part 4 economic hit men

They work in many different ways and use what is now called economic hit men. Perhaps the most common one is as John Perkins, an ex-economic hit man himself, states, “They will identify a third world country that has resources their corporation covet, such as oil. Then they arrange a huge loan to that country from the World Bank or one of its sister organizations (IMF). The money never actually goes to the country. It goes instead to U.S. corporations who build big infrastructure projects, power grids, industrial parks, harbors, highways, things that benefit a few rich people but do not reach the poor at all!!

“Most of the poor are not connected to the power grids and if they are the cost of electricity goes up and up. They don’t have the skills or education to get jobs in industrial parks. But they and the whole country are left holding this huge debt. And it’s such a debt that the country can’t possibly repay it. “So at some point in time, the economic hit men go back to the country and say, ‘Look, you owe us a lot of money. You can’t pay your debt, so you’ve got to give us a pound of flesh.’ That’s when they start to take the oil for instance. Also they have them refinance their loans making the interest double compounded. Then they say, ‘Now you must impose new high taxes on the people to repay the loans.’ And they freeze the wages. They raise the taxes upon the people until it breaks their backs.” This usually happens when the taxes reach 80 percent. Then the poor countries collapse. Many of the 48 third world countries that have gone this way have collapsed. It has happened to many countries here in Central America “like Belize”. At 85%

The ones that don’t get the fast kill get the slow kill, such as Guatemala. I use to travel there on a low budget vacation and buy crafts or handmade items to take back to the states to sell, which paid for my vacation. I did this from 1992 to 1996 but in those four years the prices had doubled. Guatemala borrowed money from the IMF/World Bank and the people had to pay it back in taxes. So the cost of living for them and the tourists went way up, nearly 75 percent. They lost most of their tourist trade and business. Today the people there are extremely poor. And American factories are brought in such as the plastics and pharmaceutical drug industries. Those who are lucky enough to find work in these companies only make 25 to 50 cents U.S. per hour. Many have left for other countries like Mexico and Belize.

Mexico has gone through this as well. When I first drove down in 1994 to Belize, Mexico had borrowed from the IMF for their roads. I saw the signs in English, “Paid for by the IMF World Bank.” The burden of tax was so heavy that the peso became worthless. It went to 3,000 to 1 us$ and back to zero. They had to start all over again. It was crazy. I had to fill up on fuel no matter what the prices were because maybe the next town didn’t have any, same in the shops for food. Things were tough for the people. Today not many go to Mexico for cheap goods except for pharmaceuticals drugs. Now there are U.S. companies like Wall-mart and Sam’s Club in Mexico. And the new government has borrowed money again from the IMF.

Now when I got to Belize in 1994 I saw the same thing. They were getting their roads fixed and power grids through loans from the IMF. When I came back to stay in 2002 all the major roads were paid for by IMF and they had two hydro plant on the border. Now the river in San Ignacio, Cayo District, is polluted with mercury. (It was four times the World Health Organization’s legal amount back then, and in 2008 it’s up to eight, and soon will be 12 with the third hydro plant being built.) Their debt was one half billion U.S. dollars.

By the way, on the way here I saw a lot of Argentinians in Mexico. I finally asked why so many were going north to the USA. They said their country had collapsed. Their government borrowed money from the IMF/World Bank to put in Monsanto’s GM hybrid soy beans which failed after several years and the farmers went bankrupt as well as the country.

Then I read a report on the IMF/World Bank, plus the other one later from John Perkins, so a year after when I saw where Belize was heading I wrote an article and sent it to most of the papers. No one printed it. They did reply six months later with an article of an interview with John Perkins, which is something at least. Belize was now borrowing more money and had it refinanced at a 19 percent compounded interest and then borrowed even more money and the people never saw any of it. They now owe one billion U.S. dollars. Before I left for Belize on cable television in the USA on Discovery channel I saw a satellite survey of the world’s wealth in different color patterns. Well, when it went over Belize it lit up indicating oil, propane in the ocean and some gold and silver. I put this information in my article because it looked like the IMF/World Bank was after the resources.

A year later the prime minister announced they would have to raise the taxes by 100 percent over the next four years and shortly after that we discovered it’s going to cost every working person an extra $2,500 U.S. a year in taxes for 17 years to pay back the one billion dollars. Plus shortly thereafter they discovered oil in Belize, sweet crude oil, (low grade gasoline) the best. It only needs filtering.

Today (07) they have 12 wells, although not all are pumping, and many more in the works. Of course, Belize only sees seven percent profit from this. I suspect the propane in the ocean will be next, now that the price of propane has doubled here. And as for the taxes, it was over 70 percent in 2007 and 75 % in 08 now85% in 09 and it is still climbing. A lot of the tourists have gone and that’s Belize’s primary income. They produce or manufacture very little here and even less is exported. 50% of the people work for the common wealth government paid by the IMF.

The American Yankees are moving in. We have 120 channels of U.S. made evil garbage television by satellite, 911 emergency number and social security plus many other US agency’s.. The cost of electricity has gone way up, nearly double. The cost of living has doubled since I came here six years ago. People are really hurting here. They froze the wages at around $1.25 U.S. an hour. So it’s hard for them to survive. And crime has gone up sky high, it has doubled and is now number five in the world for crime per population,as well not only for the people but also for businesses and government. All of these are from our so called friends, the IMF/World Bank. Belize is like a colony of the US but instead of getting money from the govt they borrow it from the IMF and are in debt to the world Mafia for life.

One of the reasons they pick third world countries to rape and take over is because these countries don’t have a constitution that will protect them. Belize became independent from England just 27 years ago and they weren’t really ready. They don’t have taxation laws which prevent the government from imposing taxes on them without voting and they don’t have impeachment laws to put the corrupt people of the government in jail. And Belize only has a two party system like the U.S. which breeds corruption. Plus England still controls Belize as a commonwealth country and its Fiat money is made and controlled by the Queen of England. Belize is the only country in the world that was born on borrowed play money from the IMF and are still borrowing on there twenty eight year. And there fore Belize has not created an inner structure they only grow 15% of there own food . ( photo is of present day Common Wealth country's)

When the IMF loans money to a country, they do it by giving the government a checkbook and then they print extra notes to cover it, which only inflates the currency and causes inflation. They promise to keep their currency at a current rate such as Belize’s dollar at two Belize to one U.S. dollar. But if the country defaults completely on the loan then they devalue their currency such as they did in Mexico and Argentina etc.

People not living down here have no idea of what is going on. America just sees a great wave of immigrants coming in form Mexico and Central America, but people don’t really know why. NAFTA and GATT and other black lodges are another reason why, along with the WTO. They are all sisters to the IMF/World Bank. And again the plan is to hire cheap labor, not only in America but down here where the multinationals now are moving in their factories all over Central America and Mexico because people will work for 25 to 50 cents U.S. an hour, happy just to have a job. And the uneducated don’t realize what is going on, what is being done to them. The international corporations are taking jobs away from western society where the wages are much more higher and giving them to people in the third world countries who will work for next to nothing and the cost of living is much less. A modern day form of slavery !

Belize and Costa Rica are the countries with the highest paid workforce at $1.25 to $1.50 U.S. an hour, so international companies probably don’t want their labor. Besides, most Belizeans are poor laborers. The Guatemalans are taking Belizean jobs like the Mexicans are taking U.S. jobs. It’s all planned and we’re the pawns in this deadly game. Belize has a lot to offer, or I should say it has lots of potential. There’s a lot of land and few people. There’s much natural resources. The country could be self sustaining if the people took control of their lives, but they lived under the English empire too long and now expect someone to come and take care of them. They have great possibilities here if they change and take control, but not if they look to the United States for help.

America gives out 30 billion dollars a year to countries that they have an interest in, such as Israel that gets $3 billion and Puerto Rico US colony that gets $10 billion a year. Maybe Israel would be forced to make peace with its neighbors if they didn’t get war money from USA. A Puerto Rico resident there told me that Puerto Rico lost the money in government hands and went under last year (2006). There are many other countries America favors besides Puerto Rico.

Belize is not a U.S. colony yet and gets nothing except IMF promissory notes, which they have to pay back in double interest rates ,even though they are very similar to Puerto Rico with military bases and much American products (most of which are now made in China). More poison junk and GM food, GM seeds and processed and fast junk foods are coming in from the U.S. and the people are getting very sick. They see the U.S. television commercials and so they buy the highly processed junk food with US brands instead of something a little bit better from their neighboring countries.

Belizeans use to be one of the healthiest people in the world I am told 50 years ago, but now they are like the rest, sickly from eating poison foods, and water, they’re also hooked on junk food as well as on junk USA television. They’re being brainwashed and poisoned at the same time. They’re going down with the rest of the world because not only is the media controlled by the Illuminati but also the poison foods. Belize has become another guinea pig and the dark forces don’t even pay the Belizean government for testing on them like they do in some other countries.

These elitist fascists now control most all the so called money of the world and the poison food as well as the GM seeds (hybrids) and we can’t reproduce ourselves the genetically modified fruits or vegetables. They control the labor market (peoples’ jobs). We all must work for the almighty worthless paper money God and they control the natural resources and energy we need, such as oil. The world now needs real money backed by precious metals!

An atmospheric blast furnace will be at full throttle this weekend over the interior West with heat reaching dangerous levels, challenging records and elevating the wildfire threat.

While many folks over the interior West are accustomed to and expect hot weather during the summer, this pattern is taking the heat to the extreme. In some cities, record highs for any date throughout the year could be equaled or breached.

The heat is so intense that Death Valley will approach the world's hottest temperature record Sunday and Monday.

New June record highs were already set or equaled in Salt Lake City, Utah, Needles, Calif., and Kingman, Ariz., on Friday.

Cities that will continue to experience record-challenging heat on a daily basis during the pattern into next week include Las Vegas, Nev., Phoenix, Ariz., Salt Lake City, Utah, Boise, Idaho, Medford, Ore., and Fresno, Calif.

According to Western Weather Expert Ken Clark, "People driving through desert areas during the pattern should make sure their vehicle can make the journey and that they carry extra water in case their vehicle breaks down."

More numerous communities across the Northwest, such as Seattle and Spokane, Wash., and Pendleton, Ore., will join this list early next week as the heat expands northward.

The absence of an offshore flow will allow the beaches to stay comfortable during this extremely hot spell.

As temperatures soar to record-challenging levels, drying brush and the potential for spotty thunderstorms will push the wildfire threat to new areas and raise the risk in other locations.

The system producing the heat and sunshine will allow widely separated, pop-up thunderstorms with time. Most of the storms will form and die over the mountains, but there will be a few exceptions.

A few locations can receive a downpour. However, many of the storms will bring little or no rainfall. This phenomena, commonly called "dry lightning," can spark new wildfires.

While the natural spark for wildfires cannot be avoided, people are urged to be very careful when using outdoor power equipment and open flames. Never park a vehicle that has been running for any length of time over dry grass and brush as the hot exhaust can start a fire. Don't throw burning cigarettes out of your vehicle.

When we go inside our heart of hearts where the soul resides and ask ourselves the big question,which is;...What do we want more than anything else in this world, what would make us happy? We all want to be in joy and in peace to have a peace of mind but the soul crys out for more, Happiness can be fleeting, so we want something greater and the greatest thing that we can have if we can find it, is Love. And Love is a mysterious thing. It isnot something that most of us are raised with, oh yes we say the words of Love and maybe we are lucky enough to be told we are Loved but without the feelings and emotion that goes with it we are only hearing the words but not experiencing the emotion of Love that must be felt. We sometimes see families or couples expressing and feeling this emotion of Love, but unless we feel it ourselves we can only observe and by observing we know its there. And the question is where does it come from. Where do they get it from to be able to share it. It is givin to others but to give it ,one must first have it themselves, the real thing, not just the words. This energy must be felt to be shared and that brings us to the question of what is its source?If we are not raised in Love and true spirituality,we set out to find this answer.

God the Creator Father is the source, it is his soul, his heart of hearts, it is his personality. But we hardly ever hear this in our Religions. Only in our true Spirituality are we tought this. All to often in the world the word Love is used written or said but without emotion or feelings it is then non experencential and has little meaning. For Love is Engergy, a energy that flows from Creator source to us and through us if our heart center is not blocked or closed by guilt or shame from the Religions belief that we are sinners. That we was born in sin and do sin regularly and that sin separates us from God and Heaven. The only thing that seperates us is this belief in sin. Most of us don't sin, we just make mistakes that we have to correct and were not born in sin we are born Holy, innocent of sin, we are mistakingly tought that our mistakes are sin and this mistake was tought to us by the dark side, who wants to keep us seperate from source. Forgiveness is the 1st key to Happiness , it opens the doors or portals that washs our mistakes away. By forgiving ourselves and all those who have hurt us, past and present, we reconize our guilt and shame, a burden that we are caring and that blocks Gods Love from entering into us. And in our Prayers and plea's to the Creator, we learn to ask for Love. For Love is the Only thing that can Heal our soul and mind. So one aspect of Love is about Healing.

Healing means to make whole,wholeness means to be complete, to be as God Created us. In Love we are as God Created us. For Love is all there is, God is Love, we are Loved, we are Love. We are an expression of Love as it flows through us. This Truth is the only Truth that all is Love, everthing else is a description of these Truths but for Love to be True it must be experenced. Even God who has and knows all truths does not have this one. This one he too must experence, to become experiential Truths and he does that through us his Creation, his holy son and doughters. We are all a part of God, a God partical and extension of himself. We are part of him and he is part of us. He experences his lower Creations and Dimensions through us as expressions of his Love. And when we become awake and conscious of him and his Love we seek and do find the energy of Love through him up into the higher Dimensions, from which we came. The place where we were born, were we were conceived when mind ,spirit and soul became one and soon after that we went forth on a journey of forgetfulness into each and every life that we can experience to learn to remember and to share that which we are, as a mystery and partical of Love. Knowing that we are not Seperate from Source, that we are part of Source. And it is this oneness that connects us to all the other Holy sons and reminds us that we are all one. And Love is the energy that bines us all together and with Prime Creator. For we are him and he is us. He attains experencetial Truth of Love through us and we share this mystery of Love through him.

So God becomes something more personal to us rather than the Dogma of todays Religion that was created in mans image, of a lower God. By going inside and asking for the truth from our higher self and from our soul. Our memory can be restored, the Dark ones cannot take that away from us, but they have caused much confusion of truths and division amungst us. For they refuse this light and Love of the Creator and must seek energy from another souce but all other sources of energy soon fade away, fleeting. Where as Love is eternal and we can have as much of it as we can handle. And the more we ask for ,the more we receive as we open the doors or portals to the Spirit realm and source of all Love. Love comes with light, Love and light are the first gifts that we ask for from the Creator. We then learn to ask for Peace and joy then happiness and health as we give thanks for these gifts that make us whole and one with all Creation. This affirmation if done regularly and correctly brings in the things that we are asking for. Affirmation Prayers are very powerful in that they are affirming that we already are and will receive these things, that it is true, its a fact as we open the doors to source, it is done. For the Father knows what we want even before we ask, but by asking we open the vortexes and allow them to flow in, for he has already givin them to us, we just must learn to except the gifts. The Affirmation that I use goes something like this; I thank you Father for your gifts of, Love and Light- Peace and Joy- happiness and Health for I am whole and as you created me, one with all of Creation, indeed.

Being able to Love is basically Learning how to Love. It's true, that before we can truly Love another we must first learn to Love ourselves. And to do that there is some homework involved for we have many blocks of guilt and shame that we and they have laid upon ourselves, that must be removed. Forgiveness is another name for deprograming and reprograming oneself and that can be quite a task if one has a lot of Karma like I did from not only this life but many past lives before we chose Love. Being a slacker or just going along for the ride was the name of the game for amy of us. We knew we wanted more but just didn't know how to go about attaining it. We didn't want to go inside of ourselves and face all that guilt and shame we have pilled up there over many life times. It can be quite scary when you see that pile of garbage or baggage that we are carrying along, that we have buried deep, smashed it down so we could put in more hurt and pain, until finally the garbage bin is so full that we have to take it out, can't put anymore into the soul. The soul is kinda of funny in this way, it doesn't seem to care that much as to how much negative experience's that is placed in it, it just wants to experience life, it would prefer to experience Love but it does not seem to reject the other experiences that are less than Love. But at some point enough is enough. For these negative emotions that are not released by Forgiveness soon begin to leak out as Karma as accidents and Diseases, some small, some large. Until of course we start to ask why this crap is happening to us, sometimes out of the blue it seems.

Everything happens for a reason, nothing happens that was not asked for at some level,conscious or unconscious. Everything we do comes back to us, everything is connected, we are all connected to each other in one form or another. If its not Love and light, then it is anguis and darkness. We soon learn to decide which one we wish to carry along with us from life to life.And before we can enter into the higher Dimensions or attain Ascension, we must release the lower vibrations and karma. Forgiveness is the best and the fastest way to do that. It dissolves Karma almost instantly depending on how well we do the homework of forgiveness and deprograming. As we begin to awaken and remember who we truly are as Holy sons of God, we then start to deprogram the Dark programs that was feed to us, forced upon us by the dark ones who are feeding off of our negative emotions brought about by our guilt and shame, from our hurt and pain. As we learn to reprogram ourselves from the Light and Love from the higher spiritual realms that the angels and guides and ascended Masters are sending down to us. We learn to replace those negative emotions with positive ones of Love and light. And the Dark ones outside of us get pissed off and soon leave us to find someone else thats easier to feed off of.

Then we only have the one Demon inside to deal with, as JC said the Demons are within you. Its called the Alter Ego, our Nemesis, our lower self. The voice who is loud and falsly gives us info that gets us into trouble and then talks his way out of it afterwards, sorta like the DC & ET “Visitors” who make all those False Flag Promises to us and then when they don't come true, they blame it on us. Its the same prinsible they work from on the dark side. They have there own agenda and its not for our good. The Ego knows that when we ascend our spirit body, mind and soul that he can no longer come along for the ride, for when we reach this level, no Darkness or negative feelings or emotions can enter the higher realms. That the only thing that we can take along with us in all those future lives of light and life is our positive vibrations, the good things that we have learned in life that becomes a permant part of us as our personality and our Creators as we attain perfection in eternaity.

Slowly all that is not of the light and love will fade away, including our alter Ego. In this life I learned much aout the Ego especially through the ACIM- ( a Cource in Miracles) and with the help of the Holy Spirit I have learned finally how to deal with him or I ask the H.S. To deal with him when I can't, when he's presenting to much negative thoughts which are not mine, so I don't own them or images of the same negative vibes. One woud think that the closer one gets to the Light of Love the easier it would be but not so. He knows that he will die, that he is a creation of my mind from youth and was in a way a neccessary component of my personality. Just as Darkness must be allowed to exist for creation to be able to choose the light,(Free Will). But when we do choose the light of Love or God which is the same then the Darkness must fase away, as it was all an Illusion in the first place. So must the Ego fade away when we attain Ascension into the higher Dimensions staring with the 4^th, then the 5^th soon there after we hope.

Ones things for sure, the process I tried to use on the demon within and the Demons without, did not work. I tried, as a rebel Warrior to bring them to the light, the dark ones attacked me in many ways and my Ego fought all the way kicking and fighting until finally I realized that its better if I bring the light to the Darkness instead of trying to bring the darkness to the light. For instance if you are in a dark room and the room next to it is full of light and you open the door, the light will enter and dissolve the Darkness into light and according to how much light enters the room will the darkness recede. So the light is much more powerfull than the darkness. If the Darkness was more powerful then when you opened the door the Darkness would enter that room where the light was, but it cannot. So now I am learning to bring Love and light into a Dark world where the DC rule and Lucifer and Satan is supreme. Now as a warrior of the light I know that the light will dissolve the Darkness in time. And to do this I must get my Warrior strength from Source where all light and Love comes from, the Prime Creator, Michael of Nabadon. And by using contemplative medation ,I am able to reprogram myself in his image, sense I am part of him and he is part of me. I see the Spirit Realm through him and my Vision Quest becomes clear as I align with the light and he experiences the lower realms of his creation through me and as I learn this greatest mystery of all time “LOVE” .

As Peace and joy, Happiness and Health are all part of this light and Love, then it is this that we take with us, it is this that becomes part and particle of our personality and it is only this that we can take with us. For the world holds nothing that we really want nor that we can take with us. And what more is there to life than learning to Love in the light. This great Mystery penetrates all of Creation, Creation could not be without this Love that is forever growing and changing that fills all life ,when it is received. So as we learn to forgive the world, our brothers and our past we begin to learn to Love ourselves. Surrender is the next Key, after Forgiveness to help us access our Creator and the light and Love that we desire so much. When we surrender and Love ourselves, others can Love us. For like attracts like, positive attracts positive and Love attracts more Love. So itsa never ending chain. Spirituality in Truth is then learning about Love and the souse of Love and then how to tap into that source, so that we may sustain ourselves and be in the light and LOVE, be Happy, be in Peace, joy and Health. My Gods Love is your Gods LOVE. Therefore we are Love and Loved, indeed. Love and Light to all for we are all one family. Adonai

Indicative to the understanding of labeling and concepts I have a few words to speak to refresh the souls of the weary by means of the springs of the waters of life.

Interpretation, especially spiritual interpretation, can be viewed in many different aspects, especially according to ones abilities of understanding.

Take for instance the human life that was lived as Jesus, and see how if you ask ten people in regards to what this meant to them, you will more than likely receive ten different interpretations on what it is that they think that they know in regards to this.

The beauty of this is that when this is done with your inner guide, all things will be made plain according to your level of understanding.

It may mean many different things to many people, but in the end it is the wisdom of Godly understanding and this interpretation in light of God’s Pure Eternal truth that will translate it personally for you.

When you receive spiritual information and give over to interpretation, it is never meant to be stagnant and final, but rather meant to be living, ever expanding and growing.

Humans have books to record history, but it is human life lived in the human experience, lived in accordance to God’s will that is the true testament to a realization and ever expanding illumination of God.

That is true revelation, not papers or pages in a book or a singular perspective or view point on an experience of what God is.

So too when your consciousness expands, so too does the understanding of spiritual matters.

Spirituality is really gauged based on one’s ability to discern and contact spirit through meditation and silence from the external picture shows of life.
Heart

Shifting from the mind to the heart 

Ask yourself this:

Do I take in everything with spirit, with my inner guide in the spirit of non-judgment and love, or do I take everything at face value and process it with mind intellectually.

The reason I speak many times in parables is to allow those who hear me speak the ability search and find that the true interpretation that lies within themselves through mediation on these truths.

Confusion can only arise when recipients of such spiritual information are unable to understand that all knowledge comes from within. That true understanding and Godly wisdom comes from the divine fragment of the Infinite Paradise Spirit within them, and revelation, especially pure revelation, comes from the spirit translated to those who are ready to receive it in spirit.

When you have an elevated state of Consciousness and you realize that you are a part of Infinity and Unity, no longer separate, then you realize that all of the outward searching and all of the contact with the celestials and angelic beings has one mean and one end.

All of the lessons from your celestials and teachers and all of the perspectives, channels, books, transcripts and teachings are tools for guiding you to realize that you hold a piece of Paradise within your own being waiting to be discovered.

You are the greatest gift you have ever searched for.

No one can really teach you this, but you can be guided to some degree. You must traverse this path with purity and love and this is what many consider to be the mystery of God.

It is the limited human mind that holds God as a mystery, but pure spirit is waiting patiently for each and every one to realize that it is a cosmic delusion and misconception to believe that Spirit is far off and unreachable.

You must live this and through your personal experience and your ever living and expanding growing faith you will find God if you truly desire to do so.

Then and only then will you find that all understanding comes from within you and not without.

No one can teach you how to find God, you must first comprehend that God is pure thought via energy and pure infinite love manifested in consciousness.

This illumination of the grid, so to speak, is knowing that you are the One that you have always been searching for. You hold God and Spirit within your very beings. Even though it has been labeled as many concepts, given names, Spirit is One and it simply just IS.
Consciousness

God is pure consciousness 

Consciousness is the way that you see the world, the way that you interpret concepts from spirit and elaborate through experience to make reality actuality.

God concepts and universe principles 

You cannot shout at someone to understand this pure truth, everyone who realizes this has to want to see God in their heart.

People on earth may continually look outwardly for great change, for a savior to save them from their own creations or for spaceships to land and take them away yet what goes unremembered is how many times God’s Spirit has sent prophets and those endowed with the understanding of spirit and knowledge of God consciousness in their very beings to try to elevate the collective people.

The story Moses, as many of you have knowledge of biblical facts can be taken literally and processed intellectually or as concepts left to spirit to interpret.

Moses made contact with God or his "I AM presence" at the burning bush, went to free the Hebrew children from the oppression of Egypt, led them from the oppression of slavery and the collective consciousness that held them in bondage, and still they refused to go or to see to the promise land or pure consciousness of the God.

All but two had the faith perception to actually make it to that place of peace.

The mountain where Moses spoke openly with the Father is where he received pure consciousness that did not and could not exist in the Hebrews mentality at that time, so what did Moses do?

In that most elevated state of consciousness he reasoned that God is Love, so it was written on stone tablets not made by hands to first know love you will not do these ten things –

Thus the ten commandments came to a hardened people urging them to remember what love is.

Take these things in with spirit my sons and daughters, brothers and sisters.

Messages will continue to be sent and will continue to be sent, but so many people are missing the point and have missed the point for far too long as they continue to look outwardly for great changes and manifestations for their needed salvation.

Blessed are the pure in spirit for they will see God, indeed.

Why do you look for another prophet or God knowing man when He is all around you in every man woman and child?

The only thing that keeps those who have not this realization are all of the things such as the preconceived notions and judgments that the separated self has put in Pure Spirits place that keep them from seeing.

Let those who have an ear hear what the spirit is speaking to them.

When the collective consciousness is raised and all can come together in agreement and realize that they are not separate, that you are all ONE.

When all can stop fighting over interpretations of Spiritual matters and Stop bickering on the duality of right and wrong, when all can come to the realization that striving for materialistic endeavors does not bring lasting happiness and many begin to start searching for the peace within and stop looking for it without - Then your world will be truly transformed and can come together to co-create in Unity the kingdom of God.
Second Coming

My return is meant to occur in the hearts of all men 

I have indeed stood up, and to those who have received this I have received those of mine into myself, the purity of this Consciousness, which all were created in and need only remember fully.

When this spirit and pure consciousness operates within you, then and only then can you understand that Christ Consciousness prepares you to ascend inward to the pure absolute oneness with God’s pure love on Paradise.

All of these things when they are fully spiritually understood, will dawn realization that all of the perceptions that one sees through human eye’s, the perceptions that you all see with human vision, are reflections of you, teaching tools painted on the slides of life that help you all receive greater awareness.

Ask yourself this? When you look from your eyes do you see God in everything, do you see purity of consciousness? Do you see love, mercy, non-judgment?

Do you see with hearts overflowing, the love of God in action in everything, or do you see something else?

If there is anything other than this existent in your consciousness then you are still on the path of remembering the pure consciousness of Spirit within.

Once you find that fragment of the Paradise Father within you, the peace that surpasses all understanding overflows within your heart, and truly your cup will runneth over, and truly you will see God in every single thing.

When you look into another’s eyes, you will see reflections of yourself.

So many are still striving to understand spirituality on earth in its awakening state amidst the illusion of oppression that has held so many in chains for so long, so I call you all to unite in the Fatherhood of God where every man woman and child is looked upon as yourself.

Many are realizing that they have had the ability and endowment to make change and that oppression exists only in a collective mind.

The grid of collective consciousness is being helped by spirit, purity, love, mercy and grace through the collective intensive efforts of those who understand and can make sense of spirit.

In those collective efforts of those combining and joining their voices, these efforts of spiritual focus multiplied by intentions with celestial and angelic support will break the chains of ignorance that has so long held this sphere in captivity of ignorance, delusion and illusion.

Focus on receiving everything in love and leave the spirit within to decipher the rest.

If it resonates with your personal reality then you will begin to understand as it integrates. If it does not resonate, then simply dismiss it and move on to greater truth, for not one child can define God, nor could one ever tell you what He is, you must experience this for yourself.
Judgment

Judgment exists only in a separated consciousness 

Judgment does not exist in Christ consciousness or God consciousness.

As you ascend inward further and further to God’s pure consciousness and God’s pure love you will realize that if you speak judgment of another in any way, you will eventually realize that these things are reflections of yourself to teach you what you must remove from yourself to progress further to pure consciousness.

I spoke of this when I asked those who judged the speck in their brother’s eye to look at the rafter in their own.

For far too long the children of this sphere, the collective on this sphere, have been unable to realize that God is pure love, and have tried to define Him.

Free will in action and through ignorance, illusion and delusion man “falls” from pure consciousness and finds himself in a state of ignorance and seeming separation.

As you outwork your own freewill choices to grace and mercy, which flows freely from God, the only thing that will keep you from fully experiencing God, to experience peace, love and purity of consciousness is the thinking you know through Ego or the separated state of being. This will hold you back through every judgment, word, action and deed.

If the spirit of God is in operation in you it will perk up to gleaning truths and begin to resonate.

Spirit through a loving heart and inward searching with the Father within will confirm whether something is truth or error.

God hears all children crying out to Him, and is beckoning all His children home to the purity of love without judgment or condemnation.

There has to be light or pathway to follow inward to find that light that is in each and every one of you, or how else would you know the way?

There is no judgment, fear, condemnation, - only love, peace, purity and abundance in the kingdom of God.

All other things brought forth in opposition of these things are error, especially if someone is claiming them in the name of spirit.

Allow these words to sink into your spirits and allow these steps being taken on behalf of error to resonate and integrate within you.

Truly through your own personal relationship with the Father within you, you will find all the answers you seek, for this is the great adventure of the Cosmos.

The road map and the destination are within you.

Transhumanism debunked: Why drinking the Kurzweil Kool-Aid will only make you dead, not immortal

In case you're new to the term, "transhumanism" means uploading your mind to a machine, discarding your body, then achieving immortality by living forever through machines and robots. Google's director of engineering, Ray Kurzweil, has been pushing this cult for many years, and just recently he promised that by 2045, humanity would achieve what he calls the "singularity," where our minds can be uploaded to computers. (Click here for the source of this claim.) In less than a century, Kurzweil says, we could all discard our "fragile" human bodies and inhabit advanced robotic systems as our new immortal selves.

Kurzweil's cult is so bizarre and dangerous that following it can only lead to a lunatrocity of mass death and deception. Kurzweil's sci-fi cybernetic mind-meld theories are so outlandish that they make Scientology's galactic narratives sound like Christian Sunday school.

Where to even begin the debunking of it all? Let's start with its claims...

How would transhumanism even work?

Let's examine the claims of the transhumanism cult leaders like Kurzweil. They are saying that by 2045, all the following technology will exist:

Technology #1) A way to "scan" your entire brain and record every neuron and holographic patterning that exists in your brain.

Technology #2) A way to build an equally complex computing system that has equivalent computational capabilities as your brain.

Technology #3) A way to COPY your brain scan into the computing system. This is called "uploading" your brain to the machine.

Once these three technologies exist, we are promised, we can all transfer our minds to computer systems and experience "digital immortality!"

But wait a second. Something's already missing here, do you see it? In this plan there is no mechanism to transfer your consciousness to the machine. So even if all three of these technologies are adequately developed (which is possible, by the way), they still don't provide a way to merge your mind with a machine.

Nothing more than a computer simulation of your brain

All you've really done, even if all three technologies are developed and working by 2045, is made a copy of your brain. This copy may, indeed, be able to run on the machine, but it's nothing more than a simulation of your brain. It is not you.

Similarly, if someone takes a photo of you and posts a print of the photo on the wall, they can say they've made you "immortal" through photography, but your mind is obviously not living inside the photograph.

If you're a star in a motion picture, you may be "immortalized" by your fans who see you as "living forever" in your famous films, but your consciousness does not live inside the movie. The real "you" is still inhabiting your human body.

No matter how complex the depicted simulation, a "scan" of you that is replicated in another medium (a photo, a movie, or a highly advanced computer) is not you. Thus, the promise of transhumanism is a fraudulent one, and "uploading" is the wrong metaphor. You aren't uploading your consciousness to a machine; you're simply creating a non-conscious computer simulation of your brain.

And how do we know that's true? To answer that question, we have to dig deeper... into the definition of YOU.

What are YOU?

I'll keep this short by beginning with the ending: You are not merely your body.

"You" are far more than your body. And the way we know this is because the instant you die, your body is still the same it was, but the "you" is no longer present.

"You" are actually a non-physical consciousness interfaced with a physical brain. "You" are a non-physical consciousness sometimes called a soul or spirit. This consciousness experiences the world through your physical sensory organs.

This discussion of consciousness is the part that drives the transhumanists bonkers because to be a member of their cult, you have to believe that there is no such thing as consciousness... or a soul... or free will. You have to believe that consciousness is an artifact of the brain itself -- a kind of "ghost in the machine," if you will, that somehow gives rise to the self-delusion of awareness.

This means you have to believe free will is an illusion and that if you copy the brain and paste it somewhere else, then somehow magically that other thing becomes "you."

But this makes no sense. There is no mechanism for the transfer of the focal point of consciousness. If you copy and paste your brain (i.e. "upload" your brain) to another machine, but your human body is still alive and breathing, then you haven't "uploaded" your consciousness anywhere. You have only made a complex facsimile of your neurology.

Transhumanism debunked

Such is the great gap in the theory of transhumanism: There is no mechanism to transfer your consciousness (your soul) from your body to the machine. How do you "transplant" your soul? The transhumanists have no answer for that. They simply pretend your soul doesn't exist and therefore need not be considered at all.

There is nothing in their plan to transplant your soul. So what's actually going to happen to all these transhumanism cult members -- and here's the hilarious part in all this -- is that people like Ray Kurzweil will just DIE, and if they did manage to copy their brain to a machine, that machine will simply run as a simulation, carrying on the computational appearance of Ray Kurzweil, but doing so mindlessly, with no soul or consciousness.

What do you call fifty transhumanists who have uploaded their brains to machines and then killed off their physical bodies? A busy day at the morgue.

Transhumanism is a death cult, much like Heaven's Gate

Ultimately, transhumanism is a death cult much like the infamous Heaven's Gate cult led by Marshal Applewhite. Marshal promised his followers that their minds would merge with space aliens who were hiding in a mothership piggybacked on the Hale-Bopp comet. Just like Ray Kurzweil, Marshal Applewhite promised immortality and said that disconnecting from your body (via suicide, of course) was the path to enlightenment.

Believe it or not, Applewhite said that he was actually an alien spirit who hijacked a human body, taking it over for his own delusional purposes. (He never explains what he did with the previous soul that once occupied the body.) You can watch a video of him explaining this here:

Mirroring all this kookiness, Ray Kurzweil promises that you will live forever if you discard your body and merge your brain with machines that have yet to be invented. At some point, just like with Heaven's Gate, you will need to "kill" your physical body in order to complete the "upload" to Kurzweil's cybernetic computers. There's probably some Kool-Aid involved in all this, no doubt. Kurzweil-Kool-Aid.

Both Applewhite and Kurzweil are obviously insane. Both are also extremely convincing and charismatic. Kurzweil's shtick is that he's very convincing to techno-geeks at Google... people who have now put him in charge of Google's technology. This alone is frightening, realizing that Google has been suckered into the cult of transhumanism -- a cult based on such bizarre sci-fi distortions that it makes Scientology look downright conservative by comparison.

Perhaps Google will soon announce its own cult: Googletology. Or Kurzweilianism.

But there's something even more frightening in all this: The transhumanists may succeed in creating such convincing simulations that they fool huge numbers of other people into thinking the mind-meld with machines actually works! And they may then commit suicide to "merge with the machines" as Kurzweil describes.

Ray Kurzweil - director of engineering at Google - claims that by 2045 humans will be able to upload their entire minds to computers and become digitally immortal - an event called singularity. He made the statement at the Global Futures 2045 International Congress in New York

A convincing simulation is still not you

See, if you do manage to scan a human brain and copy it over to a highly-complex computer system -- and this very well may be possible by 2045 -- it may create a strongly convincing simulation that appears to be alive. It may be able to talk with you, reason with you and even inhabit a humanoid robot that walks around the world much like a human. This illusion of consciousness may be so convincing that large numbers of individuals are convinced to kill themselves as part of some sort of "transference" to the machine. It will be given a friendly-sounding name, of course, such as "You 2.0." Drink the Kool-Aid, kill off your physical body, and then your brain pattern gets copied to a digital simulation of you while the Kurzweil cultists stand back and say, "Shazam! You've been uploaded into a machine!" Ain't it trendy?

Not really. You're actually dead, and now the machine is running a "convincing simulation" of your personality. This simulation may manage to convince your friends that you're still "alive" inside the machine, but your spirit is actually long gone, having departed the earthly realm when your physical body died (from drinking the Kool-Aid).

Realistically, the task of creating computer systems capable of fooling human beings into thinking they're "real people" is not so astonishing given a timeframe of 30 years or so. But the Turing test never took into account the existence of a non-physical consciousness or soul. Turing's theories were missing something vital to existence: consciousness!

So if you see a computer system running an on-screen personality that claims to be Ray Kurzweil, and it invites you to drink some Kool-Aid and merge with the machines, just hit delete and go back to playing Farmville.

What does this direct link stem from?

Over 80 percent of those who succumbed to certain types of cancer resided approximately a third of a mile away from one of the hundreds of cell phone antennae that populate the city.

These cancers, primarily found in the prostate, breasts, lungs, kidneys, liver, are the ones associated with exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMFs).

This is a real concern for cell phone users and even non- cell phone users. Those who shun mobile phone technology still suffer the consequences of cell phone tower radiation.

Is the Brazilian study an isolated study?

Cell phone tower studies which examined the relationship between radiation exposure and cancer rates were conducted in the city of San Francisco in addition to cities in Austria, Germany, and Israel, dating as far back as the 1970s. All the studies shared similar findings: living within a certain proximity to a cell phone tower increased the risk of cancer anywhere from two to 121 times depending on what type of cancer was detected.

Adilza Condessa Dode, PhD, one of the engineering researchers as well as the coordinator of the Brazilian study, addresses those who are concerned about cell phone tower radiation and explains the Brazil study does not stand alone. Dode elaborates, "these levels (EMFs), are already high and dangerous to human health. The closer you live to an antenna, the greater the contact with the electromagnetic field."

The Brazilian study covers just one city in Brazil. Residents of the United States are vulnerable too as America is home to hundreds of thousands of these radiation emitting towers. In the U.S., with the proliferation of cell phones and the growing needs of cell phone users in recent years, there has been an explosion in cell towers.

Overwhelming evidence

A growing number of organizations and many more studies support the conclusions of the Brazilian study. The International Association for Research on Cancer (IARC), based upon findings from research conducted by an international think tank, came to the conclusion that radio frequency radiation, including the radiation spewing from cell towers, is a possible carcinogen.

The BioInitiative 2012 Report written by a group of leading independent international scientists has put out an unequivocal health warning against exposure to EMFs. This includes exposures from cell phone towers.

Why are cell phone towers particularly dangerous?

The threat comes from the constant nature of the activity of the towers; they emit pulsed radio frequency radiation. This radiation has been shown in thousands of studies to cause biological damage to the body and to be a precursor to disease.

What are some of the dangers (besides cancer), which result from this damage and are associated with EMFs and cell phone antennae?

• Genetic mutations
• Memory disruptions
• Hindered learning
• ADD
• Insomnia
• Brain disorders
• Hormonal imbalances
• Infertility
• Dementia
• Heart complications

These dangers clearly make it imperative to take action.

Cell towers are here to stay but their implantation needs effective regulation in terms of location and radiation levels. The 1996 Telecommunications Act (TCA), does not qualify the public's right to protest cell tower locations based on health hazards. Cell towers should be located away from residential areas and far away from schools and day care centers.

The “Priory of Sion” is also a member of the Illuminati group. The Priory of Sion group believes that they have the blood and DNA of Jesus, that he married Mary Magdalene. They call it the “Merovingian bloodline.” The Hapsburgs claim to have more of this bloodline in their ancestry, but there are other Kings and Queens, Princes and Princesses, and noble families of Europe who claim this as well, including the Queen of England (Elizabeth) and her heirs and Prince Barnard himself. The families of kings and queens had prearranged marriages, not only for power and money but also to keep the so called bloodline pure. This first Priory of Sion meeting was to bring them all together.

I myself have run across this story now several times in my Jesus books. Most are fake, such as the story about Billy Meier of Austria who was told by some of the pleiadians how to find a book they called Jmmanuel that I believe this group of Pleiadians planted by going back in time. In the past I thought the Pleiadians were good space brothers, but I think this was done by the followers of Hitler who moved to the s.pole with stolen alien technology. This book is false and contrived, and the story of Jesus getting married, I believe, is definitely false. The others that tell this story must also be false channels because most of my Jesus books say this is not true, especially The Urantia Book. It says no way.

This Bilderberger group has members who are prime ministers, kings and queens, and presidents and vice presidents of different countries and other so called rich and important people of governments and industry and banking. But to be included in the Bilderberger group, they all had to first be members of the free masons in one or another of their Illuminati circles or lodges. That’s also why the elitist chose the pyramid as their symbol because they rule from the top down, from the first inner circle to the second inner circle to the third outer circle and then to all the many other groups or black lodges.

All of the third circle families are bankers in each country and they control the central banks that publish the so called money, and they also hold other positions in society. The new Bilderberger group was ideal for them because it enables them to control the people even more in order to recruit them into the NWO. Even Hitler raged about them and George H. Bush Sr. talked about. So the Bilderberger group brought the chance to formulate more control groups in each country, coercing governments to make new laws which would control the people through transportation, communication, industry, banking, the military and police.

The Bilderberger group now meets every year in late summer. The average number of attendees is 130. Membership into the free masons and other groups is granted as needed. But the Bilderberger group controls the other groups and they are controlled by the first and second inner circles and the free masons. By the way, I only mentioned some of the first circle families. No one knows the rest.

According to Jim Mars, these are more likely some of the members of the second circle of 30: The Brockman Dynasty of Canada, Juan Carlos of Spain, John Jacob Astor, Lord Peter Carrington (banker with Bilderberger mafia ties), Giovanni Agnelli (Fiat Motors), Rupert Murdoch (multi billionaire Australian publisher), Heinrich Von Pierer (German chairman of Siemens electronic company), George Soras (Hungarian Jew and now a British subject), all of which belong to another NWO group (lodge) of the World Economic Forum held in Switzerland.

Prince Philip was also a member, Queen Elizabeth’s late husband and head of the United Lodge of free masonry in England and a member of the order of the garter in England. These may be good candidates for the Bilderberger group which met in 2007 in Turkey and in 2008 in Maryland, five miles from Washington D.C., USA, in which they will announce their agenda to collapse the money markets and create a worldwide Depression. Nexus Magazine ran a good article by Daniel Estulin called “The Illuminati’s Second Circle” in Vol. 14 No. 5 in August-September 2007. The article also reported on the economic hit men of the IMF/World Bank which will be our next subject. And it listed a delegation to the 2007 Bilderberger meeting. David Rockefeller was not present. There was a group of 130 members, plus attendees who are not yet members, mostly from Europe and western countries, especially the USA. Now supposedly no one in the U.S. government under the “Logan Act” is allowed to attend such a meeting that is not endorsed by the U.S. government, but Rick Perry, Governor of Texas, and Ross Wilson, Ambassador to Turkey, and did Henry Kissinger represented his own company, Kissinger Associates.

This group supports the interests of mufti-national corporations and talks mostly about business and their plans to create a new world currency by collapsing the present banking system. To quote from the Nexus article, “Catastrophe is good for business, always has been. Without suffering there would be no humanitarian assistance. And without humanitarian assistance there would be no room for undercover intelligence network operations as part of western imperatives for geopolitical control.” In Europe, the independent banking system is run through the European Central Bank whose monetary policies are put together by the leading members of the Bilderberger elite.

Other quotes from the meeting were: “The United States and Europe have a tacit agreement between them that the president should always be a U.S. national while it’s sister institution, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) should always be headed by a European.” And the Bilderberger meeting in 2007 “served as a consensus building exercise to decide on a common policy and strategy to deal with Russia’s resurgence.” David Estulin says, “These are some of the things they talked about. The final objective of this despicable group of elitists was a fascist one world empire.” How could it be orchestrated?

Estulin quotes them as saying, “The idea is to give to each country a political constitution and an appropriate national structure, organized for the following purposes: (1) to place political power in the hands of chosen people and eliminate all intermediaries, (2) to establish a maximum concentration of industries and suppress all unwarranted competition, (3) to establish absolute control of prices of all goods and raw materials (Bilderberger makes it possible through the iron grip control of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund and the World Trade Organization), and (4) to create judicial and social institutions that would prevent all extremes of action.”

I couldn’t have said it better myself. Here they, themselves, tell how they “intend” and are now in the process of taking over the world through collapsing the economies. They have the power and money plus they are all evil in their “intent” for a one world empire. These people move their industries to third and fourth countries where the labor is dirt cheap, make their products with no restrictions, and then send them back with their company name on it, and sell them, making a huge profit, at a loss of millions of jobs back home in western society. This causes us all to depend on other countries for our goods. Who’s being fooled?

The real question is how can we stop them in the next eight years? And if we don’t, who will? Mother nature, Earth changes Universe and galaxy changes, Dimensional changes, Space brothers, Spiritual hierarchy, Or the raising up of the super or cosmic consciousness ? The mass needs to awaken and rise up before it is too late. No one else can do it for us. They can help, but now we are a free and sovereign planet, at least for a short while longer and the space brothers can only interfere if we ask them to or if we the people and the planet are a danger to the universe (which we are now).

Right now we are a danger mostly to ourselves. So what to do? Let’s do our homework. Open our minds. Come out of denial. They’re getting away with everything so far because we let them. We believe their lies and deception. We couldn’t be bothered with politics or voting or joining an organization that could help and support society. Basically we are still children. We want someone else to do it for us, to be our so called parents, to take care of us. We have become lazy and complacent, non-caring of what is happening around us. They’ve been at this for many hundreds of years. Where were we all that time, sleeping? We can control our dreams if we wake up in them in time. We can control our world if we wake up in time. Where to start and how to do it? Everyone should start wherever they are now in their awakening! We need to go where our hearts and minds lead us. Stay away from fear! It only feeds the dark forces and pulls us down, draining our energy.

We need to find ways in our own personal life that we can change things to become independent of them. It is important to become spiritually awake, not religious but spiritual. Our guides will help us if we ask. Let’s change our energy habits, use less. Change our automobiles. Find a way to run them very cheaply on LPG and/or alcohol using a carburetor and/or flex system. Change our food and clothes and learn to recycle. There are a lot of things we can do for ourselves. I know because I did it while living in the last of the bush in San Ignacio, Belize, providing my own energy sources and different sorts of cheaper fuels (LPG) etc. Plus rain water but very little of my food on just one lot; my lot is black clay so I had to grow food in pots, sprouting jar’s and a tiny garden. Plus I have the world’s largest ant colony in the next lot, and they like to eat my plants. Actuality, I’ve been doing most of this (except for the food) for the past 35 years.

If the Illuminati continue at their present sped up rate they will succeed and we will fail. Is that what we want? There is much we can learn to take control of, in everything around us. Don’t buy what they tell us to buy, but only what we need and can use. Recycle and fix things. Keep them as long as possible. There are many ways to repair things nowadays. We can make and put together things ourselves. Start a garden. Do sprouts. Make our own yogurt, cheese and food. Get some chickens. Get started before it’s too late. Make contact with your neighbors and local community.

We can learn to do whatever we want if we really do want to change. If not we will find ourselves as subjects, slaves to these people. We’re already under their control somewhat now. Get rid of credit cards. Put savings into the Euro and gold, “silver” and other precious metals. Pay off bills and mortgage or sell the house and buy a smaller one in cash and move to the country. Blow up the television. Throw away the paper. Tune into Coast to Coast AM. Read Nexus magazine. Buy new survival books.

But I’m not finished lecturing yet. We all need a kick in the rump or jump start. Well, there’s more. We need to know more about this World Bank and the infamous IMF, the ruling class of the new caste system. The World Bank goes back to WWII as a whole, but these same banker families have been backing wars much longer. They were the first truly global empire created without the military. They also sold weapons to both sides of wars. But they themselves did not have a military to fight for them until recently. Now they own private army’s such as Halliburton and the UN army works for them. Actually if you think about it the us military and many others work for them, such as the real reason the US invaded Iraq was to get the 1200 oil well’s for the oil company’s and the Invasion of Afghanistan is to protect the oil pipe lines and the worlds largest dealer and manufacture of drugs. Today the World Bank which is owned by the Illuminati banking elite created an off shoot called the IMF that takes over the third world countries through economics.

Many towns and communities across Alberta have declared states of emergency. Some of them like High River and Bragg Creek have been ordered to evacuate.

RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) have reported that the floods may have taken four lives already. The situation in the region is still very serious, although on June 21, 2013 some signs of improvement have been noticed.

In the meantime in Calgary around 100,000 people from 25 neighborhoods have been evacuated and displaced from their homes. Some have found shelter with their friends and family, while around 1,500 people have gone to emergency shelters.

  The Elbow river, one of the two rivers that flow through Calgary, has peaked on June 21, 2013, while at the same time the Bow river will stay steady, as long as the conditions don`t change.

Police advised that the downtown is to be avoided as the water has flooded train tracks, washed out roads and underpasses. Transit service in the downtown has been stopped, schools have been canceled, and even lions and tigers from the Calgary Zoo might have to be displaced to prisoner holding cells in the local courthouse. 

The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) sent two helicopters and a Hercules aircraft to help in evacuating people who are stranded, and also around 1,200 officers are sent to assist. 

 Rain poured throughout the week across Alberta, but on June 20, 2013 the Bow River Basin has received almost 100 millimeters of rain. Towns and other inhabited areas downstream of Calgary have been warned, as they have not yet experienced the full strength of the floodwaters.

The rain is forecasted to gradually decrease and ease. An additional 10-25 mm is expected in these regions, but the rain should continue to taper off Friday night and into Saturday, stated Gerald Cheng, a meteorologist at The Weather Network.

According to the Calgary Emergency Management Agency, water levels on the Bow River aren't expected to subside during the next 24 hours.

Heavy monsoon rains cause massive landslides & floods in northern India & Nepal

Over the last few days rainfall across northern India and Nepal has been unusually high, inducing widespread flooding, cloudbursts, riverbank erosions and massive landslides. Heavy monsoon rains started about two weeks earlier than usual. The monsoon affects the subcontinent from June to September, usually bringing some flooding. But the heavy rains arrived early this year causing devastating floods and deadly landslides.

Torrential downpours in northern India swept away roads, buildings and vehicles. The worst damage was reported in the states of Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh, located in the foothills of the Himalayas. The River Ganges and tributaries are flowing above danger level in several areas of Uttarakhand state.

Heavy rainfall triggered a landslide event on the mountain, which turned into a debris flow downstream that struck Kedarnath, a Hindu shrine on the bank of Mandakini river at an altitude of 3,581 meters in the Himalayas, about 225 km north of Rishikesh. The ancient Kedarnath shrine suffer only minor damage, but the destruction all around the temple has been terrible. More than 550 people lost their lives and many more are still missing. 

Raging rivers swept away houses, buildings and even entire villages, and destroyed bridges and narrow roads leading to pilgrimage towns high in the mountains. All roads and bridges are left completely destroyed, bars and hotels washed away which led to more than 100 000 people left stranded in mountains and dense jungle. Rescuers reported there were around 1,000 corpses lying along the jungle route from Kedarnath to Ukhimath. Most of them had died of hunger and dehydration. So far, around 73 000 people have been rescued, but more than 32 000 people are still stranded.

​Chief minister Vijay Bahuguna stated that this kind of disaster has never happened in the Himalayan history. In seven years since 2005, Uttarkashi had three major flash floods, and the last major flood before 2005 was in 1978. 

The far west of Nepal has also been seriously affected by this rainfall. Deadly landslides have been reported in Malika in Dailekh, Siddheswor in Baitadi and Kuntiwandali in Achham.

The annual monsoon rains sustain India's agriculture but also cause flooding that claims lives and damages property. The rains usually hit the southwest coast at the start of June and are crucial to India's food output and economic growth. One of the world's leading producers of rice, sugar, wheat and cotton depends on monsoon rains. 

The summer monsoon arrived in southwest India on June 1, but it spread northward much faster than usual, reaching Pakistan a full month earlier than normal. Vivos Survival Shelter: Robert Vicino Says Kansas Caves Could Save Human Race After Apocalypse

ATCHISON, Kan. -- After most of the world's population is wiped off the map by a wayward meteorite or hail of nuclear missiles, the survival of the human race might just depend on a few thousand people huddled in recreational vehicles deep in the bowels of an eastern Kansas mine.

That's the vision of a California man who is creating what he calls the world's largest private underground survivor shelter, using a complex of limestone caves dug more than 100 years ago beneath gently rolling hills overlooking the Missouri River.

"I do believe I am on a mission and doing a spiritual thing," said Robert Vicino, who has purchased a large portion of the former U.S. Army storage facility on the southeast edge of Atchison, about 50 miles northwest of Kansas City, Mo. "We will certainly be part of the genesis."

Before it comes time to ride out Armageddon or a deadly global pandemic, though, Vicino says the Vivos Survival Shelter and Resort will be a fun place for members to take vacations and learn assorted survival skills to prepare them for whatever world-changing catastrophe awaits.

Jacque Pregont, president of the Atchison Chamber of Commerce, said some people think the shelter plan sounds creepy or that Vicino has "lost his mind," while others are excited because they will finally get a chance to tour the property.

Atchison is known as the birthplace of Amelia Earhart and one of the most haunted towns in Kansas, Pregont said, so the survival shelter is likely to add to the town's tourism draw.

"It's quirky, and quirky gets attention," she said.

Recent Hollywood movies have done big business exploring themes about threats to the human race, either through climate shifts, meteor impacts or zombie invasions. And the National Geographic Channel show, "Doomsday Preppers," documents the efforts of Americans who are preparing for the end of the world with elaborate shelters and plenty of freeze-dried rations.

Paul Seyfried, who belongs to a group that promotes preparing for manmade or natural disasters, said Americans have become complacent ever since the death of John F. Kennedy, the last president who urged people to build fallout shelters.

 

"There has been no war on our soil in over 100 years, so the horror of war is not stamped indelibly in Americans' minds," said Seyfried, a member of The American Civil Defense Association's advisory board.

Ken Rose, a history professor at California State University-Chico, is an outspoken critic of underground shelters. Though he acknowledged that interest in underground shelters is growing, he called projects like the Kansas facility a "colossal waste of time and money."

"Some people are just obsessed by this idea," Rose said. "... Without minimizing the terror threat here today, the threats were much greater at the height of the Cold War. At least then anxiety was based on a realistic scenario."

The Kansas caverns are 100 feet to 150 feet below the surface and have a constant natural temperature in the low 70s. They are supported by thick limestone pillars six times stronger than concrete and will have blast doors built to withstand a one-megaton nuclear explosion as close as 10 miles away, Vicino said.

Other than being surrounded by more than a mile and a half of 6-foot-high chain-link fence topped with sharp rows of barbed wire, the land above ground isn't distinguishable from expanses of hills and trees that surround it. The proposed shelter's entrances – nondescript concrete loading docks tucked discretely into the wooded hillside – are easily defensible against any potential intruders provided there's not a full-scale military attack, Vicino said.

The Army used the caverns – created by limestone mining operations that started in the late 1880s – for decades as a storage facility before putting them up for auction last year. The winning bid in December was $1.7 million, but financing fell through and the site was put up for sale again.

Springfield, Mo., investor Coby Cullins submitted his winning $510,000 bid for the property in early April, and he immediately started looking for ways to use it. One of his ideas was to lease the land to a company that builds survival bunkers.

Vicino, whose company is based in Del Mar, Calif., said he received an email from Cullins and flew to Kansas two days later to check out the property. Vicino agreed to purchase 75 percent of the complex, rather than lease it, while Cullins retained the rest and is marketing it to local businesses.

The complex consists of two fully lighted, temperature-controlled mines with concrete floors. The east cave, which Cullins owns, encompasses about 15 acres and contains offices, vaults, restrooms and other developed work spaces. The much larger west cave, which covers about 45 acres, is mostly undeveloped and will be converted into the Vivos facility.

The shelter will have enough space for more than 1,000 RVs and up to about 5,000 people. Members will be charged $1,000 for every lineal foot of their RV to purchase their space, plus $1,500 per person for food. That means a person who plans to park a 30-foot vehicle in the shelter with four people inside will pay $30,000 for the space and $6,000 for food.

Actual sales won't begin until a "critical mass" of reservations are received and processed, Vicino said, which hasn't happened yet at the Kansas shelter.

Vivos also owns a shelter in Indiana with room for 80 people to live comfortably for up to a year. There, members pay $50,000 per adult and $35,000 per child, so a family with two adults and two children would have to come up with $170,000 to be part of the post-apocalyptic generation.

Purchasers will be required to pay for the full balance before taking possession of their shelter space, though the company has offered limited financing in the past with a sizable down payment.

Vicino says he won't say specifically where the Indiana shelter or any of his smaller facilities are located because he fears there would be anarchy in the event of a world-changing catastrophe.

And it doesn't matter who comes knocking at the "moment of truth," Vicino said, they're probably not getting in.

"I've heard people say, `I will just show up at the door,'" he said. "Our response is, `great, where is the door?' At our secret shelters, you don't know where to go, and your cash will be worthless at that time."
