so bottom line so far..stay away from the Metatronic merkaba practices(which are these???)...stay away from channels...she of course recommend the Krist merkaba practice that she gives workshops, if i understand correct....which is the natural one....and we can't ascent in straight up line, cause the levels above us are fallen and negative occupied if i got it right again....
...and dont bury the dead after death, but cremate...(hhmmm... i never liked the bury rituals anyway)...
..but if she has the right info...its strange for me, why the Guardians dont give this info to other people as well..why only 1 person has to take this so important info and work, out to people...
