I know that both souls and bodies
retain memories from experiences.
However I'm wondering where this all
fits in on the subject of walk-ins. Are
the souls of walk-ins, once they assume
their new bodies, able to gain full access
to the bodie's memories / life?
And if they do, do they pick up on habits
on a subconscious level of the previous
body? Or do they retain their own personality
and habits to their soul? Or even a mixture?
How do Walk-Ins work exactly on bodies
that are still alive? Does the body enter a
sleep like state, where the old soul exits
and a new soul enters?
Is this pre-arranged before the old soul is
born? Or is it an agreement made during
their lifetime where for some reason the
old soul decides to terminate their contract?

I have discussed this topic in relation to people with disease or injury or particular ways of being,habits and the like.
Lets say you have a condition,yet all of sudden,you found yourself with a kind of amnesia and all of your memory of how you were,and how you were "meant' to be was gone and replaced with the energy of a different being. It fully makes me wonder what kind of thing happens if a 'soul transfer' were to happen in a person. Lets say they are completely overweight,low self esteem,drug habits,physical habits,etc,particular traits in the way they interact with other people,but then a different kind of person then takes charge of the form. Does that new person then become if they are an energetic type, a fit and healthy radiantly positive expression of the one within? A complete new set of methodology and ways of being.
The whole idea of what you are getting at is completely interesting. The soul transfer walk in experience can happen during the incarnation. Often during times of suicidal thoughts and feelings. The one who is not wanting to continue leaves and the one wanting to make use of the body can come in. I have seen you commenting/questioning on this recently. Thats one scenario. Its not always pre-arranged. More like a making use of whats available instead of wasting a useful embodiment kind of thing. The new incoming one once established may then break all ties with former associates,and if they encounter one another again,they are more than likely to consider the person as completely different. As if they dont even know them anymore,even though they recognise the face. Ok so there is the suicide scenario....one who wants to end it all and be free of this joint. There is possibility that a walk in can take that body and renew the life there and be able to take over. There are other less dire scenarios too. There are tons of stories about people who wake up one day and realise they dont love their partner and job or whatever and just up and leave,and go on to make a whole new life. Just like that,they cut all ties and move on. They are possible walk in scenarios also.
What you are getting at is a really profound idea. Imagine if you forgot,how were you were. All of your history erased. No previous experience or memory to draw on? The past would not matter. What potentials are open to such a being? No thought of prior self imposed limitations,simply an awareness of the now and a forward focused conciouness? What could they achieve?
Excuse me if this doesnt make sense,I have had a few drinks this evening,but I do llike this topic. Especially in relation to the habits and nature of a person and their sense of self and what they can do in life,and what they believe they can do.
What if you forgot what you believed? And all of a sudden a whole new set of energies were to fill you?
