  Hey beato.....yes. They will help you if you ask. I think it all depends who you resonate with and I think you can ask any being of light to help it does not matter. I hope if it is ok I add extra advice here:) Getting outside by yourself will help a lot with the emotions i am amazed when i take the dog for a walk in the woodsy park and where i run my energy. Also exercise....especially yoga moves that balance chakras. Lots of stuff you can do here. Lots of stuff...
