Answer ( in part ): Our Moon....which by the way isn't really ours ( Earths ) moon......it came here approx. 50000 years ago from a planet that has since been destroyed....and wouldn't you know it....the rotational orbit of the Moon matched EXACTLY to that of EARTH.... therefore, NO ONE FROM EARTH can ever see the dark side ( the side pointed away from Earth ).... one must send a satellite in order to achieve that feet... and we did.... in the 1950's.....and then prepared for the famous APOLLO Moon mission.....Neil Armstrongs first words to Earth were NOT, " One small step for man.......". they were IN FACT the following:
