tingling, pressure, burning, pain, I personally feel it as “fire” because it’s not exactly burning), a stronger heart beat that is not like the reaction caused by Geomagnetic Storms (palpitations, accelerated heartbeat, double heart beat), is just a stronger heartbeat or with more resonance.

Partial chills, or “goosebumps” on the thighs and arms are also a very common sensation, as is physical fatigue as if you’d had worked out a lot.

You may feel hungrier than usual, sweating on the soles of the feet and palms, difficulty focusing sight and strange movements in one of the two eyelids, such as getting stuck, glued or with a slower movement (regularly happens in the right eyelid, but some can experience it on the left), buzzing, tones or static energy in the ears and a greater need to stretch the muscles of the body.

Also, it’s normal to hear someone say your name even though no one has, to see shadows or lights in peripheral vision, color orbits and flashes of white light.

I don’t know if this is just a personal experience this time, or if some of you are also feeling this way, but when I woke up, I “knew” that I had to be still, physically, mentally and emotionally still, doing nothing, thinking nothing and feeling nothing… “empty” and silent as not to interfere.

After we receive waves of Cosmic Radiation or Cosmic Rays (they are different frequencies), the solar activity increases and just now as I write this I got the notification of a so-called M-Class in progress and if my intuition doesn’t fail me at least there will be two more in the next few 48 hours.

Another interesting fact I wanted to share is that on May 19 there was an explosion (relatively strong in terms of its activity) in the Popocatépetl volcano in Mexico, which was recorded exactly at 4:44 am local time. Dear One, as you are moving through your Ascension journey into the Higher Dimensions, take note of how you are experiencing every moment of your life.

• Is this moment pleasant or unpleasant?

• Is this moment loving or fearful?
• Is this moment abundant or lacking?
• Is this moment peaceful or do you feel threatened?

Each moment has two realities.

One is the Illusion construct of your Ego Mind. It is of a low vibrational resonance and most importantly: it is not real. It is an illusion.

The Ego Mind seeks to separate humans from each other and from God.

It will play on all available negative emotions within you, to justify its existence. (Fear, sadness, anger, loss, lack, inferiority,

superiority, limitation, irritation, doubt, uncertainty and so forth…)

The second one is God’s Kingdom, the higher dimensional reality, the Ascended state.

It is filled with Love, Oneness, Abundance, Generosity, Wellbeing, Ease and Flow, Collaboration, Creativity, Peace, Harmony, Beauty and so forth…

This is what is real.

Anything less than that is the Illusion construct of the Ego Mind.

So, with each moment, you can choose, which reality you wish to focus on.

If your current experience doesn’t reflect God’s Loving Reality, then focus more on it.

Feel into it.

Reach for the thoughts that are loving, harmonious and peaceful.

It might be helpful to reach for loving and harmonious thoughts that have nothing to do with your current situation. This will assist with getting “un-stuck” from the Illusion experience.

As you are reaching and feeling for more loving and harmonious thoughts and feelings, your experiences will shift.

Simply enjoy your loving and harmonious thoughts and feelings.

Then apply this energy to your current moment and bless everything and everyone in it.

When you ask for the Holy Spirit, the Ascended Masters, Angels, the seven Mighty Elohim, your Galactic Family of Light and your family from Telos to intensify your blessing, it will become even more powerful.
