Today I feel sad

Today I went to the Dr. as a 1st followup visit from my car accident. I feel so sad and little to no control over my emotions. Someone here, in this special space we've created, please help me remember some LOVE. I know I should probably be ashamed but we all have down days, right? I just feel so very sad and overwhelmed with my situation..
Any love out there for a self confessed whiner of the moment?

    I'm doing better and should be walking in the next couple of weeks. There has been much to ponder over these last few weeks. The love that comes to me from the hearts of so many out there has truly moved me from stagnation to inspiration. Thank you so very much for a moment of your time to serve... it is truly appreciated!
