How to Create a Triangle

Find two other people to link with you each day in thought, for a few moments of creative meditation. There is a unique potency in this triple relationship. According to all the World Scriptures, God works as a Trinity, and you can do the same in your own sphere, finding two other people of like mind to form a triangle of light and spiritual interplay. Each of the two can also, in their turn, do the same and thus a great network of light and spiritual power can spread over the world. Through it the Forces of Light will be able to work and you, in your own place, will have aided and helped.

How to do the Work

The Triangles work is simple. It need take only a few minutes to perform and can be fitted into the most crowded program. Each day members sit quietly for a few moments, in whatever part of the world they each may be, and link mentally with the other members of their triangle, or triangles. They invoke the energies of light and goodwill; visualize these energies as circulating through the three focal points and pouring outward through the network of triangles that envelops the world. At the same time they undertake to repeat the Great Invocation, thus helping to form a channel for the down pouring of light and love into the body of humanity. It is not necessary to synchronize the time at which the work is done, for once triangles are built in mental substance, they can be ‘brought alive’ when any one member does the work.

The above quote is from Lucius Trust, and is a basic guideline for Triangles Meditation. The following are step by step instructions to help you feel comfortable and establish a routine in working with Triangles, which is very rewarding and will help you in your journey towards ascension. As well, the work we do here will impact the world itself and allow the energies from Source to be stepped down in a helpful and powerful manner.

It literally only takes a few minutes a day, yet the paybacks are wonderful.

Obi Wan can explain this better probably, as he is a spirit walker; but I can give you some base quidelines for you to experiment with. It’s important for you to know that you are in control, and all the energy is manipulated by your thought and intent. Anything you feel moved to do is probably a message from your higher self, so please feel free to do it. This is a guideline and some of you adepts have your own methods, please continue do this in whichever manner you feel best expresses your energy.

1. Make sure you are strong and balanced in your chakras if possible, they are a power source. It is usually not recommended that you have drugs or alcohol in your system, and that you establish a time to do this each day on a regular basis, as much as possible because the energy builds upon itself. I usually do mine in the evening, before bed- but whatever works for you. Make a time to meditate with two other lightworkers. The group merging/meeting need only take place once to lock in everyone to their places. Each person represents one corner of the Triangle, but once it has been created- you can access it any time you like.

2. Cleansing. Energy can be contaminated. You can cleanse your body and crystals by burning white sage and “bathing” in the smoke, or you can do it by placing crystals in your bath and saying affirmations, you can affirm your guides and have them cleanse you with Light … whatever you find works best for you. Often I will just ask whichever guide I feel about me to clean me and prepare my body… as always it is the Intent behind your words, and the activation of speaking them that works.

 
3. Crystals? If you have a favorite crystal that you like to work with, by all means use it. Otherwise you may use a crystal or stone the same color of the Triangle you are accessing. You may use the crystal in any way you like, you can place it on your chakra points, hold it, or place it before and let the light shine through it. Crystals amplify energy, so you may feel more comfortable using one until you can access the triangles whenever you want to. If you do not want to use them, then do not. It’s all relative.

4. Concentration Items. I call them this because the items can be whatever you want. I have a little glass pyramid that makes rainbow reflections, I find it helpful. You can have a sacred geometry picture to look at, or even some of the wonderful meditation videos that have been posted on this thread can be used… again- whatever works for you! I wish I had an altar of my own but it’s not workable for me at this time to have one, but if you have an altar- definitely put a triangle or two on it and it will help.

5. BEGINNING: This is the part where you affirm with your voice (throat chakra) your INTENT… to be protected and be pro-active in meditation. This is done through the GREAT INVOCATION, which was given by Master Djwal Khul a very long time ago. This is not the version I use, which is the original and much longer; but this one is sufficient for our purposes right now. This is one of the most important and powerful Invocations- imagine how many thousands have said these exact words- the power in them is a gift from the Hierarchy.

The Great Invocation

From the point of Light within the Mind of God
Let light stream forth into the minds of men.
Let Light descend on Earth.
From the point of Love within the Heart of God
Let Love stream forth into the hearts of men.
May Christ return to Earth.
From the center where the Will of God is known
Let purpose guide the little wills of men –
The purpose which the Masters know and serve.
From the center which we call the race of men
Let the Plan of Love and Light work out
And may it seal the door where evil dwells
Let Light and Love and Power
restore the Plan on Earth.

6. Having said the Invocation (I think you can just say it the once- not sure), you will make yourself comfortable and close your eyes… envision your concentration items. Get a feel for the triangle you are seeking to make or enter. Do not feel bad if you have trouble concentrating, that is normal… if your mind drifts just gently take it back to the triangle you picturing with your minds eye. The purple Triangle is the one I have the easiest time with, it is the portal to the other triangles… so I just imagine a purple triangle… it’s neon bright… if you look at it long enough it will get bigger and bigger… and you will enter it and be enveloped by the energy inside of it. Different people have different experiences with the triangles. My sister linked in by accident to my triangle when we were doing the Twin Hearts meditation… she saw the purple triangle and it was swirling with energy and trying to suck us inside it.

7. Once you have the Triangle firmly envisioned, you can practice sending it energy… I have experimented sending it the Violet Flame. I have also found that opening my crown chakra to receive energy and then sending it out through my heart chakra into the Triangle makes energy rush through me in waves… everyone seems to have their own story of Triangles, it is highly individual even though we are attached at three corners. Using your heart chakra and sending love, joy and positive uplifting energy will energize the Triangle for the two other as well as send that energy to the world.

8. Each person can have up to three Triangles that are linked to two other people. There is a lot of sacred numbers and geometry involved in this, but for now we are just getting comfortable with doing the actions, we don’t need to get into the far reaching implications. Just understand that this is VERY powerful and that each of you is appreciated on many levels from a multitude of beings for taking part.

9. So, once you figure you have dwelled long enough in the Triangle, you disengage yourself and withdraw back into your body. Remember to thank all your helpers and guides and to give a nod to the Triangle itself and your two corner lightworkers. It’s just polite manners.

This is what I do to meditate with Triangles, I switch things up sometimes, and keep things simple yet loving. Please see this as a guideline, I am sure there are some adepts here who are using their own formula. If you would like to share your methods, it would be helpful for the rest of us. Lol, I am sure I have missed one or two steps so if anyone can fill in any holes, that would be lovely. Obi Wan and Minch Yoda were our cornerstones, but we will be okay if we concentrate on the Triangles they have built already. The Purple Triangle is our lynchpin… you can always be within that first one, it is very welcoming and powerful… and maybe it’s just me but sometimes I think it has a mind of its own, lol.
