I was a conventionally trained social worker and Gestalt therapist. Fritz Perls, created Gestalt therapy. Being in the NOW. My abilities were gifted to me during my journey. I experienced shamanism, energy medicine and was verbally taught hands on healing in a few conversations. Christina Lynn Whited is my mentor and teacher and I learn from everyone I encounter. Abraham, Messages from Uriel, Veronica are just a few of the teachers that support what I Know. Zingdad channels 8 and The Ascension Papers rings as part of my Knowing. Magenta Pixie channels information that resonates with me. The teachers are everywhere!

The F.F. Matrix is surely effecting the minds of people, even the awakened ones. So I and my higher self decided to do more updates on what is happening mostly on the Inner world as we have already moved into 4D big time and 5D is not so far away…
