i been switching to raw food and today its the 8th day
basically i only eat only fruit and vegetable juice, and i am not a fan of the salads
i cut off all bread, rice, egg, anything that's man made...
it feel very good and energies to just eat raw, but these will never get me full
i am almost craving for anything that will make me full, any good suggestion for me to keep this up?

thank you all for all the advice
just wondering is it bad to eat cooked food? or its just not as good?
and i don't get why not to eat wheat n rice. and say if i eat pan fried egg with toast, is that bad? or its just no as good as raw?
I understand that by eating raw, we are consuming the alive energy within the food, but what happen if i eat mostly raw but some cooked? will it decrease the energy i absolve or just simply don't get any good energy for the cooked ones?
organic coconut oil...if You can get it
as for bread...I do organic, sprouted grain bread,
Oh! it's so good.

P.s
What's wrong with rice...unless it's grown in a heavy metal laden swamp in China..
to get full you need fat, eat peanuts and other nuts, in fact the stuff in nuts is called "meat"
..if u do a research on google or in you tube, u will find many good advises on how to proceed slowly on a full Raw diet.. but basically i would advice u to follow first what your body tells you for the foods that it needs to eat...
Yes, You can eliminate some nasties,

I love eggs, i have an organic farmer supply them..
