  Can the "gods" enter the 5th, 6th and 7th dimensions...?? Can the "gods" naturally transform their mayavirupas to merkabahs and travel in the 5th dimension...?? Basically, no...they are limited under cosmic and spiritual laws...and in such a stasis, it takes aeons longer, to find the exit door, out of the maze of existence, in creation...the created universe...
  For the 3rd density human, moving towards 4th density, the door is wide open and offers a better hope...Rejoice..
  
  From my understanding of such spiritual laws, those who made the decision to enter STS, (service to self) cannot "burn off" karma, to set the record straight, again....Cannot wipe the slate clean..So even a benign and helpful "god," such as Enki, who may have cultivated goodness, in his dealings with Earth people and the planet, still must remain trapped within the maze of negative polarity, he at one time chose to enter, freely...Yet, there is hope for the trapped astral denizens across this galaxy: The Blue Lodge and the Council of NINE are working with Lord Surea, to allow a new dispensation, to mercifully resolve such esoteric dilemmas...A tweaking of spiritual laws...So at least those astral prisoners may eventually become formless, again..return to the Prime Creator and be at eternal peace....

  Several Mesoptamian tablets describe the firmament layers, which existed around the planet, pre-flood, only....the last functioning firmament was destroyed through Atlantean neglect, causing the end of Younger Dryas, some 9,600 B.C.E. also destroying Atlantis itself and flooding the world...
  
  HOWEVER, the firmamant layers had already existed and were maintained on this planet, even before the Anunnaki arrived (450,000 years ago) and that was through Lemurian efforts...An Earth people (Lyran colonists) who originally settled Earth's surface, having migrated up from Agartha....some 900,000 years ago...
  
  Those who later destroyed Lemuria and the original firmament layers, were Atlanteans, (Rhmoals,) who migrated from Lemuria and founded their own empire on the Atlantic continent, some 135,000 years ago....
  
  For aeons the two co-operated and jointly managed the firmament, but as Atlantis grew in power, it became envious of Lemuria's spiritual superiority and they went to war....and this was during the age in which the natural Moon orbited the Earth, before the current placement..This was also a time of cosmic war, between the Light forces, allied to Lemuria/Agartha and the dark, allied to Atlantis, which included the Centaurians and Pleiadians...the latter included the Anunnaki, that band of renegades from Alcyone...And the Centaurians of the Hadar star, being the royals of Atlantis...
  
  So the original firmament was destroyed over the vast pacific region, by falling debris from space,tractor beamed into place, the natural Moon, which was allowed to break up over Lemuria and fall down in multiple fragments, destroying the continent, some 26,000 years ago, during the previous age of Aquarius....
  
  That was the event described in this tablet and of course, the sky cracked and was repaired afterwards, with help from the victors in the war...It was a repair of a damaged firmament...Specifically over the gaping hole caused by multiple moon fragment shards, burning up in the atmosphere and described as the "stars falling."...Only that part over the pacific ocean was cracked and was repaired by Centaurians and Pleiadians......The lost pacific water temples, re-instated and managed by Atlanteans...The Anunnaki supporting the efforts...

  Of course, the Anunnaki were masters of propaganda, but also, they loved to record actual and important events with accuracy, as warnings to each other and their Igigi "watchers," such as this account, of finding an inner Earth entrance, deep on the ocean floor, their digging underwater until locating a circular door and retreating in alarm when the door opened to emit light...
  Clearly recorded as a "do not/will not," type warning...𒁀𒊏
  
  Noting that when it came to the oceans and seas, the salt waters, no one Anunnaki possessed responsibility and such decisions within that environment, were made collectively...
  But it's clear that the seas and oceans made them uneasy, as did the inner realm, they dreaded to enter, in general...

  Yes, the Anunnaki required gold for their homeworld, originally....
  What caused the flood and destruction of the firmament on Earth, at the end of Younger Dryas, was the fact that Atlantis was failing to maintain the water temple rituals, that kept the firmament in place, geo-gravitationally.......Even in spite of Enki's pleading with them to remain responsible, they went somewhat lax, under the later Kings and turned away from service to the cause of keeping the good order of nature, intact...
  Later Atlantis and the Anunnaki were often at odds..In the earlier epoch, they co-operated more...
  
  In fact I'll place this vid here again, which explains that Enki was desperate to prevent the flood and keep the water temples in operation, needing humans to provide manpower, globally, to do so...The Anunnaki could not achieve such work, on their own...as they did not possess the numbers needed...The Anunnaki taught Sumerian priests, that they "ordered the flood," but actually, it resulted from them being unable to control the management process of humans, working in the temples, globally and Atlantis was the only superpower of that age, with the manpower and reach...
  
  Of course, with meltwater, gold is lost from a firmament..falling to Earth in rain, which became heavier and heavier....So rituals to maintain and lost gold needed, as well...The corrupt and selfish Atlantean elites, did not want to provide their gold...due to vanities and excesses..and certainly a lack of knowledge of cause and effect...
  
  See this Sumerian tablet video, which asks, but does not answer, which substance Enki pleaded with pre-flood humanity, to provide, which would have enabled the continued functioning of the firmament layers...aka, the "waters above," aka, the "dome above the sky."...
  Enki wanted humanity to serve as proper Earth guardians, maintaining globe-wide water temple rituals and also, he wanted gold, that element, which, as a dust, was locked and used within the ice of the firmament....It was not provided them by haughty Atlantis and the rest became pre-history, as it were......Late epoch Atlantis did not possess the same sense of spiritual duty, as their earlier epoch iteration did. It went bad, greedy and corrupt, turning dark..and failed to maintain the good order of nature, on behalf of the surface Earth.

  Well enigmabfd, indeed gold was used in ancient times and is still in use, around Sirius B planets; Samanet and Atarmunck, as a perfect element in maintaining the very important role of firmament viability...Without gold, the firmament layers are simply imploded spring water, turned to ice at high elevations, which magnify the skies, day and night, like a vast magnifing glass (thus the stars appear in different places, when removed, as one of the Mesopotamian tablets described,) BUT, the most useful factor in the firmament layer's function, was to block out harmful solar and cosmic radiations...while allowing the beneficial wavelengths; the infra-reds, included...
  
  Why gold dust, or gold flakes...?? Well, it's one of the best methods, tried and tested over millions of years, by the GFL and other cosmic unions (GFL is 4 million years old,) to permit the surface of a planet, supporting life, to mirror the benefits of the inner planet, with it's benign central sun, which is a crystal, emitting vivifying light..
  
  Gold, is excellent for blocking out excess cosmic x-ray and gamma ray emissions..which if too powerful, can damage human DNA....Moreover, unlike lead shielding, which is also high density and good at preventing penetrations, gold is a noble metal and can be trapped in ice and water, without oxidation, indefinately....Lead would oxidise and tarnish, if it were substituted for gold, in the "upper waters"...of a firmament layer...Lead corrodes, gold maintains...
  
  Moreover, Earth's ancient firmament layers possessed such fine grained particles of gold, as to not effect the visuals, in the slightest...the "window of heaven," as Sumerians described it..so looking through a relatively clear vista, not a dirty one, with smuts, LOL..This is because the gold dust particles were engineered to be less than 0.1 mm diameters, so microscopic...and arrayed evenly, across the icey high altitude vista..
  
  Post-flood, the firmament was not reconstructed and repositioned again....But, it will be, in our forthcoming star nation, Solaris, helped by trained Earth guardians and full membership of the GFL..

  I find this particular Sumerian tablet translation, significantly confirmational, towards what I've been repeating here all along and that is the plain fact, that the inner Earth and it's seas and continent, of Agartha, were NEVER ruled by the Anunnaki, ever and this translation states it with obvious deliberation...That the chief Anunnaki himself, Anu, observed inner Earth and declared that he had no dominion over it and even references to the Kur Abzu, within other tablets, suggest that the Anunnaki ruled the waters, air space and surface world only....Even with tablets speaking of Inanna's descent into the underworld, she did so with difficulties, as being tested, through seven gates, losing her possessions and even her life, in doing so...as without authority....without offical mandate to enter....
  And Enki had to negotiate and rescue her from a prison, within inner Earth and restore her to life...
  Even when other tablets speak of Inanna's sister, Ereshkigal, as "queen of the underworld," it never explains why such a "sister" should hold her sibling in such contempt...and feel indifference at Inanna's imprisonment, before rescue and resurrection...
  
  And some tablets suggest that Enki had a rapport with inner Earth, much more diplomatically sound than any of his family..even owning an Abzu laboratory..
  This has veracity, as Enki was viewed with far less suspicion than his family....
  
  But here, Anu, who observed, though never visited, even felt fearful enough, to UN-NAME that which he could not control, nor govern...Basically, the Anunnaki feared inner Earth's power and here we confirm it, yet again, in spite of the myths taught in Mesopotamia, that the Kur-Abzu 𒆳𒍪𒀊 was ruled over by the gods, it never was....Inner Earth had a spritual authority more advanced than the Anunnaki..and maybe we see here the origins of the concept of "hell," in Anu's reactions...Propaganda later adopted by religions..who even today, believe that below the Earth, resides a "devil."..When in fact, the opposite is true....

  Yet another Sumerian tablet that mentions Earth's pre-flood FIRMAMENT.....It even describes the function of the water temples, being the figurative "pillars of heaven, holding the sky up.."
  The Sumerian word for ceiling or roof, is "sumur"(𒊨)...Again, demonstrating that the firmament was a physical structure and not just some religious vagueness, akin to fluffy clouds, with angels playing harps, etc...
  
  It was an actual structure that the pre-flood world was very, very aware of, as it spanned the entire sky, horizon to horizon...and indeed, a structured ceiling, which appeared to hold up the sky itself..

  The Sumerian language was taught to them by the Anunnaki themselves and cuneiform was a product developed offworld...Among a particular group of Plejarens, from a planet Nibiru, orbiting Alcyone...ancient people on Earth called them gods...Now they are working within the 12-clans and no longer run a criminal empire...

  This tablet suggests that Anu, albeit the highest ranking Anunnaki, was informed of the decision and act, conducted by Enki, pertaining to the genetic modification, which resulted in the "creation" of humanity...Anu had not authorised it and was told, after the event....
  
  However, the answer is simple...Although Anu's rank was 60, in contrast to Enki's 40, the very name of Enki reveals his area of responsibilities and they were for Earth and all waters on Earth.."Ki" 𒆠, which means the planet Earth, and/or ground, and of place..Enki adopted the role of "lord of Earth" and named himself accordingly...So, his father, Anu, was not responsible for Earth, only space around the planet....And thus, was informed after the event pertaining to genetic form manufacture, rather than before it....Ostensibly to allow the Igigi (lower gods) a chance to relax from their labours.
