  The Naked Runner is a classic. Sinatra’s restraint is so realistic and the end scene is a masterpiece.
  I'm halfway through The Union on Netflix. Mark Wahlberg plays a guy from NJ (sound familiar?) who gets recruited into a world he wasn’t prepared for. The scenes of intel chaos in London are a bit too familiar for Drekx and I, of course. Not bad for an action comedy.

  A very good speech by Marco Rubio, at the Munich security conference.....I totally agree with what he's saying and so are many Britons.....Since 1945, Europe has been declining and it's about time that trajectory was reversed...

  AE...Glad that you enjoyed the film...It was during the cold war, 1960s..so the British had a network of agents (Germans) in East Germany, as it was then, working for that operation....Those busy British bees...buzzing about...

  Drexk- The Naked Runner; I think if they said they had his boy as hostage, etc.,that probably would have been more logical to motivate him. Anyway, the Russian handler says, while on a train and meandering around the countryside, 'don't worry about the English bees, you will be with the dead soon' to the traitor, or something like that (captions weren't available) then Sintra's character flies to Copenhagen to terminal A where security marks his rifle case with an x -he does the deed then runs to a 'tunnel' where his handlers are waiting at the other end-he goes back here to B! I loved it! But what probably happens is the real x men travel in A or live there , in that parallel world, and go here to do business.
  I can tell you from experience that A is the place to go and I have been there several times, once for about 36 hours. Civilization!
  Oh yeah, and the three goonie looking dudes that fly in, from A or somewhere else, to an abandoned airport to aid Slattery with communications were , I think able to communicate between A and B.
