I don't know your friends from Lowell, sorry. I'm happy to hear from you. As far as my practicing goes I have been involved in spiritual things of this nature since the late nineties. I ask for guidance every day from The Ascended Masters, The Angelic Realm and All Beings of Love and Light. I work with St. Germaine and his Violet Flame in transmuting all my misqualified energy to stay clear. I meditate some and do some yoga. I am a Reiki Master, and I read a lot of messages from other Beings on different websites.I send Love and Light out to the world.
