Now here is something I wrote some years ago in an emotional moment:
Sitting on a sand dune at the shore, feeling the
softness of silky ivory white sand around my feet,
looking at the ocean with mingling of hues and varying
shades of greens, blues and indigo, is a memory that
re-ignites a special flame in the heart-mind.
The feeling of warm air hugging me, a soft breeze
teasing me as I enjoyed the delicious moments of my
daydreaming.
The joyful sound of the waves breaking, the rows of
multicoloured pebbles of different size and shape,
breaking up the span of white sand.
The smell of the sea, the taste of salt from my lips,
the hugging rocks behind me.
Looking at the clear blue sky that seemed to be the
Master of it all, gave me the happiest feeling of pure
bliss...and I whispered "Thank you Cape Town, you are
so o o beautiful, I love you"

Compassion will set us free! The new generations definitely won't let their emotions and fears cripple them and prevent them from shining their light. They know why they are here and love peace and harmony more than anything else! On to create a golden age of peace and freedom for all!
