  This could likely be due to manipulation from a psyops team that the suspect underwent.. It seems like he was already mentally unstable and vulnerable/insane and therefore an easy target, sometimes these teams even use hypnosis..

  Ahhh..!! The investigation of the Kirk murder is finding several anomalies surrounding the patsy "sniper," and his strange inconsistencies, with the scewdriver left at the sniper nest, with his fingerprints. The rifle, if disassembled, and in the backpack (backpack gone..?) when he dropped down to the ground, from the roof, how was he able to reassemble and leave the rifle in the woods...with fingerprints, palm prints, forearm prints, etc.....DNA in the towel from hair and sweat, etc...No assembled rifle was carried by him in the video...But one was found in the woods..
  
  The guy was a walking forensics sign post....BY DESIGN.....
  Of course, there are many holes and it's destroying the LONE GUNMAN narrative...I would suggest it was a sniper team and the coverup is wide...even including the state governor..

  That's a useful link to Blavatsky material, Movella...I noted this particular video as being of use, to anyone being psychologically sucked dry by vampiric people...Psychic vampires...Blavatsky describes them as "soul less," but I will state that from what I understand of such matters, they have some sort of embryonic soul, which is less that a first degree level of spiritual evolution (the birth,) and as such, we can suggest that there is a rudimentary aspect of soul, in the making, within them...
  And this logic pertains to the fact of our current evolutionary arc, that we are all on...Meaning that everything has some evolutionary potential, so not "soul less," but EMBRYONIC...as in an embryo in development, for a given evolutionary life plan opportunity...And so, a life experience before the BIRTH....Before the first degree initiation...
  
  Moreover, the Sirians believe that all Earth people have growth potential, even those that appear "soulless"....
  Therefore, a spark exists within each, which may one day, in a given life, ignite to a full flame and eventually a blazing torch.....So I will know of that factor, and limit the term's use, as technically one should suggest an embryonic soul..
  
  Albeit, the term "soulless" has some veracity, if appreciated from that energy sucking angle...as the soul has not, technically, been BORN as yet, in such people....And so their scheming manipulation of those around them, offers them with a life of the psychopath, and/or sociopath....Mimicry of the deep feelings of others, to fit in and also to exploit those around them...In fact, psychopaths often cannot cry, so sprinkle water on their eyes, pretending to, during a family bereavement, for example...Always seeking to fit in, but by pretence of sympathy...
  
  I suspect that we have all come across such psycho vampires, in our experiences...
  I like this warning to all readers...It may help them to avoid such people....Or put simply; avoid toxic people...
