No, they have multiple ways of travel, which make wheeled vehicles totally redundant.....And they have a combination of engineered vehicles, constructed by the clan of engineers, such as the VELETO, which hovers near the ground and can rise higher, even passing through solid walls..Plus, they use natural technologies, afforded 4th density/5th, 6th and 7th dimensional beings, including teleportation, telekinesis/psychokinesis, vimana probe, merkaba, etc....
They can travel in group formation, or individually.....At higher than light speed.....So, the need for a wheeled vehicle for them, is as redundant as using a horse to get to the office/place of work, for us....as redundant for us, as using a horse and cart to deliver milk, like in our early 20th century..The car will be replaced by vehicles that travel off road...

Amazing to see and actually feel these tiny spherical probes....
