..hi :D uMm about ur comment, i haven't yet experienced astral travel that i am aware of, or consciously aware, i should say. i have to say though that when i would practice relaxation or meditation i got pretty scared too, it was just such a strange feeling that i believe the fear that we feel is what we have to overcome in order to accomplish astral projection. Also, whenever i would try meditation, i would end up falling asleep, but the part that i liked about it is that meditation helped me to have some very amazing, realistic dreams. From the day that i started practicing meditation i have never had a nightmare ever again. It feels like a cleansing process. The more you practice it the more connected you are with your mind and body. My advice is just keep trying, it is the only way to achieve it. Eventually you will learn to dominate that fear that occurs right at the moment of "separation". Astral travel happens mostly every night when we are asleep. If we could just remember it. ;) Just keep trying, remember that your body knows perfectly the process of projection, just breathe and let whatever journey comes to you come. Good LUck!
