Open Letter to David Wilcock, Corey Goode, and All Other Alternative Media and Lightworkers

Greetings everybody, and best intentions to all,

We all know there is a major shift happening, which is coming to its peak soon.
We all know that the faster human consciousness evolves, the faster and smoother this shift will happen, the faster this planet’s ecosystems and inhabitants will be healed and free. We all want that.

How exactly do you picture this evolution in human consciousness ?
How does it manifest ?

I think we all agree that it happens as we tap into our true power.
I have seen most of you share studies proving how group meditations reduce crime and increase well-being and peace, in a demonstrable way. These results apply to group synchronized meditations. This is our true power in action, in unity.

I believe that these studies have come out so that we put them into practice.
I believe it is time for us to apply the science and come together to generate an energy field to manifest the shift now. This is how we start tapping into our abilities and heal this planet together.

I know that some of you may have some doubts or disagreements about Cobra’s information, who put out this meditation. I personally do not share these doubts and disagreements and working with Cobra has brought me a lot of goodness, but I respect that you can have them. It’s totally okay.

I believe this is not an obstacle to meditating together. If you do not agree on some aspects of the meditation, you can simply do it in your own way. The more similar, coherent and synchronized our visualizations are, the stronger the resonance and the stronger the manifestation, and what matters is that we all visualize the cabal removed from power, Disclosure happening, and a bright future for humanity together.
We do not have to agree on absolutely everything to meditate and work together. The Galactic societies out there know and practice this.

You can even forget about the meditation at 7pm GMT and publish your own synchronized meditation, in your own time, visualizing your own version of the shift and liberation of this planet. We can join you. Imagine the power of all of us coming together visualizing the timeline we all want.

How the Secret Government Works: The Most Explosive Expose from Dr. Steven Greer

This is arguably the most important talk ever to be given. The truth about UFOs and the suppression of this truth touch not only into how the Secret Government works but also on covert aspects of the banking sector, as well as on the global kingpins of the biggest criminal cartel in the world, who are involved with the illicit drug trade, which he says generates more money than the global oil business. The latter group is a rogue, compartmented operation, populated by ruthless people who will kill their own Special Forces personnel, if there is the barest whiff of a security breech in their lock on their vast and extremely profitable illegal drug trade. (Which is the reason why he says such drugs will never be decriminalized – it would move in on their “action”).

Greer says that such a group could legally be challenged and sued, based on the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). However, he doubts that there are any attorneys who would have the courage (and the security detail) necessary to fight what he describes as this “Neo-Fascist Transnational Security State”. Like author/researcher, Jim Marrs, Greer describes the US’ Secret Government (which is the defacto, true government of this country, who rule behind the scenes) as “the Fourth Reich.”

Greer also suggests that a new wave of disclosure would be welcome. He says people could defect from this massive criminal organization of unacknowledged Special Access Projects and not be liable for any breech of their National Security Oaths, because the projects are entirely unconstitutional and completely illegal, in and of themselves.

This talk, in which many of his most salient points are backed by official documents, is quite long – although, never in the least bit boring – quite the opposite. However, it took me several days to find the time to view it, in its entirety but it was more than worth it and I’ve re-viewed several sections. Many jaw-dropping details are revealed, ranging from geopolitics to abductions. This is completely Earth-shattering material and not to be missed.

 At 18:22, Dr. Greer describes Scalar Longitudinal Electromagnetic Systems THAT CAUSE PULSES TO TRAVEL FASTER THAN LIGHT. Apparently Tesla helped to engineer them. These are the weapons that took down the Roswell UFOs.

 At approximately 21 minutes, he introduces a document that seems innocuous but is the cornerstone of a major hoax being foisted on the world for the purpose of bringing about WW3. (Several motivations for that are described in the last half our of the presentation.)

 At 24 minutes, he describes when the US mastered anti-gravity devices. He then goes on to describe how knowledge from Operation Paperclip Nazi scientists was combined with the likes of Tesla and Einstein, in combination with reverse engineered UFO craft. This technological knowledge was shunted away into labyrinths of Black Budget operations.

 At 34 minutes, he describes the pivotal reorganization of the US security and intelligence forces by the Rockefeller Commission. This provided the basis for loss of control of the oversight of several Black Op projects. This took place during the Eisenhower administration. Eisenhower was hoodwinked and became bitter over his loss of control, which amounted to treachery by those he trusted. Corporations working with Unacknowledged Special Access Projects are subsequently identified as the real culprits of those days. Unfortunately those projects have careened off into the hands of elitists who are not inclined toward peace.

 At 39 minutes, he describes a rather poignant conversation between Jack Kennedy and one of his aides, shortly before his death. Kennedy said the whole matter of UFO investigations was “out of his hands” and he didn’t know why. Then he began to cry.

 At 41 minutes, he introduces the Marilyn Monroe smoking gun document.

 At 51 minutes, he describes how the Marilyn Monroe murder caused even higher government secrecy provisions, to avoid further bloodshed that could be required in order to prevent leaks. He goes on to elaborate on how Unacknowledged Special Access Projects are kept secret from Congress and the President. On internal documents, the key elitist group is called “MAJIC” (the majority intelligence committee – which still exists).

 At 59 minutes, he describes how Nixon planned to blow the lid off the secrecy and that was the reason he was taken down via Watergate. Nixon, however had a staff member who was a member of MAJIC by the name of (CIA director) Bill Colby. Dr. Greer describes Colby’s murder, one week before he was to meet with Dr. Greer to reveal the full MAJIC agenda. Colby was replaced with George H W Bush.

 At 1:05, he describes the energy technology that has been hidden by these corporations from the human race for 75 years that we desperately need.

 At 1:08, the official role of ridicule.

 At 1:12, he describes a meeting in 1993 with the CIA Director, R. James Woolsey where he debriefs the Director and explains why he has been blocked from awareness of MAJIC.

 At 1:18, he describes the method used to determine who is “read-in” to the inner circle and who is not. He also describes Jimmy Carter’s frustration over being blocked, and the termination of a Carter White House study on the matter of UFOs.

 At 1:23, he describes how the Reagan Star Wars agenda was a cover for US defense against possible ET attacks – part of the hoax presently being perpetrated upon us. He also lists many government officials and celebrities who have expressed frustration over being specifically blocked.

 At 1:40+, he introduces a list of corporate facilities where this research is taking place.

 At 1:58, (After the break). Greer describes how the media and scientific community are restricted by the MAJIC community.

 At 2:17, he describes how $8.5 trillion of Black Ops are funded.

 At 2:27, he describes a sheep ranch encounter with Black Op drug smuggling in conjunction with UFO-style vehicles.

 At 2:29+, he describes a meeting with international interested parties who bemoaned the fact that these technologies had fallen into the hands of people outside of MAJIC. So MAJIC has been kept from the public and from the established government, and some of these technologies have escaped from MAJICs purview.

 At 2:32, he makes the important observation that there may be recourse for us in the courts because of the illegal nature of these operations. The really significant aspect is that whistleblowers get a percentage of the illegal funds recovered.

 At 2:34, he begins the story of meeting with the Crown Prince of Liechtenstein, where he describes a meeting in the fall of 1989 with President Reagan, Mikhail Gorbachev, UN Secretary General Javier Pérez de Cuéllar, and others to plan how to reveal the UFO reality to the world. After the planning session, at 3 AM Pérez de Cuéllar was returning from the meeting when he was abducted (apparently) by Extra Terrestrials and warned not to go through with the plans. That thwarted the intentions of the world leaders at the time. Dr. Greer states that this was clearly NOT done by ETs but was done by US Black Operations and was highly successful.

 At 2:42, he describes the motivations of some world leaders who confess that they are convinced of the danger to humanity of interstellar war and others who want to see Armageddon happen so the return of Jesus Christ would be ushered in.

 At 2:46, he provides strong evidence that the CIA has been the perpetrator of the abductions where implants have been inserted into those abducted. He also states that cattle mutilations were also the work of US Black Ops for 2 purposes: 1) create the impression that ETs are ruthless and we need to fear them, and 2) provide biological material for Black Op cloning and GE experiments. He goes on to describe his thesis, which is that public perception of UFOs is being carefully manipulated to prepare us for a planned but unnecessary interstellar war. He says that Wernher von Braun warned of this on his deathbed that the overarching plan was to first develop terrorism to create general fear and then to move public perception into support of interstellar war.

 At 3:21, he encourages the movement toward peaceful ET contact. There apparently is a consciousness movement that is starting to be coordinated with cell phone apps toward peaceful contact. He states that the thing that will thwart these hoaxed WW3 plans is actual peaceful ET contact because then society won’t fall for the fear-laden hoax. He also calls for use of the Whistleblower Act to fund legal recourse against these illegal operations by corporations. He points out the legal safety concerns of those who want to come forward with testimony, due to the illegal nature of these operations.

 At 3:30, Greer starts taking questions. He answers questions such as why established government officials such as Congressmen are not more involved in the issue.

 At 3:35, he explains what the agendas are of the people who are operating the Black Ops. This is a very informative and useful discussion.

 At 3:46, he comments on 9/11.

 At 3:49, he makes an interesting comment about the ET perspective of our human-created dilemma.

The Event: A Plan to Maintain the Safety and Well-Being of the People During the Financial Reset & Mass Arrests

This is a unique plan that my Intel operative ‘Cobra’ asked me to put together forwww.prepareforchange.net. It originally was intended to be specific to me given the industry I am in, but I have broadened the scope to generalize it; my hope is that others so inclined can attempt their own variations regardless of where they live and their personal circumstances.

The primary goal of this document is to try and work within the existing corporate power structures to create a way to quickly network across cities, states, regions, and even countries such that we can deal promptly and ethically with the most pressing issues. (Note – the end of this document will go in a direction that may be surprising but is of utmost importance before we as humans get to work.) Given my experience as well as that of others within corporate hierarchies, it seems apparent that within any corporation, company or non-profit entity that there are people who have connections and/or memberships in various affinity groups, trade unions, professional accreditation organizations, and even involvement with local politics or community organizations such as local Chambers of Commerce. These need to be leveraged immediately so as many people can be brought together as possible to quickly address the immediate challenges.

This is going to be necessary because the financial/banking system is going to be shut down for a while. For additional details, please see the Community Leaders Brief (CLB) (http://www.prepare4change.com/) which has been prepared in anticipation of what has been loosely called by Intel Insiders “The Event” given the long-term impact it will have on the planet. Please read the CLB document in its entirety before proceeding further as it succinctly describes what is needed of community leaders while the financial/banking system is shut down and ultimately rebooted.

As you can imagine after having read the CLB, what you are witnessing on the news (likely for the first time) will have permanent ramifications for society going forward. It is anticipated that that these changes will result in massive improvements in the standard of living globally for all humans as resources will be allocated toward the creation and maintenance of infrastructure and institutions which will ultimately eliminate poverty, war, and environmental destruction. Even more astounding will be the vast number of revelations and disclosures which will forever change the way we view governments’ accountability to the citizenry.

But before we get to that ‘Promised Land’ of the future, we need to get through the present. The remainder of this document will focus on short-term tools which can be used to mitigate any pain, suffering, and overall inconvenience caused by such a massive reset of government and financial institutions.

To the end of illustrating the task at hand, I have included a diagram below of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs:

What I am asking every single person to do is a self-inventory regarding what is needed to remain alive and healthy during a period where modes of commerce which we take for granted are simply not working. While all areas of the pyramid diagram above will come into play at some point, the base represents those things that are most important for everyone. Despite the inconveniences involved, we need to keep things running. Money does not keep society together – people do. As long as we work together in an organized manner, the ingenuity and creativity inherent in our species will allow us to figure out solutions. Nothing is unsolvable as long as there is respectful and ethical collaboration among key decision-makers.

To this end, here is a timeline of how I expect things to play out over the first days after the financial system is shut down and arrests begin:

EVENT (0-3 HOURS IN; Note that my scenario assumes the ‘start’ to be between 7 AM & 9 AM Eastern Standard Time because the vast majority of arrests within the U.S. will be taking place in New York City and Washington D.C. I anticipate other major activity centers to be London, Rome, Paris, Brussels, and Zurich – but this is only an educated guess on my part.)

People will see that something big is going on as major arrests are happening and the banking system shutdown is announced via the news – then they will look out the window and have it reinforced merely by turning around. During that time anyone who is already aware of the EVENT should reach out to respected executives or civic leaders and state that they have a solid working knowledge about what is going on. Ask to meet with various corporate and/or civic leaders to explain the situation as clearly as possible; utilize technology to the best extent possible and have conference calls or video conferences where they can explain what is going on and what is most necessary immediately.

To the greatest extent possible, include electronic or physical copies of the CLB as well as this document. Since we are unsure of whether the respective ‘Prepare For Change’ websites will be up and running due to heavy usage at first, it is recommended that people download copies to their computer or phone and spread these downloaded versions as quickly and widely as possible. DO NOT WORRY about copyright issues or intellectual property concerns; these are meant to be public domain documents that are freely accessible to everyone. The more people are aware of what’s going on and what is urgently needed the easier it will be to create task forces at a local level to deal with needs specific to a wide variety of geographic areas.

To give a flavor of what I will be doing personally, I’ve laid the groundwork through a series of cryptic statements and communications extending all the way back to 2012 with friends, family, and colleagues. Despite the fact that 99% of these encounters resulted in someone asking me if I’m sound of mind, all of these were intentionally designed and executed in such a way that I can quickly and easily say to people when things really start happening:

“Hey, remember when I asked you what you think would happen during a hypothetical so-and-so? Well, turn on the news – it’s not hypothetical anymore. Here are some documents I want you to send to everyone you know. Focus first on those in existing leadership positions or who are ‘talkers’. Anyone you know who is a gossip-monger can be a huge asset at this time, because they can spread this to tons of people very quickly. Have people utilize texting, Facebook, Twitter, email – any medium possible to spread the message. Simply seeing the news will not make people understand this is real; getting documents that were created before this EVENT started from friends, family and colleagues will make people understand that THIS IS VERY REAL AND IT IS HISTORY IN THE MAKING. Please assist to the greatest degree possible”

Once I get some of my friends and family to start their calling/contract trees, my focus will shift to my employer and the vast network of people within my industry:

Initially I plan to have a conference call (which should take roughly 20-30 minutes) with my local site leaders. Once I have briefed them on developments, I would ask to speak to the CEO/CFO/COO and their direct reports – this will be done via conference call as my company’s leadership is in a different setting. My hope is that this can all happen without resistance; I am concerned that I may need to have backing from the Positive Military (I.E. WHITE HATS). Given who will be arrested, the higher up the corporate ladder the more likely it will be that these people will actually ‘know’ some of those being arrested. Be calm and reassuring – if anyone is angry or agitated, appeal to their higher conscience and ethics. Even if someone has actually committed white-collar crimes, this is a chance for complete redemption for anyone willing to help to the greatest degree possible.

I intend to make the gravity of the situation apparent, and stress that this is a time where profits can no longer take precedence. My employer (as do most insurers) likes to promote themselves as a force philanthropically, so I’d like to say that this is the time to back up their P.R. with action.

Encourage a short (15-30 minutes) brain-storming session of next steps. My recommendations:

Let me speak to all employees of the organization. Be consistent with the Community Leaders Brief (CLB) but also add specific actions people can do – contact your city councilperson, utilize networking via the local Chamber of Commerce, utilize your network of friends and family to identify a person in law enforcement or public utilities.

Develop public statements for Executives and/or Civic Leaders to make. These statements must be explicitly clear that there will be full cooperation with any investigations of fraud & wrongdoing, but also that these companies must serve the public interest at this time – which means all employees in departments where operations may be suspended do not lose their jobs, but are rather will be compensated for volunteer time in critical areas (i.e. workers/volunteers to set up food & water banks, setting up public Q&A events where law enforcement and/or other experts can speak, setting up neighborhood watch groups, develop plans for continuity of necessary commerce based upon local needs).

Hire back employees who recently lost their jobs and have them join the workforce in the various humanitarian projects. (Note – This is especially true of any ex-employees who may have experience or connections with non-profits such as food-shelves, meal-delivery services, or past National Guard, Military, Law Enforcement, Emergency Medical Care, or Peace Corps experience. These employees will be the most valuable assets within your company because they can immediately begin networking and creating task forces to deal with pressing community issues.)

For my own industry, I will encourage my company and others to develop tools unique to insurers which may be able to somewhat offset the lack of liquidity due to the banks being shut down (see end of document).

Determine the best way to reach others within the insurance industry so the steps taken by my employer can serve as a model for other companies. Honestly, this can happen for any company or organization – this is the start of the greatest grass-roots organization of volunteers in history. Everyone can help if they set their mind to it and are willing to work in an organized fashion with large groups of people.

After reaching out to executives, my hope would be to begin speaking to employees via video conferencing across the company. I’m not sure if all of them can be reached at one time, but I suspect most could be reached within 2 hours even if we have to break it up into 4 half-hour segments. This can be done for any corporation which has major office presence in multiple cities/states/countries. This is an ideal way to begin to reach community leaders in government, law enforcement, and key infrastructure such as utility maintenance.

During these meetings I will elaborate regarding what I know – more importantly what I DON’T KNOW – and what steps people can take collectively to ensure that this period does not result in a complete societal breakdown (i.e. contacting other leaders – provide CLB via company email). Appeal toward people’s aspirations – that this doesn’t need to be the end of the world in any sense. Rather, stress that these are the first steps toward a radically more peaceful world, and that we as a species are ‘growing up’ and becoming more mature. This includes holding people accountable for wrongdoings – such that no one anywhere is above the law. Above all, DO NOT PORTRAY YOURSELF AS AN EXPERT IN ALL THINGS! If you don’t know something is factual, make it clear that you have ‘an understanding’ but not that ‘you are a trained and accredited expert’. No single person can or should attempt to be a messiah or PBS-expert on all things like Doris Kearns Goodwin (If you somehow are reading this, DKG, that’s meant to be a light-hearted joke in a serious document!). Plans will work best if groups of people collaborate together as opposed to ‘going it alone’.

It’s related to chipping and implanting—which he says has been going on since the ’40s. It’s also about cloning—and not only in Hollywood, but the music industry and politics.

It illustrates just how unreal our reality is. He may not be right about everything but most is certainly plausible. There appear to have been a few staged deaths of public figures.

Siemens’ role in helping Nazi Germany build advanced weapons for the Second World War is well known, but less known is the extent to which it participated in the use of slave labor. On September 24, 1998, Siemens decided to begin compensating victims of its former slave labor practices as the following Associated Press Report describes:

Siemens announced plans Wednesday for a $12-million fund to compensate former slave laborers forced to work for the firm by the Nazis during World War II…. Almost a year ago, at its 150th anniversary celebrations, the company had insisted that it could do no more for its former slave laborers than express “deepest regrets.” The Munich-based Siemens said its fund is in addition to the $4.3 million it paid to the Jewish Claims Conference in 1961 and to providing humanitarian help for victims. Siemens estimates that between 10,000 and 20,000 slave laborers worked in its wartime factories.

Siemens’ role in acknowledging its wartime use of slave labor and efforts to compensate victims is praiseworthy. However, the acknowledgement came forty years after the events in question, and leads to troubling questions over whether the company was sincere or simply wishing to avoid class action lawsuits then underway in the United States:

The threat of lawsuits has raised the pressure on German firms to pay direct claims to the thousands of concentration camp inmates, mostly Jews, forced to work in their factories. Lawyers representing former slave laborers criticized Siemens, as they did Volkswagen, for setting up a fund to avoid larger payments a lawsuit might demand. Siemens is seeking “the cheapest alternative,” said Munich attorney Michael Witti, who with a colleague filed the U.S. lawsuit.

Readers might be forgiven for believing that the compensation of former slave laborers is an issue associated with a terrible chapter in our recent history. However, there is whistleblower testimony that such practices continue and Siemens is still involved.

William Pawelec was a computer operations and programming expert with the USAF, who started his own electronics security company, and worked for high profile U.S. defense contractors such as SAIC and EG&G. He received high level security clearances and had access to many classified projects.

Prior to 2001, Pawelec decided to reveal what he knew about deep black projects that he believed were hiding advanced technologies from the U.S. public. He gave an interview to Dr. Steven Greer with the strict instruction that it would only be published after his death. He died on May 22, 2007 and the video was published posthumously on December 14, 2010.

Among his many revelations is information concerning the development of the first electronic RFID tracking chips that were developed as early as 1979 according to Pawelec. He explained the history of their development, and the role his Denver-based company played in setting up meetings with government agencies, which were interested in using the chips for security purposes.

In his video interview with Greer, Pawelec said:

At the time in the security industry, a lot of us had a lot of concerns about tracking and locating people that had been kidnapped. Particularly what was going on in Europe at the time where we were having NATO officers, even the Prime Minister of Italy, kidnapped … These people were drained [of information] or they were brutalized or both… One of the goals of the industry was to develop technology that would allow us to track these people or locate them quickly.

He said that the tracking chips, which were very small and shaped like a pill, had multiple functions:

Now this particular pill shaped device, very minute, had a lot of flexibility in its capabilities. It was basically almost a transponder. You could send a frequency to it and it would respond back with its unique number which could not be changed once the chip was made. Yet there were a lot of capabilities that could be added to this chip such as monitoring temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and even wave forms out of the brain.

Pawelec said that soon after demonstrating an even more sophisticated lithium niobate chip in 1984, which could be tracked from a distance of 120 kilometers in space, he discovered a small Silicon Valley company had been set up to manufacture billions of them. He learned that “after they had made billions and billions of these little chips” the factory was shut down a year later, and all information about the chips disappeared.

Pawelec said that the small company responsible for making the billions of tiny chips “was a division of a rather major European electronics firm that had the plant. Siemens.”

Pawelec went on to describe how his colleague, Bob, the former head of security for the U.S. State Department, was assassinated in Nairobi because he was getting too close to learning about the people that had acquired control over the tracking chips and had built billions of them for an unknown purpose.

According to Pawelec, the people behind Bob’s assassination had infiltrated the U.S. military industrial complex at its highest level, and could intimidate and silence anyone.

Pawelec’s testimony suggests that the Siemen’s corporation had acquired the rights and control over the tracking chip technology, built billions of them in less than a year using a U.S. subsidiary, and then arranged for the local manufacturing plant to close with all information about the tracking chips now gone.

Importantly, the Siemen’s corporation was associated with a powerful force embedded within the U.S. military industrial complex, which was intent on hiding the true purpose of the chips. This hidden force possessed the power to remove anyone who got too close to learning the truth, even the head of security at a U.S. Embassy.

It is worth repeating that the main function of the tiny chips, according to Pawelec, was to track people, and even monitor their key physiological processes over large distances. This leads to the question, why would the Siemen’s corporation need billions of chips to monitor people over large distances? For the answer, we need to turn to the testimony of another whistleblower.

Corey Goode claims to have worked for a number of secret space programs over a twenty year period from 1987 to 2007. He says that he was given access to “smart glass pads” that revealed the real history of humanity, especially events surrounding the end of the World War II.

In a nutshell, Goode claims that key elements of the Nazi regime had succeeded in developing a secret space program during the course of the war. The main power, however, lay not with Hitler’s SS, but with a number of German secret societies who used occult knowledge and their vast hidden wealth to build advanced antigravity space craft in remote locations in Antarctica and South America.

The German secret societies had built bases on the Moon and Mars even before the end of World War II. Subsequently, along with remnants of the Nazi SS advanced technologies division, which was headed by Hans Kammler, the Germans infiltrated the U.S. military industrial complex using Operation Paperclip scientists.

Major U.S. corporations were infiltrated along with many leading aerospace and engineering companies in Europe, Japan and elsewhere. The Siemens company, with its long history of association with Nazi Germany, was a natural conduit for the infiltration of the U.S. military industrial complex.

Pawelec had learned about the strange influence exercised over the U.S. military industrial complex by German elites when he traveled to the Tonopah Test Range for a classified project. After Pawelec’s death, his wife, Mary Joyce Annie DeRiso, shared more of the information that Pawelec had told her about the Tonopah incident, and who was really in control of the U.S. military.

DeRiso shared her information when she was being interviewed about Pawelec’s testimony in Greer’s Disclosure Project video:

His disenchantment began when he was called to give what he thought was going to be a regular project status report at Tonapah. The meeting was held in a heavily controlled room that was built like a Faraday cage making it impossible for communications to come in or out of the sealed room. Briefcases, papers, pagers and any form of identification were not allowed at that meeting… Only the generals could be recognized by their uniforms. The tension was really high and Bill was surprised at how nervous the high-ranking generals were. He knew something BIG was up. Bill saw a private jet escorted by two of our military jets land on the tarmac. Surprisingly, this private jet rolled all the way to the building where the meeting was scheduled as the escort jets departed. A very imposing man stepped out of the jet and entered the room. He was relatively tall, and wore a very expensive European suit. His shoes and briefcase were equally luxurious and there was an aide or bodyguard by his side. His demeanor was very aristocratic and he spoke with a High German accent. The room was electrified with nervous tension as each person gave his status report and answered questions.

When everyone had spoken, the German man thanked them for their good work and simply left. He was never introduced nor identified in anyway. It is believed he was Baron Jesco von Puttkamer, one of the Germans who came to the United States with Werner von Braun. Whatever happened that day convinced Bill that the United States, and probably the whole world, was being controlled by Europeans … but exactly who ‘they’ were was the big question.

It drove Bill and his friends on a quest to find out what was really going on. After that, he frequently quoted his friend Jim Marrs who often says, ‘The Nazis may have lost the battles but they won the war.’

Based on deRiso’s interview, Pawelec believed that remnants of the Nazi regime had survived World War II, and that German elites were now in control of Western Europe and the United States.

The testimony of Pawelec’s widow is significant since it reveals her husband’s final conclusion over who was really in control of the U.S. military industrial complex, was the same as what Corey Goode later revealed. This finally takes us to the question, what purpose did the Siemens company have for building billions of chips for tracking humans over long distances?

In an email interview, Goode described the development of a galactic slave trade that involved extraterrestrials and national elites secretly in control of Earth governments and militaries. This was achieved through a network of corporations, which he described as the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC):

The Secret Earth Governments and their Syndicates discovered that a large amount of humans were being taken off the planet by various ET’s anyway, so they decided to find a way to profit from it and have control over which people were being taken. In prior arrangements they were made promises of receiving technologies and biological specimens for allowing groups to abduct humans, but the ET’s rarely delivered on their promises. Once they had developed the advanced infrastructure (ICC) in our Sol System, along with advanced technologies (that some of the thousands of ET groups traveling through our system were now interested in obtaining) and now had the ability to deter most unwelcome guests from entering Earths airspace, the Cabal/ICC then decided to use human trafficking as one of their resources in interstellar bartering.

Goode’s revelation provides an answer as to why the Siemens company had built billions of trackable chips with unique identifiers. These chips were very likely used to monitor a galactic slave trade, and the use of forced labor on secret colonies on Mars and elsewhere in our solar system.

In 1998, the Siemens company confessed to its involvement in the Nazi practice of using slave labor and agreed to compensate those forced to work at Siemens. Siemens estimated the number to be between 10,000 to 20,000 victims. If the testimonies of Pawelec and Goode are accurate, then the number of victims of a continuing practice of secret forced labor and slave trade in space, numbers far far greater.

By tracking of victims in an illicit galactic slave trade, through tiny RFID chips, the Siemens corporation is complicit. Eventually, Siemens and any other corporations involved in exploiting forced labor in secret space colonies, or a galactic slave trade, will eventually have to confess to their involvement, face justice, and compensate victims in these vast undisclosed crimes against humanity.

Their main objective was to overthrow the rule of the Illuminati and give advanced technologies to humanity. Personal computers that we know now were developed with assistance of Organization and I have personally seen a room full with rows of computers as they were being developed in their main underground command center back in 1977. The Organization had contact with the positive civilization of Agartha that existed in subterranean caverns for millennia. They had contact with positive Andromedans already in 1977 if not before, as I have seen a sleek silver Andromedan cigar shaped craft in their underground hangar as well.

In early 1990s, they had some influence in assuring that internet expanded from military ARPANET into public domain.

The Illuminati and off-planet dark forces launched an offensive in 1996 to destroy the Organization and there were severe physical battles in underground tunnels and caverns that almost destroyed the Organization and also nearly wiped out Agartha.

In the hour of need, a plan was devised to counteract this. In early December 1999, Pleiadians have contacted the Resistance Movement on planet X and ignited a massive uprising against Illuminati there. The Illuminati were overthrown in about three weeks and they had to flee to their bases on Mars and the Moon. At that time, many Resistance Movement freedom fighters have entered the underground tunnel systems on Earth to join the Organization in their fight. The two forces integrated and emerged as one and are now called Resistance Movement.

Their increased joint force has turned the course of events and now the dark forces were in retreat. In 2000 and 2001 the Illuminati has lost their bases on Mars and the Moon and elsewhere in the solar system. With the assistance of the Pleiadians and other Galactic Confederation forces all remaining Reptilian, Draconian and Reticulan forces were cleared out of the solar system also in the same time frame. This set the dark ones into panic mode and they have staged 9-11 to preserve their last stronghold – planet Earth.
