One of the Federal Reserve Governors has resigned effective September 1, 2013.
Janet Napolitano [Homeland Security] has resigned effective September 1, 2013.
The Most Holy Francis issued an Apostolic Letter on July 11 and effective September 1, 2013 that effectively stripped away the immunity of all judges, attorneys, government officials and all entities established under the Roman Curia [hint: All corporations are established under the Roman Curia]. All of these "persons" can now be held accountable for war crimes, crimes against humanity, [hint: Divine Spirit is humanity], for the unlawful restrictions of the liberties of the divine spirit incarnate; [we call that Eternal Essence Inbodied -AK] for failure to settle the accounts; for continued prosecution of claims already settled, etc.

ISSUED MOTU PROPRIO
OF THE SUPREME PONTIFF
FRANCIS
ON THE JURISDICTION OF JUDICIAL AUTHORITIES OF VATICAN CITY STATE
IN CRIMINAL MATTERS
In our times, the common good is increasingly threatened by transnational organized crime, the improper use of the markets and of the economy, as well as by terrorism.
It is therefore necessary for the international community to adopt adequate legal instruments to prevent and counter criminal activities, by promoting international judicial cooperation on criminal matters.
In ratifying numerous international conventions in these areas, and acting also on behalf of Vatican City State, the Holy See has constantly maintained that such agreements are effective means to prevent criminal activities that threaten human dignity, the common good and peace.
With a view to renewing the Apostolic See’s commitment to cooperate to these ends, by means of this Apostolic Letter issued Motu Proprio, I establish that:
1. The competent Judicial Authorities of Vatican City State shall also exercise penal jurisdiction over:
a) crimes committed against the security, the fundamental interests or the patrimony of the Holy See;
b) crimes referred to:
- in Vatican City State Law No. VIII, of 11 July 2013, containing Supplementary Norms on Criminal Law Matters;
- in Vatican City State Law No. IX, of 11 July 2013, containing Amendments to the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code; when such crimes are committed by the persons referred to in paragraph 3 below, in the exercise of their functions;
c) any other crime whose prosecution is required by an international agreement ratified by the Holy See, if the perpetrator is physically present in the territory of Vatican City State and has not been extradited.
2. The crimes referred to in paragraph 1 are to be judged pursuant to the criminal law in force in Vatican City State at the time of their commission, without prejudice to the general principles of the legal system on the temporal application of criminal laws.
3. For the purposes of Vatican criminal law, the following persons are deemed “public officials”:
a) members, officials and personnel of the various organs of the Roman Curia and of the Institutions connected to it.
b) papal legates and diplomatic personnel of the Holy See.
c) those persons who serve as representatives, managers or directors, as well as persons who even de facto manage or exercise control over the entities directly dependent on the Holy See and listed in the registry of canonical juridical persons kept by the Governorate of Vatican City State;
d) any other person holding an administrative or judicial mandate in the Holy See, permanent or temporary, paid or unpaid, irrespective of that person’s seniority.
4. The jurisdiction referred to in paragraph 1 comprises also the administrative liability of juridical persons arising from crimes, as regulated by Vatican City State laws.
5. When the same matters are prosecuted in other States, the provisions in force in Vatican City State on concurrent jurisdiction shall apply.
6. The content of article 23 of Law No. CXIX of 21 November 1987, which approves the Judicial Order of Vatican City State remains in force.
This I decide and establish, anything to the contrary notwithstanding.
I establish that this Apostolic Letter issued Motu Proprio will be promulgated by its publication in L’Osservatore Romano, entering into force on 1 September 2013.
Given in Rome, at the Apostolic Palace, on 11 July 2013, the first of my Pontificate.

i havent seen any news about bernanke resigning september first.! i have seen the other 2 people resigning but i cant find any news about bernanke that say that he is resigning!

I say let them (vatican and cabal) fight amongst each other. With hopes that we little people not in the evil games will discern for ourselves. There is a evil vs. evil war now along with good vs. evil war. The evil groups are naturally greedy, so it's safe to say they want what each other have...control and power. We light workers have our job to spread light. Evil's job is to spread chaos and confusion.
Truth comes out when people on the inside grow a conscience... Truth comes out when the evil doers rat on another evil doer. Sure it makes them look good by doing it, but in the end it is for their agenda of picking up the pieces to therefore take control of that evil task.
All in all, when ALL the secrets start pouring out, the people of the world will ultimately get sick of it all and do something about it or evil will just plain fall to nothingness in the end because humans won't fall for it anymore. The biggest virus that evil has is itself. Greed, greed and more greed.
Question motives and evil takes defensive stance. Our greatest power is the opening of our eyes, mind and heart to see more clearly. A clear mind and body has ultimately more power than evil any day.

Presumptions. Presumptions. The current pope is now demonstrating in many ways that he is indeed a different type of pope. Haven't you been following the news at all (Cabal driven as it may be) these past few weeks? I believe that he may indeed be a "walk-in"; hence any Nazi relationship in the past may be a moot point (and can you prove that the photograph you submitted was not originally faked?). I have no idea what your moniker signifies, nor do I much care. That you are so quick to leap to judgment (referring to Pope Francis as being a "wolf in sheep's clothing") demonstrates to me that you may be demonstrating your own projection mode. I am neither a Biblioidolater nor a Christian (how can one imitate another when one must find and become their own Path?). Yes, the Gnostics were ensconced in deeper reality than many of those who followed the Roman Catholic way and later Protestantism. The Cathars of France and Northern Italy in the 12th and 13th centuries also embraced Gnostic awareness. The modern "Creed Statement of the Cathar Church of Love" is excellent and I put it up in the Spiritual Forum on ACSCN a few days ago under the heading: "A Now Age Manifesto". Or you may Google it and in the Wikipedia entry for "Catharism" one may read the statement. It eclipses most other religious, metaphysical and spiritual groups statements of principles by being more universal/inclusive.
Well stated Donald... and much respect to you sir. I hear about this "walk-in" thing a bit and I say what you just said to me... "can you prove it?" You cant, all the Popes parade around kissing babies and blessing everyone, its what they do. And they all talk of reform. They all appear wholesome and benevolent, but history tells a different story and you are intelligent enough to understand that to get to the top job one must be well-ingrained in the politics of the club, a lot of secret deals are made, its politics afterall... no I cannot prove the photo is authentic... it came from 'LightworkersXM' and they are a reasonably trusted site for anti-cabal, anti-illuminati activity and news. I believe it is authentic as do others I know... just as the previous Nazi association photos of the former Pope Benedict were proven authentic...
Here's the thing... if we wait and see as you suggest (which is all we can do - I have no power like the next person to change a super-powerful organisation like the Vatican) time will educate us... at best he'll present well and be popular and change a few things, at worst it will be business as usual and they will continue to draw vast amounts of money from poor and middle-income people... but I'm happy for anyone who thinks it's all good. i hate the news so i watch holms on homes instead when it is on, i'd rather watch a building being constructed then watch deconstructive news broadcast mate.

We dont know if anyone else has stated this elsewhere as Jai always prefers to only talk about things he has experienced himself or state knowledge which he has heard from good sources, but Jai has said many times to me that the Sun is an artificial construct and that there are many Suns in various galaxies to support and develop life, that our Galaxies are like market-gardens visited by genius cultivators to support life. Anyone ever heard of this?. Mr Ed anyone connected to GFL ever stated the similar? If anyone'd know it'd be you. ;-) He years ago was one of the first [behind the scenes] to suggest that the Moon was a construct which now many independant physicists agree [as with Phobos which is clearly a bad fake moon] looks suspicious in its math. Russian cosmonauts also found that the Moon clanged like a bell for half an hour when rammed with something really heavy. Wondering what you think?
