If you are sitting and doing nothing because you are in an apathetic state of denial, because you make excuses that you do not have enough money or time, or you just do not care about yourself, then I would say to you: "Do not later come asking for a miracle when you are not even willing to lift a finger to help yourself, let alone a brother in need-or the children next door." - El Morya
