Thirteen breaths should be all you need but keep going unto you feel the shift in consciousness. It should happen very quickly. It is not a long process. Make sure you breath in deeply and exhale deeply.
We all have opened too many windows in our computer at least one time only to find it blogging down and need of a reboot. The same can happen to bodies and consciousness. This is a real power video. Take a few minutes to reboot your body and consciousness when in need.
