To coin a phrase,
There is less than 3 percent genetic variation between human and some species of apes.
Yet it is that 3 per cent makes all the difference.
And at face value, the changes are for the worst..
In their natural state monkeys, as with all animals bar man, exist in a state of love.
They have no recognition of good or evil, right or wrong. Surplus to requirements.
They live instinctively from the moment they are born.
They live in a natural harmony with the environment.
As a result they want for nothing.
And have no desire or need to be anything more than what they are.
Because they recognize innately that they are perfect creations of God as they are.
All this for a mere three percent...
And yet from a survival perspective, humanities DNA has the undeniable edge.
Top of the food chain.
Creators of wonders. (When we aren't blowing each other to bits).
So clearly, each version has its pros and cons.
Looking beyond the mechanical three per cent that we can recognize, there are changes in the quantum structure of human DNA that drives that three per cent variation..
And the way we experience these changes is in having an awareness of divinity.
A change in natural state from Love to one that encompasses recognition of good and evil.
Dark and light.
Whilst being unable to properly touch or identify either.
But needing to because we know something is missing.
And it is unacceptable for a creation of God to be anything less than complete.
The magnetic nature of the universe fuels our desire to reclaim that which is missing
As a result Dark or Light become goals in and of themselves.
And it is this ability to set goals beyond that which we can touch which distinguishes humanity from the rest of the animal kingdom.
And it is this which makes humanity special.
Our desire to be more than we are consciously aware of.
Because we have an inkling of what we lay beyond our boundaries.
Over time our desire to reclaim what is missing compels us to become more than we are.
And as for those who were responsible the adjustment to humanities DNA, (and clearly humanities DNA does not follow the prescribed evolutionary process), the consequences of the changes were not only understood, they were expected.
And relied upon.
But not for the reasons that are doing the rounds of the conspiracy haunts.
The Humanity Divinity Project, for want of a better term, was a collaboration between newly graduated students with some understanding of quantum genetic engineering and their mentors.
Who are masters of quantum geneticists.
It was a graduation project if you will.
Carried out in all integrity.
To show off the recently awakened prowess of the graduates.
And as a means of giving something back to God
By creating a vehicle capable of exploring all that is beyond the light and dark of that vehicles awareness. (The Divine Human).
Whilst remaining on the Garden Planet Earth.
The net result over time being the restoration of human DNA to it's pristine state.
And an increase in the overall love quotient of the universe.
Can any of this be proven?
No.
Fun isn't it.

well asked.
And before I make answer, just be aware that at the moment I'm just sharing the concepts in fairly big chu7njs,
still don't have much resolution on details.
and so I'll add to this as details come to mind.
Questions like this help speed the process.
another point I want to make before I answers is with regards to provability of what i say.
I have a feeling that a large part of the discussions i share from here on end will be unprovable in linearity.
They will be subjects that require a quantum awareness for them to make sense.
And so, if you are the kind of person that thinks they might have a problem of this, please avoid my discussions.
Feel free to create your own discussions or web pages, (my personal favourite for the free blessing),where you can paste it all you please.
But I ask you to respect the integrity of the discussions because I believe all ideas deserve an opportunity to be explored to their logical conclusion.

Now to answer your question.
if I understand it correctly,the first thing to address is the idea of Anunnaki DNA.
From my perspective, there is no such thing.
The idea is another human creation due to insufficient knowledge.
the DNA is human, 100% human.
the 3% variation that is measurable in linearity shows up as the difference between 23 and 24 chromosone DNA. The fusing of 2 Chromosones is what creates our recognition of divinity.
The actual engineering work that created these changes was carried out at a quantum level.
and herein lives evidence of the integrity of the procedure.
The students were a graduate ascension society.
which precludes them from applying anything other than benevolent intent to all that they do.
Like wise their more learned mentors.
There can be no conspiracy surrounding the seeding of humanities divinity.
It simply isn't possible.
From where I stand at least.
So to summarize how much is Anunnaki DNA,
None.
the results of the Anunnaki Pleiadian engineering work however resulted in an approximately three per cent variation between the donor DNA and the divinity enabled DNA.
What is often overlooked is that the changes were created to be reversible.
With pure intent and applied effort the 23 chromosone DNA can be returned to its pristine 24 chromosone state.
And this has always been the intention.
That humanity do what ever is necessary to regain their quantum awareness..
as for the questions you ask regarding the layers, I don't have that kind iof resolution to be able to give you an accurate answer, and I don't know that i will any time soon. Hope I'm wrong.
What i can recognize is the idea of layers is a ;linearization of a quantum concept.
The layers exist in an entangled state with each other
Beyond that I don't have details.
And I'm not sure what your comment "what about those who are RH negative.is asking.
