If you are noticing a greater intensity in the energies flowing through you lately, you’re perhaps aware that your Ascension process is ramping up in frequency.

It may feel as if you’ve shifted up a gear. Or like you’re suddenly finding yourself on a new moving sidewalk that is hurtling you along much more rapidly than the one you were previously on.

Maybe you’re feeling unusually pressured by uncomfortable emotions due to old unresolved issues that are resurfacing. Or you’re experiencing a sense of overwhelm with too much happening in your external world that needs to be attended to. You may feel ungrounded, depressed, or mind-fogged and anxious.

All these experiences are signs of increased Ascension energies flowing in. Monumental change is occurring, as your multidimensional 5D Self attempts more and more to anchor itself into your body.

In one way, it could be said that these energies are preparing you for handling the further breakdown of the 3D world around you that is currently underway. But it’s important to be aware that they are are also guiding you to do what is necessary at this point in your spiritual evolution; they’re telling you what you need to pay attention to so as to keep you going in the right direction.

Unresolved Patterns

These intensified energies can be seen as part of a huge clean-up operation that is now in process within you – an urgent need to dismantle old, unhealthy patterns.

These patterns may include messy situations you’ve never fully cleaned up, painful emotions you’ve stuffed, traumas you’ve never healed, or unhealthy relationships you’ve stayed in. They are now all surfacing in order to be dealt with — and then released.

Do be careful if you’re experiencing any of this to not to fall into shame or guilt or despair about it. It’s important to remember that it’s not happening because something is wrong with you or that you’ve done anything wrong.

The reason is that you are rising in frequency very rapidly now, and you cannot take these unresolved patterns with you.

Remember that these unresolved issues are not a part of YOU. They’re simply patterns you got entangled with while living in the controlled 3D reality you’ve been caught in, probably for thousands of years. And it’s likely been an incredibly intense and traumatizing journey you’ve taken through this dense and challenging reality.

Therefore, be compassionate and understanding with yourself. Do your best to simply see the patterns for what they are and do what you can to release them.

Take Your Healing Seriously, Like Never Before

Do be aware, however, that it’s important to attempt to heal whatever issues are arising now as quickly as you can. Because of the emotional discomfort they are causing, you might be tempted to somehow distract yourself from them or to stuff the emotions down again into your unconscious.

Or perhaps you’ll feel drawn to soothing yourself with food, alcohol, drugs or sex. If so, you’ll probably find these kinds of attempts to avoid the uncomfortable patterns to be fruitless.

The more you might try to avoid resolving the issues, the more likely they will become even more painful and powerful. It’s wise to summon the courage to face them now if you can and do your best to resolve them.

Especially be willing to let go of unhealthy addictions and relationships you’re still holding onto. Do your best to trust the process that is happening. Know that, once you let go of these things you’re clinging to, a new and better life without them truly does await you. Letting them go now will save you much grief in the end.

In fact, you will likely find that resolving any unhealthy pattern at this point is actually not as difficult or fearful as you might be imagining.

You will discover that the same 5D energies that are causing the patterns to arise are also making it easier and easier to resolve and release them. In choosing to honestly face your low-frequency patterns, a feeling of relief can flow in, along with a new sense of clarity, peace and completion.

Releasing the Patterns

But what is the best way to release these unhealthy patterns?

Each of us is unique in how we have taken on the patterns in our lives. For some of us, it’s been something we’ve created in this lifetime, usually due to challenging circumstances in childhood.

For others, it may be a past karmic pattern we’ve brought in with us. And for still others, it may actually be a pattern we’ve taken on in order to release it for many of our ancestors.

So it’s difficult to come up with exactly how to approach the patterns you may be facing that feel too challenging to simply let go of. These patterns typically involve emotions that originally arose out of trauma of some kind; they also contain mistaken beliefs about reality, the world, and yourself. And they are often tied to old, unhealthy identities you may still be holding onto.

But there are perhaps some guidelines you can follow. For instance, if you recognize the pattern to be one you’ve already really worked on in depth, and you’ve deeply felt all the emotions involved and been compassionate with yourself, it may only require a simple process.

You may recognize what’s coming up is just old left-over debris from the situation that simply needs to be fully released, once and for all. If so, don’t dive into the pattern and begin analyzing it all over again. Instead, simply feel the emotions fully one last time, without any judgment or resistance to them – and let them go.

However, certain patterns can actually seem brand new; they’ve been buried so deeply, you’ve never even been aware of them before. Or you’ve just somehow forgotten all about them. If this is the case, it’s important to take the time to focus on whatever is being revealed to you. Very painful emotions may be involved, and great fear may arise. But it’s important to pay attention to what is coming up and do what you can to heal it.

Again, if you attend to your healing when you first become aware of these patterns, you’ll find the releasing process goes much more quickly and easily. It’s a matter of fully experiencing the emotions involved, having compassion for yourself, doing anything that needs to be done externally – and then allowing it all to release.

Remember that your guides and your Higher Self will assist you in this process. They are now very present with you, ready to assist you more than ever before.

However, if you need help with this work from an external source, find it. Don’t feel weak or incapable in seeking this assistance from a healer or therapist; some traumatic situations now arising are truly too challenging to deal with alone. This is especially true if what you’re attempting to resolve involves ancestral healing. This can be intense and overwhelming.

Taking Your Power Back

At the same time, be careful not to give your power away to any external source of assistance. These are times in which it’s important to stand in your own knowing, trusting yourself, and discovering the immense power and wisdom you actually have within yourself.

You can, of course, listen to someone else’s advice and decide to follow it, but do this consciously. Check to see if your inner guidance is agreeing with the external guidance you’re being offered. Be aware of your body’s responses to it, especially those of your heart.

Indeed, it’s important now to be aware of any power you’ve given to any external source in your life – whether it’s to a partner, a parent, a child, a friend, or a spiritual teacher – and consciously reclaim it. See if there’s anyone in your life that is affecting how you feel about yourself, what you think about yourself, what you believe about reality, and what you decide to do in your life. Look to see: Are there thoughts in your head that are not yours? Reclaim your mind.

Staying Awake, in Every Moment

As is clear, a great deal is being demanded at this point in the Ascension process. Not only must you deal with the unresolved patterns now surfacing, you need to also step into your full power as an Awakened Being.

In addition, you may be realizing that to do all that, you need to stay very much awake to what is occurring within yourself at all times. It’s especially important to be aware of any decisions you make. These are very important now.

You need to pay attention to every decision you’re making and contemplate what the consequences of it might be, because you are very clearly creating your reality now. It’s important to realize whether you’re consciously making choices because they resolve the situation in the best way possible — if you’re just unconsciously choosing them out of habit or fear.

Indeed, you need to become totally aware of, and take full responsibility for, all that you do, all that you say, all that you think, and all that you feel.

This kind of awareness and responsibility is an integral part of 5D consciousness.

Rebirthing Yourself

As difficult as all this may seem to do while living within a world that seems to be slowly collapsing, keep in mind that you are in the process of the most incredible Ascension event ever experienced on this planet.

Whether you realize it or not, the old version of you is rapidly fading and a new one is coming online. You are literally rebirthing yourself.

And although it’s definitely a messy and often painful process, you will at some point be through this transitional stage and feel fully anchored in your unbelievably light-filled multidimensional Self.

You will be able to experience life in a world so filled with beauty, joy, love and peace, you will look back at these times, knowing that, simply through your continued trust in the Ascension process, you’ve completed a monumental task of helping to usher in a whole new world. And it will all have been totally worth it!

We are here. We would like to speak to you of awakening. Humans are multidimensionals who are coded to many realities. Let us begin with some concepts. Imagine that each being, each human has “codes” in their DNA that are dormant, not activated.

Consider a baby who is born with the seeds of their own offspring within. Those seeds are dormant until the being has matured in age and certain hormonal changes within the physical body have taken place, then the ‘seeds of reproduction’ are ready.

The human being is “coded” for various stages of development to happen at certain times. Most everyone is aware of the physical changes that take place from baby to adult. What remains much of a mystery to your scientists are the triggers that tell the physical body to begin a certain stage of development. What aspect of the physical body is responsible for the stages of growth, development and maturing?

It is the DNA that carries the codes, the triggers that activate each stage. The DNA is the entire operating program of the human. There are codes in the DNA that have been dormant since the beginning of your species. There are codes within the DNA that have been evolving throughout the history of humans. These codes are passed from generation to generation.

Realize that your very DNA is a multidimensional divine pattern and structure. Your DNA connects you to the universe. Your DNA carries all your records and experiences from the timeline. Your DNA carries your purpose and intent for this time and place. Everything is in your DNA. Begin to imagine that you can connect to those records and that information. Imagine that you have the ability to read our own DNA.

The DNA within every human carries the codes, the programs of awakening. Humanity is in the process of an evolutionary shift. The dormant codes in the DNA are being switched on, the programs are beginning to interweave with each person’s knowing. This has been happening in a consistent manner for the last 100 years. It has sped up over the last 30 years and is now accelerating with greater intensity.

Much of the development of the computer and its uses and then your internet was and is the result of certain codes switching on and therefore allowing a wave of consciousness to emerge in humanity.

The programs carried in the DNA within each person can be consciously triggered. As more and more human beings are awakening from the numb unconscious illusions of powerlessness and fear, this awakening is causing your world to experience a global shift. The main DNA codes that are being triggered at this time within humanity are the awareness and the total sensation of oneness with all.

More people are moving from the grid of fear, separation and manipulation into the conscious aware state of mind and experience of truly owning their personal power and their personal actions as a part of the divine whole. They are awakening to the responsibility and knowing that they are multidimensional. They are awakening into acceptance of their role and responsibility in the global and galactic transformation.

This is accomplished by the awareness of your personal power, the awareness of how your actions/thoughts/words affect the whole. You are feeling a stirring within, a new feeling, a new way of looking at your reality. You are awakening to the realization that you have been controlled and manipulated by fear. Fear has trapped you into a sense of powerlessness, hopelessness and despair.

When the human is in a state of powerlessness and fear, aspects of their DNA codes are switched off. These DNA codes carry the information that would be available, the awareness that would be available. Instead the connection that would be available is dormant. Fear keeps the DNA from expanding and the strands from unwinding. We have shared that fear, frustration or stress causes the codes of the DNA to shut down or be switched off.

There are great forces at work here. Humanity is linked to the stars and beyond. This awareness alone is ‘coded’ and is being activated within all human beings. Humanity is awakening to the role and responsibility of being galactic citizens. Humanity is awakening to their role and responsibility to this planet, your earth.

As more and more humans recognize and accept this truth, it begins to trigger other “sleepers” to awaken. Your DNA is interactive with your thoughts/emotions/beliefs. Your DNA is interactive with the energy of the universe. Your DNA is interactive with others.

Galactic power surges, solar flares, eclipses, movements of your planets all contribute to the triggering, the switching on of more and more of the dormant aspects of your DNA. Each individual can also begin to consciously switch on these aspects.

Much more will soon be discovered about the DNA of humans. The double helix of the physical body has a matching double helix in the etheric body. Much like the invisible median lines and acupuncture points or even the wheels of lights you call chakras, the etheric DNA is what is affected by these energy triggers as well as our energy fields and offerings. It is the energy body that interweaves with our presence.

Human beings are made up of complex fields of energy, all interweaving, moving, shifting and changing moment to moment. These energy fields interact with other humans beyond words or consciousness. More is shared and communicated on the subtle energy grids of each person than words spoken. When two people come together there is a total interface, a mixing as it were of the energy fields of each one, therefore more information is available to both.

We are acknowledging each of you because you are aware of this exchange with others. You use it in your work and daily life. You read the emotional history and experiences of another in one breath. You are also aware that you process that data and information on another level while you stay focused on this reality and dimension. This is one aspect of your abilities as a multidimensional being. We are inviting you to become aware that you do this.

As the DNA programs of other human beings begin to be activated, this awareness of being in more than one reality at any moment will become the norm. This is part of awakening. It is the realization that humans are multidimensional. They are interactive in other realities. They are more magnificent then they can ever imagine.

As humans begin to be aware and understand, they move in and through the dimensional portals all the time, in the blink of an eye, in one in breath. Your fifth dimension is not a place it is really just a state of mind.

However humans are rigid in their focus on this dimension and this reality. Shifting into other realms feels unreal, feels scary like they might lose themselves. Ego makes sure they stay focused in this third dimension reality. However this is certainly shifting and changing. We know that you are feeling it in your own personal awareness. You are aware that you are living in the energy field, the quantum field which responds to you as a master of energy. Begin to own this truth; begin to allow your DNA codes to unfold all of your latent paranormal gifts and abilities.

It is an honor to share these truths with you. We are pleased with our connection today.

Greetings, we emanate light, the light of the Andromedans to you. We come forth as the Andromedan’s civilization to be of service to you in this major ascension movement that you are journeying through upon the Earth.

We wish for you to know we are present to support and serve you in every moment of your ascension. It is our purpose and our divine plan, to assist each soul incarnate upon the Earth in achieving their ascension.

To begin this awakening of your divine plan, we the Andromedans first wish to encourage you to spend a number of days, contemplating what your divine plan is. We invite you to ask yourself as you go about your daily reality and also in meditation.

Let go of any seriousness that may come up. Think of this activity as play, you are playing with the idea of your divine plan. Ask within:

What is my divine plan? What do I imagine my divine plan to be?

Let the answers come to you . They will come to you from your mind, from expectations, from the programming of others within your being, from fears, from your personality and from your ego. Each time you recognise a new answer of what your divine plan is or could be, we the Andromedans,  invite you to say, ‘Wonderful, I accept and release.’

You are celebrating the answer, but also, you are not allowing yourself to attach to it. Therefore, you are opening up the space, it is like decluttering. After a number of days of questioning yourself often, you may have numerous answers, some may seem unusual, some may seem inappropriate, some may seem amazing.

What we invite you to acknowledge is that all of these answers are not your divine plan although they might hold the vibration of your divine plan. Through this practice you will allow yourself to enter into a space. A space that is free from clutter or distraction within your being. A space where you can awaken your divine plan.

You will find yourself settling into this space of peace and contentment, maybe without instruction and automatically because you have completed your searching, you have completed your questioning; you have received so many answers but there is a surrendering. A surrendering into the peace and contentment of your being.

We the Andromedans, then invite you in the few days after this, to only focus upon sitting in or remaining in that space of peace and contentment, even if you do have to instruct your mind and your being to focus upon peace and contentment within your being. We invite you to cultivate this peace and contentment so that it almost feels like a room that you enter into and that surrounds you expansively.

This energy of peace and contentment exists within your being. When you feel that you have activated and awoken the energy of peace and contentment, this is where you call forth your soul, your guides, your soul group and your direct connection with the Creator. Ask within, ‘what is my divine plan?’

You may wish to state that you awaken your divine plan. It is in that space, that expansive energy of peace and contentment that the seed of your divine plan will be planted, will grow, will be nurtured, and nourished. The understanding of your divine plan, the embodiment of your divine plan will grow from within you, blossoming into embodiment.

You may gain insights; you may gain understanding, or you may simply gain a sensation of knowingness of your divine plan. Your divine plan is guided by your soul. It is that which your soul wishes to experience upon the Earth and that which your soul wishes to embody or activate.

Many believe their own divine plan has to be so large, so impactful that they miss and cannot see the truth of their divine plan.

A divine plan can be as simple as sharing love with another being or learning how to connect with other people in a simple and truthful way. It may be tending to nature or supporting animals. It could be as simple as living a balanced life, allowing yourself to be happy, or promoting your own health.

It could be letting go of judgment or healing a wound with a relation that has been long-standing spans through lifetimes. Whatever flows to you as an understanding, except it, play with it as if someone has thrown you a ball. Play with it, hold it, feel its texture, throw it up in the air, feel how light it is or how heavy, can it roll, or does it bounce?

This is what you can do with any answer that you receive in that space of contentment and peace concerning your divine plan.

Try it out and you may find that it does not feel appropriate, if so ask again, going deeper.

You may find that your heart sings with joy. Remember that the divine plan for your own reality, can be immensely simple and it can even be easy to achieve.

We believe that many of you now are more than capable of accessing your divine plan in this current moment of the Earth’s reality, successfully experiencing and embodying it.

While the conflicts on the upper earth come to a head and it comes more and more often to discharges, arguments and also wars, the new energy builds up in truth.

What you can perceive now is a part of the healing of the global time event. That is why tremendous forces are discharging and no stone seems to remain on the other.

Every healing begins with an initial worsening and this is now evident at all levels of society.

An unbelievably real threatening scenery is building up now and it is good to step back now and take a new perspective – from inner knowledge to certainty that everything has its justification and its meaning.

Guided by certainty

You were born knowing how this game is played and how it will end up.

That in the end the good and the light will reap the triumph, that you know, that the good people, who stand up for truth and peace, will gain the victory over the darkness in the end, that is familiar to you!

About the outcome of the present fights there is no doubt deep in your inside – there you have knowledge of it and you know exactly why you stand today with both feet firmly on this earth.

This inner certainty lets you hold out now and provides you with the farsightedness on which it depends now. The inner certainty that love and your light will triumph in the end, lets you grow from the challenges – instead of despairing. This inner knowing offers you support and orientation, and staying connected to it is essential for survival now.

This will allow you to fulfill the role you chose for this life before birth, and you will have your unique part to play in the success of this change.

Crises and doubts, discouragement or hopelessness may arise – however, beloved human being, overcome them and pass through them like a commander who knows that he is bound only to his conscience and serves God alone.

The time of great upheavals has come!

You live the meaning

Now the earth begins to throw off the people in a power that has never been reached before. These are geological events that will end regional conflicts and global plans overnight.

A new dimension of purification is in store for you and only those who remain inwardly connected will master this time.

Many lives you have lived and many challenges you have grown from. Now all lives flow together in one life and you can fall back on your acquired knowledge, trust in your experience and build on the power of your consciousness.

Now you are no longer a child, a spiritual adept without knowledge of things, but a light-filled spirit being incarnated on earth and making your unique contribution to the great change and ascension of humanity.

The human perspective recedes and in the midst of the greatest struggles and crises you become aware of the difference between illusion and reality.

Me: Hello, Adama. In another channeling you told us about Earth’s Solar Council, the one you’re on with other Agarthans and people from outer earth. You said it has departments or task forces and these departments work the same as our country’s governments. You indicated that the various planets’ councils in this solar system have been working on earth’s ascension for centuries. You indicated that there are surface people who go to council meetings and they steer the future of earth in a more metaphysical direction than not. You said, “They also are not restricted by country or nationalistic vision, they are of your world, and they work at a global level. So your politics and whatnot really has no part in what they do.”

From this I’m hearing that the Earth Council is working towards certain goals. Now, what do these goals have to do with the current governments’ work, and how does the Earth’s Secret government, which I’m assuming is the council you head up, work with the Alliance?

Now, first of all, is the earth council you sit on the secret government I’m looking for?

Adama: It is.

Me: So this secret benevolent government as opposed to the secret malevolent government which we call the Military Industrial Complex, the New World Order, is working towards compliance with the Galactic Codex?

Adama: It is. We’re trying to bring your domestic governments into alignment with the Galactic Codex. That’s the first step. While we do that we’re helping them to embrace GESARA principles.

Me: So that sounds like two steps.

Adama: It’s not really because GESARA is a micro step towards the macro step of the Galactic Codex.

Me: I’m going to link an article with the principles of GESARA law at the bottom because this summarizes it up very nicely.

Yes, I see GESARA law is about alleviation of suffering and the implementation of tactics that bring about peace. It also has to do with returning rights to the people and implementing Constitutional Law. The tenets of GESARA law restore financial privacy to the people and take away the corruption that everyone is suffering from now. But the thing is people have to realize that they have to participate if they want GESARA law to be implemented fully. It takes everyone’s cooperation.

Adama: It does. Nobody can be excepted. If you want to stop what’s going on on the outer planet now and institute world peace, all people have to be compliant.

Me: We’ve also discussed the Galactic Codex together. I see that I’ve listed the rights that the Galactic Codex honors for each individual and one of them is interesting. It says that each person has an unconditional right to all information. I see we’re already working at that because of people like me and other truthers who are providing information to the masses to the best of their ability. And we know that information is Light and since people are of the Light, we need to have information.

Adama: Yes. That’s well explained.

Me: Good for so early in the morning!

I like the other one: Each person has a right to be divided from the consequences of actions of other beings. That means that we don’t have to be subject to people with warlike tendencies or itchy nuclear trigger fingers anymore. Hallelujah! And we see this now as many people, not all, but many people with nefarious inclinations are being arrested and tried.

Adama: Yes, we’re working to get earth to compliance with the Galactic Codex. You can see it being done now. That’s what the liberation of the outer planet is about – installing the Galactic Codex on earth. Also with the timelines splitting out more in the next few years, you will be cohabitating more with people of your own frequency. While you were on the artificial timelines, you were subject to the dark behavior of others of lower frequency but in future that won’t be the case – you’ll be vibrating more on your own plane, there won’t be the interaction, the melting pot of so many levels of consciousness all together.

Me: Thank you. I still do in fact. So many low vibers finding their way into my life still. Timelines haven’t split out enough.

Adama: Because they’re still artificial. When the natural timeline is more populated and you stop moving back and forth between the two, you’ll have some relief.

Me: The way to move back and forth is to “think earth things” or to “embrace your truth” of course.

Adama: Yes, if you think in the way that the Matrix has taught you, you’ll be back in the matrix. But when you realize more of your whole consciousness you’ll move into organic space time. Most of you go back and forth because you’re a mix of the two and don’t have access to your full akashic.

Me: And then we start experiencing the Mandela effect as well.

Adama: Correct.

Me: So how do you work with the Alliance then or who we call the White Hats? Or do you even?

Adama: We do. We do work with the Alliance and all other extraterrestrial or earth groups who are trying to destroy the globalist plan and create the new earth.

Me: You meet with them? You show up in their bedrooms at 3 a.m. while they’re sleeping? You take them off earth in a space ship?

Adama: Arguably, any of those are an option, but they do come to some of our meetings and we do have outer earth contacts for them to speak to.

Me: So, operatives on the ground.

Adama: Yes. They are Agarthans.

Me: It sounds like there are levels to earth which I didn’t really think was the way that galactics do things.

Adama: This is earth, so we’re different. We do things by levels right now because there’s such a division between inner and outer earth.

Me: Aha. Okay. It’s just necessary until we can all unify.

Adama: Yes.

Me: So you work with the Alliance, keeping each other informed of what’s going on. I see that there could be a team of Agarthans working with one Alliance operative. That just popped into my minds’ eye.

Adama: Yes, we watch over them very closely and we protect them as well as the people they are sworn to protect.

Me: Like whistleblowers who come out publicly.

Adama: Yes.

Me: So Telos and Agartha is very involved with this, aren’t they?

Adama: Completely involved. We want to unify the earth. But it’s the old fight of the Lemurians and the Atlanteans that hasn’t resolved itself yet. The Atlanteans predominantly live on the surface, and the Lemurians are the people of Agartha. Those energies are still here, we’re trying to clear them up and there’s a lot of karma that needs to be re-balanced.

Me: Okay. It’s a big job, in other words.

Adama: We’ve been working at it a long long time.

Me: Yes. It must get tiresome.

Adama: We’re seeing progress so we’re encouraged.

Me: Now, how do you work with the governments of earth, those now run by the DS?

Adama: You know some of your key leaders are actors?

Me: Yes. They’re put there by the Light forces and the real beings are taken to jail.

Last week China and Russia issued an ultimatum to the US military: either destroy the Khazarian mafia or face all-out nuclear/scalar weaponry warfare, multiple sources agree. 4- Among the experiments and relics is the virus responsible for the current pandemic and the huge number of bats used to transmit this virus.

5- The peoples of America, France and Britain have, under the psychological pressure, been brainwashed into believing a fictional version of what is happening

6- The World Health Organization denies knowledge of the biological experiments in Ukraine despite proof provided by Russia that its’ representatives regularly visited and were in correspondence with suspicious American laboratories around the world.

7- China is asking why the US and UN desperately refuse to conduct an investigation by specialists to find out the truth, especially given the documents and compelling evidence?

The Russians captured a large number of migratory birds that had been numbered and had microchip-controlled capsules containing various plagues attached to their bodies, Russian and Chinese sources add. When these birds fly to Africa, Asia, Latin America etc. the plague vials could be opened by satellite command where they would cause the most damage.

As a result of this meeting “Biden’s days are numbered, regimes will collapse and heads of those countries participating in this scheme will be overthrown,” the sources promise.

Dearest Souls, let it be known that upon your Planet, as you know at this time, there is much upheaval. There is much chat amongst the devices used, regarding subjects that are quite discordant and indeed, abhorrent to the soul’s ‘Natural’ Vibration’.

What would you call a ‘Natural’ Vibration?

One that is of Joy, Love, Contentment, Peace … Indeed, all manner of things that UPLIFT and not ‘bring down’.

When we choose to speak of such things that may occur on your Planet, we do so in preparation. We do so, so that one may become aware of what is to come.

Then, we are to assume that those who partake in our conversations are also, able to feel this ‘inside Knowing’… A place where words simply do not suffice.

Yet, that which is to enter into your Heart is to uplift you … give you Strength and Encourage you to see your mission through in ways of such BELIEVABLE proof … that it is for One to look forward to that which lies ahead.

Life and all its Mysteries are to unfold as you allow yourself to open up to all possibilities. Some beyond your wildest imaginings.

The Angels: Feel Good, Feel God, Flow Love

I Archangel Metatron extend my blessings and love to all beings upon the Earth now, we are walking tremendous, and magnificent transformations with you.

Upon the inner planes we are supporting major shifts that are occurring within your being, for all of humanity and the Earth. Our role in this moment is to support you in remaining grounded, balanced, stable and connected with the Creator. Such vast transformations are taking place within your being.

This has been occurring for some time now, however, it is climaxing. We are noticing many souls and beings upon the Earth are now making shifts internally that they have been preparing for in the last months. This shift may come about because of a cleanse of the body, a new perspective born in the mind, an upset that brings forth clarity, or a new sense of gratitude and appreciation for all that is.

You may notice recently or in the coming days and weeks that there will be a shift within you. That will promote an internal reset of your being. It may be that you feel you need to adopt a healthier lifestyle or regime with eating, drinking or exercise. It may be that you find yourself promoting self-care, relaxation, or meditation.

You will notice that there is a shift, it may be something that you actively partake in, or it might be an illness. It could be something that changes your perspective, a meeting with another being that brings forth clarity or an experience on the inner planes that creates enlightenment.

The shift will be a positive experience, please remember this and it will create a reset within your being. The reset will be as if you have let go of past thoughts, actions, anxieties, worries, fears, not all but enough to allow you to feel lighter and brighter.

You may find yourself walking in a new direction because of a new understanding or feel motivated and inspired to journey along your pathway. You may find it is easier to connect with others. The shift will be personal to you, to your pathway, to what is hindering you now, as well as the purpose, the abilities, the destiny of your pathway on the Earth.

The internal reset will be like taking stock of everything that is within you, all that you have to offer, to gift, and then creating a pathway forward with clarity, understanding and enlightenment that not only serves you but serves others as well.

It could be as simple as letting go of fears, and anxiety, moving through your reality with peace and grace. The reset may manifest within you in numerous ways that are personal to you, however, the result, the impact for all beings upon the Earth will of course, be a deeper connection with the Creator.

As we state that the result  of the internal reset will be a deeper connection with the Creator, we invite you to focus within and ask yourself:

How do I perceive a deeper connection with the Creator would be for me?

Would I feel more supported, more loved?

Would I be able to gain greater clarity, intuition and understanding?

Would I feel more courageous?

Would it be easier to make decisions and transitions in my reality?

A connection with the Creator manifests in a unique way for each being. Every being holds a connection with the Creator. It is your divine right and yet there is a remembrance dawning concerning your connection with the Creator. The remembrance of the Creator is resurfacing in order to allow you to become your truth and who you really are.

In this moment, I invite you to contemplate that the internal reset involves:

A shift, the impact of the shift, and a deeper connection with the Creator.

You may have already achieved and experienced the shift, or maybe each step.

It is important to seek, to look out for the three stages in your reality to verify to yourself when you are moving through the process. A shift that allows you to let go of certain energies and ideas. The impact that creates change and transformation and the result, which is a deeper connection with the Creator.

As many beings move through the internal reset at their own pace, some will take a very short time, and others will take longer, and it is all appropriate and necessary.

However, when you reach the moment of a deeper connection with the Creator, that is when a download of light and wisdom will be anchored into your being. The light and wisdom will be like a puzzle piece that is anchored into the Earth connected to all beings creating a well of information, knowledge and love.

The information, knowledge and love will radiate in all directions across the Earth. It will be like constant pulsations as each being downloads the energy at different times. A continuous integration of energy into Mother Earth that lifts the vibration of the Earth, lifts the consciousness of humanity and allows the support of the inner planes beings to come ever closer.

At this moment, we do not advise you as to certain practices that would be beneficial to partake in. Instead we simply invite you to look out for this step-by-step process of transformation, which we know is the internal reset.

Look out for it in your reality, it may be subtle, it may be impactful.

Look out for it in the realities of others, so that you know what is taking place.

Greetings Divine Ones,

We remind you that this is happening to you, to your world, too. Not because you don’t know this, or have forgotten, but to give you strength and help you to focus and live in ways that support you now, and support you in embodying higher light.

All Life on Earth is moving into new expression and as it does, you too, are being drawn in this energy momentum, into new and highest expression. The solar activity has been high lately and this, along with the Eclipse Portal is also helping to usher you into a new way of being, and knowing yourself and All Life.

The inner changes you feel, may initially be disorienting. Things may feel stuck, or “on hold,” and yet they are, in truth, simply evolving and when change is underway, this change needs to be integrated and anchor in. New energy templates, codes within you being activated both by the incoming energy and by your new states of being, that bring online new capacities, are all altering your Life-form and how you experience yourself as consciousness. Welcome this, consciously. This will help you. It will give you a sense of understanding and inner peace. That which is obsolete, which no longer is aligned with you and who you are becoming, is also in a change-process; one in which energy reorganizes and returns to infinite formless energy as potential.

You are being lifted into higher expression, as you intend this, as you open to this, as you surrender to Divine Order and higher will and as you allow yourself to be guided from within.

Right now, there is no need for you to do anything in particular, for this energy is affecting everyone and every thing. In the same way you experience sunlight each day, as a given, know this is a given too: life is evolving into higher expression in your world and in your species, as it can, and continually. Life as you know it is evolving. This is happening to everyone and every thing.

The collective consciousness is moving into more and more awareness of how interconnected Life is. People are not sure how to proceed with this understanding for initially it often makes many feel more vulnerable. As they begin to realize that those who suffer and struggle are connected to them, they worry about their own lives. What might happen to them. So much of the separation that has been fundamental in your world has expressed as ignoring or looking away from suffering or difficulty because it made people feel safer to not be as aware that difficult and painful experiences were happening to others and could happen to them.

Many people have tried to control their lives to prevent these less desirable experience. Or held the believe that if they are in alignment nothing bad will happen. And so, too sometimes people who aim to deliberately create their lives, have looked away from that which did not feel good to them, when they saw it. Thinking it put them at risk.

Life Itself is shattering these avenues of living because the awareness of Oneness is arising strongly and clearly within ALL. For those who have denied this, and refusing to embrace this, the sense of vulnerability is growing and the sense of needing to take charge, take control and ensure their well being, regardless at times, of others, is also growing. You can see this tension playing out in your world. Some have realized within, the Truth of Oneness and in embracing it, found solidarity, joy, more ease and a sense of belonging. Others sense the momentum of a global consciousness that is opening and elevating and feel afraid because they are not used to living this way. To taking their guidance from within, from knowing. But instead live their lives through using force to achieve the states of being they desire.

In essence this shift in your world is a shift to being inner-oriented and aware of the Unified Wholeness.

The misunderstandings about this arising clarity, are no longer being energized as the foundational belief in separation as a though-form has been dissolved. Like all changes in this free-will zone, human beings can choose to live in the past and perpetuate the belief in separation and the need to protect yourself, view life as limited and feel your own well being is diminished as others have more.

Yet this beliefs is less and less easy to sustain. The world is rising up into new forms of expression and part of that is the incoming, higher light and energy is revealing so much — the immense discord and so much conflict is no longer so well hidden. So much use of force — deceit, lust for power and the desire to control at the expense of others. These ways of living have always been part of your world, but they are less hidden now, for more light and clarity is present and this is continually expanding.

Realize that this clarity and the illumination of suffering, and difficulty are part of the light expanding in your world. Patterns of separation are becoming increasingly visible. This can feel very troubling. Do what you can to see what is being revealed, and know that all of this is actually fueling the evolution of your world and your consciousness.

Do what you can to see the larger movements in play here.

You can see that in so many ways, the spectrum of human expression is more visible than before to more of you.

We tell you clearly, Beloved Ones: the Divine Oneness will no longer be denied. Humanity has chosen, collectively, at a soul level to ascend into it’s next higher expression — beyond separation and into an awareness of Divine Oneness.

It is not longer working to try and repress people. Information is being shared more readily and more and more people are aware of what goes on with others who live differently or live in different parts of the world. The ability to ignore the human family, ignore the planetary impact of choices, is diminishing.

Even though seeing more of what is rooted in fear, separation, lack and limitation may feel difficult, see this greater awareness and visibility in your world, as progress.

Now we wish to talk a bit about how you might live in this time…

Remember that your own peace lies within. You can assist yourself and the collective at this time, by being peace and being calm and centered. This is not about denying what is going on, or what needs action, or attention. Rather this is about taking care of your mental health, your nervous system, your wellbeing and also, about you being an available conduit for higher light.

Consciousness in your world expands through the integration in form, of higher light. Higher light, higher frequency energy comes into your realm and you experience this as energy input to your human energy system. The planet is also receiving higher light. The precession of the Equinoxes and the Solstices and the Eclipse Cycles are all evolutionary in nature; they support and drive the evolution in your world.

Your openness to the incoming higher light and willingness to cultivate a state of centered calm, benefits you and All That Is.

As you dare to focus on doing what you can to honor your well-being. As you pay attention to your needs to rest, hydrate, nourish your body, relax, move, get outside, balance the levels of stress you experience, take breaks and feed yourself with beauty, joy, loving relationships and very importantly, spend some time each day aware of and in nature, you begin to BE in a way that Life Itself can take root and express through you, as you, in new ways.

Your mind and your thoughts are powerful filters for your experience. Opening them up, being willing to see things anew, being willing to recognize the innate divinity even in the most difficult of experiences, or insights and new information, is healing. Your presence can be healing, by simply acknowledging that at the deepest level of experience, Life Is One. God Is All. Divinity is innate and present in everything. Even when it’s denied. Even when it’s ignored. Even when one choose to act at odds with the inner currents of clarity and guidance.

Even in the worst expressions in your world, the energy and the people involved, are emanating from the Infinite Oneness; All Life is One and All Life is Divine.

In your world, one can ignore this and deny this, but it takes energy and the energy that takes is increasing. People who wish to control their experience, who live in fear and seek power, band together because it is less challenging than to suppress the inner awareness of what is calling them into love, remembering and Truth.

Each person is being impulsed from within by all that they are.

Trust Life to awaken itself and do what you can to be as you are — a way shower, a truth bearer, a presence of love and wholeness in an awakening world.

We encourage you to withdraw as you need, and take care of yourself each day, opening to the inner planes and feeling your expanding energy and the love and support that are here for you. Revisit your inner connections throughout the day as you need, as you like, as you’re inspired, to continue to be open and available to the incoming templates and stream of higher light.

Gather with others who share your devotion to Truth, to Love, to the Oneness that is All.

Call upon your Angelic, Extraterrestrial and other Families of Light. Acknowledge and connect with the natural world and the particular aspects of Creation which you have natural affinity to and with. Life is ALIVE and knows you. You know what aspects of Life speak to you and give you deep joy and inner peace. Make connecting in these ways a priority, regularly. Be generous with yourself, and let yourself be lifted up by all that makes you heart soar.

Ask for and open to the vast support that is here for you. Choose to deliberately notice, and look for ways you are being supported, held, the path is opened up before, lit up, made graceful and full of possibilities for expanding expression and joy. Express thankfulness for everything — for everything is moving All of Life forward.

Democrats in the US partnered with pharma companies and foundations led by George Soros and Bill Gates to set up bioresearch in Ukraine, using the project to generate additional funding for elections, the Russian military claimed on Wednesday in its latest biolab briefing.

“It needs to be said that the ideologues of US military biological research in Ukraine are leaders of the Democratic Party,” said Lieutenant-General Igor Kirillov, the head of the Russian Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Force, as reported by Russia Today.

According to RT, the US government set up a way to fund the military bio-research directly from the federal budget, but also used government guarantees to raise funds from “non-governmental organizations controlled by the leadership of the Democratic Party,” Kirillov said.

These organizations include the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Clinton Foundation, George Soros’s Open Society and investment funds, the Rockefeller Foundation, the EcoHealth Alliance, and Hunter Biden’s Rosemont Seneca Partners, Kirillov claimed.

The Russian Defense Ministry spox also named Pfizer, Moderna, Merck and Gilead as involved in this scheme, “using it to test medications while bypassing international safety standards”, according to RT. In return, Big Pharma donates to the  Democratic Party, Kirillov claimed.

Germany and Poland have also conducted bioresearch in Ukraine, Kirillov asserted: “Not only the US, but also a number of their NATO allies are carrying out military biological projects on the territory of Ukraine. The German leadership launched its national biosafety program independent of Washington back in 2013. Some 12 countries, including Ukraine, are involved in the program.”

The effort involves such leading German scientific institutions as the Robert Koch Institute and the Institute of Microbiology of the German Armed Forces, Kirillov said, according to Russia Today. Poland has been funding the National Medical University in Ukraine’s western city of Lvov, RT quoted Kirillov, claiming the Polish Institute of Veterinary Medicine has been involved “in studies of epidemiological threats and the spread of the rabies virus in Ukraine. These studies have been carried out  with the American Battelle Institute – one of the key contractors of the Pentagon.”

The Russian Ministry of Defense identified several Americans involved in US bioresearch in Ukraine in April, as Gateway Pundit reported, and claimed that Kiev was researching ways to deliver bioweapons via US drones. Documents found on Hunter Biden’s laptop seem to indicate the President’s son was involved in funding bioresearch in Ukraine as well.

The USA  spent more than $224 million on biological programs in Ukraine between 2005 and early 2022, the head of Russia’s Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin told RT.

There is still a way to go before there will be any signs of normality, and even then it will be a new way of experiencing what was normal for you. However, all changes will be for the better so as to place your feet firmly onto the new path that awaits you. Everything has to start somewhere and it is no mean task to do so without overwhelming you. As you see the benefits from the changes you will be eager to participate in them. Be assured that the old will be considered cumbersome by comparison and the net result is that you will have more time to follow for your own desires.

The war in the Ukraine will be the last one and bring countries together who resolve never again to participate in or allow another one to take place. The futility of such actions and the waste of life have been totally unnecessary when matters could have been dealt with peacefully. Man has a long history of failing to learn from world wars but there must come a time when the absurdity of such actions is recognised. The big powers must get together and resolve never to start another war, and eventually disarm to show their intent and goodwill. It only requires strong leadership and the intent to get things done.

The people of Mother Earth could live in peace and happiness, and feel secure and safe in their own homes. Defences against intruders from outer space does not necessarily mean weapons, but deterrents can be protective means that shield the Earth from attacks. You can be certain that the technology already exists and requires the cooperation of all countries to be successful. All you need now are leaders who are far seeing into the future to realise what can now be achieved. Think peace and you will be helping bring about permanent peace upon Earth.

Presently you have a major problem with inflation and seem unable to control it, and it will get worse before it peaks. There is a lesson to be learned somewhere in this situation but will the powers that be learn it. Be assured there are people being influenced with ways that can lessen the effect of inflation, but it will take time before they can intervene. The lesson is not to return to the same position as before but overcome the problems for once and for all. It simply requires the will to do whatever is necessary to ensure it is permanently overcome.

The people have been used to “tightening their belts” but can lose heart when those who control events on Earth seem incapable of controlling what is happening. Hard times require hard decisions and the sooner the problem is overcome the quicker life can return to normal. People are used to hard times but in peaceful times do not expect draconian like events to dominate their lives. We on our side of the veil will do what we can to get you to make the right decisions that will minimise the problems you face.

We oversee your progress as always and are on hand to help you within the scope we are allowed. We want to see you come out of this difficult period with a better future set up than previously. We know you can do it and give our support and help. We have a vested interest in seeing you successfully come through these testing times as we are as keen as you are to see you rise up into the higher vibrations. It is your destiny and in one way or another so be assured that you will get there.

You are in a unique situation as you are being prepared for a new experience, one that is given in peace and tranquillity to bring you joy and happiness. By then the dark Ones will have gone onto their path, destined to bring retribution for their many misdemeanours. You do not get away with anything and at some stage will have to answer for your actions. However as we often point out, there is no punishment but simply a way of experiencing the result of your actions. It will be presented in such a way so as to give you an understanding of the effects upon the victim.

Many of you will have passed the time of incurring karma and lead your lives with every consideration for others. Once you reach this level it would never occur to you to carry out actions that would be negative. It becomes a frame of mind that maintains your desire to be gentle, fair minded and compassionate. You might be surprised that when you have reached this level, how easy it is to maintain your peaceful approach to life.

Everyone wants a happy life and one that is fulfilling. You have an opportunity to enjoy such a life but first the present problems must be overcome before you can really enjoy it. At present the Earth abounds in so much negativity that it is difficult to see an end to it. But it will come so start being the new human now and be ready to focus on your goal. This way you will not be distracted by what is going on around you although it will not be easy. It may mean being more selective where your friends are concerned but you will know when to stand back and simply be an observer.

Nothing of any consequence ever happens without good reason whether it is positive or otherwise. So when you continue to read of the war crimes know that it is karma for all who are involved. Sometimes souls get involved who are present for no other reason than to ensure the war goes a way that will lead to less death and destruction. As sad as it seems there are lessons to be learned that only come the hard way. Cruelty on one side has to be cleared, and be assured that those involved will “feel” everything they have handed out.

It gives us no pleasure to mention wars and the result of them, but the truth must come out if people are to accept it as a way of making such actions known. In time it will help to stop a recurrence as people refuse to participate in any form of negative actions. It is certainly heading the right way as the vibrations continue to lift up. There will be very subtle changes and in the long run it will become apparent.

The changes to everyday life will continue for a long time, but there will be an end to the difficulties you experience of that you may be assured. But give it time and you will notice that the changes are introducing the new and leaving the old behind.

Real Love is all Encompassing and Inclusive of all Humanity.

The Needs of the Many Outway the Needs of the One or few.

We are Doing the Best we Can and That’s perfectly perfect, there’s No Rush it’s Not a Competition.
