  Yes, it's a permanent change away from a 3rd density existence...a regained aetheric anchoring, which we once had before getting stuck here...so full consciousness....4th density body types are ubiquitous in cosmos...so we can truly join the galactic community in this status...and eventually 4th density/5th dimension and higher still, for Solarians...
  We will enjoy 3000 year lifespans, in the body......a very healthy expression of spirit in the cosmic aetheric expressions..

  when our bodies can process greater amounts of photonic energy -I assume that's for health and longevity and to migrate permanently to 4rth density, 4rth dimension

  Yes I've had all these symptoms lately and the astral attacks, too...I'm told that this is normal when our bodies migrate from 3rd density, to 4th density.......still in 4th dimension, until ascension itself....These are steps being taken and at spiritual monad levels, as well as our lower aspects, we have chosen to make them..We must utilise a focused will to stay the course..no matter how painful..

  We are becoming a carbon-based lifeform, which is able to process greater amounts of photonic energy...So that's crystalline, but still carbon-based....
  So the carbon base, technically remains the same, for our bodies. As with all ascended galactic humans..
  But switches to the allotrope....I speak of allotropes. These are the allotropes of carbon....They all offer building blocks for carbon-base lifeforms...
  
  How many carbon allotropes are there?
  
  Diamond: It is extremely hard, transparent crystal, with the carbon atoms arranged in a tetrahedral lattice.
  
  Lonsdaleite: These are also called hexagonal diamond.

  I've had this data confirmed by my own contacts...And overcoming any previous antagonisms with rev Skirvin, I thank him for his post linked here...authored by a Dr Shavi M Ali....
  We are indeed being progressed at cellular levels and many of us here, on AC, are going through the changes being programmed into our cells, by photonic information packages, being pulsed towards Earth, from solar flares...the strongest being X-class..These flares are programming our light-encoded filaments, within DNA/RNA strands...
  
  Many will feel these symptoms..I have...
  
  Having a different belief system that may counter that of your family and friends that is based on deep research and spiritual connections
  Daily exhaustion as if energy has been drained out of you (It has and it is stagnant energy that is disharmonious to your elevating process)
  Aches and pains in muscles and joints not due to excessive exercise or working hard or due to an injury
  Sleep disturbances such as awakening several times throughout the night or strange vivid dreams or total insomnia or a restless feeling or heat surges
  Rapid heart rhythms (Your heart is beating in tune with Earth’s higher vibration)
  Anxiety and nervousness for no reason (You are picking-up on the collective human thoughts and feelings lurking in the atmosphere)
  Depression (Your subconscious mind is trying to understand the dramatic changes that are occurring on the Earth and how to adjust to them)
  Eating differently as you realize that healthy nutritious food is a vital step in gaining a higher level of consciousness
