While there are no quick and easy answers, it is crucial to remember that what you eat is the foundation of your health. If you have access to real food, it is important to learn to cook from scratch and make the most of your leftovers

The National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases defines overweight and obese as a person whose weight is higher than what is considered normal, adjusted for their height.1 That adjustment is figured by taking a person’s weight in kilograms and dividing it by the square of height in meters, which gives what is known as a body mass index, or BMI, according to the CDC.2

An adult is considered obese if their BMI is 30.0 or higher. Recent studies only reinforce what scientist and researchers already know: Obesity rates are high and climbing.

According to The State of Obesity,3 there are striking and persistent racial and ethnic disparities. According to data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey in 2014, more than 33% of individuals were considered overweight.4

By 2016, that percentage had risen to 39.6%.5 The World Health Organization reported that worldwide, obesity has tripled since 19756 and in 2016 more than 1.9 billion adults were overweight. In the U.S., 39.6% of adults were overweight and 13% were obese. These are the highest rates ever documented.

The highest percentage of adults with obesity were from 40 to 59 years old and women 20 years and older.7 According to The State of Obesity,8 rates increased in six states between 2016 to 2017 and remained stable in the rest of the U.S. West Virginia had the highest adult obesity rate at 38.1% of the population, while obesity rates were at least 30% in 29 other states.

The American Academy of Family Physicians9 reported on the links found between increased obesityin adults and socioeconomic factors such as education, rural versus urban living and income levels. In all cases, the report showed individuals with the highest education, living in urban or metropolitan areas or with incomes 400% or greater than the federal poverty level had lower rates of obesity.

Two recent studies10,11 published in the BMJ have linked eating ultraprocessed foods with a significant increase in the risk of death and cardiovascular disease. While you may suspect boxed foods or convenience store snacks are foods on the ultraprocessed list, you may be surprised to learn that many foods touted as healthy are also ultraprocessed.
Four servings of ultraprocessed food increase risk of death

Researchers sought to evaluate the association between an ultraprocessed diet and the risk of all-cause mortality. To that end, they gathered data from 19,899 participants from 1999 to 2014.12 They followed up with the participants every two years to gather data on food and drink consumption and classified the foods eaten according to the degree of processing, using the NOVA classification system.13

NOVA classifies food categories according to the extent and purpose of processing, rather than in terms of nutrients found in the food. NOVA is recognized as a valid tool for nutrition and public health research and used in reports from the United Nations and Pan American Health Organization.14

NOVA categorization was initiated when researchers realized the significance of industrial processing on human health was far understated in research. The researcher’s main outcome measurement was an association between ultraprocessed foods and all-cause mortality.

Participants were categorized into eating low, low-medium, medium-high or high consumption of ultra-processed foods. The researchers found those in the highest quarter, eating greater than four servings of ultraprocessed food each day, had the greatest risk for all-cause mortality compared to those in the lowest quarter.15

During the 15-year study, 335 deaths occurred. For every additional serving of ultraprocessed foods, all-cause mortality-related increased by 18%. They concluded eating four or more servings of ultraprocessed foods was independently associated with a 62% relative increased risk for all-cause mortality.16

They also found those in the group with highest consumption had higher than average body mass index, were more likely to be current smokers and to have a family history of cardiovascular disease, diabetes and depression. In addition, they were also more likely to snack and use a computer for longer periods of time. The main cause of death was cancer at a mean age of 58 years.
Cardiovascular risk increases with ultraprocessed foods

Another recent study involved 105,159 participants. The researchers collected data on their dietary intake using repeated 24-hour dietary records designed to evaluate the participants’ typical eating habits. Here, their main outcome measurement was the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.17

The mean follow-up of the participants was 5.2 years, during which the researchers found intake of ultraprocessed food was indeed associated with a higher risk of cardiovascular disease.

According to the researchers, the results remain statistically significant after adjusting for markers of nutritional quality and after a large range of sensitivity analysis. Co-author Maira Bes-Rastrollo, professor of preventive medicine and public health at the Universidad de Navarra, told CNN:18

“Ultraprocessed foods already make up more than half of the total dietary energy consumed in high-income countries such as USA, Canada and the UK. In the case of Spain, consumption of ultraprocessed food almost tripled between 1990 and 2010.”

Ultraprocessed food leads to weight gain

Another small scale, but rigorous, randomized and carefully controlled study19 performed by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), found that eating ultraprocessed foods increases calorie intake and leads to greater weight gain. The researchers recruited 20 healthy volunteers who lived at the NIH Clinical Center for four consecutive weeks.

They were randomized into two groups and received an ultraprocessed or unprocessed diet for the first two weeks and then immediately switched to the alternate diet for the next two weeks. After gathering the data, the researchers concluded that when eating a processed diet, the participants ate on average 459 more calories per day than when eating the unprocessed diet.20

The increased energy intake occurred over breakfast and lunch, with no significant increase in calories at dinner in those eating the ultraprocessed diet. The researchers also found that eating ultraprocessed meals caused the participants to eat faster, which may have led to a higher energy intake.

They hypothesized ultraprocessed foods may have increased the eating rate and delayed satiety signaling, thus increasing overall count caloric intake. While on the ultraprocessed diet for two weeks, participants gained an average of 1.98 pounds.21
Top cause of death linked to ultraprocessed foods: Cancer

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,22 there were 1.29 million new cancer cases reported in 1999 and 1.63 million new cancer cases reported in 2015. According to the American Cancer Society,23 there were an estimated 14.1 million cases of cancer diagnosed around the world in 2012 and the number is estimated to grow to 21.6 million by 2030.

The established dogma asserting cancer is a genetic disease currently influences research and the type of treatment you may expect from an oncologist. In fact, it fuels the entire cancer industry, but it is not leading to any significant advances in treatment or prevention.

However, the mechanism of metabolism on cancer cells is clear and based on the findings of Dr. Otto Warburg, a classically trained biochemist who received the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine24 in 1931 for his discovery of the nature and action of the respiratory enzyme cytochrome C oxidase.

His work demonstrated how cells receive energy from respiration and how cancer cells have a fundamentally different energy metabolism compared to a healthy cell. The National Cancer Institute25reports tobacco is the current leading cause of cancer and the leading cause of death from cancer.

Although smoking has been in the No.1 spot for preventable causes of cancer for decades, it appears obesity is not far behind. According to Dr. Otis Brawley,26 professor of oncology in epidemiology at Johns Hopkins University and past chief medical officer of the American Cancer Society, this may occur within the next five or 10 years.27

Compared to those who are within a normal weight range, those who are obese are also more likely to have a recurrence of their cancer, and a lower likelihood of survival. Research published in the New England Journal of Medicine28 concluded “increased body weight was associated with increased death rates for all cancers combined and for cancers in multiple specific sites.”

Reuters29 reports the rate of cancer unrelated to obesity declined by 13% between 2005 and 2014 while obesity-related cancers rose by 7%. While the exact association between cancer and obesity is not fully understood, researchers are focusing on studying visceral fat, as its metabolically active and may spur cellular growth.
Obesity increases risk of other health concerns

In addition to cancer, obesity eventually takes a toll on your physical and financial health, even if you are currently healthy. Adults who are obese spend 42% more on direct care costs and those who are morbidly obese (BMI greater than 40) pay 81% more than a healthy weight adult.30

When a patient presents in the emergency room with chest pain, the cost is 41% higher for severely obese patients, 28% higher for obese patients and 22% higher for overweight patients than healthy weight individuals.31 Additional financial costs are the result of medical and physical concerns linked with obesity, such as Type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease and gallstones.

During Type 2 diabetes, the body struggles to maintain healthy levels of blood sugar due to insulin resistance. The hormone insulin is produced by your pancreas and helps keep your blood sugar levels within a normal range. If you experience Type 2 diabetes, your pancreas may not be able to produce enough insulin to keep up with the demand, resulting in higher blood sugar levels.32

Obesity33 and Type 2 diabetes34 both drastically increase your risk for coronary heart disease. A buildup of plaque in the arteries severely limits the flow of blood to the heart and a heart attack may happen. Obesity may also increase your risk for high blood pressure, which can increase your heart’s workload to the point of arterial damage and heart damage.

Gallstones35 are a crystal-like deposit created inside the gallbladder typically made from an excess of cholesterol, bile or bilirubin. In the case of obesity, the stones are usually made from cholesterol, and the size may vary from a grain of sand to the size of a golf ball.36

Unless they cause a blockage in the pancreatic duct, they don’t usually trigger symptoms. Obesity may also limit your physical activity and increase your risk for osteoarthritis in your knees, back and hips.
What’s in ultra-processed foods?

According to NOVA, the ultra-processed group of food and drinks contains industrial formulations, typically with five or more of these types of ingredients. They may include sugar, oils, fats, preservatives and antioxidants not commonly found in culinary preparations but may be used to imitate sensory qualities or hide undesirable sensory qualities.37

While this list is not all-inclusive, it does offer insight into the types of foods considered ultraprocessed:38

The Relationship of Your Soul and Your Mind

Your soul is pure, it is a high vibrational energy of love and wisdom, it is an extremely positive influence in your life and yet it can become isolated, depleting in vibration due to physical influences and the illusions of the ego. While every aspect of your being is a manifestation of the Creator and is in truth pure and sacred, the ego at a physical Earth level has the tendency to take control in a negative way and this is simply because the mind and the soul are disconnected to some extent and are not working as one. The mind draws on past experiences even past lifetime experiences to get through each experience in your life. The mind wants you to feel safe and secure, this can manifest as a need to feel in control especially if the soul is not being engaged. The mind can become enrolled in being the main source of wisdom and overpower your soul and divine intuition that naturally flows through your being. Your mind is so powerful it supports you in projecting and manifesting the reality you experience before you. Your mind sieves through past memories constantly as if searching for something, maybe it is guidance or enlightenment. Its main aim is to recreate your connection with the Creator on the Earth such as feelings of joy, peace, unity, and oneness. However, it tries to achieve this through material knowledge and experiences.

Your soul is ever present within your being, constantly sharing wisdom, love, and divine support to serve you. It is the mind through habits and conditioning that can cause you to not even be aware or conscious of the presence of your soul and its constant emanation through you. This can cause the illusion that your soul is blocked from integrating into your being or that you are unable to connect with or communicate with your soul.

The soul holds onto many lessons and experiences from other lifetimes as well as experiences that will manifest greater learning and expansion. It can appear as if the soul requires cleansing, however, your soul is inviting full body and being realisation of your soul through gifting certain experiences to your life on the Earth.

When the soul is ignored and the mind takes control and an engagement with illusion can manifest, in this case, there is a simply a need to bring greater unity to your being, connecting your mind with your soul, thus empowering and relaxing your mind with the energy of your soul. This creates beautiful experiences of trust, harmony, serenity and of being loved within the mind which influences your entire being and reality. The mind is able to let go of fear, judgment, suffering, and pain to be divinely inspired by the truth of the Creator. This creates such a beautiful feeling of being fully supported, loved, safe and healed.

Embracing the Mind with Your Soul

Focusing on the love of your soul pulsating throughout your being is a powerful pacify of a chattering and unfocused mind. Embracing the mind with love can assist in deepening meditation as the mind adopts a greater stillness which allows a new connection with your soul. When others speak of soul development, ascension, enlightenment, and integration, they are speaking of the unity between the soul and the mind, it is a great achievement that is obtainable and can lead to greater mastery and awakening.

Allow yourself to sit peacefully, relax and try to focus on the word ‘Stillness,’ within your mind, you can imagine the word or repeat it. Focus on this word and allow yourself to be aware of how long it takes for your mind to distract you with an additional thought. Once you realise you have been distracted then bring your focus back to the word ‘Stillness.’ Do not judge yourself, instead, every time you experience a distraction, detach from the distraction and bring yourself back into the moment. This will help you to understand how influential and distracting your mind can be in your everyday life. Complete the practice by inviting your soul to embrace your mind in the purest powerful love energy and vibration. Feel, sense or acknowledge your soul’s love anchoring into every aspect of your mind, as if it is a soothing balm.

Then state: ‘I now invoke the beloved and sacred energy of my soul to expand and swell, melting into my body, aura, and surroundings. I ask my soul to create a deeper bond and connection with my mind, help me to exist as a beacon of my soul light, expressing the light and love of the Creator from every pore of my being. Imagine how the light will manifest within your mind, it may create a beam of light through the centre of your mind that emanates into every aspect of your mind. You may imagine the light flowing over your head like a cap or hat and melting into your mind or a golden heart may manifest within your mind, pulsating love and positive consciousness into your thoughts. Allow yourself and soul to be creative generating a symbol you can meditate on and experience the connection between your soul and mind. Imagine your soul extending to fill your entire body, it melts through your skin and enters into your aura, dissolving all negative energy and anchoring love into your entire being. Sit and experience your divine energy. If your mind tries to take control embrace it in profound love and forgiveness. This is your special time of connection and integration between your soul and mind, which in itself can be life changing. The more you engage in this practice the more your mind will open to realise and recognise the sacred presence of your soul, allowing you to feel soul filled and soul realised.

Over the years ultra-processed factory food has become more and more common. Living in the USA it’s almost impossible to avoid them. As children most of us grew up eating them- and in many cases those cute frozen TV dinners were delivered right to our door. Eating out of the package isn’t ideal- for sure- but just how big of a price are we paying with our health?

Two recent studies on ultra-processed foods, showed a strong link between how much of these foods we eat and our risk of early death due to diseases like stroke, heart disease, and type II diabetes.

…But first, what exactly are ultra-processed foods?

During the past several decades there’s been a steady rise in the prevalence of “ultra-processed foods”- these are foods often known for being convenient, durable, ready to eat, re-heatable, and sometimes even marketed as healthy.

These factory made foods that are comprised of ingredients derived from food, or completely artificial. They’re designed to look and taste extremely good, and in many cases are highly addictive. The majority of them have a low nutritional value, a high energy density, and a host of additives which are known to decrease health. They are considered perfectly safe by the FDA, but are they right?

Many would be surprised to find out just which foods make the list of ultra-processed foods. It’s not just fast food, sweets, fried foods, and chips, but also bread, sausages, fruit-yogurts, packaged soups and noodles, sweetened drinks, jarred sauces, processed meats, and almost any frozen meal- things that are common staples of the American diet, served in schools, restaurants, and homes across the country.

From 1990 to 2010 consumption of these foods has gone from 11–32% of our daily caloric intake. The current decline in life expectancy is a telling sign that society needs to start going back to whole food ingredients, but how much does indulging in these ultra-processed guilty pleasures really effecting us as individuals?

The most recent study on ultra-processed foods, published in the BMJ on May 29 will be a shocker for most people. It studied over 12,000 women and 7,700 men in Spain ages 20–91 from 1999 to 2014 and assessed how much processed food they ate. For each serving of ultra-processed food consumed by a participant, their risk of death within two decades increased by 18%. That means just four servings per day skyrockets an individuals risk of death by 62%!

The second study, done earlier this year in France, studied over 44,000 adults over the age of 45 for 5 years. After adjusting for factors such as income, education levels, activity, and body mass, the researches found that with each 10% increase in ultra-processed food consumption there was a 14% higher risk of death. On a positive note, those who with lowest intake of processed foods had 23% lower rates of cardiovascular problems.
A Case for Going Back to Our Food Roots.

Whether it’s a lack of nutrition, or the extra additives and contaminants found in many ultra-processed foods that’s to blame is not exactly clear. Most likely it’s a combination of both. What is clear, is that making conscious choices about what we put in our bodies is very important.

For many of us avoiding ultra-processed foods may seem like an impossible task. But if we don’t start looking for solutions it may be a life or death decision.

They are all synthetic and all contain fluorine and carbon bonds that are extremely difficult, if not impossible, for the human body to break down. PFAS are often referred to as “forever chemicals” because it takes them “forever” to finally break down. “It would take approximately 1.5 years to eliminate PFOS from the cow after a 30-day exposure period,” the study noted, using an abbreviation for another form of PFAS.

PFAS chemicals have been known to be toxic and cancer-causing, and they are in our food supply. The FDA now plans to release the report after it was leaked in its entirety to The Hill and several other media outlets, however, it is clear the government agency didn’t want this information released.

The FDA has also confirmed the finding of the leaked report: we are being poisoned by toxic and carcinogenic chemicals found in our food. “I’m not sure why they released it there and not in the U.S., but I’m just glad it’s out,” said Tom Neltner, chemicals policy director with the Environmental Defense Fund, one of the groups that released the information, according to The Hill.

The FDA’s research showed that water contaminated with PFAS likely ends up in the food supply. Fourteen of 91 samples taken by the agency contained the chemicals, while almost half of all meat and seafood samples tested positive.

PFAS have been linked to thyroid disease, liver damage, and cancer as well as high cholesterol,according to CNN. “They just assume all these are one-off isolated incidents, but there’s cumulative exposure here that has to be considered,” he said.

Scott Faber, senior vice president for government affairs for the Environmental Working Group, which also released the study, said it was wrong for the FDA to hold back findings that contribute to a growing body of evidence tying PFAS exposure to food, according to The Hill. “Clearly people are not going to stop eating chocolate cake with icing, but they have the right to know that high levels of PFAS are being found in everyday foods, and that’s why it’s so troubling that Americans had to go all the way to Helsinki to know what scientists have known for many years,” he said.

These chemicals can easily migrate into the air, dust, food, soil, and water and can accumulate in the body. A study from 2007 by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimated that PFAS chemicals could be detected in the blood of 98% of the U.S. population.

As it turns out, legally allowing farmers to grow the plant and sell it to processors is having a massive effect on employment in the United States, across multiple sectors. The hemp industry took in $1.1 billion in revenue in 2018 and is on track to more than double that in 2022, with $2.6 billion in revenue, according to New Frontier Data.

The effects of the hemp boom will be felt far from the agriculture fields and even the hemp processors, with job growth expected in the form of “accountants, lawyers, compliance officers, government regulators, IT specialists, financial and insurance experts, transporters, researchers and lab technicians, marketers, CFOs, CEOs and various retail employees,” according to CNBC.

“Job creation is going to happen in every economic bracket,” said the executive director of the DC-based National Hemp Association, Erica McBride Stark.

“The hemp industry will create high-skilled management jobs, labor-type jobs and everything in between. It’s going to touch all of society.”

Stark recently returned from the 6th annual NoCo Hemp Expo in Denver, Colorado. More than 225 exhibitors and 10,000 attendees were present—twice the size of last year’s gather.

Oh, and don’t think this 1,000 MPG was made using a modified bicycle with a tiny engine or something, these were in fairly stock automobiles.

These Shell Oil scientists in California started by modifying the engine on a 1947 Studebaker. They were able to get 149.95 miles per gallon on their first test.

That tells you right there we’ve been scammed. With today’s advancements in reducing friction, computers, aerodynamics, tires and engines this would mean a standard Honda Accord would most likely easily get over 300 miles per gallon.

Tom Ogle figured out how to get massive gains in miles per gallon using a special vapor carburetor.

Ogle said the oil companies tried to buy his invention with the agreement that he would never sell another one of his carburetors and would walk away. He wouldn’t take the deal, so was killed.

They made it look like he overdosed on drugs and booze and he didn’t drink or take pills. Just his invention alone was getting about 150 mpg in huge heavy V8 powered cars.

That would easily get you 300 mpg in today’s vehicles with all the advancements.

I know about how much we’ve been scammed from several people I know. One person I know helped developed the GM Vortec engine. He knows right now how to get at least triple what GM gets with the engine.

In fact, he can get over 100 mpg in a truck if he was allowed to build it. GM would only put part of what he developed into the production Vortec engine. This man is still alive and could begin building high mileage engines tomorrow if we didn’t have evil crooks in charge of our government who want to kill this man.

On Tuesday, the California Senate passed a bill that would establish limited state-chartered banks to serve the cannabis industry. Final passage of this legislation would remove a major federal roadblock in front of the developing industry in the state and further nullify federal prohibition in practice.

Sen. Bob Hertzberg, (D-Van Nuys), along with a bipartisan coalition of eight cosponsors, filed Senate Bill 51 (SB51) on Dec. 4. The legislation would create a self-contained banking system for the cannabis industry in California.

Because marijuana remains illegal under federal law, cannabis businesses in states that have legalized marijuana remain effectively locked out of the banking system. If a federally chartered or insured financial institution touches marijuana money, it takes on significant legal risk. The federal government insures or charters virtually every bank in the U.S. As a result, cannabis businesses have been forced to transact almost exclusively in cash. Passage of SB51 would completely bypass the federal banking system and create a limited banking alternative for the marijuana industry in California.

On May 21, the Senate passed SB51 by a 36-1 vote.

Under the proposed law, the state would license “cannabis limited charter banks and credit unions.” Cannabis businesses would be able to deposit funds in these institutions and write “special purpose checks” on their accounts for limited purposes, including paying state or local fees and taxes, paying rent on property associated with a cannabis business, paying vendors, or buying state or local bonds or warrants. These checks could only be deposited or cashed at the issuing cannabis limited charter bank or credit union, or another cannabis limited charter bank or credit union that agrees to accept the check. This would keep the entire process outside of the federal checking system known as the automatic clearing house (ACH).

Cannabis limited charter banks and credit unions would be allowed to form banking networks, but they could not engage in banking activity with any other bank or credit union. They would also be able to provide accounts to people and entities other than cannabis businesses, pursuant to rules adopted by the commissioner of the Department of Business Oversight.

A similar bill passed the California Senate during the last legislative session, but it died during the Assembly committee process.

“The status quo for our growing legal cannabis industry is unsustainable,” Hertzberg said in a press release last year. “It’s not only impractical from an accounting perspective, but it also presents a tremendous public safety problem. This bill takes a limited approach to provide all parties with a safe and reliable way to move forward on this urgent issue.”

FEDERAL BANKING LAWS

The Federal government has used banking laws as a weapon in its unconstitutional war on cannabis by making it impossible for marijuana businesses to access the banking system – even in states where marijuana has been legalized. The feds can prosecute bankers for knowingly engaging with cannabis businesses under the Bank Secrecy Act, the USA Patriot Act, and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.

The Federal Reserve has gotten into the act, denying its services to state banks chartered to serve the marijuana industry.

For instance, in 2015, the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City denied Fourth Corner Credit Union’s application for a master account. The Denver based credit union was formed by Colorado’s state-licensed cannabis manufacturers as a non-profit cooperative. By denying its application, the Fed prevented the institution from access to the Fed’s payment facilities, including its check clearing, wire transfer, and ACH facilities. This made it virtually impossible for Fourth Corner to do business.

In February 2018, the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City finally gave conditional approval for Fourth Corner’s master account. But according to the Marijuana Business Daily, the credit union will not serve plant-touching business. It will cater to “advocacy groups, charities and ancillary companies such as accountants.”

State-chartered banks do not have to be members of the Federal Reserve system. But as it did with Fourth Corners, the Fed can deny any non-member bank or credit union access to its services. In other words, the Federal Reserve can lock any bank attempting to operate in the cannabis industry out of the broader banking system, making it impossible for them to do business with any other bank or merchant. With the passage of SB51, California could just bypass the entire federal banking system and its regulations, and create a self-contained banking network for the marijuana industry.

THE CRYPTO ALTERNATIVE

Some marijuana businesses have circumvented the banking system by transacting in bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies. Technology companies like SinglePoint and POSaBIT have been working to generate a payment method for medical marijuana dispensaries and consumers using bitcoin.

In 2014, SinglePoint placed terminals in some medical marijuana dispensaries that allowed patients to make payments with their debit cards, but the banking system quickly shut it down.

“They were going great,” SinglePoint president Wil Ralston told CNBC. “Then overnight the banks shut them all down. There were no guidelines about how banks were supposed to interact with the cannabis industry. They didn’t want to risk it.”

Ralston started looking into cryptocurrencies. Now, SingleSeed allows dispensaries to accept bitcoin and consumers to pay with it.

Other services like BHCPLS.io are in open beta, but promise to bring Bitcoin Cash (BCH) point-of-sale systems to brick and mortar merchants, something cannabis businesses could find useful.

Some analysts believe the marijuana industry could pave the way for the wider use of cryptos. Leslie Bocskor, president of cannabis advisory and services firm Electrum Partners, told CNBC the cannabis industry may well lead the way in using bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.

“If it finds a way to avoid the traditional banking system, other businesses would follow suit,” Bocskor said.

FEDERAL PROHIBITION

Under the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) passed in 1970, the federal government maintains complete prohibition of marijuana. Of course, the federal government lacks any constitutional authority to ban or regulate marijuana within the borders of a state, despite the opinion of the politically connected lawyers on the Supreme Court. If you doubt this, ask yourself why it took a constitutional amendment to institute federal alcohol prohibition.

Legalization of marijuana in California removed a huge layer of laws prohibiting the possession and use of marijuana in the world’s sixth largest economy, something that will be extremely difficult for federal prohibitionists to overcome. FBI statistics show that law enforcement makes approximately 99 of 100 marijuana arrests under state, not federal law. By legalizing cannabis, California essentially sweeps away the basis for 99 percent of marijuana arrests.

Furthermore, figures indicate it would take 40 percent of the DEA’s yearly-budget just to investigate and raid all of the dispensaries in Los Angeles – a single city in a single state. That doesn’t include the cost of prosecution. The lesson? The feds lack the resources to enforce marijuana prohibition without state assistance.

A GROWING MOVEMENT

California is among a growing number of states simply ignoring federal prohibition, and nullifying it in practice.

Colorado, Washington state, Oregon and Alaska were the first states to legalize recreational cannabis, and California, Nevada, Maine and Massachusetts joined them after ballot initiatives in favor of legalization passed in November 2016. In January, Vermont became the first state to legalize marijuana through a legislative act, and Michigan passed a ballot measure legalizing cannabis for general use.

With 33 states allowing marijuana for medical use, the feds find themselves in a position where they simply can’t enforce prohibition anymore.

“The lesson here is pretty straightforward. When enough people say, ‘No!’ to the federal government, and enough states pass laws backing those people up, there’s not much the feds can do to shove their so-called laws, regulations or mandates down our throats,” Boldin said.

Efforts to expand California’s marijuana law demonstrates another important reality. Once a state puts laws in place legalizing marijuana, it tends to eventually expand. As the state tears down some barriers, markets develop and demand expands. That creates pressure to further relax state law. These bills represent more steps forward for patients seeking alternative treatments and further erosion of unconstitutional federal marijuana prohibition.

This drawing of the Grand Master Universe which I made from the directions and descriptions given in the Urantia Book paper edition #15 for the seven Super universes in 2009. Which originally described was a wheel with seven spokes from the central hub. After I completed it, I took the last circle away, and presto, we have a flower. But in this drawing I have both. Maybe that’s why the Hindus and yogis used the lotus flower to represent God-head, also for the heart chakra and crown. I will see flowers differently from now on. I will try to keep it simple as I explain how I interpret the information, as to how it all, the Grand Master Universe, was set up. I believe this is also the wheel within a wheel Ezekiel talks about in the bible.

First let’s start from the very center hub of the wheel or flower. It is called Havana, and I think that was translated to mean Heaven for us Westerners. It is also called the first isle or center of the Grand Master Universe where the first original God had his abode or home. We can call God father of all Creation, first Creator or Supreme Creator the alpha and omega. He is eternal, always was and always will be. He is infinite. He in turn at some point in time created the first son that is called the eternal son and at that instant the Infinite Spirit, the mother or creator of all spirits was born. This emotional relationship became the first trinity between the father and sons connecting the first two Gods. That connection is called the infinite spirit coming from the universal father.

Now going out from the central hub we have the center of the rim itself which, in the drawing, looks like the center of the flower where the seeds are. This center is called Paradise or second isle of the eternal son. This fist original creator son created the Super universe of Paradise which is then separated into seven universes. From each universe there is a Super universe stemming out from it. The eternal son created many millions of Deity Gods, but only seven created super universes and these are called Masters. Our Super universe is called Orvonton. There are seven universes to make one Super universe.

All Super universes are created by an order of Master Michaels. Our Master Michael created and resigns in the seventh universe called Nebadon. That’s why he’s called Michael of Nebadon. As can be seen in the drawing our universe, called Nebadon, is the last of the seven completed universes and headquarters. The only Super universe that is completed that we know of is Orvonton.

The Urantia Book doesn’t say why only a Master Michael can create a universe, since there are over 700,000 of the order of Michaels. Some of them are advisers to the Master Michael, others have their own agendas. Their future plans are also not revealed to us and they are still growing in numbers. What is known is that these 700,000 Michaels are now also becoming masters. Some are creating new universes which are incomplete at the present moment.

None of the Michael Creator Gods can leave their chosen universe (headquarters) until their universes are completed and the central gravitational forces of the central universe are working fully and each must someday earn their sovereignty of their creations as our Master Lord Michael (of Nebadon) has done through his seven bestowals, the last being our world as Joshua Ben Joseph (Jesus). Thus becoming a Master Michael.

The Urantia Book says the plan of the universe originally provided for the following units: seven Super universes, 70 major sectors, 7,000 minor sectors, 700,000 local universes, 70,000,000 constellations, 7,000,000,000 local systems, 7,000,000,000,000 inhabitable planets.

Each of the seven Super universes is constellated approximately as follows: One system embraces approximately 1,000 worlds; one constellation (100 systems) = 1,000,000 worlds; one universe (100 constellations) = 10,000,000; one minor sector (100 universes) = 1,000,000,000 worlds; one major sector (100 minor sectors) = 100,000,000,000 worlds; one Super universe (10 major sectors) = 1,000,000,000,000.

Quite heavy, but anyway, we can see that 700,000 local universes equal the 700,000 order of Michaels who will then someday become Master Michaels. But I am unsure at this moment if that means they will someday be involved in these already created universes or that there will be some 700,000 new universes in super universes expanding out from what is already created into the great void! Maybe they will concentrate first on what is already created. It is said that all such estimates are approximations at best for new systems are constantly evolving while other organizations are temporarily passing out of material existence. I didn’t want to put this information into the book because I thought it was too much. People can’t even understand that our Creator Master Michael is the grandson of the original God which means “basically” for us there are three Gods. This is called the original trinity. And there is a Trinity of Trinity’s.

Christians only believe in one or two. They believe Jesus was the son of the first original God and that he sits on the right hand side of his throne as a God. In one way they were close. Jesus was talking about himself or one aspect of himself since he was “two” God and man in one,a dual origin being. Jesus, being a highest form of material evolutionary being created by our father Michael (what we could be some day) and Michael being a Paradise son of the orders of Master Michael one half of Jesus.

Jesus is now sitting on the right hand of Master Michael’s throne as a completed evolutionary being. But this did not happen until or after the resurrection and meeting with Michael’s father, (the Eternal Son) as a dual origin creator. The Urantia book explains it by saying that he now shares his throne with Jesus the master son, who administers to material evolutionary beings such as earthlings through the office of the Christ.

So now as we can see the amount of Creator Gods could be 700,000 each, creating seven trillion inhabitable worlds. That’s a lot of Gods and a whole lot of inhabitable worlds for us to try to consider and understand. Even with our growing concepts it will require some stretching of the mind to grasp it. But for our salvation it’s only necessary to understand our Super universe as it is now, our family of Gods and the complex duality of who Jesus was and is. If one can grasp that, then they can possibly understand that Jesus the man is back now and the other half of Jesus, the God, will still return someday as his true self, not necessarily as the Jesus we knew but in his glory as Lord Michael or Christ Michael in his spiritual form. But this probably won’t happen until the age of light and life or in an emergency dispensation (such as ours) when it looks as though his creation may not survive.

I know it’s a lot to grasp or understand, but we still have some time to figure it all out if we wish to. That will require studying The Urantia Book. What I give here is only a basic outline of what there is to know. One has to have an open mind to all of this because what we have been taught in the past is only first grade material compared to this stuff and there will be more to come. We have a lot of homework to do if we want to really understand by 2012 (2016?), at the end of an age. And I didn’t give any details of all the different types of God deities in Paradise or Havana. That’s too much at one time to try and comprehend. Suffice to say there is more to understand of our Master Michael’s creation, our family.

Now let me explain about the Avonals who are brothers of the creator son's. There are over one billion of them created by the Eternal Son in Paradise. 110,000 of them are in service in our universe of Nebadon. They are much more important than we would think, ranking second to the Creator Sons. They are sort of like our school teachers and principals combined. They are called magisterial sons. They are master teachers, leading us back to the “three” God heads I spoke of before. And at the end of an age they are there with others to grade us and see if we passed and can go on to the next level or if we failed and must take the whole course over again until we get it right. I think it’s a bit of a quirk that they play both teachers and judge. And remember this is not the final judgment day. We get one more chance to fuse with the God within us (thought adjuster) in the seven levels of the morontia life of the mansonia worlds.

And now for some more mind boggling fun! The Grand Master Universe rotates in a counter clockwise direction as shown in the drawing and at the same time it breathes in and out. We are now just beginning the breathing in cycle. Maybe that’s why linear time seems to be getting shorter or time is passing by quicker. Also in the drawing of the wheel or flower our Super universe of Orvonton shows only seven universes, but according to the information there is going to be 100,000 universes in each Super universe some day .

So these seven which I blew up in size would line the border of Paradise and the other 993,000 would look like dots filling up the Super universe as shown in the surrounding universes, each having 100,000 in them. Now I don’t know the exact distances but I would presume it’s in the billions or trillions of light years. That also means that these newly and now forming universes can expand and that means that they will go out further into the great void of uninhabitable space someday.

So the picture we now have here could expand, still in its present form, with its present borders into infinity, never ending in eternity. But that’s too much for us to grasp with our finite minds, and too large of a picture for us to draw so we’ll just stay where we are. This is more than enough to contemplate. We must also remember there are one billion inhabited planets in the first isle or central universe called the Havona (Paradise Systems). The billion worlds of theHavona are arranged in seven concentric circuits immediately surrounding the three circuits of paradise satellites. There is upward of 35,000,000 worlds in the inner most Havona circuit. And over 245,000,000 in the outer most with disproportionate numbers intervening. Each circuit differs but is perfectly balanced and exquisitely organized and each is pervaded by a specialized representation of the infinite spirit, one of the seven spirits of the circuits.

The Havona circuit is the one and only settled perfect and stabilized organization of worlds. This is a wholly created perfect universe, from which come our adjusters and the eternal son plus many other kinds of deities who interact with Paradise and the seven Super universes and again many different types of deities or Gods come from paradise, Havona systems, too many to mention here. We should be concerned only with the ones directly related to us or interacting with us. First would be our Creator Master Michael of the order of Michael, then the order of Avonals, then the order of Dayonals, and then the Mother of Spirit, then Melchizdek father, recent of days and ancient of days and the list goes on. And remember, those deity families are in each universe.

To me that is mind-boggling to say the least. The first half of The Urantia Book, 1,127 pages, is devoted to explaining all of this and how it works, plus the history of our planet Urantia I have now been studying it off and on for over 36 years and I am just beginning to understand it. If I had a few more lifetimes I might be able to comprehend it somewhat, along with the I Ching book.

But the main thing is how does this information relate to our lives? Being able to know the full story for sure will strengthen us even if we don’t understand it all completely, especially if we mix in the new information that is now coming down to help us integrate the divine plan into our lives.

Paradise, the Eternal Isle, is the one stationary and most immense creation in all the universes. Paradise is a real place as well as a spiritual residence. It is a material world in the shape of an elliptical disc. This Isle of God is the home of the Father and his eternal associates, the Eternal Son and the infinite Spirit. I have found great joy in the concept that our Creator Father has personally come here to assist us in this Ascension process. And of course in my own communication with him. Many people may not believe this possible even a few years ago. I was lucky enough to have meet him back in 1988 in Australia, with the help of my spirit guides and angels. There was no form , it was just like those stories you hear of meeting him by people who had had a near death experience [NDE], and I was in my astral body. God ex-hued a tremendous amount of LOVE that I will never forget ! And that experience helped me to believe that ''GOD is LOVE'',so not only is he here but that it seems he has taken on some type of form again. How many I am not sure but he is God, I should say here,that he is our God Michael and the grand son of the original God and in so being he may take on as many forms as he likes. But in doing so it has brought much confusion to us his children who are still trying to understand his last dual origin form and double personality as Jesus the Christ. And I am still not sure if both of them are here at the same time but I think so. And to make it even more confusing Jesus has taken on several human forms as well. I have pondered over this complex mystery many years and I think they both have taken on many forms. And the question we have to ask ourselves is ''Why'' maybe to reach more people who have many different belief systems. And like you said, its all about there energies that they are giving out. And it is that energy signature that we have to watch for as there are also many Fakes, pretending to be Jesus and using his name and other ones.

I was a bit leery about the last name of {Aton} for Lord Michael because I could not find reference to it in the UB , except in the Keys of Enoch, I think. But that doesn't stop me from believing in him. His demeanor is the same in the messages I get from him and the messages he gives to all people through the many who are channeling him. A fairly new ACC member ,Julie Miller is channeling the Creator and she has also done several for me. She is the real thing and has a heart of gold. She also channels others but I am hoping she will do more of CM for us. Maybe that is where all of this is going. I didn't do the pic only for me but for him and the people.thats why I was also hoping you would put the pic ip on that blog called intro to the Big Cheese''our Creator Michael'' I saw you commented on that post as well earlier in the wk. As for the pic you put up, well yes you are right it could be like the drawing if you use your imagination a bit but its missing one thing, the trinity concept.

It would need a center ball throwing out the same energy. And that concept of the Trinity of Trinities is another subject we will leave to the next time, so that we don't go over the peoples head to much. I would like to note here that what the pic I drew is the present state of Evolution. That's why it only shows what is created already, which is 7 super universes and a total of 49 universes. the UB only gives info that is related to us such as the 7 universes making our Super Universe, which are completed. We are not privy to the info of the 6 other super Universes and if they are completed yet, I think not but are in the process.the 700,000 Michaels also corresponds to the future 700,000 Universes to be created. What stage they are in is unknown and still more Michaels are being created but not the same number of Ancient of days, which normally match the number of Michaels Created which indicates that they may not be Creating and more Universes any time soon. So my pic only shows what has been created and not what will be created. Which would be a far greater pic that is possible to imagine or draw by there instructions. Most will be happy just to understand the above, indeed.

40 Facts That Prove That America’s Moral Collapse Is Spinning Wildly Out Of Control

According to a brand new survey that was just conducted by the Pew Research Center, 77 percent of all Americans are either “very worried” or “fairly worried” about America’s moral health. Of course the truth is that we should all be deeply concerned, because we can see evidence of the cancerous moral decay that is eating away at the foundations of our society all around us. In life, each one of us gets to make choices, and some of those choices can lead to very bad outcomes. We all have old friends that “got on the wrong path”, and their lives ended up becoming cautionary tales. Well, the same principle applies to nations as a whole. America has been given very clear choices between good and evil, life and death, blessings and curses over and over again, and we have consistently made the wrong choices. If we stay on this road, there is only one result that will be possible.

As long as we are drawing breath, there is always an opportunity to turn things around. That is true for individuals, and it is also true for our entire nation. But if we continue running toward evil, it is only a matter of time before exceedingly painful consequences overtake us.

The following are 40 facts that prove that America’s moral collapse is spinning wildly out of control…

#1 America has killed more than 60 million children since Roe v. Wade was decided in 1973. The federal government endorses this activity by heavily funding the country’s leading abortion provider, and after that abortion provider harvests the organs of the dead children, the federal government also heavily funds the research that is conducted on those harvested organs.

#2 According to a Quinnipiac University poll from last year, 63 percent of all Americans want to keep Roe v. Wade in place.

#7 McDonalds feeds approximately 70 million people a day globally. Pornhub gets more than 78 million visits a day.

#8 The teen birth rate in the United States is higher “than in any other industrialized country in the world”.

#12 According to the United Nations Population Fund, 40 percent of all births in the U.S. now happen outside of marriage. But if you go back to 1970, that figure was sitting at just 10 percent.

#15 By the time an American child reaches the age of 18, that child will have seen approximately 40,000 murders on television.

This drawing of the Grand Master Universe which I made from the directions and descriptions given in the Urantia Book paper edition #15 for the seven Super universes in 2009. Which originally described was a wheel with seven spokes from the central hub. After I completed it, I took the last circle away, and presto, we have a flower. But in this drawing I have both. Maybe that’s why the Hindus and yogis used the lotus flower to represent God-head, also for the heart chakra and crown. I will see flowers differently from now on. I will try to keep it simple as I explain how I interpret the information, as to how it all, the Grand Master Universe, was set up. I believe this is also the wheel within a wheel Ezekiel talks about in the bible.

First let’s start from the very center hub of the wheel or flower. It is called Havana, and I think that was translated to mean Heaven for us Westerners. It is also called the first isle or center of the Grand Master Universe where the first original God had his abode or home. We can call God father of all Creation, first Creator or Supreme Creator the alpha and omega. He is eternal, always was and always will be. He is infinite. He in turn at some point in time created the first son that is called the eternal son and at that instant the Infinite Spirit, the mother or creator of all spirits was born. This emotional relationship became the first trinity between the father and sons connecting the first two Gods. That connection is called the infinite spirit coming from the universal father.

Now going out from the central hub we have the center of the rim itself which, in the drawing, looks like the center of the flower where the seeds are. This center is called Paradise or second isle of the eternal son. This fist original creator son created the Super universe of Paradise which is then separated into seven universes. From each universe there is a Super universe stemming out from it. The eternal son created many millions of Deity Gods, but only seven created super universes and these are called Masters. Our Super universe is called Orvonton. There are seven universes to make one Super universe.

All Super universes are created by an order of Master Michaels. Our Master Michael created and resigns in the seventh universe called Nebadon. That’s why he’s called Michael of Nebadon. As can be seen in the drawing our universe, called Nebadon, is the last of the seven completed universes and headquarters. The only Super universe that is completed that we know of is Orvonton.

The Urantia Book doesn’t say why only a Master Michael can create a universe, since there are over 700,000 of the order of Michaels. Some of them are advisers to the Master Michael, others have their own agendas. Their future plans are also not revealed to us and they are still growing in numbers. What is known is that these 700,000 Michaels are now also becoming masters. Some are creating new universes which are incomplete at the present moment.

None of the Michael Creator Gods can leave their chosen universe (headquarters) until their universes are completed and the central gravitational forces of the central universe are working fully and each must someday earn their sovereignty of their creations as our Master Lord Michael (of Nebadon) has done through his seven bestowals, the last being our world as Joshua Ben Joseph (Jesus). Thus becoming a Master Michael.

The Urantia Book says the plan of the universe originally provided for the following units: seven Super universes, 70 major sectors, 7,000 minor sectors, 700,000 local universes, 70,000,000 constellations, 7,000,000,000 local systems, 7,000,000,000,000 inhabitable planets.

Each of the seven Super universes is constellated approximately as follows: One system embraces approximately 1,000 worlds; one constellation (100 systems) = 1,000,000 worlds; one universe (100 constellations) = 10,000,000; one minor sector (100 universes) = 1,000,000,000 worlds; one major sector (100 minor sectors) = 100,000,000,000 worlds; one Super universe (10 major sectors) = 1,000,000,000,000.

Quite heavy, but anyway, we can see that 700,000 local universes equal the 700,000 order of Michaels who will then someday become Master Michaels. But I am unsure at this moment if that means they will someday be involved in these already created universes or that there will be some 700,000 new universes in super universes expanding out from what is already created into the great void! Maybe they will concentrate first on what is already created. It is said that all such estimates are approximations at best for new systems are constantly evolving while other organizations are temporarily passing out of material existence. I didn’t want to put this information into the book because I thought it was too much. People can’t even understand that our Creator Master Michael is the grandson of the original God which means “basically” for us there are three Gods. This is called the original trinity. And there is a Trinity of Trinity’s.

Christians only believe in one or two. They believe Jesus was the son of the first original God and that he sits on the right hand side of his throne as a God. In one way they were close. Jesus was talking about himself or one aspect of himself since he was “two” God and man in one,a dual origin being. Jesus, being a highest form of material evolutionary being created by our father Michael (what we could be some day) and Michael being a Paradise son of the orders of Master Michael one half of Jesus.

Jesus is now sitting on the right hand of Master Michael’s throne as a completed evolutionary being. But this did not happen until or after the resurrection and meeting with Michael’s father, (the Eternal Son) as a dual origin creator. The Urantia book explains it by saying that he now shares his throne with Jesus the master son, who administers to material evolutionary beings such as earthlings through the office of the Christ.

So now as we can see the amount of Creator Gods could be 700,000 each, creating seven trillion inhabitable worlds. That’s a lot of Gods and a whole lot of inhabitable worlds for us to try to consider and understand. Even with our growing concepts it will require some stretching of the mind to grasp it. But for our salvation it’s only necessary to understand our Super universe as it is now, our family of Gods and the complex duality of who Jesus was and is. If one can grasp that, then they can possibly understand that Jesus the man is back now and the other half of Jesus, the God, will still return someday as his true self, not necessarily as the Jesus we knew but in his glory as Lord Michael or Christ Michael in his spiritual form. But this probably won’t happen until the age of light and life or in an emergency dispensation (such as ours) when it looks as though his creation may not survive.

I know it’s a lot to grasp or understand, but we still have some time to figure it all out if we wish to. That will require studying The Urantia Book. What I give here is only a basic outline of what there is to know. One has to have an open mind to all of this because what we have been taught in the past is only first grade material compared to this stuff and there will be more to come. We have a lot of homework to do if we want to really understand by 2012 (2016?), at the end of an age. And I didn’t give any details of all the different types of God deities in Paradise or Havana. That’s too much at one time to try and comprehend. Suffice to say there is more to understand of our Master Michael’s creation, our family.

Now let me explain about the Avonals who are brothers of the creator son's. There are over one billion of them created by the Eternal Son in Paradise. 110,000 of them are in service in our universe of Nebadon. They are much more important than we would think, ranking second to the Creator Sons. They are sort of like our school teachers and principals combined. They are called magisterial sons. They are master teachers, leading us back to the “three” God heads I spoke of before. And at the end of an age they are there with others to grade us and see if we passed and can go on to the next level or if we failed and must take the whole course over again until we get it right. I think it’s a bit of a quirk that they play both teachers and judge. And remember this is not the final judgment day. We get one more chance to fuse with the God within us (thought adjuster) in the seven levels of the morontia life of the mansonia worlds.

And now for some more mind boggling fun! The Grand Master Universe rotates in a counter clockwise direction as shown in the drawing and at the same time it breathes in and out. We are now just beginning the breathing in cycle. Maybe that’s why linear time seems to be getting shorter or time is passing by quicker. Also in the drawing of the wheel or flower our Super universe of Orvonton shows only seven universes, but according to the information there is going to be 100,000 universes in each Super universe some day .

So these seven which I blew up in size would line the border of Paradise and the other 993,000 would look like dots filling up the Super universe as shown in the surrounding universes, each having 100,000 in them. Now I don’t know the exact distances but I would presume it’s in the billions or trillions of light years. That also means that these newly and now forming universes can expand and that means that they will go out further into the great void of uninhabitable space someday.

So the picture we now have here could expand, still in its present form, with its present borders into infinity, never ending in eternity. But that’s too much for us to grasp with our finite minds, and too large of a picture for us to draw so we’ll just stay where we are. This is more than enough to contemplate. We must also remember there are one billion inhabited planets in the first isle or central universe called the Havona (Paradise Systems). The billion worlds of theHavona are arranged in seven concentric circuits immediately surrounding the three circuits of paradise satellites. There is upward of 35,000,000 worlds in the inner most Havona circuit. And over 245,000,000 in the outer most with disproportionate numbers intervening. Each circuit differs but is perfectly balanced and exquisitely organized and each is pervaded by a specialized representation of the infinite spirit, one of the seven spirits of the circuits.

The Havona circuit is the one and only settled perfect and stabilized organization of worlds. This is a wholly created perfect universe, from which come our adjusters and the eternal son plus many other kinds of deities who interact with Paradise and the seven Super universes and again many different types of deities or Gods come from paradise, Havona systems, too many to mention here. We should be concerned only with the ones directly related to us or interacting with us. First would be our Creator Master Michael of the order of Michael, then the order of Avonals, then the order of Dayonals, and then the Mother of Spirit, then Melchizdek father, recent of days and ancient of days and the list goes on. And remember, those deity families are in each universe.

To me that is mind-boggling to say the least. The first half of The Urantia Book, 1,127 pages, is devoted to explaining all of this and how it works, plus the history of our planet Urantia I have now been studying it off and on for over 36 years and I am just beginning to understand it. If I had a few more lifetimes I might be able to comprehend it somewhat, along with the I Ching book.

But the main thing is how does this information relate to our lives? Being able to know the full story for sure will strengthen us even if we don’t understand it all completely, especially if we mix in the new information that is now coming down to help us integrate the divine plan into our lives.

Paradise, the Eternal Isle, is the one stationary and most immense creation in all the universes. Paradise is a real place as well as a spiritual residence. I have found great joy in the concept that our Creator Father has personally come here to assist us in this Ascension process. And of course in my own communication with him. Many people may not believe this possible even a few years ago. I was lucky enough to have meet him back in 1988 in Australia, with the help of my spirit guides and angels. There was no form , it was just like those stories you hear of meeting him by people who had had a near death experience [NDE], and I was in my astral body. God ex-hued a tremendous amount of LOVE that I will never forget ! And that experience helped me to believe that ''GOD is LOVE'',so not only is he here but that it seems he has taken on some type of form again. How many I am not sure but he is God, I should say here,that he is our God Michael and the grand son of the original God and in so being he may take on as many forms as he likes. But in doing so it has brought much confusion to us his children who are still trying to understand his last dual origin form and double personality as Jesus the Christ. And I am still not sure if both of them are here at the same time but I think so. And to make it even more confusing Jesus has taken on several human forms as well. I have pondered over this complex mystery many years and I think they both have taken on many forms. And the question we have to ask ourselves is ''Why'' maybe to reach more people who have many different belief systems. And like you said, its all about there energies that they are giving out. And it is that energy signature that we have to watch for as there are also many Fakes, pretending to be Jesus and using his name and other ones.

I was a bit leery about the last name of {Aton} for Lord Michael because I could not find reference to it in the UB , except in the Keys of Enoch, I think. But that doesn't stop me from believing in him. His demeanor is the same in the messages I get from him and the messages he gives to all people through the many who are channeling him. A fairly new ACC member ,Julie Miller is channeling the Creator and she has also done several for me. She is the real thing and has a heart of gold. She also channels others but I am hoping she will do more of CM for us. Maybe that is where all of this is going. I didn't do the pic only for me but for him and the people.thats why I was also hoping you would put the pic ip on that blog called intro to the Big Cheese''our Creator Michael'' I saw you commented on that post as well earlier in the wk. As for the pic you put up, well yes you are right it could be like the drawing if you use your imagination a bit but its missing one thing, the trinity concept.

It would need a center ball throwing out the same energy. And that concept of the Trinity of Trinities is another subject we will leave to the next time, so that we don't go over the peoples head to much. Sorry I haven't read the phoenix papers so I can't reply on them. But I am sure there are other ''Truths'' out there. The UB [Urantia book] is in my opinion the best source of info or ''Truths sent down to us to help us Ascend''. I have studied at it for 40 yrs and still I get stuck in some parts of it. I look at it as a encyclopedia of the Grand Master Universe. But for my personal work on Ascension I use the book, ''A Course in Miracles'' [ACIM] channeled from Jesus''.

I would like to note here that what the pic I drew is the present state of Evolution. That's why it only shows what is created already, which is 7 super universes and a total of 49 universes. the UB only gives info that is related to us such as the 7 universes making our Super Universe, which are completed. We are not privy to the info of the 6 other super Universes and if they are completed yet, I think not but are in the process.the 700,000 Michaels also corresponds to the future 700,000 Universes to be created. What stage they are in is unknown and still more Michaels are being created but not the same number of Ancient of days, which normally match the number of Michaels Created which indicates that they may not be Creating and more Universes any time soon. So my pic only shows what has been created and not what will be created. Which would be a far greater pic that is possible to imagine or draw by there instructions. Most will be happy just to understand the above, indeed.

I just thought I would let people know that I have talked about these Earth Changes and posted them on this site for many years.Also I talked about them in great detail in my last E-Book; ''2012 New Earth survival'' before my web site was hacked by the DC. But I do not use'' Fear Mongering'' just possible future events. Lets start with the cause of causes

More commonly known today as Planet-x or planet-x system for there are many planets involved rotating near or around our solar system and Earth. As they get close to our sun the other binary suns of this system have been sucking the life force out of our sun and its been going off and on for well over 50 years now. And of the last 20 years our sun has been going Dark for long periods of time and that is why the powers that be have up 43 to 49 artificial suns around the world known as Sun simulators. The light that they give out is white LED light instead of yellow like our old personal Sun, which does not shine anymore at all but we do have help from the Spirit Realm Large Orbs and our ET allies to help save it and eventually turn it back on. They have been towing our solar system to a safe location for some time now, and we are slowly breaking away from this destructive Planet-x system. But it has caused drastic weather and could even cause a Polar Shift as the pressure of these magnetic forces of these huge planets get close, sometime in the near future.

They have been spraying the world sense Oct. 98 with the Deadly Chem-trails, which makes us very sick and at the same time they use them to cover up and keep us from seeing these up close Planets and use it for weather and mind control. I reported here 3 years ago that many of us here in Belize saw one of these red dead dwarf star planets for about 12 min. up close on May 10- 2016 at 5pm. When they stop spraying us we will then know that the War is nearly over, until then we have to change our diets, use herbs and carefully watch our health. There DC funds have been severely cut so we should see more giant Orbs and some planets soon and our SSP secret space programs of the USA and the world will have to disclose to the world that they the SSP have had advanced technology hundreds of years or even thousands of years ahead of us common folks. We should then get access to them, which will in turn change our whole world as we know it today. Food, housing and free transportation and free energy for everyone, everywhere. Until then stock up on food, water and fuel that will stay good for long periods of time, at least 3  months supply.

As for the 3 days of Darkness, I do believe it could happen. I first learned of this way back in April 1971 in my 6th semester of college.I was visited by my Spirit Guide two times . The 2nd time he showed me the possible future in which many people lived in communes and communities in Egg houses. We were warned that 3 days of darkness would come and we were prepared for it. Then one day it became Dark in the middle of the day and then went into our houses. The vision ended so I don't know what happened after that. The time table for that Event was sometime in the 90's so its way pass time for it to happen but it is still possible because if one of those very large Planets come between us and our new Sun when it is turned back on..

It Could block out the new blueish sun for those 3 days, on the other hand it may not happen because our sun is still Dark at the moment and we are under the Sun simulators which is only 6 miles above the earth, so if a planet did come it would be on top of Artificial suns not under it and there for could not block them out. But hopefully we will lose this Planet-x System as we are towed to the end of our Galaxy. There is the possibility of these Sun simulators breaking down as what has happened last year in Russia in the mid day last year and it went dark for hours there and some years before that it happened for a shorter period of time in Argentina.

So its a good chance that it will happen again or several more times in different locations around the world but I doubt if it will last for 3 days like in the Vision, so I would not worry to much about it. And I don;t think there will be Demons running around nor any Fear to look out your windows, just temporary blackouts in the daytime.No Fear Mongering here OK. I hope this helped for people to get a better understanding of what is going on and what is possible in the near future and remember to stay positive, everything will work out fine in the end as the New Earth is born and we go into 4 D and someday into 5D- ASCENSION IS HERE. (I even argued with my family during lunch before the last elections here in Israel, March 2015, that it’s all a show and the results are pre-planned in advance. About two or three years ago, I even watched a video of this alleged escape from earth in a cloud-cloaked spaceship. Sometimes, there are flashes of light, which is the result of static electricity, being released after the release of the pressure. Once it reaches 60% will go through a magnetic reversal. There are, three types of magnetic reversals.The first type takes about a thousand years, one will never feel it. The second type is 500 years, you won't feel that one either. The third type, is in a 24-hour period. The last one we had was the third type happened approximately 13,000 when they discovered the famous frozen mammoth. It is believed that this could take place if another planetary body, such as a 'rogue planet' a Stellor Core or similar cosmic anomaly passed in close proximity to the Earth as Planet-X System is doing, providing enough torque for such an event to occur. Many believe this has occurred in the past and is due to occur again in the not so distant future.

Some speculate that this potential rogue planet will be passing Earth in the year 2024 on its 3,657 year orbit around our sun. As of now we are at 3651 in the year 2019 , meaning approximated 2024. This lines up perfectly with September 23rd 2017 the beginning of The 7 year Tribulations and its relation to Revelations 12. In the Bible it is referred to as Wormwood, Planet Of The Crossing, The Great Destroyer, The Great Dragon, Planet X and Nibiru. This event will have the potential to reshape earth and life, as we know it.

The second would be a reversal of the Earths magnetic poles called Geomagnetic Reversal in which the positions of magnetic north and magnetic south become interchanged as the Earths magnetic field weakens. A reversal of the magnetic poles is much more likely, as it has occurred several times before in Earth’s history according to paleomagnetists. Evidence for this is provided by measurements of the orientation of magnetic materials in sedimentary and volcanic rock. Research indicates approximately 200 reversals has occurred.

Scientist and author, Gregg Braden refers to this shift as, “the shift of the ages” where Earth’s magnetic field decrease to zero point, consequently reversing the magnetic flow, bring humanity into an age of Enlightenment [ and Ascension ] as well as transformation into the 5th Dimension. This shift is also thought to bring about periods of rapid cataclysmic changes. Many link this event to the year 2024 and the end of the ancient cycle of 2012.
