Russian's Report: Comet ISON Acts Like Intelligently Controlled Alien Spacecraft

A new report prepared by the Federal Space Agency (ROSCOSMOS) circulating in the Kremlin today states that Comet C/2012 S1 has made a number of “unexplained orbital adjustments” around the planet Mars seemingly to better align itself with the Red planets strange moon Phobos.

According to this report, Comet C/2012 S1 was first discovered on 21 September 2012 by Russian amateur astronomers Vitali Nevski and Artyom Novichonok using the International Scientific Optical Network, thus giving this comet its name ISON. Phobos is the larger and closer of the two natural satellites of Mars and with a mean radius of 11.1 km (6.9 mi) it is 7.24 times more massive than the second moon Deimos.

Important to note about Phobos, this report continues, was in 1958 when Russian astrophysicist Iosif Samuilovich Shklovsky, studying the secular acceleration of Phobos’s orbital motion, suggested a “thin sheet metal” structure for Phobos, a suggestion which led to speculations that Phobos was of artificial origin.

Shklovsky based his analysis on estimates of the upper Martian atmosphere’s density, and deduced that for the weak braking effect to be able to account for the secular acceleration, Phobos had to be very light — onecalculation yielded a hollow iron sphere 16 kilometers (9.9 mi) across but less than 6 cm thick.

In a February 1960 letter to the journal Astronautics, Fred Singer, then science advisor to U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower, said of Shklovsky’s theory:

“If the satellite is indeed spiraling inward as deduced from astronomical observation, then there is little alternative to the hypothesis that it is hollow and therefore Martian made. The big ‘if’ lies in the astronomical observations; they may well be in error. Since they are based on several independent sets of measurements taken decades apart by different observers with different instruments, systematic errors may have influenced them.”

Subsequently, the systemic data errors that Singer predicted were said found to exist, and the Shklovsky’s study was called into doubt, and accurate measurements of the orbit available by 1969 said showed that the discrepancy did not exist. Singer’s critique was said justified when earlier studies were discovered to have used an overestimated value of 5 cm/yr for the rate of altitude loss, which was later revised to 1.8 cm/yr. The secular acceleration is now attributed to tidal effects, which had not been considered in the earlier studies.

Soviet scientists, however, this report says, were not convinced by the American scientist’s arguments and in 1988 launched two probes, Phobos 1 and Phobos 2, towards Mars to gather more information.

Phobos 1 was “lost” while Phobos 2 was able to establish an orbit around the Mars moon Phobos when it was “attacked” by a still unexplained space craft that showed itself in the last image beamed back to Earth before it was destroyed.

Shklovsky’s studies, however, were vindicated in 2012 when the European Space Agency (ESA) released their report on Phobos that, in part, stated:

“One reason to suspect that Phobos is not a captured asteroid is its density. Analysis of Mars Express radioscience data gave new information about the mass of Phobos based on the gravitational attraction it exerts on the spacecraft. The team concluded that Phobos is likely to contain large voids, which makes it less likely to be a captured asteroid. Its composition and structural strength seem to be inconsistent with the capture scenario.”

As some experts have noted that Phobos may be an “ancient spacecraft” marooned in Mars orbit, this report continues, the possibility that Comet ISON may be one too cannot be ruled out either.

The reason for this assessment, ROSCOSMOS experts state, are the “unexplained orbital adjustments” Comet ISON has apparently made on its approach to Mars and were verified by American amateur astronomer Bruce Gary on 12 August when he became the first to see Comet ISON again after its sojourn behind the sun during June, July and part of August.

Alan MacRobert at Skyandtelescope.com said about Gray’s 12 August discovery: “Comet ISON is about two magnitudes (six times) fainter than it should be compared to the calculations that first led astronomers to predict it would become a grand naked-eye sight before dawn in early December.”

Astronomer Ignacio Ferrin, with the University of Antioquia in Colombia, in a paper submitted to the Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society further noted that: “Comet ISON has been on a standstill for more than 132 days … a rather puzzling feat.”

Many in the Western media have billed Comet ISON as “the comet of the century,” this is because it is a sungrazer and its believed to be gaseous tail will expand to millions of kilometers making it appear as bright as the full moon to the naked eye in the coming months.

On 1 October it will pass within 0.07 AU from Mars, about six times closer than it will ever come to Earth and on 28 November, when it is closest to the sun, it will fly through the sun’s atmosphere just a little more than 1.1 million kilometers (720,000 miles) from the solar surface, after which it will be making its inner solar system passage safely 0.426 A.U., or a little over 63 million kilometers from Earth even on its closest approach on 26 December.

This ROSCOSMOS report summarizes its findings by stating that it “cannot be ruled out of theory” that Comet ISON is not a “dirty ice-ball” comet at all, but may, in fact, be an interstellar object under intelligent control on a mission to Phobos for as an yet unexplained mission.

And in, perhaps, its strangest assessment, ROSCOSMOS scientists further link Comet ISON to the 9 December 2009 “Norway Spiral” [see video HERE] noting that this still unexplained phenomena was “directly aligned” with the Sign of Cancer from which this strange comet originated from.

In an interview with the Guardian, the man in charge of Japan's Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant has warned that a similar disaster could easily befall any of the world's nuclear power plants.

Commenting on the United Kingdom's plans to build a new generation of nuclear plants in Somerset, Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) president Naomi Hirose said that the British nuclear power industry needs to be "prepared for the worst."

"What happened at Fukushima was, yes, a warning to the world," he said.

Following a 9.0 earthquake and tsunami in 2011, the Fukushima plant suffered a triple meltdown and the worst nuclear accident the world had seen since the 1986 Chernobyl meltdown. Nearly three years later, the Fukushima site continues to contaminate Japan's air, land and water, and may even continue to cause health problems as far away as California.

Hirose encouraged nuclear power operators to try and think of any possible thing that could go wrong and plan for it, noting that a few extra simple safety measures could have prevented the Fukushima disaster.

"Try to examine all the possibilities, no matter how small they are, and don't think any single counter-measure is foolproof," he said. "Think about all different kinds of small counter-measures, not just one big solution. There's not one single answer.

"We made a lot of excuses to ourselves ... Looking back, seals on the doors, one little thing, could have saved everything."

But even with such preparations, he warned, it is a mistake to ever think of nuclear power as 100 percent safe - no matter what the nuclear industry might claim.

"We have to explain, no matter how small a possibility, what if this [safety] barrier is broken?" he said. "We have to prepare a plan if something happens ... It is easy to say this is almost perfect so we don't have to worry about it. But we have to keep thinking: what if ..."

Ongoing risks

Hirose's comments came as the Fukushima plant's operators are working to remove highly radioactive fuel rods from one of the damaged reactors, a process expected to take at least a year. Completely decommissioning the plant is expected to take decades.

Removing the 1,500 fuel rods from Reactor No. 4, which was seriously damaged by explosions early in the meltdown, is considered a highly dangerous procedure. Experts have warned that, if any of the rods break or are even allowed to come into contact with air, they could release huge amounts of radioactive gas into the atmosphere.

These warnings were given new urgency with a recent study published in the Open Journal of Pediatrics, which found that radioactive iodine released by the Fukushima explosion led to an increase in congenital thyroid diseases among newborns in California, more than 5,000 miles away.

Congenital hypothyroidism typically affects roughly one in 2,000 children. Because untreated children can suffer from serious growth problems, the state of California monitors all newborns for abnormal thyroid levels. Using these records, researchers from the Radiation and Public Health Project and Jacobs University, Bremen, found that children who had been exposed to radioactive iodine from Fukushima while in the womb were 21 percent more likely to suffer from confirmed hypothyroidism and 27 percent more likely to suffer from a borderline case.

After the Fukushima meltdown, winds blew most of the plant's volatile radionuclides westward toward the Pacific Ocean. Industry spokespeople claimed that, because the land in that direction was so far away, there should be few health effects. Nevertheless, radioactive I-131 shortly began showing up in California milk samples.

Despite other industry claims, research shows that the amount of radioactive contamination produced by the Fukushima meltdown is comparable to that from the Chernobyl disaster.

Part 2 of Quantum Consciousness

Greetings Masters!

Now, as we continue part two of this interesting topic on Quantum Consciousness and the nature of time, we will speak first of the genesis of time as you know it within your duality sojourns.

In the earlier phases of Atlantis and LeMuria, you were not in the duality school of the earth-plane.

You were present as androgynous ‘thought-forms’ and manifested at will. You did not reincarnate into physical biological matter. As such you were not in linear measured time.

Genesis of Time

The first earthplane entry experienced by the souls of light that later became humanity was through the Arcturian Star-Gate via the original grid (The Firmament) that provided the non-polarity plane .Linear space-time did not truly exist in that phase of the ‘Omni-Earth’. Experience was a mental projection, a lucid dream of sorts.

This mental plane manifestation began approximately 12 million years ago from your current stance, but an exact timing within the firmament earthplane is speculative as that experiential beginning had no sequential chronology. Both LeMuria and Mu were gestalt composite templates of this existence for hundreds of thousands of years in the firmament projection.

The first true venture into time and space in fully physical incarnations came with the dissolution of the Firmament Grid and the formation & placement of the first Polarity Magnetic Grid approximately 106,000 years ago.

Grids

In reference to the Firmament & Polarity Magnetic grids, we wish to briefly explain that grids are the geometric polyhedrons that enable the physical-matter experience. Sacred geometry is the fabric of the Cosmos. Grids encapsulate the Omni-Earth and allow for life expression. In analogy for explanation, think of grids as computer operating systems that contain & allow for programs of life expression. The original grid in non-polarity earth was the firmament. It was a sphere containing 12 concentric spheres. The original grid of duality was an icosahedron grid containing within it all of the ‘platonic solids’, which are life codes. After the ‘Fall of Atlantis’ the gravity-magnetic grid, a dodecahedron, became dominant. In 2012 a new grid, the Crystalline Grid came into full operation. It is a double penta-dodecahedron with 144 vertices. It is also called the ‘Ascension Grid’. It expanded the earth from 3 to 12 dimensions.Think of it as ‘Windows 2012′. In 2038 a new Firmament will emerge.

Duality – The 1st Eden & University of Polarity-Free Will

The placement of the 1st magnetic grid allowed for polarity-duality, enabling free will expression.

This was the original ‘Eden’ in which souls were gendered, male and female, and the Laws of Cause and Effect came into play, as the Earth became the ‘school of growth’ as a means to master physical reality.

So when we speak of simultaneous incarnations of the earth, this is the beginning point of the time holograms that measure your progress as an incarnate human in the reincarnational cycle. You do reincarnate in space- time holograms in order to complete the process. Physical death and reincarnation is the pattern, and while death is quite apparent to you, reincarnation is not.

Understanding the certitude of this process is an important comprehension because one truth opens the door to the next. When your beliefs match the true nature of reality, achieving your purpose in this cycle is far less arduous. What is even harder for many of you to understand is that all lifetimes occur at once.

Your sojourns in duality are simultaneous, and that is an even more important realization because you are nearing the completion of this cycle. In Year Two of the New Earth, multidimensional consciousness is more accessible for a reason. You have the ability and eventual requisite of harmonizing all simultaneous lives.

Four Major Planes

We spoke in part one of this channel about your existence being multidimensional. In terms of your earthplane sojourns this can be divided into 4 major planes in a simplification to make it somewhat easier to visualize. But keep in mind from the greater aspects, these are all one. The four major parts for purposes of explantion are then the physical dimension, mental dimension, dream dimension and antimatter realm, which may be considered the Angelic realm and the source of your plurality core essence.

Only one of these four planes is within what you term as the space-time continuum.

The Enigma

Time and space remain an enigma to man, even within the dawn of the New Earth. Humanity queries time travel and space travel in the present from the aspect of physical laws. You will never reach areas of remote ‘space’ or hyper-space in fueled rockets. Nor will you effectively travel in time in constructed locomotive apparatus. We tell you it is a frequencial multidimensional ‘Torus’ concept, and not one contrived from only 3d laws of physics as you currently conceive them.

If you consider that in the Earthplane you are seemingly fixed in linear time and able to move about in space, then the opposite would occur at a specific Torus effect flip into parallel , where you would be somewhat ‘fixed’ in space and able to move about in time.

Humanity began re-experimenting with teleportation and time travel over eight decades ago, albeit for the wrong reasons. This was idea was ignited by the works of HG Wells in the era of Tesla and Edison. The infamous event termed the Philadelphia experiment did in fact occur in an effort of warfare technology. However what occurred is not what your movies and media speculate. The awry results, while covert, disastrous and misapplied, did reveal stunning revelations regarding magnetic fields, gravity fields, and the potentials of dimensional teleportation and time-space effects. Research into telportation continued covertly in what you term the Montauk project, albeit largely unsuccessful.

Teleportation & Time Travel

Time travel has absolutely occurred in both your future and past. Although there are contemporary instances in which people have temporarily passed into different time holograms, there are very few cases where the transition was permanent. Your Admiral Byrd did in fact temporarily view a very real passing into a different time epoch during his infamous polar flight. Most of the flight disappearances that are so publicized over the area you term the Bermuda Triangle were not permanent transferals. Time disruption did briefly occur, but the airplanes did not fully disappear into another epoch of time. The space- time gravity field was breached and this provoked confusion and fear, as well as navigational instrument failure. But true time-space transfer did not occur. Rather the disappearances were caused by the related instrument malfunctions that led to misdirection and radio silence, and the disappearances were simply crashes into the sea.

Certain of your governments working in classified tandem with covert corporations have already developed crude mechanisms of time travel. These are not on the right path of discovery and not at a truly manageable level. The stress that results on the human ‘tempornaut’ is considerable, stress-aging the human body approximately 10 years on each journey. At present they are only able to move forward in time about 20 years, and are unable to navigate into the past. In time, when the apparatus utilized is converted from magnetic forces to crystalline bio-plasmic field this will be improved considerably, and time navigation will be deliberate and not by random mishap. However this research will not be allowed to advance effectively until humanities light quota is much higher.

More advanced societies of your Earth, and indeed those termed the benevolent extra terrestrials have been capable of manipulated teleportation through the process of frequencial ‘dematerialization’ of particulate matter to antimatter and back. There are in fact teleportation bases established and utilized benevolently by the Sirian-Pleiadean Alliance (In league with the Ahstar division of the Galactic Federation) beneath the infamous Area 51 in Nevada and in remote subterranean areas of the Grand Canyon. Your government inner factions are aware of these, and there is an ongoing interaction. However the interface is limited and the technology is not fully shared at this time.

Matter spectra harmonic dematerialization was the process used in building the great Pyramids in Egypt. This then the ability to upshift matter into a field above electromagnetic and gravity influence. The ability to make dense molecules float and swim, and then re-solidify into physical matter. Such teleportation was utilized by the Atlanteans with the technology of the Sirian-Pleiadean-Arcturian groups. Specialized Phi Crystals combined with specific sound vibrations were used to shift the coherent frequencies of matter from its physical form to its antimatter vibratory quantum-wave state. The transport was then processed through a crystalline coherent ‘laser-type’ beam conduit by targeting the precise energetic signature of the destination vector.

You are only now beginning to see evidence of matter to antimatter in the harmonic cycle. Your current academic studies of fullerenes; allotrope Carbon-60 Spherical fullerenes termed ‘Bucky-Balls’, reveals that the molecular truncated icosahedrons of fullerenes revert from nano-matter particulate to quantum wave in certain conditions. Your scientists have noted for decades that electrons appear and disappear in atomic orbits. When you discover the physics of such actions you will be on the cusp of understanding and ‘rediscovering’ the muti-dimensional science of teleportation. But as stated this will not occur before humanity is at a higher level of consciousness.

Time -Travel Influenced the Path of the 2012 Planetary Ascension

You may be quite surprised that carefully purposed time travel has been an important and major factor in insuring the Ascension. Certain probable realities of your not so distant past had ‘past’ interventions that allowed for the planetary Ascension to stay on track. Indeed, far more effort than you may imagine has been made in assuring the New Earth in which you now reside. We tell you there have been envoys from the future than have come back in various time epoch holograms to insure this, and many of you were part of this.

It may seem like science fiction, but we tell you the defeat of the Spanish Armada (Inquisition) and the defeat of Nazi Germany were two such events that were influenced in outcome by ‘back from the future’ envoys. Both the Inquisition and Third Reich groups were manifested ‘bleed-throughs’ of the core energy of the Aryan Sons of Belial of Atlantis. Had the two referenced outcomes not been influenced, the planet would have taken a vastly different path, and the planetary ascension and unfolding ascension of humanity would have occurred much later in time and in a much different way. The cataclysms that past seers foretold would have occurred between 1998 and 2012. The earth would have tilted on its axis and a complete rebooting and replanting of humanity on the planet would have taken place to allow for a fresh start.

If you are a student of European history, you are aware of the great improbability of the Spanish Armada defeat. German scientists and physicists in all probability would have developed the atomic bomb before 1944. Probable pasts were changed and you were the co-creators of that change. We do understand how difficult this may be for you to accept, but it is indeed a fact that many of you are aware of in higher mind. Indeed some of you are among these envoys now. Many advanced souls are yet among the advanced soul groups that are navigating, in a manner of speaking, the expanded awareness necessary to create the New Earth.

Some of the well known scientist of the past century including Nicole Tesla & Albert Einstein, were absolutely incarnated from a ‘future’ era, as were certain writers and visionary artists such as Stanley Clarke. They, like you, take on the filters of duality, and were not truly ‘frontal-brain’ aware of this truth. Tesla became more aware of this later in his lifetime. He corresponded with your Edgar Cayce, and shared that many of his inventions were ‘given’ to him in the dream state. This was indeed given from a future portion of himself.

The Expansion of the Earth Matrix

In 2012, precisely on the 12-12-12 your Earthplane ascended into 12 dimensions. It is the crystalline coherency transformation of the ‘New Earth’ matrix.. Creativity is amplified, and for many of you, the arc swing of duality is lessened exponentially. This means multidimensional access is enhanced. But it does not mean 3d duality will disappear, rather that tools are now in place that allow those of a certain light quotient to rise consciously into higher dimension.

As we have said, the ‘human’ Earthplane experience in duality is a credentialed and honored learning process though which many varied Beings of Divine intelligence travel. Before you are ‘allowed’ by your higher-self into multi-dimensional and parallel systems of reality that are far more complex, vastly more extensive and open, you must first learn to optimally and responsibly master thought-creation energy. You are in the University of Earth for that purpose…to see firsthand, through physical materialization, the concrete result of your thoughts and emotions.

That is precisely why Time & Space are purposed illusions, and this vivid ‘mirage’ is so potently programmed by the Divine-Self that you, by necessity, must focus your outer senses on the University of Duality, that termed physical reality. Such ‘linear’ focus then is engineered, the perception filters that seem to block multi-dimensionality are beneficial in allowing humanity to face and grow through Earthplane experience. But it is the ultimate goal of each of you in the process of mastery, to transcend the filters at the time you achieve sufficient consciousness. Tools are in place in 2013 and beyond in the ‘Aquarian Shift’ to allow for this process to more readily occur.

When the growth achieves a certain advanced level of ‘light-quotient’ then, and only then, do you choose to open & bridge into more expansive multi-dimensional perception. This ability is what the 2012 matrix created and 2013 and beyond are about!

But keep in mind that you humans travel in space and time almost every time you sleep. And there is a great balancing effect in the waking and sleeping experiences.

While many of you do not realize this, we tell you that every night, in very deep sleep-dream state, you process daily experience. In this ‘sleeping’ state your ‘higher-self’ examines very carefully those experiences you will manifest into your life. You make the selection from an infinite menu of possibility, and create the experience of those that will allow your greatest growth.

Your experiences & limited perceptions of the physical 3d-nature of space and time are to a large degree determined by your neurological structure, and this ‘designed’ structure serves you well.

The singular linear time-line of your ‘chosen’ physical experience is the surface path along which your life seems to flow. In a broader truth there are infinite paths both above and below your actualized progress that are part of one inconceivably miraculous network….and you in higher aspect experience all of them.

Your lifetimes on Earth are by grand design, and carry grand purpose. We realize it is not easy. Yet even lifetimes that you consider to be flawed provide tremendous lesson-growth potential.

Creation of Experience

The noble and essential truth is that all souls incarnate on the duality plane of free-will create their own circumstances and experiences within earth dimensions. You are here to learn responsible creation. Many of you accept that you are here for that purpose, but find it hard to believe that you also create your daily life scenario, especially when the events that occur are unpleasant.

We tell you that the very unfolding of the events you experience day by day is determined by your beliefs & attitude and the expectations formed & projected by both. Period!

Both positive and negative attitudes, conscious or not manifest into your reality. If you project a mentality of lack, you create lack. If you dwell on worry and fear you draw them to you. Thus your beliefs and the projected thoughts that are projected from core belief must be directed consciously in a consistently productive attitude. This takes effort. Accordingly the great lesson of each life, each soul’s journey is to learn how to direct thoughts in deliberated positive directions. Otherwise you will find yourself in a difficult conundrum, a cage of your own construct. You are here to learn responsible creation, and that is a great truth….and when you truly comprehend this, your path becomes more clear.

Process of Changing the Past

Now we have spoken briefly on the concept of changing your past. This is a mental, yet very valid process. Your memory of an event is rarely the actual way it happened. You can theoretically alter your own past as you have known it, and this is a valuable process especially if a past mis-action has caused you great concern and worry. This is especially important if the erroneous action has lowered your self esteem and thus brought about a negative attitude. To dwell upon this negativity will recreate the negativity in an repeating cycle.

The past exists as does your future in multiple probabilities. An error in your past can in fact be changed by choosing an alternative outcome. One that you carefully deliberate.. By changing this past ‘memory’ in focused mental effort in the ‘Now’ of the present, you can change not only its effect on you but also upon others involved. There is a great validity to this process, and it is a mental one. But know that mind is the creator.

The process is while seemingly difficult for you to accept, is rather simple: focally imagine the specific untoward event that happened as being replaced by another event of a better outcome. Intense concentration and emotion must be brought into the visualization. Believe in the process. If there was a lesson to be learned, digest it and move forward, but do have faith in the change. By doing so you gain what is needed and move forward. And we tell you this ‘mental construct’ is the building block of the true nature of reality manifestation. The reconstructed event that you create will be the ‘chosen’ probable event, recreated in projected mental energy, which in turn forms the ‘new past’ and therefore plays a powerful role in preventing the repetition of the negative pattern. By confronting and facing the past issue and visualizing the new outcome, you transcend time. We tell you that many of you do this in the dream state, but conscious projection in this process amplifies and accelerates the desired result.

Belief is the key. As has been said, ” Whether you believe you can or whether you believe you can’t, both are true. Mind is the builder!

Closing

Masters, When you achieve the knowledge of co-creation in any one lifetime, you have the ability to simultaneously merge this belief, through concerted effort into all lifetimes. To remove negative bleed through of errors, traumas and unproductive beliefs that co exist in other sojourns. This process is taught in the Metatronic Keys. By moving into theta coherent thought you can enter the ‘seat of the soul’ and harmonize the energy of all lifetimes.

Scientists Admit Chemtrails Are Creating Artificial Clouds

Mainstream science accepts that trails from jet aircraft are lingering for hours, but claims it is a natural phenomenon

Neurologist Warns of Exploding Neurodegenerative Disease Due to Chemtrails.

Scientists now admit that emissions from aircraft are forming artificial clouds that block out the sun, precisely what geoengineering advocates like top eugenicist and White House science advisor John P. Holdren have called for, but the article tries to insinuate that the effect is caused by natural “vapours,” when in reality it can be attributed to chemtrails that contain substances harmful to humans.

“The phenomenon occurs when aircraft fly above 25,000ft, where the air temperature is around minus 30C. This causes water vapour emitted by the engines to crystallise and form the familiar white streaks across the sky, known as contrails,” writes Oliver Tree for the Daily Mail.

“Reading University’s Professor Keith Shine, an expert in clouds, said that those formed by aircraft fumes could linger ‘for hours’, depriving those areas under busy flight paths, such as London and the Home Counties, of summer sunshine.”

“Experts have warned that, as a result, the amount of sunlight hitting the ground could be reduced by as much as ten per cent. Professor Shine added: “Over the busiest areas in London and the South of England, this high-level cloud could cover the sky, turning bright sunshine into hazy conditions for the entire area. I expect the effects will get worse as the volume of air traffic increases.”

The report also makes reference to a 2009 Met Office study which found that high-level winds did not disperse contrails that later formed into clouds which covered an astonishing 20,000 miles.

Of course, this is no natural phenomenon as the article claims. Ten years ago, contrails from jet aircraft disappeared within minutes, yet apparently we are led to believe that the same substance is now causing the trails to linger for hours and form into clouds. This is impossible without something within the substance having been changed.

Mainstream science and academia has gone from dismissing chemtrails as a fantasy of paranoid conspiracy theorists to now accepting that they exist but claiming that they are natural and not artificially induced.

In reality, chemtrails are the consequence of the agenda to geoengineer the earth in the name of combating climate change, a science vehemently backed by people like John P. Holdren, who in his 1977 book Ecoscience advocated poisoning the water supply to involuntarily sterilize humans as part of a “planetary regime” that would control every aspect of our existence. The fact that such eugenicists are now in control of geoengineering programs that will have a direct impact on our health is alarming.

Geoengineering programs have also been promoted by the Council on Foreign Relations, which is one of the main steering committees behind the implementation of global governance.

A recent report issued by the UK government also calls for the UN to exclusively regulate world wide geoengineering of the planet in order to stave off man made global warming.

Discussion of geoengineering technology is often framed as a future consideration, yet governments are already conducting such programs at an advanced stage.

The Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) Program was created in 1989 with funding from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and is sponsored by the DOE’s Office of Science and managed by the Office of Biological and Environmental Research.

One of ARM’s programs, entitled Indirect and Semi-Direct Aerosol Campaign (ISDAC), is aimed at measuring “cloud simulations” and “aerosol retrievals”.

Another program under the Department of Energy’s Atmospheric Science Program is directed towards, “developing comprehensive understanding of the atmospheric processes that control the transport, transformation, and fate of energy related trace chemicals and particulate matter.”

The DOE website states that, “The current focus of the program is aerosol radiative forcing of climate: aerosol formation and evolution and aerosol properties that affect direct and indirect influences on climate and climate change.”

U.S. government scientists are already bombarding the skies with the acid-rain causing pollutant sulphur dioxide in an attempt to fight global warming by “geo-engineering” the planet, despite the fact that injecting aerosols into the upper atmosphere carries with it a host of both known and unknown dangers.

The proposal to disperse sulphur dioxide in an attempt to reflect sunlight was discussed in a September 2008 London Guardian article entitled, Geoengineering: The radical ideas to combat global warming, in which Ken Caldeira, a leading climate scientist based at the Carnegie Institution in Stanford, California, promoted the idea of injecting the atmosphere with aerosols.

“One approach is to insert “scatterers” into the stratosphere,” states the article. “Caldeira cites an idea to deploy jumbo jets into the upper atmosphere and deposit clouds of tiny particles there, such as sulphur dioxide. Dispersing around 1m tonnes of sulphur dioxide per year across 10m square kilometres of the atmosphere would be enough to reflect away sufficient amounts of sunlight.”

Experiments similar to Caldeira’s proposal are already being carried out by U.S. government -backed scientists, such as those at the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Savannah River National Laboratory in Aiken, S.C, who last year began conducting studies which involved shooting huge amounts of particulate matter, in this case “porous-walled glass microspheres,” into the stratosphere.

Vapour trails create clouds which, experts claim, can block out sunlight for millions

The project is closely tied to an idea by Nobel Prize winner Paul Crutzen, who “proposed sending aircraft 747s to dump huge quantities of sulfur particles into the far-reaches of the stratosphere to cool down the atmosphere.”

Such programs merely scratch the surface of what is likely to be a gargantuan and overarching black-budget funded project to geo-engineer the planet, with little or no care for the unknown environmental consequences this could engender.

What is known about what happens when the environment is loaded with sulphur dioxide is bad enough, since the compound is the main component of acid rain, which according to the EPA “Causes acidification of lakes and streams and contributes to the damage of trees at high elevations (for example, red spruce trees above 2,000 feet) and many sensitive forest soils. In addition, acid rain accelerates the decay of building materials and paints, including irreplaceable buildings, statues, and sculptures that are part of our nation’s cultural heritage.”

The health effects of bombarding the skies with sulphur dioxide alone are enough to raise serious questions about whether such programs should even be allowed to proceed.

- Stomach and gastrointestinal disorder

- Disturbance of the hormonal metabolism
- Dermatological effects
- Suffocation and lung embolism

According to the LennTech website, “Laboratory tests with test animals have indicated that sulfur can cause serious vascular damage in veins of the brains, the heart and the kidneys. These tests have also indicated that certain forms of sulfur can cause foetal damage and congenital effects. Mothers can even carry sulfur poisoning over to their children through mother milk. Finally, sulfur can damage the internal enzyme systems of animals.”

Fred Singer, president of the Science Environmental Policy Project and a skeptic of man-made global warming theories, warns that the consequences of tinkering with the planet’s delicate eco-system could have far-reaching dangers.

“If you do this on a continuous basis, you would depress the ozone layer and cause all kinds of other problems that people would rather avoid,” said Singer.

Even Greenpeace’s chief UK scientist – a staunch advocate of the man-made global warming explanation – Doug Parr has slammed attempts to geo-engineer the planet as “outlandish” and “dangerous”.

Stephen Schneider of Stanford University, who recently proposed a bizarre plan to send spaceships into the upper atmosphere that would be used to block out the Sun, admits that geo-engineering could cause “conflicts between nations if geoengineering projects go wrong.”

Given all the immediate dangers associated with bombarding the atmosphere with sulphur dioxide, along with the unknown dangers of other geo-engineering projects, many people are concerned that “chemtrails” are a secret component of the same agenda to alter the Earth’s eco-system.

The fact that chemtrails are blocking out the sun, which is precisely what the geoengineering advocates call for, strongly indicates that they are an integral part of this dangerous and wide-reaching program.

This graphic proposes, “Spraying aluminum powder and barium oxide into high levels of the atmosphere, again delivered by aircraft, to increase planetary reflectance (albedo) and cloud cover.” High levels of barium have been found in substances associated with chemtrails.

Reports of chemtrails, jet plumes emitted from planes that hang in the air for hours and do not dissipate, often blanketing the sky in criss-cross patterns, have increased dramatically over the last 10 years. Many have speculated that they are part of a government program to alter climate, inoculate humans against certain pathogens, or even to toxify humans as part of a population reduction agenda.

In conducting Google searches, one finds discussion, such as this example, of using sulphur dioxide as a jet fuel additive to be dispersed over the world during routine commercial flights.

“I suggest that both the sulphur dioxide and the silica particles could be delivered into the stratosphere by dissolving an additive in jet aviation fuel,” writes engineer John Gorman, who has conducted experiments to test the feasibility of such a scenario.

“We would want to burn fuel containing the additive specifically when the aircraft was cruising in the lower stratosphere,” he adds.

In 2008, a KSLA news investigation found that a substance that fell to earth from a high altitude chemtrail contained high levels of Barium (6.8 ppm) and Lead (8.2 ppm) as well as trace amounts of other chemicals including arsenic, chromium, cadmium, selenium and silver. Of these, all but one are metals, some are toxic while several are rarely or never found in nature.

The newscast focuses on Barium, which its research shows is a “hallmark of chemtrails.” KSLA found Barium levels in its samples at 6.8 ppm or “more than six times the toxic level set by the EPA.” The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality confirmed that the high levels of Barium were “very unusual,” but commented that “proving the source was a whole other matter” in its discussion with KSLA.

KSLA also asked Mark Ryan, Director of the Poison Control Center, about the effects of Barium on the human body. Ryan commented that “short term exposure can lead to anything from stomach to chest pains and that long term exposure causes blood pressure problems.” The Poison Control Center further reported that long-term exposure, as with any harmful substance, would contribute to weakening the immune system, which many speculate is the purpose of such man-made chemical trails.

Indeed, barium oxide has cropped up repeatedly as a contaminant from suspected geoengineering experimentation.

KSLA also put aerosolized-chemical testing in its historical context, citing a voluminous number of unclassified tests exposed in 1977 Senate hearings. The tests included experimenting with biochemical compounds on the public. KSLA reports that “239 populated areas were contaminated with biological agents between 1949 and 1969.”

One of the accepted truisms of scientific study is the fact that if scientists are proposing an idea, then those scientists with access to the bottomless pit of black-budget secret government funding are already doing it.

It is highly likely that chemtrails are merely one manifestation of “geo-engineering” that is taking place without proper debate, notification or any form of legality, and with a callous disregard for the potential dangers to both our health and our environment.

Media control, widespread apathy and brainwashing is no longer enough to prevent a mass public awakening.

We are now seeing the ultimate example of a vast empire in decline. Its death rattles are becoming increasingly obvious to an emboldened, awake and aware mass public.

The world is "hitting bottom", much like the process of how a drug addict realizes he needs to let go of the addiction in order to live a better life -- or any life at all.

The phrase "the darkest hour is before the dawn" may sound like a cliche', but it perfectly illustrates how the healing process actually works.

We may be seeing that "worldwide bottom" right now... with the promise of much happier times ahead.

MAJOR EVENTS ARE HAPPENING AT A FURIOUS SPEED

Last month, the US government shut down for 16 days -- leaving 800,000 federal employees with no income, andcosting taxpayers 26 billion dollars.

Day after day, the headlines seared with intensity -- desperately trying to keep everyone on the edges of their seats, without a moment to breathe.

The controlled media told us the only answer to prevent an economic collapse as of October 17th was for the Federal Reserve to print even more money.

The Treasury Department has begun using the last set of accounting maneuvers at its disposal to allow the government to keep paying its bills until Congress raises the country’s borrowing limit, Treasury Secretary Jack Lew told congressional leaders Tuesday night.

In a letter, Lew reiterated that if the debt ceiling is not raised by Oct. 17, the government will not be able to meet all its financial commitments -- such as making payments to U.S. debt holders, government contractors and Social Security recipients.

The language of "raising the borrowing limit" or increasing the "debt ceiling" was a thinly-disguised code for "yet another bailout."

These same suspects are now widely known to be spying on everyone in the world -- logging all Internet traffic, without a warrant, regardless of their guilt or innocence.

"CATASTROPHIC" CONSEQUENCES IF THEY HADN'T CREATED ANOTHER BAILOUT

This next excerpt revealed that the consequences of "failing" to bail out the usual suspects by October 17th could have been catastrophic -- throwing the US into full financial default.

WASHINGTON -- The U.S. Treasury Department on Thursday released a report warning of potentially "catastrophic" damage should Congress fail to raise the debt ceiling -- and prevent the government from defaulting on its debt.

"A default would be unprecedented, and has the potential to be catastrophic: credit markets could freeze, the value of the dollar could plummet, U.S. interest rates could skyrocket...

The negative spillovers could reverberate around the world, and there might be a financial crisis and recession that could echo the events of 2008 or worse," the report states.

Of course, the "debt ceiling" was raised at the last minute.

Now everyone was sighing with relief that yet another bailout to the existing system had been made.

Another bailout? Say what?

By firing up the printing presses once more, the Fed appeared to have prolonged the problem from reaching a "critical mass" for a little bit longer.

This was only a tiny bandage for a gaping wound. Early next year, they will have to do it all over again to avoid another massive default.

The bailouts help us stay in denial of a simple truth: the US has been driven into bankruptcy by the cabal of power brokers who are running the country.

It is with the brightest of love and light that I bring forth my energy to embrace you now. I am here as a supportive guide and friend to inspire the divine and truth within your being to emerge more fully, recognised by your current perspective. Let the light of the Creator shine upon you and I will act as an instrument and channel of the Creator’s light directing it deep into your being so you may recognise the light already present within you.

In my communication I wish to focus on basic understandings of a spiritual nature as these are often over looked and misunderstood. If you are able to fully understand basic aspects of spiritual evolution and the reason for achieving certain practices then you are more likely to fully integrate with the Creator through your greater awareness of the purpose of certain practices. Often guides ask and remind you to connect with the light of the Creator, to imagine the light of the Creator flowing through your being or to ask for your energy vibration to quicken. There are a number of ways that we encourage you to connect with the Creator especially focusing and recognising light as the Creator. You may understand why we ask this of you or you may constantly wonder the reasoning for our guidance. It is my wish to bring forth some ill umination with the purpose of developing your basic spiritual knowledge.

The Creator to us whether we are on the Earth or the inner planes is very difficult to explain, describe and define, this makes it challenging we believe to recognize the Creator. The Creator is present within everything and so when we look with eyes beyond the Earthly plane, with feeling or with an open mind we are able to notice certain manifestations that are results of the presence of the Creator. These manifestations can be feelings of joy, bliss, love, peace, freedom or contentment, maybe they are visions of coloured or white light, synchronicities that feel like miracles or inspired thoughts of understanding. We begin to realise that there are many ways, forms and experiences in which we can recognise the Creator more fully around and within our beings.

The ultimate goal of your existence upon the Earth is to experience the Creator in every given and present moment of your reality. You may perceive this as being a person emanating love, or a person existing as a beacon of light, maybe a wise enlightened being or a person embodying all of these things and more. If your ultimate goal is to experience the Creator in your reality then there is a need for you to focus upon yourself, reality and the Creator with continued conscious awareness throughout each and every day. This is not to become obsessed by the Creator but more so to consciously enjoy the presence of the Creator and how it creatively intertwines within your reality, thoughts and emotions. Each time we remind you to connect with the Creator, the light or to quicken your energy vibration we are refocusing your being upon the presence of the Creator that is with you, within you and flows through you, encouraging you to seek a greater acceptance of the Creator within your being and reality. We are refocusing you into your true presence and ultimate goal.

As you remember the Creator, your divine self and your truth in multiple moments, this encourages you to build an understanding of the Creator that you can fully experience in your physical reality, thus encouraging more experiences of the Creator. When existing upon the Earth your habit can be to forget, ignore or distract yourself from the Creator and so every moment that you feel and recognise the Creator is special as it brings you back to your original awareness allowing you to remember your deep connection and oneness with the Creator. With every practice, meditation, tool and insight we share with you we are in fact offering to you a moment of divine connection and unity with the Creator, akin to a moment of union and remembrance.  Whether the moment is short or long, the experience insignificant or influential, the process of merging your energy with the energy of the Creator empowers your divine essence, fuels and inspires you further. Can you imagine a droplet of water falling into a vast flowing river realising that it is part of this vast expanse, life force and powerful creation. The droplet of water may feel fortified. You are akin to a droplet of water entering into a vast flowing river. Each time you make a connection with the Creator or more importantly accept the perspective that you are always as one with the Creator, truly believing it if only for a second you allow yourself to access a vast bank of remembrance.

Connecting with the light could be described as two strands of light, energy or love merging together originally as equals to create one united strand. One strand is the Creator, the other strand is your soul or maybe even your soul group, as both merge as equals they replicate each other, becoming the same.  This strand grounds within your being, bringing a greater experience of the Creator.  Everything we share with you is to aid and encourage this moment of union, at times you will achieve a union with certain aspect of the Creator, maybe a master, a quality or a dimension, this is because sometimes you are not ready to perceive yourself as the vast expanse of the Creator and so recognise and familiarise yourself with aspects of the Creator. No one really knows why there is a need to familiarise, recognise and rememb er your oneness and eternal connection with the Creator, realising there is no separation. There are aspects of our existence that even we do not understand fully as Ascended Masters upon the inner planes of the Creator’s universe, instead we come to realise that there is often no need to understand because the knowingness which often can’t be explained within your being is far more influential and comforting than any explanation, description or understanding. We can share with you that it is known that the Earth was created with an energetic field and at a level of the Creator’s universe where entering into the vibration of the Earth could cause you to forget your divine connection with the Creator. Therefore we can acknowledge the Earth as a powerful tool, school and retreat to visit where one can challenge their self to rediscover the Creator therefore enhancing and empowering their connection and experience of the Creator at the highest and greatest lev el of unification with the Creator within the Creator’s universe.

Remembrance of the Creator is not to know the Creator mentally but to allow the Creator to eternally flow through you as a pure, humble, creative and loving expression. It is a heightened awareness of the Creator that allows you to move in harmony with all around you, with the energies within your being and the all that is the Creator. When you move in harmony with the Creator you end all suffering, pain and confusion.

My explanation is to remind you when you are achieving practices such as connecting with guides, sending healing, achieve affirmations, loving yourself unconditionally or focusing upon your breathing these are all to bring your focus back to your unity and integration with the Creator as well as allowing you to remember yourself as deeply connected to the Creator, experiencing an awareness which allows you to exist in harmony with yourself and all upon the Earth and the inner planes.

When we begin to know the purpose of our existence, not what we have to achieve or how we can be of service but more so our purpose of integration with the Creator, we then begin to realise that every moment of life upon the Earth is sacred. Life itself and the Earth are treasured and valued experiences that allow you to know yourself as your truth which is to be in complete harmony and oneness with the Creator with every moment of your awareness.

This is my explanation and memories of my understanding of ascension during my lifetimes upon the Earth. In my day as a soul reached that ultimate realisation of the Creator or connection with the light we would be released from our physical bodies but now you have the opportunity to remain within your physical body experiencing the shift in compete realisation.

I am here as a loving friend, guide and mentor to support you in your most beautiful and sacred quest, even through reading my communication we both, I, Master Kuthumi and your soul have experienced a deeper realisation and integration with the Creator. Take a moment to experience this whether you are consciously aware or not, as the Creator’s light floods through and from your being.

The excitement continues to mount as does the intensity of humanity's collective intent to awaken.  The ocean of Love flooding the planet is embracing you all, everyone is immersed, there are no holdouts or exceptions, and the effects are absolutely amazing.  Yes, a very small minority of hardcore illusionists are still refusing to acknowledge the unreality of the environment that they are attempting to shore up, buttheir efforts and intentions are futile as the power of humanity's collective intent strengthens and engages ever more fully with the divine ocean or field of Love in which all are enfolded.  The illusion is disintegrating rapidly, and that small core of refuseniks who are trying to hold on to power and control by supporting and maintaining that unreal and unloving state of affairs will just be gently relocated to an area where they can continue playing their games without in the least way inconveniencing the rest of humanity.  The time for controlling, dominating, and manipulating others is over because the New Age is one in which synergistic and loving cooperation provides a harmonious environment for all to enjoy to the full free from unwarranted authoritarian hindrance or interference of any kind. Your Father created you free, and free you will always remain. Your awakening into the awareness and experience of that your natural state is the event forwhich you are all enthusiastically waiting. You will not be disappointed!

The message for today is “Be alert.” The grand event is very close, and as it happens the joy that humanity experiences will be wondrous.You have been waiting eons for this great spiritual and evolutionary step forwards and upwards which was planned as soon as the “separation” occurred, and its time is now almost upon you. Time is a difficult concept for you, being part of the illusion and seemingly very real, but in fact there is only “Now.” Now is eternal, everything that happens happens now, there is no other time . . . there is no time!

Nevertheless you are accustomed to your experience of the apparent, constant, and logical unfolding of linear time, and so the event willoccur by and by, in time, and when it does, it will of course be Now, and then you will realize that you are, and always have been, eternally present in that state.  Your very limited state of human consciousness has great difficulty with that concept, so, as Light workers and wayshowers inspired and uplifted by the grace of God, just accept, as at the depths of your being you do, that what has been promised is about to occur.

There are extremely few of you, the Light bearers and wayshowers, who do not get some sense of the intense energy of impending change, ofessential change, that is enveloping your lovely planet in preparation for your upliftment into a far higher state of awareness, intelligence, and wisdom, which is the next stage in your ongoing and entrancing journey of spiritual evolution.  You were created perfect, and God gave you everything – LOVE!  It is just that in your present state of individual personal limitation you cannot understand what that really means, but you are about to find out.  Oneness knows all that there is to know, and when you open into awareness that you are One with all of God's divine creation, all knowledge will be instantly available to you.

It will not overwhelm you as does the inundation of information that you are now experiencing on Earth, but it will meld with you instantly as you choose and make the decision to avail of any part of it that appeals to you.  You will all be instant experts (in fact you already are) in any field of knowledge to which you feel drawn.  I want to stress that you will be true experts, unlike so many in your unreal realms who claim to be experts or who are “recognized” as experts, but who most certainly are not and never could be because the limits that you built into the illusion when you constructed it make that an impossibility.  A real wide awake expert knows. Earthbound experts believe, and then when more knowledge is gained, they release those beliefs and embrace new ones.  It is not a wonder that you are all so confused . . . even those who claim not to be.

Many on Earth enjoy puzzles and struggling to solve them.  That is because at a deeper level you know that you know more than you think and you want to come to understand that which appears to be hidden from you – mostly in plain sight!  You are spiritual beings having a physical experience of limitation, and you desire only to move beyond those limits.  That has become a major area of interest, and consequently you see greater and greater numbers of people spending their lives breaking limits in every field of human endeavor.

That is a sign that you are ready to awaken by ascending.  However, many of the older ones among you may find the strain too much for their physical bodies to undertake because they have become so firmly attached to their present state of physicality in which increasing age causes incapacitation to varying degrees, and to raise their energy signature to the next level would just cause their bodies to disintegrate.  To avoid this unpleasantness many will quite suddenly and unexpectedly lay down their bodies and ascend without them.  The fact that they had been hoping for a physical ascension that does not occur will not be a reason for disappointment, because the transfer from physical form to spiritual form will be instant, and delighted amazement will then fill them with wonder and awe.  As you have frequently been told“There will be no disappointments.”

In the moments remaining before your awakening focus on the knowledge that each one of you has at the center or deepest part of yourselves that all is divinely taken care, that all who wish and desire and choose and decide to ascend into fully conscious wakefulness will do so.  The welcome that awaits you is beyond description, there is nothing that could be used in human terms as an analogy to describe what awaits you. Plan for utter joy!
