They are waiting for us TOO...
To raise our consciousness and vibration. We have to do the works within ourself. They are already there, in plain view, we just need to raise our consciousness, that's my philosophy to some degree.
They sometimes they can reduce their vibration so we can see them - that could explain the sightings.
