  I,ve got all of them , but still very difficult to stop smoking & drinking  Grrrrrrr ! but i'have dreams , beautifull dreams from the teachers . Sometimes its nice , sometimes its hard  but i've never felt any hate just protection of themselves love & much compassion for what i 'am.

  I can take this, been the docs had blood tests, nothing wrong.

  Anxiety yep, weight loss i have lost a stone and can't get the weight back on i am now 6 stone, i am also on meds to stop me being sick and nausea is a pain in the bum at the moment, this has been going on for 8 years.
