  Dear Protagonists,
  
  The energy of transmutation 🪷
  
  In the Tibetan Master Djwhal Khul teachings through Alice Bailey, it shifts the perspective regarding transmutation away from metaphors and into a precise esoteric science. In books like Esoteric Psychology, transmutation is framed through the Technique of Fusion. It isn't about fighting aspects of yourself, it’s about the scientific relocation of energy. The teachings state that we are beings navigating the lower three worlds. The physical, emotional astral plane, and the lower mind.
  
  In this dimension, we are constantly open to external friction, but only if we allow it to attach to our frequencies. Whether it’s drama or ego battles that we face. Ideally, we should not continually give energy to low-vibe situations, and we can simply transmute them to become fuel for the growth and learning of ourselves and others.
  
  According to these teachings, here are the options regarding how we can react:
  
  -Suppression: Forcing the energy down, which may create energetic blockages and inner tension.
  
  -Expression: prolonged reacting, arguing, and feeding the exact lower-vibe chaos being projected outward. Continuing the cycle.
  
  -Transmutation or Fusion: Lifting those lower energies upward through the centers, integrating the wisdom into the higher domain of the soul.

  
  My advice: Transmutation means you use that force and raise its vibration. You do not roll around in the mud of the astral plane, back and forth forever. You preserve the wisdom gained and allow it to rise to a place of harmony, peace and divinity, just like the lotus. Allowing the lower frequencies to transform and blossom into something beautiful. You conserve and shield your energy and anchor your mind steady in the light, shifting your focus towards personal progress and the collective progress of the much larger picture, which are both highly important.
  
  When you stop giving your energy to every negative situation, the friction loses its fuel. Some may automatically practice transmutation, others may find various tools such as the violet flame very useful to assist with this. Transmutation is beneficial to all and it doesn't mean being passive or accepting low vibe behaviour, sacred detachment is never about tolerating others projections onto yourself.
  
  Boundaries should be set firmly when necessary, which serves as a mirror for projectors as well, aiding in overall evolution. The goal is to maintain your frequency and refuse to prolong negative dynamics. Our mission is far too important to compromise, so as a vessel of light, do not allow the drainage of your energy. It’s simply not worth the stagnancy and the drop in vibration. Harness your energy, love, power and sovereignty from the space of a sacred heart, and use such moments as fuel for your own mastery, breaking through illusions.
  
  At any moment, you have the ability to choose your current vibration, and we should aim to be in a higher vibration more often than not.
