First you boil them for 15-20 min than you fry them with butter for 5min adding salt,Kim and Kari(I think Kari is an Indian Ingredient and I don't know about Kim,but they look like this...)

It is very delicious,you'll lick your fingers after finishing it.

I'm vegetarian 2years sense I was 16 and I really love my diet now,I feel more energetic and healthy,more calm because I'm not consuming the animal fear and I fell more lighter.Sense I was i little child I hated meat but I was forced to eat it.My yoga teacher told me that not one child likes meat but they eat it because the are forced to eat it and in time they are getting used to it.Fist,I think that everyone has to become aware about the effect that eating meat has on the Karma and on their life...or lifes.And everyone who wants to be spiritual and wants to clean his bad Karma shouldn't eat meat because that is really bad Karma and adds a lot of burden or weight on his back.
