Hello everyone! After a 8 month hiatus, I am meditating again. I've only practiced meditating alone and with the knowledge/instruction I've gathered from reading. After trying a pretty regular daily 15 minute session for a few months, I gave up in frustration after not feeling the sort of inner peace I was looking for.
My theory for my let down is that I never included God/Higher Power/Higher Consciousness and Love into my sessions. Attempting to make a connection to the Universe and feel the Love will be my underlying goal. I look forward to bouncing progress, ideas and experiences you guys!
