  Where is your sense of worth coming from? 🪷 Internally or externally?
  
  Speaking from my own experience, I receive external validation, often in the form of compliments from total strangers, but it has no effect on my worth or how much I appreciate and value myself, because I don’t operate from ego. I have inner confidence and I know that I have the same amount of value whether external validation is present or not. I can take it or leave it. It may be nice, but I don’t need it. Self-love is generated from within and love is offered abundantly by the creator. When you are connected to the divine source and are activated as a Protagonist, you understand that your worth is always present internally and it is unlimited. 👑✨

  Alice Baileys teachings were really valuable. Knowing your rays is a useful method of expression to some extent, but we must remember not to box ourselves in to only following specific traits because that is what your specific rays say you are, this can even be limiting if applied too literally. Rays offer an overview guide of our natural expressions, but who we are as individuals and what we are capable of is beyond just ray structures, in a way similar to horoscopes or birth charts, they do not define everything you are, but are a part of a bigger picture. We are all unique, evolving individuals.
  
  Rays offer an overview of the mind, astral, body and soul. Evolution requires adaptability and expansion of utilised LIVED experiences in order to apply the wisdom, especially for the 2nd ray souls of love-wisdom. Not only studying, but applying and living that wisdom is where true power lies.
  
  Unconditional love can be expressed through speaking truth and allowing others freedom to find their own power within, allowing them space to embrace their own mastery. True spiritual evolution doesn't require someone else to calculate your light quotient. With the information you have gained by studying the topic, you are now capable and able to APPLY IT and go within to increase your intuition and find the answers you seek.
  
  If humanity were to become too devoted to ray structures or treating esotericism like an academic trivia quiz or a religion, it would suggest they're more comfortable in studying history rather than embodying the shifts in the present. Stepping out of the textbook teachings and into reality is where true evolution happens.
  
  Not everything about us can be explained through teachings. Evolution is to be lived by the individual and mastery is achieved, this can be graded by an ascended Master, but even if we as humans know the answer, it is not encouraged for us to grade another’s light quotient. It’s time to break cycles of student-teacher dynamics, Lord Maitreya and I continue to encourage SELF-REALISATION.
  
  The rays were taught by Alice Bailey around a century ago but naturally there have been upgrades to the original template teachings, as evolution continues. So I know my rays, but I don’t hold onto or identify with them so tightly, and I don’t treat this like a religion.
  
  Ascension is technically possible for those who don’t even know their rays, they naturally and unknowingly would have been embodying them in life.

  Well, to provide an incarnated person with a light quotient figure and a particular degree, can never be as certain as scanning a dead person's manasic atom, at death, which is fixed until (at that light body level,) reincarnated into the flesh, again. So we always start off where we left off, as it were...
  A living person is energetically more dynamic....the figure may vary, so the spiritual rules are, we do not share that, even if a scan were made...Lest the person could then fixate upon a given number, when fluidity and growth should be the vector...
  
  HOWEVER, I would recommend some further self-analysis on your part.....Sometimes we can learn via the example of others and make comparisons, as to where we stand, in LQ...
  I would recommend that you learn each ray, as a starter.....and I'll provide this material for your contemplation....If you meditate upon this, eventually all the rays you possess will become obvious to you...especially if you learn all your weaknesses and strengths, in the different bodies....Not just the physical dense/aetheric, but your mind (not brain) is also a body, as your emotions, which if co-ordinated by a strong persona, can suggest a good measure of control.....But you must do the heavy lifting, on self-analysis......Check out this Lucis Trust link first...and the more you know about the seven rays, the more you intuit, the more you will self-realise and make conclusions as to your best line of least resistance, in your spiritual growth....
  And you don't need to complete an Indian/buddhic style of elaborate meditation, just open yourself and sleep on it..
  
  After this, keep searching the AAB material, for more, until you have recognised yourself, in psychological terms...

  Thanks friend much appreciated 😊For now I just have two questions. I was wondering since you mentioned ray structures if its possible with your help if you would be able to find out my ray structure? The other question I had was if we would be able to find out where my light quotient is at? I wonder about that since you mentioned Bach and his light quotient earlier so that got me wondering about where my light quotient is at this time.

  Glad you have become more self-orientated to self-realisation, Justin....It's a process that may take many steps, of inspirations from a variety of areas...Knowledge sought as if a "holy grail," we drive onto higher and deeper understandings...The learning is heart-brain, which connects to higher mind and soul, offering a definite consciousness expansion, gnosis (knowing)...Then we may increase our meditations and services...sharing our wisdoms on the path we have chosen consciously...We grow in consciousness and that is exactly what the five planetary initiations are....Importantly, to self-realise will be satisfying to you, as a particular ray growth...Other rays may take different paths of satisfied consciousness expansion....To ascend, nobody needs to meet ETs...It's something within you....and your life plan may touch upon all kinds of events to help your growth...We save ourselves and we can do this as a team, in group formation....Actually, for myself, with a ray structure, thus; 3-7-4-6-7, I find myself expanding into many avenues of knowledge (gnosis) which the more I discover, the more amazing life becomes....

And next to Thomas, he encoded; "Questioning is not the sin, it's the road out...!!"..And also, the deepest code, within the robe of Christ, it reads; "truth does not belong to the ones who kneel, but to the ones who keep looking..!"..(AI worded this, but we can clearly get the gist.)

  Since those souls are making a comeback it makes you wonder if maybe Bach himself since you mentioned him might be incarnated now? I wonder what my current light quotient is since you were talking light quotient measurements also? Safe to say these subjects as of late about Reincarnation, Rays, even Soul and Life Plans also have taken over as my main focus. For the first time in years the ET side of things is definitely not the main focus at the moment. Let me know though if I am asking to many questions since I tend to do that at times lol.

  Justin...It's the Law of cycles that permit soul rays to ebb and flow, in service......coming into incarnations, in one era, resting in another...The 4th ray was very dominant in the Renaissance and there are many examples, including Leonardo...
  Basically, if you look at modern architecture, music and art, it is there, but sometimes, an inner genius lacks, that was seen in centuries past....A sophistication in art and the beautiful form expression, will return now.....as before...
  Compare a gothic cathedral, to a modern tower block...Which has beauty and divine proportion and which does not...?
  
  I for one don't know of any modern organist composers that can match JS Bach, as another example....His musical mind, combined with his ordered persona..and advanced wisdom soul..
  
  There are other rays we observe that dominate in the world, now.....Science, which is 5th, we see everywhere and anywhere, today...Law of cycles at work....Of course, this is to do with Earth chain evolution...
  
  A 3.1 degree initiate at death. The light quotient measured, of the permanent atom (on manasic plane) was 3.1...Bach's rays were in that life:
  
  Soul Ray: Ray 2 (Love-Wisdom) – This ray gave his music its profound spiritual depth, universal resonance, and capacity to touch the human heart at a soul level.
  
  Personality Ray: Ray 7 (Ceremonial Order or Magic) – This is the ray of structure, ritual, geometry, and law. It manifested directly as Bach's flawless mastery of counterpoint, intricate mathematical fugues, and structural precision.
  
  Mental Body: Ray 4 (Harmony through Conflict) – This ray allowed Bach to balance complex, opposing musical structures and voices into ultimate, beautiful harmony.
  
  Astral (Emotional) Body: Ray 6 (Devotion or Idealism) – This ray fueled the deep religious devotion, passion, and sacred reverence found throughout his cantatas, passions, and spiritual works.
  
  Physical Body: Ray 7 (Order/Organization) – Providing the intense physical discipline, coordination, and structural focus required to be an incredibly prolific composer and master organist.
