Dear children of light. In a few days of your earth time, there will be a grand event occurring in the sky above your GAIA. The alignment of the planets are going to allow for the sun to increase its energies to be released and sent down to earth, form the cosmos, from the source, from the Andromeda, and from all that is, in order to improve all of your lives further still.

The event that we are referring to is that which you call SUMMER SOLSTICE – And this time it is all about LOVE. Yes indeed dear children of light, having completed one cycle you are now able to breathe easier.

Love … eternal, unconditional and pure love of the cosmic rays is going to bask and caress the planet and each and every single one of you on planet earth in the powerful violet light. Love and in its purest form will fill your hearts and allow for much needed cleansing and release for each one of you.

Dear children of light, all that has and will be cleansed from your system will allow to be wide open to new phenomena that will occur within your being. Most of you are going to experience heightened sensations when it comes to your romantic love, to the love between parents, and friends and siblings, etc. But mostly it is going to be a focus on the romantic type of love that you understand it to be in your earthly world.

Those that have not yet met their other half will begin to feel a stirring emotions inside them, a longing , to go somewhere new where they have never been before. There they will begin to experience various meetings that will eventually lead them to their soul mate, the soul mate that they have indeed been waiting for. Oh yes dear children of light , you are now entering a new phase; the phase of love. Now is the time to be joyous, playful, excited and experience the state of being in love, to love and be loved by one and all.

Love is the key theme of this summer solstice. Bear in mind dear children that most of the effect will be of a personal nature. Yet the world is going to be affected by all of you and so it is mightily important, to remember to share the love that fills your heart and soul with the rest of humanity. Yes when you are going to experience the love, any type of love, you are going to radiate love and be love, your vibrations will then uplift those around you. Consciously send love to them.

Many of you will also be meeting your TWIN FLAMES.
Yes this is the time of twin flame reunions dear children. You have completed an incredible cycle and you have worked hard to cleanse yourselves, and to allow the new energies to enter you being., Those of you who are indeed ready are going to meet their twin flames and their soul mates, their soul families, and their soul groups.

On a Global Scale
On a global scale you will see more and more coming up for healing and transmutation.. Finally humans are going to begin to realize that they are all the same, the ones that are fighting for their freedom and the ones that are trying to keep the freedom from them, are really all on the same team, and so, with the new love energies that are going to flood the planet with a violet ray of the sun, many are going to awaken to the idea that they are not to fight, but to understand, be patient with each other and allow each other the freedom that they all want to have, much is going to take place on that day and weeks following the solstice.

Bare in mind dear children of light, your thoughts are manifesting very fast into your reality at the present moment in time, and so we ask that all of your thoughts are to remain of a positive, nurturing, caring nature only.

That is not to say that there aren’t going to be an cataclysmic events, on the contrary., love will allow the fear in each and every soul to recede, it will allow the trigger of fear to be pushed back into its place. But how each soul is going to handle this newfound love in their heart and freedom from fear varies greatly.

The energies of the Summer Solstice will support your freedom, the energies will support you stepping out of the box of the illusionary, but it is up to each an everyone of you to either walk towards the light with confidence or shrink back in fear and close off to love.

GROUP MEDITATION INFORMATION – Message to those that will be in meditation on June 20th/21st :

When you are ready to begin your Solstice group meditation, we ask that you gather in a circle of light and spread your vibrations throughout the circle by holding hands. Envision that in the middle of your circle of friends there is a pillar of light and all of you are lighting up that pillar of light with your intention.

Once the pillar is lit up, you are to envision that it is burning from within and from without while sending energy into the depths of the Gaia and into the cosmos, enveloping the whole earth and each and every conscious being that resides on your planet at this very moment.

Send your love and light to the places that need it most, send your love and light to the people that need it most. Those that are angry, those that are still sleeping, those that do not understand, send them all the love that you can possibly feel and envision in your mionds eye.

All in all you are to expect a wonderous summer dear children of the light, a wondrous time indeed , the Aquarian age has indeed began, a new age is upon you, much has been done by the workers of light and now it is time for all of you to bask in the love frequencies of the cosmic rays of the sun.

WASHINGTON — A government watchdog testified Thursday there may have been problems with a security clearance background check conducted on the 29-year-old federal contractor who disclosed previously secret National Security Agency programs for collecting phone records and Internet data – just as news media disclosed more information about those programs.

Appearing at a Senate hearing, Patrick McFarland, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management's inspector general, said USIS, the company that conducted the background investigation of former NSA systems analyst Edward Snowden, is now under investigation itself.

McFarland declined to say what triggered the inquiry of USIS or whether the probe is related to Snowden. But when asked by Sen. Jon Tester, D-Mont., if there were any concerns about the USIS background check on Snowden, McFarland answered: "Yes, we do believe that there may be some problems."

Meanwhile, new details emerged about the scope of two recently disclosed NSA programs – one that gathers U.S. phone records and another that is designed to track the use of U.S.-based Internet servers by foreigners with possible links to terrorism.

Two new documents published Thursday by The Guardian newspaper – one labeled "top secret" and the other "secret" – said NSA can keep copies of intercepted communications from or about U.S. citizens indefinitely if the material contains significant intelligence or evidence of crimes.

McFarland declined after the Senate hearing to describe to reporters the type of investigation his office is conducting. Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Mo., said she was told the inquiry is a criminal investigation related "to USIS' systemic failure to adequately conduct investigations under its contract."

"We are limited in what we can say about this investigation because it is an ongoing criminal matter," said McCaskill, chairwoman of the Senate subcommittee on financial and contracting oversight. "But it is a reminder that background investigations can have real consequences for our national security."

McCaskill's panel conducted the hearing jointly with Tester's subcommittee on efficiency and effectiveness of federal programs.

USIS, based in Falls Church, Va., said in a statement that it has never been informed that it is under criminal investigation. USIS received a subpoena from the inspector general's office in January 2012 for records, the statement said. "USIS complied with that subpoena and has cooperated fully with the government's civil investigative efforts," according to the company.

USIS declined to comment on whether it conducted a background investigation of Snowden. The company said it performs thousands of background investigations each year for OPM and other government agencies. "These investigations are confidential and USIS does not comment on them," the USIS statement said.

The background check USIS performed on Snowden was done in 2011 and was part of periodic reinvestigations that are required for employees who hold security clearances, according to McFarland and Michelle Schmitz, the assistant inspector general for investigations at OPM.

Schmitz said the investigation of USIS commenced later in 2011.

Booz Allen Hamilton, the company where Snowden was working at the time of the disclosures, fired him for violations of the firm's code of ethics and firm policy. The company said he had been a Booz Allen employee for less than three months.

Snowden worked previously at the CIA and probably obtained his security clearance there. But like others who leave the government to join private contractors, he was able to keep his clearance after he left and began working for outside firms.

Of the 4.9 million people with clearance to access "confidential and secret" government information, 1.1 million, or 21 percent, work for outside contractors, according to a January report from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Of the 1.4 million who have the higher "top secret" access, 483,000, or 34 percent, work for contractors.

OPM's Federal Investigative Services division performs almost all the background investigations for federal agencies and nearly 75 percent of the investigators who perform background checks are contractors, according to information on the agency's website.

At the hearing, McFarland called for much closer oversight of the investigators who conduct background checks. He said that 18 background investigators and record searchers have been criminally convicted since 2006 for fabricating information in background reports.

McFarland's office is actively working on 11 fabrication cases and another 36 cases involving background investigators are pending, according to data he provided to the subcommittees.

Of the 18 investigators who were criminally convicted, 11 were federal employees and seven were contractors. Of the 47 active and pending cases, six involve federal employees and 41 involve contractors, according to McFarland.

The new documents revealed by The Guardian were signed by Attorney General Eric Holder. They include point-by-point directions on how an NSA employee must work to determine that a person being targeted has not entered the United States. If NSA finds the target has entered the U.S., it will stop gathering phone and Internet data immediately, the documents say.

If supervisors determine that information on a U.S. person or a target who entered the U.S. was intentionally targeted, that information is destroyed, according to the documents.

But if a foreign target has conversations with an American or a U.S.-based person whom NSA supervisors determine is related to terrorism, or contains significant intelligence or evidence of crimes, that call or email or text message can be kept indefinitely. Encrypted communications also can be kept indefinitely, according the documents.

Administration officials had said the U.S. phone records NSA gathered could only be kept for five years. A fact sheet those officials provided to reporters mentioned no exceptions.

The documents outline fairly broad authority when the NSA monitors a foreigner's communications. For instance, if the monitored foreigner has been criminally indicted in the U.S. and is speaking to legal counsel, NSA has to cease monitoring the call. The agency, however, can log the call and mine it later so long as conversation protected by attorney-client privilege is not used in legal proceedings against the foreigner.

The NSA had no comment when asked about the newly revealed documents.

Widespread industry claims that the altered traits of genetically-modified organisms (GMOs) do not persist in food and are thus harmless to humans have once again been proven to be false. A new study published in the open-access, peer-reviewed Journal of Hematology & Thromboembolic Diseases has revealed that GMOs indeed damage and toxify human blood cells, and can consequently lead to the development of deadly blood diseases like anemia and leukemia.

Researchers from the Department of Genetics and Morphology and the Institute of Biological Sciences at the University of Brasilia learned this after feeding test mice various doses of Cry proteins, or Cry toxins, which are insect-killing agents purposely engineered into many GM crops. After administering just one dose of these toxins, the team observed the development of a number of different blood abnormalities, many of which became progressively worse in the week following the single dose.

Even at the lowest dose tested, Cry toxins were observed to induce damage to bone marrow cells and cause anemia, the latter of which is marked by a lack of red blood cells and hemoglobin in the system. And this was in vertebrate mammals, a species that Monsanto and the rest of the biotechnology cabal has long claimed is not affected by Bt toxin and its resultant toxic byproducts. In the end, damage caused by Cry toxin exposure was found to result in severe hematological malignancies such as leukemia, a deadly type of blood cancer.

"[O]ur study demonstrated that Bt spore-crystals genetically modified to express individually Cry1Aa, Cry1Ab, Cry1Ac or Cry2A induced hematotoxicity, particularly to the erythroid lineage," wrote the authors. "This finding corroborates literature that demonstrated that alkali-solubilized Bt spore-crystals caused in vitro hemolysis in cell lines of rat, mouse, sheep, horse, and human erythrocytes and suggested that the plasma membrane of susceptible cells (erythrocytes, in this case) may be the primary target for these toxins."

Long-term exposure to GM toxins proven to cause systemic damage to human health

Beyond their inherent toxicity to humans, Cry toxins were also found to activate this toxicity much more easily than previously believed. Rather than have to be exposed to an alkaline pH in the digestive tract of a susceptible species in order to become active, Cry toxins were found to elicit their adverse effects after merely being exposed to distilled water. Cry toxins were also found to bioaccumulate in the body over time, causing progressively more damage in the long term.

"Taking into account the increased risk of human and animal exposures to significant levels of these toxins, especially through diet, our results suggest that further studies are required to clarify the mechanism involved in the hematotoxicity found in mice, and to establish the toxicological risks to non-target organisms, especially mammals, before concluding that these microbiological control agents are safe for mammals," added the authors.

In other words, there is no sound scientific basis for the use of such toxins in food products consumed by humans, as they are clearly unsafe. Put another way, if independent studies such as this one had been required to be conducted prior to the approval of GM crops with Bt traits, such crops never would have been approved in the first place, as it would have been abundantly evident from the start that they are not safe for human consumption.

Distractions are everywhere, and many distractions that try to sway your focus come from the many people that cross your path. They are everywhere; they are on the bus you ride, in shopping malls, wherever you look there are always people and these people are not necessarily from one race or culture, more often than not, you live within a multi-cultural community. Each person you meet, even just passing by is an opportunity for you to socialize and to communicate; even if your communication is a cheerful smile, you are sharing a part of your peaceful self that is beautiful and divine.

Peace can easily become shattered when your dedication towards something is questioned; maybe a co-worker has made an assumption regarding your work without consulting with you first, or someone said something unkind about you. It is too easy to allow your emotions to rule you during such instances; it requires great control of your mental and emotional faculties to maintain your state of peace and calm during your working day. Rude comments come, difficult situations go; how you react and respond will always make a difference. Responding through compassion and understanding is always the best way. By consciously choosing to keep a positive mind set, you already begin healing from any damage harmful words may have expressed and the stress from the situation has been alleviated. There are always choices in your day, you can choose to peaceful in all you do, or you can choose to allow your emotions to rule your thinking process and create chaos and war wherever you go. We encourage of course for each of you to choose peace. When you adopt a pace that is peaceful you move with grace and love in all you do, no matter how small or mighty the task.

Maintaining your peaceful and calm stance in life and within your journey is important. Because each of you are incredibly interconnected, how one feels will carry to the next person. Choosing to react with hostility instead of with peace and calm will not solve anything but it will create greater difficulty that can also play havoc on your physical body. We have observed that many dear souls during a confrontational moment, felt it was better to say nothing and to do nothing… biting of the tongue is sometimes the best solution. When you choose to not respond to those that have said hurtful things about you, you demonstrate a greater inner power that is more powerful than the words you may have chosen in your defence. By choosing to act with peace and love in all you do, you are in control of mind and of your emotions. What someone says or does will not distract you from what you know to be true to you. You will maintain your peace because your heart and your soul works better when you are moving within a state of calmness where your whole self is in balance with both the external and internal world around you.

It is important dear ones to create daily habits that become automatic to bring in more peace and to maintain it once achieved. Since your journey is filled with many diversions it is essential dear ones to create limits for yourself. Create a to-do list and do one or two things at a time that you feel important to complete, be honest and truthful with yourself. Let go of tasks that are not as important as others, learn from self-discovery which areas require greater improvements and begin focusing on those. We encourage you to end trying to be perfect and begin bringing yourself into wholeness. Aiming to be perfect will create stress dear ones. Through honest and truthful self-examination you will quickly be able to determine which areas are already good, and which areas are weak – trust your intuition more often. Learn to not follow what everyone else is doing and learn to follow the guidance of your heart. What one dear soul is doing on their journey will not necessarily resonate with the heart and soul of another. Each of you have your own unique journey to fulfill, it’s imperative that you learn to stop trying to be like everyone else and begin being you.

Relaxation is crucial. Each day that greets you holds new challenges and obstacles. Some will be easier than others, and some will stay in your mind longer than you wish. Learn quick ways to distress and bring calm back into your person that is effective. Many dear souls have learned the benefit of breathing through their belly, some practice walking meditation, many sit a few minutes during a break in prayer, the techniques are endless and we are confident that you will find a few that will work best for you. Discover new ways that bring relaxation to all areas of your body that will bring you to feeling fresh and revitalized because you were able to redirect your focus and relax.

Just like dealing with children, you must learn to pick your battles and decide how to handle every situation. Take a moment to think before you respond. Remember your words carry power; once you unleash them you cannot retract them. We encourage you to not make simple matters into difficult ones. Think about the stressing matter in front of you and question yourself, “Will this situation make a difference to you or to the other person in the next few years?” Every conflict can be handled peacefully, if you choose peace to begin with. When you look back at some of your previous grievances with honesty, you will clearly see many of them were not that bad and you were able to handle them. Uncertainty can create panic and sometimes when the panicky feeling becomes overwhelming unnecessary words and feelings are expressed. The more you are able to maintain control of your thoughts and emotions, the more peace and calm you will attract into all areas of your life.

More and more dear souls are rushing everywhere, seeing what others are doing and wanting to do it all NOW. Realize dear ones, you are not meant to do everything now. From all the rushing about, you create unnecessary stress to your whole self. You have your entire life to complete your journey. There is no one person holding a stop watch, telling you when you must accomplish this or that unless it’s work related. Slow down dear ones. Enjoy your journey. Greet each challenge with love and gratitude and learn every piece from each experience before you set out and move on. Don’t worry what others are doing; focus on what you are doing. Instead of being a follower, become your own leader.

Because your day is filled with so many distractions from the many people that cross your path and from the many things you have to accomplish throughout your day it’s important to learn how to de-clutter your mind from the world around you. Allow yourself a few minutes during the day and close your eyes. Empty all your thoughts and become nothing. Let everything melt away, all the noise, all the smells, all the thoughts… everything. When nothing enters your mind or disturbs your quiet, for a few precious moments you will drift to nothingness and through this peaceful state you will experience a few moments of pure bliss and healing. If you are working either out of the home or from home learn to reduce the items on your desk. Keep your space simple, yet tasteful without distractions. Bring peace into your work place without adding clutter.

Difficult situations will come and go. They are a part of your never-ending journey. We encourage you to learn all the necessary lessons they bring, give gratitude for them because through them you come to know yourself better, then let them go. Don’t live within those moments and become stuck in them. Let them go and move on, taking the knowledge with you, and applying that knowledge through new opportunities that developed as a result. Even if what remains on your mind are hurtful words spoken by another, they will prevent you from moving forward if you don’t let them go. Accept that this incident is in the past and reclaim your power dear ones and refocus on the present with unconditional love.

There are many novel ways to mentally escape each day from a diverse genre of books to television shows. It is simple pleasure. But through them you can feel the stress of the day filter out and finally relax. There are many ways for you to discover what will help you maintain peace, and you will discover what will work best for you and make it consistent. A television show may be fictional but it can be therapeutic as well.

We know many of you chew over problems that are heavy; they are pushed aside instead of being dealt with. Stop procrastinating and deal with these heavy issues. The sooner they are out of your way, the sooner you can set your mind at ease from them. By avoiding them you take away your peace and calm and replace them with stress and discomfort.

Learning how to breathe that alleviates stress will not only benefit your peace of mind, but provide healing benefits for your overall body. Through your body, channel your breath work by focusing that each intake of breath is fresh rejuvenating breath and slowly through the outbreath any negative discord that is within you is breathed out. Breathing deeply where you feel your breath in the pit of your stomach will help reduce stress and produce a calming affect that will be felt throughout your body and many people experienced a calming from the inside, a sort of melting feeling. Relax dear ones and become the peaceful loving dear souls you were meant to be.

Each day presents so many opportunities and possibilities and through all is the potential that some of your interactions will produce worry, stress, possible fear and a feeling of being rushed. Learning how to cope strategically, being mindful and compassionate will help maintain your inner peace and calm. Achieving a state of inner peace and calm is a blessing and a reward that illuminates the hard work you have applied. You will become more confident on how you deal with difficult situations and you will become very efficient and affective with diminishing their destructiveness.

Even if you are within good financial standing and decent health, anxiety can still easily occur and peace can be lost. Remember dear ones, attaining peace and happiness always comes from working within, not from external circumstances or situations. You may not always be able to change your external situations, but you are able to change how you will deal with them. It is you that brings new changes to your journey by how you change your thoughts and reactions. You are the one in control of your journey; all that you choose affects everything. Learn to trust the guidance of your heart dear ones and have peace become a constant companion.

There is a divine life purpose, there is a purpose in everything that you do and everyone one you meet has a purpose. It is quite a broad subject for us to cover.

Let us begin with the broad spectrum of your mission as a collective. You are of a collective and you can't always see, or grasp the vastness of that until you remove your veils of forgetfulness. To experience this separateness, you had to forget this collective, although some of you are re-remembering it as we speak. Your mission as a collective is to re-remember love.

To experience a journey and find the love of home and bring it to you here. To re-remember that you are all brothers and sisters and part of the light of all that is. And you have truly been getting better at it as you go along. You have been beautifully evolving each year, each decade, each millennium. Humanity has been evolving since its remembrance as a species and you are continuing to do so. You are fulfilling your destiny, truly it is Our destiny, and we thank you.So remember that every single day you put people and create situations in your life to help you re-remember love.

To remember that together you are stronger, to speak your truth with love, and to fall in love with life. Bringing balance with your mental and emotional selves will greatly help this task. You can use the power of your thought, with the power to keep your focus, your strength and your goodwill and combine with your originality and ingenuity to bring about the growth that you desire.

To see the spiritual growth you desire, your ability to tap into your resources of the 6th sense variety, expand your creativity, originality and ingenuity, will help you create what you desire.And Victory is yours.

Your desires are coming to fruition, so keep up the good work, keep up the marching forward and watch to see what you create. Have patience sometimes for the process, but do not let it set you off your course.

Fundamental Rights

We, the People of Earth, regard the need for freedom to be universal. Therefore, we hold that all individuals in all worlds are created equal and are endowed by the Creator with sacred and inalienable rights. Fundamental among these are the right to live as a free race on their Planet of Genesis, their Homeworld; the right of self-determination, self-sufficiency, and creative expression; the right to life without oppression; and the right to pursue in life a higher purpose and a higher calling that the Creator has provided to all.

The right of planetary sanctity. As our Planet of Genesis, the Earth shall be free from extraterrestrial intervention, intrusion, interference, or exploitation, both mental and physical. No extraterrestrial force shall make close approach, or assume close orbit, or make any landing, or engage in trade, except openly and with the expressed consent of the People of Earth achieved through a democratic means.

The right of occupation. As the native people of the one known inhabited planet of this Solar System, we claim this Solar System as our sphere of influence. No extraterrestrial bases may be established on bodies or stations orbiting the Earth, nor on other planets or bodies of this Solar System, except with the expressed consent of the People of Earth.
The right of peaceful navigation. We claim the right to travel and explore within our Solar System without interference or restraint from extraterrestrial forces, and maintain the right to deny access to this Solar System by any extraterrestrial forces.

We, the People of Earth, consider it our rightful responsibility to assert and defend these fundamental rights, and to give and receive aid consistent with these rights. In the case of any dispute with extraterrestrial forces, the burden of proof of innocence shall fall on those who are not native to Earth.

The Assessment

When in the course of their evolution it becomes necessary for the native people of a planet to unite, to transcend the conflicts and differences that have separated them from one another, and to assume among the powers of the Universe a separate and equal sovereignty, a respectful consideration of that sovereignty requires that they declare the causes which impel them to this present course of action.

Although the Earth has undergone a long history of extraterrestrial visitation, the current situation is that the People of Earth are now suffering the effects of a global extraterrestrial intervention into human affairs. This intervention employs a strategy of deception, manipulation, and exploitation, the goal of which is control over humanity, which will result in the loss of human freedom and self-determination. It is now the sacred right and duty of the People of Earth to oppose, resist, and repel this extraterrestrial intervention, to declare and defend our sovereignty, our freedom, and our independence from all extraterrestrial forces.

Let these violations be considered by those supporting the cause of freedom throughout the Greater Community:

Intervening extraterrestrial forces have refused to openly disclose and reveal the nature and intent of their activities on and around Earth. This extraterrestrial presence is clandestine, covert, uninvited, and unapproved by the People of Earth. These extraterrestrial forces have concealed their own identity, their political or economic alliances and allegiances, as well as the authorities and powers which they serve.
As is becoming increasingly apparent from their actions, extraterrestrial forces intend to exploit the Earth, its resources, and its people, and are engaged in a systematic program of colonizing humanity into a subservient client state to be ruled by agents of these extraterrestrial forces. The extraterrestrial intervention and occupation seeks commercial gain, economic power, and the strategic advantage offered by this world in relation to other worlds.
Extraterrestrial forces have repeatedly and with impunity violated national and international laws of the Earth’s people. These offenses, which still continue today, have included violation of restricted airspace; abduction and transportation of humans without their consent; murder, rape, torture, sexual abuse, interbreeding with humans, and cruel experimentation; theft and trade of human biological and genetic materials; theft and trade of Earth’s natural resources; covert mental and psychological influence; mutilation of humans and animals; tampering with and disabling of military defense systems; and clandestine infiltration into human society.
Extraterrestrial forces have secretly negotiated treaties and agreements with human individuals and groups, without the informed consent of the People of Earth.
Extraterrestrial forces have systematically attempted to persuade and mislead humans through extending false hopes and promises of wealth, power, and protection; rescue from planetary catastrophe; membership in a “galactic federation”; and spiritual salvation and enlightenment.
Extraterrestrial forces have exploited and exacerbated human conflicts to serve their own ends.
Extraterrestrial forces have been disempowering humanity by leading us to believe that we can only survive with their help and their advanced technology, thus fostering our complete dependence upon them and denying our ability to ensure our own survival.

Demands and Declarations

Accordingly, we, the People of Earth, do hereby declare all previously existing agreements or treaties between any human government, group, or individual and any extraterrestrials to be forthwith null, void, and permanently suspended. We demand that any such previously existing treaties or agreements be fully and publicly disclosed. Any future agreements or treaties between human governments, groups, or individuals and extraterrestrials must be negotiated only with the full consent of the People of Earth, publicly and openly expressed by an international democratic body representing the nations and peoples of Earth.

We demand that all extraterrestrials now cease all operations and activities and immediately vacate and depart from the Earth and its surroundings including the Sun, Earth’s Moon, and all planets of this Solar System. This includes vacating any natural or artificial satellites, as well as all space within the Solar System.

We demand that all extraterrestrial organizations who have established or operated bases on the Earth, its Moon, or anywhere else within this Solar System, dismantle these bases and fully disclose their nature.

We further demand that all living humans who are now in custody of extraterrestrials be returned immediately in good health; further, we demand a full accounting of all humans who have been taken or held by extraterrestrials, including those who have died in captivity. In addition, we demand that all human biological or genetic materials taken from any individuals be accounted for and destroyed, and their intended use be identified. Any devices implanted in living individuals must be identified so that they may be safely removed.

We demand full public disclosure of the purpose and details of the extraterrestrial hybridization program, including the location, identity, and activities of all living human-extraterrestrial hybrids, whether on Earth or elsewhere.

Be it known throughout the Universe that from this time forward, extraterrestrials may only enter our Solar System, approach our Earth, fly in our skies, set foot on our soil, or enter our waters with the explicit consent of the People of Earth.

We, therefore, do solemnly declare that the People of Earth are and should be a free and independent people; that all humans are hereby absolved from all allegiance to extraterrestrial powers, and that all political and economic connections between them and the People of Earth are totally dissolved; that as a free and sovereign race in the Greater Community of the Universe, we assume full power within this Solar System to conclude peace, levy war, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to undertake all other actions which a sovereign planetary race may rightfully and ethically do.

Concluding Statement

Let it be understood that in making this Declaration of Human Sovereignty, we, the People of Earth, affirm our future and destiny as a free race within a Greater Community of intelligent life. We recognize that we are a part of this Greater Community and that we are destined over time to encounter many different races from beyond our world.

To them and to all others, we hereby declare that our intention is not conquest or domination in space. We declare that the rights and privileges that we affirm here for ourselves, we also affirm for all races of beings whom we might encounter.

In making our Declaration of Human Sovereignty, we proclaim our rights, responsibilities, and privileges as a free race in order that we may pursue greater unity, peace, and cooperation within the human family without unwanted or unwarranted intrusion and interference by any outside nation or force from the Greater Community. We make this proclamation as an expression of our Divine right and honorable intent for the human family and for all races in the Universe who seek to be free.

For most of you, the word synchronicity was not one you grew up with. The understanding of synchronicity may not be clear within your mind because you have not paid much attention to it. And we have noticed the things you don’t understand or pay close attention is quickly exchanged with comparisons that don’t necessarily provide the actual meaning for your comprehension.

As a result when synchronicity occurs, we observe many dear souls overlooking the occurrence as synchronicity and label it something else that they do understand. Phrases like, “I just got lucky”, “That happened just in time”, or “this came suddenly and unexpectantly” are experiences of synchronicity at work. And every occurrence you ever had is stored within your memory but not under synchronicity but with luck or coincidence.

Synchronicity often occurs during situations that are filled with intense emotional commotion. Many dear souls experience synchronicity through major life changing situations such as birth, death, ending or beginning a new relationship, etc. Your awareness and ambiguity is always increased during moments of great challenges that bring on great changes. During the time you spend trying to sort out the information and moving out of the confusion or even from joyous situations you are bringing yourself to soulfully appreciate the reason of the joy you are experiencing, you are opening yourself dear ones to receive more information from all sources, including divine guidance from God. During such times, synchronicity reassures you through unseen forces that any missing piece to your life journey will be provided and sometimes this missing piece is given to direct you into a new way of seeing and doing things.

From the many life changing events that often filter into your daily life, worry is an often companion and sometimes your worrying creates disruption in your normally calm routine. When your calm is disturbed, your thoughts begin to focus on the changes… you already begin trying to understand and this dear ones allows your Self to be more open to suggestions and guidance. Think back to a time that was hugely disruptive, no matter how welcoming or disturbing it was, possibly a death, a birth or another great change. Think about how you felt after the whole process was over. Was your life changed or did it continue to exist exactly the same before the disruption occurred? Many times great disturbances produce new challenges and through these new challenges you are left trying to bring solution to your new issues and suddenly, out-of-the-blue a word is spoken, maybe you recognized a phrase, someone called with uplifting news, etc., that would have provided the answer to your new issues created from your new challenges as the result of synchronicity, something you would have explained as being lucky or coincidental.

We ask you to think about how it was when you discovered you were in love. Remember the feelings you felt, the joy and happiness. At first for many, love is not there at the beginning to be seen, through time of being together feelings increase and become more and suddenly before you know it, you are in love. Synchronicity is everywhere. It brings meaning and understanding to many areas of your life that are not merely coincidences. The term that is loosely thrown around many of you, “Another man’s trash is another man’s treasure” is also the workings of synchronicity even if that throwaway item was not discovered for years after, an event occurred that brought you to that new treasure that was someone else’s trash.

Synchronicity surrounds many important phases of your life’s journey including relationships. We have witnessed many great relationships suddenly become severed because one of the two was afraid of something. And the one who was experiencing the fear was the one severing the relationship. After an off chance discussion about your relationship with another they suddenly realize their relationship was not meant to be severed but to be worked on and strengthened. Sometimes dear ones, precious realization comes to you out of nowhere, but it comes equally with meaning.

Another life changing event such as death can bring great change into your life. Death confronts you suddenly with questions and wanting to seek more information about many things. Death brings synchronicity into play because you become open to guidance from others; you are willing to listen. Through such huge life changing events, you think about the dialogue, the stored information and other things that suddenly fall into perfect place at that precise moment. Events that occurred many years ago can suddenly provide the missing piece to your life’s puzzle at any time. You already know everything has a reason and purpose, and you know each of you are connected even though you cannot see where the chain of events took place that brought synchronicity to your doorstep, understand and accept with full faith and trust all happens as it should and as it is meant to. Some things do not require details on how or why something happened, simply accept that it did with appreciation for the opportunity it gave you to grow more and become more of your Self.

Any major life changing event creates within you a deeper openness and you are more responsive to the world around you and to the world that is always within you. It is through your major life changing events that the environment for synchronicity is created and welcomed. Understand dear ones synchronicity can occur even during the most mundane of places such as while you are waiting for the bus, in the grocery line, browsing the library, etc. Synchronicity can occur at any time at any place. When you become more aware of yourself and of your surroundings you increase the possibility of synchronicity to occur. Regardless if synchronicity occurs during mundane or special occurrences, it can be recognized as being intense or as soft as a gentle breeze. The understanding of the occurrence may come to you in a flash of knowing or years later, and when it does change flows into you journey which will forever change something inside of you and your journey that cannot be unchanged.

The simplest way to understand when synchronicity happens is through single events where there is a visible beginning, middle and an end. Simple synchronicity is explained simply through sudden yet simple events. You may pass someone on the street, and realize this person you know them, they were a friend from school, whom you haven’t seen in years. When realization sets in you step forward and talk for a bit, when the initial conversation is over both of you continue on your way. Remember what synchronicity means dear ones, it is when an overlapping of events, both inner and outer occurs without any explanations; they are unplanned and cannot be explained by cause and effect yet is still meaningful. What would make this example of synchronicity not be synchronicity is if the sudden meeting of an old friend didn’t mean anything, it didn’t come with any power to bring the flow of change into your life even if that change was small and minute.

Synchronicity can also carry more complexity when other events come into play. Maybe after bumping into your old school friend, a song played on your radio that was from the time your friendship began that brings your thoughts back in time. Sometimes synchronicity can be found through what you choose to read and you see the first or last name of your school friend in an article that continues to build your memory and focus on your relationship. This occurrence is not by chance and it is meaningful because it brings change because after all the years that have passed, the relationship is still there to develop once again.

Synchronicity can happen through single events or within strings and multiple events. They can occur within numbers or repeated words. A word or number can begin a sequence of events that leads to something important and life changing. Synchronicity within multiple or cluster of events will involve a sequence of connected synchronicities that involves different levels and types of occurrences that are impactful and merge over time into eventual understanding. Many times it is from a cluster of events that will bring out a clear message on where and how your journey is to flow and become deeper through changes you will make as a result.

The more you understand how synchronicity has been a part of your life, the more you will be able to recognize the innumerable ways that God and the Universe speaks to you. When you fully comprehend the language that is within synchronicity you welcome the many manifestations that flow as an outcome.

Your life and all its happening has never been a coincidence. Your time here and to who you touch and become part of all has great importance. Open your mind dear ones to the endless opportunities that surround you each day.

The SSG is behind the scenes in all these dealings. The Rockefellers and Rothschild’s have so much money or promissory notes coming in that they can’t count it on the screen before it changes into higher amounts. What a scenario. It’s sort of like playing a big Monopoly game. In the end, only a few people own everything.

These families also control and own the military, especially in America. That’s one reason why the U.S. military is the largest and why they have over 800 U.S. bases all over the world, not counting the 200 secret ones. The military and their bases are being used by the SSG for two purposes, first making money from the war machine itself. And secondly to use the U.S. government or military to control and enforce the NWO when they decide to announce the takeover by 2016 or maybe before, but at least by that time era. It’s all in place now.

The military uses its soldiers as guinea pigs. I was one in the Vietnam era. And now there are a total of 7,800 guinea pigs that have died in the two Bush Gulf Wars, mostly from radiation and gas from their own weapons and from bad vaccines. Unknown to most in the military, the Illuminati will use the present U.S. military to take over the world. Then they, too, will be replaced with official NWO military. So they will become useless guinea pigs as well. The NWO military are dressed in black like the regular covert military black ops.

The Americans have been programmed for war since the first two world wars which, by the way, were started by the Illuminati as well. Pearl Harbor was a planned attack that they knew about before hand to get Americans into the war and to get the money making war machines going. It worked well. So when it was over, they went into Korea and then Vietnam, etc. Now over 200 countries have been invaded by the Americans, backed by the NWO which also owns and controls the United Nations (UN) Army as well.

We were programmed from children to become soldiers and killing machines as a society. The U.S. people should learn the lessons of war in these last two wars. Afghanistan was mostly for an oil pipeline and control and ownership of drugs .The worlds biggest and longest standing drug dealers, and now the drug industry has doubled under USA control and controls the world market since the Russians left and the Americans took over. The Iraq war was for their 1200 oil wells. Americans thought they would get cheaper oil so they let Bush invade .Both Ben Laden and Hussein were US. CIA friends before and were trained by the USA military. So, the whole thing back fired on them once the US. Major oil companies got the oil the people only got higher gas prices. Then these companies could override OPEC and triple the cost of oil to the U.S. and the world.

When will the masses wake up? They are just beginning to wake up, hopefully before it’s too late. Bush wants to invade Iran now for the rest of the oil. The elitists want the monopoly for control of the oil and oil prices. There is no oil shortage. There never was. The United States has one of the world’s largest reserves which they are waiting to tap into when oil maintains a price of $150 a barrel or more. And Russia now has the world’s largest oil reserves at 80 billion barrels, plus a hundred billion undiscovered reserves.

Not only are they using the U.S. military for their oil wars but they are creating their own private military or militia, and have companies that provide the troops. Many have heard of Black Water, a private militia out of North Carolina, and Halliburton (owned by X Vice President Chaney). They are currently being taken to court and are being sued for their corruption in the Iraq war. The NWO also has a million-man cloned military buried under the USA in military bases. Some of them are already in use. There have been a lot of those black war machines and soldiers dressed in black, all unmarked, in America for the last 15 to 20 years. I believe they have already infiltrated the regular U.S. military after they won a quiet secret war between them, the elitist, and the regular U.S. military (those who were still loyal to the U.S.) in the mid 1990s (see the UFO chapter).

Now they are going after the people. Many of the police and sheriffs or deputies who wear a gold band around the American flag know they are part of the NWO. That is also why the blue and other colored uniforms were replaced with black ones. Black intimidates the so called enemy. That’s why they use that color in special ops forces throughout the world. Some people think the U.N. soldiers are the same as the NWO military. We’ll see. All of them are controlled and used by the Illuminati for their agenda. Then they too will be discarded when the one world government takes over and installs it’s own military and police.

Speaking of weapons, those in power are still in the process of taking the arms away from the people. All the western society has been disarmed except for the USA. Right now in the USA they are trying to get the 300 million private licensed arms away from the 80 million who own them. There are thousands of laws they’re trying to pass to get the legal arms away from the people because that is one of the biggest fears the Illuminati has, that the people are armed (another fear is being completely exposed to the world). The people can rise up against them, and I believe Americans will, when and if the citizens start to realize who the real enemy is. So the SSG has greatly restricted the sale of bullets, and sale of ammunition very difficult plus very expensive to get. This is another

step to try and stop the civil war that is coming against them.

I lived in Australia when they took the arms away from the people there and in Europe as well. The crime rate shot up afterward. They have done the same here in Belize and the crime is rising every year. It is now number six in the world. Belize also has a U.S. secret base, or rather it used to be secret, and they have two Navy ships permanently in their harbor. But only seldom do we see the American and/or the British or the UN military that are all based here. They bring almost everything in by helicopters, many times the huge double bladed ones. I think Belize is a stepping stone for the rest of Central America for them.

The inner circle of elitists set the agenda for other such notorious organizations such as the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and the trilateral commission. The Bilderbergers are the number one control group or lodge outside of the first inner circle. The Priory of Zion, the order of skull and bones, and the grand lodges of the “free masonry” are also major control groups. The Scottish rite free masonry preceded today’s free masons. Maybe they were the backbone, the real beginning of the Illuminati since they used the books and the original free masons as their main control group until the new Bilderbergers came into the club.

Also included are all the major spy agencies, the World Bank, IMF, North American Free Trade Association (NAFTA), General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), the World Trade Organization (WTO),(CFR), the Rosicrucian’s, Luciferians , Scientology, Mormons,? Baha’i plus many less important and subdivisions of these groups, There is well over 100 so called black lodges. They have many thousands of people involved in one or more of these groups, millions worldwide. They control and rule most of the major governments in the world through these groups!

People who join these groups do not realize it at first but most eventually find out about the NWO's agenda and are then bribed with power, money, position in society, drugs, and sex, or whatever they want. If this does not work, they are sometimes threatened. Most people stay on with them even when they do know the truth of how evil they are and their plans to take over the world by killing off 95 percent of the people. They, like many of us, have not much resistance when they are tempted with great wealth and power, sex and/or drugs. Jesus says sex, money and then power gets us into the most trouble.

Many fail, but some do get out because their conscience bothers them. Some are even able to tell what they know about the NWO, but those are the brave ones or the ones near death with nothing to lose. It is through these people that we have gotten most of the information we now have. We owe them great thanks for they may have saved our lives. And for the others who stay in, they will probably lose their souls.

All of these organizations are evil and they have a lot of evil occult rituals involved in their meetings. The dark forces have been behind this whole organization since the time of Jesus and what the Illuminati are really afraid of is the mass awakening, of people who are in a higher consciousness power and influence to tell the rest of the people what is going on before it’s too late. The clock is ticking. We’re running out of time and that’s the only reason I put this information in my book to help warn people so they can spread the word. This book is not meant to cause fear and it is important that people not be in fear but that the information is used to stay one step ahead of the dark forces. Survival means to be prepared ahead of time. We should not confront them in any way because we will only loose.

The NWO has thousands of concentration camps (most are the 800 abandoned U.S. military bases) already set up in the USA and thousands more being built worldwide. All of these will be disguised as quarantine camps of the man made viruses that they release each year. The actual number of people affected is extremely small compared to the 37,000+ that die from the so called regular virus each year just in the US. The World Health Organization.(WHO). is a part of the SSG ( see chapter on vaccines). It is best not to get involved with any of their groups. And they can be quite misleading, so be on guard at all times! And then learn to become as self-sustaining as possible which requires the help of other like-minded people. That’s why I wrote this book. It is sort of like a manual to help us through these great changes. I don’t have all the answers. No one does. So we need to do our homework. Remember this is school. We must remember most of our governments are already under control of this evil empire that is in every department of government, industry, communications, military, media, education, etc. There is a secret list that is updated frequently by the free masons of who’s in what position with what group. Most all of the presidents of the United States were free masons or skull and bones. All the symbols on the back of the U.S. dollar are from the Illuminati and free masons. Free masons came from an early group called Knights Templar, possibly also combined with the Scottish Rite. This Organization is hundreds of years old as well. It was formed in 1743 using the older black occult devil worship symbols. The higher ranks worship Lucifer and Satan.

There are many black lodges. For a long time after they join people think it is another form of religion. They even mention “God” and Jesus sometimes, but these are mixed with satanic mysteries and symbols which the people don’t understand. This is kept a secret from new members for many years, until they reach near the 33^rd level in the lodge. Then they are told the truth that they worship the devil, not God. And before that information is given they must swear on their lives never to reveal it to anyone or they will lose their lives. And many have in the past. The Free masons say that before the 32^nd degree the members are unlearned initiates and above they become the Illuminated controllers. The free masons are one of the most important controlling groups of the Illuminati. This level is called the visible world and after the 32 ^rd level is the invisible “secret” world.

Today many have also escaped and that’s how we know so much about this evil group. This group pretends to be a religion. Then they give power and money to those who want to stay with them as part of the NWO. Those that accept get the best jobs. They move up the ladder quickly. They get the highest government offices because the masons have people higher up to pull them up into positions to help take over and once in power they do the same for the lower ones coming up. They use this organization, Freemasonry, to put all the people in all the right places for in their NWO. And the further up the ladder one goes the more one must be willing to cheat, lie, steal, even kill or maim. And that’s not counting all the evil satanic and sexual rituals they perform but the real power remains in the first inner circle of 10 families and the next most powerful is the second inner circle of 30 families. After that comes the 3^rd inner circle, who controls the central banks of each major country. Together they control it all.

The Free masons have sub groups as well and Hitler was in one of them. He learned much from the Free masons and the Illuminati. After he joined them they financed his war! That’s how he became so powerful was through the Illuminati that’s where he got his symbols, etc. And they were proud of him because he already had a background of black magic and Satan worship. They used him as a test or guinea pig until he went too far and wanted to rule the world by himself. That’s when the Illuminati stopped him.

But the free masons still do the most for recruiting new members and finding the special right “immoral” people, those who want a bigger slice of the pie and will do anything to get it. This group of the Illuminati is the oldest and most important outside of the two inner circles. We might say they are the legs or hands of the elite group. But more recently so are others like the Bilderbergers which was officially started and named by Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands. The first real meeting was in the Bilderberger Hotel in Netherlands around 1954, thus named the Bilderbergers group. The NSA’s vast wiretapping and surveillance operation, in addition to the agency’s attempt to intimidate the media and whistleblowers from releasing information about programs such as PRISM, has has virtually nothing to do with catching terrorists and everything to do with creating a chilling effect that dissuades the free press from exposing government corruption while making Americans fearful of engaging in political free speech.

The myth that blanket NSA spying is primarily concerned with catching terrorists, or that terrorists will be aided by people like Edward Snowden blowing the whistle on the PRISM program, has been debunked by numerous experts.

Firstly, the threat posed to Americans by terrorism is grossly exaggerated and overhyped. Americans are more likely to be killed by toddlers than terrorists. Intestinal illnesses, allergic reactions to peanuts, bee stings, drowning in the bath, or accident-causing deer all individually pose a greater threat to Americans than terrorists. So the whole debate about sacrificing privacy for security is a total fraud to begin with.

As the former head of the National Security Agency’s global digital data gathering program – William Binney – confirmed, the witch hunt targeting Edward Snowden is not about preventing terrorists from discovering how they are being tracked by the NSA, it is about preventing the American people from finding out about the unconstitutional actions of the NSA.

“The terrorists have already known that we’ve been doing this for years, so there’s no surprise there. They’re not going to change the way they operate just because it comes out in the U.S. press. I mean, the point is, they already knew it, and they were operating the way they would operate anyway. So, the point is that they’re—we’re not—the government here is not trying to protect it from the terrorists; it’s trying to protect it, that knowledge of that program, from the citizens of the United States,” said Binney.

This sentiment was echoed by top counter-terrorism czar Richard Clarke, who remarked, “The argument that this sweeping search must be kept secret from the terrorists is laughable. Terrorists already assume this sort of thing is being done. Only law-abiding American citizens were blissfully ignorant of what their government was doing.”

Innumerable lawmakers on both sides of the aisle who have called for Ed Snowden to be arrested for revealing the existence of PRISM have done do under the justification that Snowden is aiding terrorists by tipping them off to the fact that the NSA is spying on them and therefore harming national security. Yet as Clarke and Binney highlight, this is a moot point – it was already known by everyone – therefore there must be a different reason for the persecution of Snowden and his ilk.

NSA Spying Is About Intimidating the Media, American Citizens 130613spy The reason for the persecution of whistleblowers and media outlets who leak evidence of government wrongdoing is to intimidate the free press and make them less likely to publish information about government corruption for fear of legal reprisals.

This is an easily understood consequence of the persecution of Edward Snowden and yet it has barely been touched upon in the aftermath of the PRISM scandal.

As William Binney explains, government officials are only mad at Snowden because his revelations expose their wrongdoing. This has nothing to do with genuine concerns about national security or terrorism.

Data is being obtained by the NSA unencrypted so that no probable cause is needed for the agency to access that data – meaning the system has been set up for political and not practical purposes.

As Thomas Drake, former senior NSA executive and a decorated Air Force and Navy veteran remarks, the government is incensed at Snowden and the media outlets who carried his story because Snowden exposed how the NSA is acting in “direct violation of the fourth amendment of the US constitution,” and how the NSA is “subverting the constitution.”

Despite the fact that whistleblowers are helping to expose wrongdoing in government – and the polls show they are supported by the majority of the American people – the Obama administration hasprosecuted more whistleblowers than all other presidents combined.

As all the experts agree, this isn’t being done to protect America from terrorists, it is being done to intimidate insiders from coming forward and speaking out against government corruption in the fear that they will end up like Bradley Manning – locked away in solitary confinement for years.

Telephones belonging to AP reporters are also being tapped to discourage other news organizations from reporting on government misdeeds. Individual reporters like James Rosen are also being targeted by the Obama administration, making potential sources who have information on government wrongdoing less likely to approach journalists.

The NSA’s huge illegal dragnet also has an additional consequence – implanting a seed of doubt in the minds of average Americans seeking to exercise their first amendment right to criticize the government. Could they become a target of blanket surveillance and wiretapping? Could their private life be exposed by a resentful NSA official if they dare to become a nuisance to the feds? Could they be accidentally mistaken for a terrorist if they send an email to another person who is under suspicion?

The Obama administration’s war on whistleblowers and the NSA and other federal agency’s role in spying on reporters and average Americans has nothing to do with stopping terrorists and everything to do with intimidating the media, creating a chilling effect that makes insiders who have clear evidence of government corruption far less likely to go public, and making Americans think twice before they criticize the government or exercise their constitutional rights.

The new world is a thing of the past. The next world is one that has not yet been imagined, even by the best of minds, for the world of now is steeped in pain and traumatized, shattered and fragmented and seeking integration with itself. You are each coming into wholeness, step by step, and you will achieve it as you progress in the mindfulness of who you are, by paying attention to what appears in your field of vision and your subconscious thoughts surfacing in dreams and waking epiphanies. However, you have not yet brought yourselves together as a people in the way that a clear picture and understanding of what the world could be can be clearly perceived. We would like to take a few moments of your time to bring you a bit closer to that understanding, and do it in such a way that the words we impart may sustain a trajectory in the direction of planetary oneness of intent for the race you belong to, which is evolving from human into something altogether new. We have been in a place similar to yours in our history, so we know whereof we speak, and beg just a small indulgence of time to weave our tale to your maximum collective benefit. We begin.

You can imagine yourself as part of a tribunal, a gathering of those who have decided to embark on a mission of scientific understanding of a new field of consciousness, a new territory of the field of reality to explore as seekers of truth and wisdom. You are one of many who work with the greater galactic community of free peoples; screening your waking mind for memories of such a gathering is good to do now. You can see that there is a lot of debate going on about how to proceed in the grand experiment of consciousness-gathering, as there are parameters of the experiment that you had not seen before which are now coming into view. This is normal when the topic of study is the evolution of the human formula from one phase of being to an other, higher one. There is a natural falling away of fixedness as fluidity of the experimental framework becomes more necessary. The principles remain set, but the parameters will vary. You have the general idea of how this goes, as an experimenter in your own life, taking samples of different kinds of experiences and making sense of them in relation to your place in the reality you operate within. It is no different on the large scale, in which you are working on the soul level to gather the experiences of the various expressions of your temporally based emanations and embodiments in the timestream of Earth. The moment you are aware of in the course of your lifetime is one experience for your soul. There are other emanations of your soul which have other embodiments, some of you in other places in time, some in other embodiments linked to the same group that forms the basis of a higher level of soul.

You have come to this life to retrieve the experiences that your soul has ventured to gain, in the course of research of a more or less scientific nature, the results of which will be presented in a briefing at the conclusion of your present part of the experiment of soul. Your life is of the utmost importance to your soul, and is of the utmost interest to the source of love and creation of life itself, the source of everything and the emanator extraordinaire, which we call OM. The experiences you garner will be your contribution to the answer that is eternally forming to the question of being in the universe at large. You are taking part in the activity of God’s willful exploration of the nature of love in every possible way. That is no small feat! But let us get back to our tale.

Spiritual forces unerringly seek and attain their own original levels. Having gone out from the Eternal, they are certain to return thereto, bringing with them all those children of time and space who have espoused the leading and teaching of the indwelling Spirit, those who have been truly “born of the Spirit,” the faith sons of God.

New world order is a thing of fear for many people. This is not the way the tribunal had originally anticipated a dream coming true, but nonetheless it is how they have watched things unfold. You, as part of this tribunal, have seen in the shadows a movement toward light, a shift in the timing of evolution that presents a new opportunity to the experiment to take on a greater range of experience and a greater potential for love to show itself in dramatic and generous ways. The word “experiment” perhaps is misleading, as there is a lot more going on in your reality than mere objective knowledge-gathering. The objective in the grand adventure of life on Earth is love, plain and simple, and the conflict that is being dealt with to discover the secrets love has to share is in the appearance of an unforeseen bend in the road showing up with an entourage of infernal vagabonds starving for love. What do you know? Now is the time to kick into gear in that regard. Know what you know, and use it to pry open love’s box of secrets in this scenario of late-in-the-game awakening to the light threading through the space between you and the new reality that is taking form. Know that the day is stealthily moving into position to break through the barriers of darkness to illuminate the world as it wakens to awareness. Know that there are forces beyond the normal day-to-day reality that are interpolating energetic frequencies to sequence them into form. Know that every effort made in the direction of truth and justice is moving those sequences closer to being, and that nothing, no shred of thought, is wasted in this now.

You have had a say in the way you want to experience the life you are now living, and you will have a say in the way you want to go in the life to come, on earth or in another world. You have not been tricked into joining in a game rigged to one side, nor have you been brought into a losing situation. Even in the darkest moments for yourself and the world you live in, know this is true. You have agreed in one way or another before arriving on the scene that you would participate in the time now at hand, and the direction of reality is changing to meet the temporality of the next phase of earth’s evolution. Time is taking a new turn and the truth of the path of humanity’s past and future are no longer able to stay hidden from view. Understanding is now on the horizon for everyone to see, and the landscape from that perspective will never be the same for the collective cognizance of who you, as a people, are. Your motivation through the eons of getting to the point you are within now has been merely to transform as the planet transforms, nothing more or less, for within that act is everything that it means to be fully human and openly divine. We have seen the trajectory of your current line of time, and it is a signal to the core of divinity, of life, of the source of everything that the moment is at hand for the tale to come to a close and a new reality to begin. It is the moment you have been waiting for!

Give a simple thought a moment to rest in the silence of the heart as it enters into the space of embracing a new understanding. It is this: If you have been waiting for millennia to experience this moment, is it not worth the full attention of every soul embodied on this world? If you represent one aspect of a greater energetic collective of divine intelligence called by you “soul,” is it not worthwhile to reflect on the power you, as embodiments of divine soul-stuff, possess? Your next breath can show the thought’s color and form in a dance of energetic recalibration within the heart-space of your physical body, and establish it within the core of your foundational understanding of self in relation to the new reality of the new world that is now in the formative stages of birth. You have the ability to change your own world, this you know. You as a people have the ability to realize a new reality, as the one that has been the backdrop for so long crumbles and dissolves around you. You are creating the new world this moment, this breath, this peaceful silent pause within the now that awaits formative input from your mind and loving impulse from the creative center of the heart. Time is telling the movement of reality towards the hour of truth being told. The tribunal is ready to tell its side of the story, which is the side of entirety and justice for all. You understand conflict and polarity well as an experience. You have some more secrets to uncover, dear ones!

You are a divine perfect child of the Creator of the Universe who has made you in this image, wonderfully and beautifully replete.It is only in a moments and states of forgetfulness - in falling in line with many others in a forgetful state that have collectively agreed on a limited fear ridden illusion that has brought so many of you hardship and powerlessness. It is important now in this time beloved ones to forgive all those who have seemingly wronged you. To forgive and shed love on everything that comes into your conscious awareness – these things will be forgiven, and you will be able to move further away from them, and they too will be able to move forward as you move forward. Ascension is ascending inward to the divine inheritance that has been placed inside you, and in doing so remember that you cannot take the dense vibratory energies into the higher vibrations / dimensions of light. There is a great shift taking place in this most monumental time as many ascension energies are being extrapolated to not only the collective consciousness but also to those who are holding the Cosmic / Christ consciousness at this time on your sphere. Interlinking hearts and minds through the Cosmic / Christ consciousness grid are allowing energies from the higher dimensions to anchor through you beloved ones that are doing the work on the “ground” here in the denseness of this reality. Many of you are getting the most tremendous swings of energetic integration, especially in concordance to where you are physically placed, as you are anchoring these energy harmonics into the areas simply with your presence here on the third dimensional level which is in the process of shifting into the octaves of the fourth dimensionality. Liken it as a few very strong anchored beings of light playing tug of war with the rest of awakening humanity. This is a concept that we can use to try and bring to your minds just what many of you are experiencing and going through now in a very tug of war like state of energetic resonance. We understand that it can be tiring in these bodily frequencies but we admonish you to remain steadfast in these times, always taking inventory and being cognizant of those things becoming exposed in the new energy now being spiritually applied to the collective which simply needs lovingly cleared away from your conscious awareness. When we go inside our heart of hearts where the soul resides and ask ourselves the big question,which is;...What do we want more than anything else in this world, what would make us happy? We all want to be in joy and in peace to have a peace of mind but the soul crys out for more, Happiness can be fleeting, so we want something greater and the greatest thing that we can have if we can find it, is Love. And Love is a mysterious thing. It isnot something that most of us are raised with, oh yes we say the words of Love and maybe we are lucky enough to be told we are Loved but without the feelings and emotion that goes with it we are only hearing the words but not experencing the emotion of Love that must be felt. We sometimes see families or couples expresing and feeling this emotion of Love, but unless we feel it ourselves we can only observe and by observing we know its there. And the question is where does it come from. Where do they get it from to be able to share it. It is givin to others but to give it ,one must first have it themselves, the real thing, not just the words. This energy must be felt to be shared and that brings us to the question of what is its source?If we are not raised in Love and true spirituality,we set out to find this answer.

God the Creator Father is the source, it is his soul, his heart of hearts, it is his personality. But we hardly ever hear this in our Religions. Only in our true Spirituality are we tought this. All to often in the world the word Love is used written or said but without emotion or feelings it is then non experencental and has little meaning. For Love is Engergy, a energy that flows from Creator source to us and through us if our heart center is not blocked or closed by guilt or shame from the Religionous belief that we are sinners. That we was born in sin and do sin regularly and that sin seperates us from God and Heaven. The only thing that seperates us is this belief in sin. Most of us don't sin, we just make mistakes that we have to correct and were not born in sin we are born Holy, innocent of sin, we are mistakingly tought that our mistakes are sin and this mistake was tought to us by the dark side, who wants to keep us seperate from source. Forgiveness is the 1st key to Happiness , it opens the doors or portals that washs our mistakes away. By forgiving ourselves and all those who have hurt us, past and present, we reconize our guilt and shame, a burden that we are caring and that blocks Gods Love from entering into us. And in our Prayers and plea's to the Creator, we learn to ask for Love. For Love is the Only thing that can Heal our soul and mind. So one aspect of Love is about Healing.

Healing means to make whole,wholeness means to be complete, to be as God Created us. In Love we are as God Created us. For Love is all there is, God is Love, we are Loved, we are Love. We are an expression of Love as it flows through us. This Truth is the only Truth that all is Love, everthing else is a discreption of these Truths but for Love to be True it must be experenced. Even God who has and knows all truths does not have this one. This one he too must experence, to become experential Truths and he does that through us his Creation, his holy son and doughters. We are all a part of God, a God partical and extension of himself. We are part of him and he is part of us. He experences his lower Creations and Dimensions through us as expressions of his Love. And when we become awake and conscious of him and his Love we seek and do find the energy of Love through him up into the higher Dimensions, from which we came. The place where we were born, were we were conceived when mind ,spirit and soul became one and soon afterthat we went forth on a journey of forgetfulness into each and every life that we can experence to learn to remember and to share that which we are, as a mystery and partical of Love. Knowing that we are not Seperate from Source, that we are part of Source. And it is this oneness that connects us to all the other Holy sons and reminds us that we are all one. And Love is the energy that bines us all together and with Prime Creator. For we are him and he is us. He attains experencetial Truth of Love through us and we share this mystery of Love through him.

So God becomes something more personal to us rather than the Dogma of todays Religion that was created in mans image, of a lower God. By going inside and asking for the truth from our higher self and from our soul. Our memory can be restored, the Dark ones cannot take that away from us, but they have caused much confusion of truths and division amungst us. For they refuse this light and Love of the Creator and must seek energy from another souce but all other sources of energy soon fade away, fleeting. Where as Love is eternal and we can have as much of it as we can handle. And the more we ask for ,the more we receive as we open the doors or portals to the Spirit realm and source of all Love. Love comes with light, Love and light are the first gifts that we ask for from the Creator. We then learn to ask for Peace and joy then happiness and health as we give thanks for these gifts that make us whole and one with all Creation. This affermation if done regularly and correctly brings in the things that we are asking for. Affermation Prayers are very powerful in that they are affirming that we already are and will receive these things, that it is true, its a fact as we open the doors to source, it is done. For the Father knows what we want even before we ask, but by asking we open the vortexes and allow them to flow in, for he has already givin them to us, we just must learn to except the gifts. The Affermaton that I use goes something like this; I thank you Father for your gifts of, Love and Light- Peace and Joy- happiness and Health for I am whole and as you created me, one with all of Creation, indeed.

Test the waters. Try on a new suit of clothes, and should the first not fit, then try another. And another. And another. When the fit is right you’ll know for sure, because this is when your heart takes flight. You will know a rush of joy, of blessed peace, a moment or two of intense connection and stunning synchronicity. Paradise. Nirvana. The Holy Instant. Call it what you will. When you experience these things it is a sure signal that you have arrived at your long-sought destination. Remain there, indefinitely. Maintain that feeling. You have fought hard and won, so therefore dwell in this place of peace forever more, and then press forward to help others in their quest to get there, too. So you still feel lost? Oh, child, you are entirely on track! The timing is merely different for everyone, so cherish yourself and let God’s plan flow at it’s own Divine pace. Truly, I mislead you not. As each new opportunity for change presents itself, ask of your heart the following questions: ♥ Does this bring me closer to God? To feeling at peace? Complete? ♥ Do these tasks come naturally to me, or does it feel like a grueling, uphill climb? ♥ Do I love to do this thing, or am I in it exclusively for the abundant rewards? You may have both, Child, there is no shame in that. ♥ Does this work aid only me, or am I serving others in the process? ♥ Is this a soul crushing experience, or does it make my heart take flight? And there you have it. It is not nearly as hard as you once thought, would you not say? Listen to your inner guidance and you cannot fall astray. Follow where your heart takes you and you will always end up that much closer to God. Dear Lightbearer, that is the greatest place of all to be!”

Being able to Love is basically Learning how to Love. It's true, that before we can truly Love another we must first learn to Love ourselves. And to do that there is some homework involved for we have many blocks of guilt and shame that we and they have laid upon ourselves, that must be removed. Forgiveness is another name for deprograming and reprograming oneself and that can be quite a task if one has a lot of Karma like I did from not only this life but many past lives before we chose Love. Being a slacker or just going along for the ride was the name of the game for amy of us. We knew we wanted more but just didn't know how to go about attaining it. We didn't want to go inside of ourselves and face all that guilt and shame we have pilled up there over many life times. It can be quite scarry when you see that pile of garbage or bagage that we are carrying along, that we have buried deep, smashed it down so we could put in more hurt and pain, until finally the garbage bin is so full that we have to take it out, can't put anymore into the soul. The soul is kinda of funny in this way, it doesn't seem to care that much as to how much negative experence's that is placed in it, it just wants to experence life, it would prefer to experence Love but it does not seem to reject the other experences that are less than Love. But at some point enough is enough. For these negative emotions that are not released by Forgiveness soon begin to leak out as Karma as accidents and Diseases, some small, some large. Until of course we start to ask why this crap is happening to us, sometimes out of the blue it seems.

Everything happens for a reason, nothing happens that was not asked for at some level,conscious or unconscious. Everything we do comes back to us, everything is connected, we are all connected to each other in one form or another. If its not Love and light, then it is anguis and darkness. We soon learn to decide which one we wish to carry along with us from life to life.And before we can enter into the higher Dimensions or attain Ascension, we must release the lower vibrations and karma. Forgiveness is the best and the fastest way to do that. It dissolves Karma almost instantly depending on how well we do the homework of forgiveness and deprograming. As we begin to awaken and remember who we truly are as Holy sons of God, we then start to deprogram the Dark programs that was feed to us, forced upon us by the dark ones who are feeding off of our negative emotions brought about by our guilt and shame, from our hurt and pain. As we learn to reprogram ourselves from the Light and Love from the higher spiritual realms that the angels and guides and ascended Masters are sending down to us. We learn to replace those negative emotions with positive ones of Love and light. And the Dark ones outside of us get pissed off and soon leave us to find someone else thats easier to feed off of.

Then we only have the one Demon inside to deal with, as JC said the Demons are within you. Its called the Alter Ego, our Nemsis, our lower self. The voice who is loud and falsly gives us info that gets us into trouble and then talks his way out of it afterwards, sorta like the DC & ET “Visitors” who make all those False Flag Promises to us and then when they don't come true, they blame it on us. Its the same prinsible they work from on the dark side. They have there own agenda and its not for our good. The Ego knows that when we ascend our spirit body, mind and soul that he can no longer come along for the ride, for when we reach this level, no Darkness or negative feeelings or emotions can enter the higher realms. That the only thing that we can take along with us in all those future lives of light and life is our positive vibrations, the good things that we have learned in life that becomes a permant part of us as our personality and our Creators as we attain perfection in eternaity.

Slowly all that is not of the light and love will fade away, including our alter Ego. In this life I learned much aout the Ego especially through the ACIM- ( a Cource in Miracles) and with the help of the Holy Spirit I have learned finally how to deal with him or I ask the H.S. To deal with him when I can't, when he's presenting to much negative thoughts which are not mine, so I don't own them or images of the same negative vibes. One woud think that the closer one gets to the Light of Love the easier it would be but not so. He knows that he will die, that he is a creation of my mind from youth and was in a way a neccessary component of my personality. Just as Darkness must be allowed to exist for creation to be able to choose the light,(Free Will). But when we do choose the light of Love or God which is the same then the Darkness must fase away, as it was all an Illusion in the first place. So must the Ego fade away when we attain Ascension into the higher Dimensions staring with the 4^th, then the 5^th soon there after we hope.

Ones things for sure, the process I tried to use on the demon within and the Demons without, did not work. I tried, as a rebel Warrior to bring them to the light, the dark ones attacked me in many ways and my Ego fought all the way kicking and fighting until finally I realized that its better if I bring the light to the Darkness instead of trying to bring the darkness to the light. For instance if you are in a dark room and the room next to it is full of light and you open the door, the light will enter and disolve the Darkness into light and according to how much light enters the room will the darkness receed. So the light is much more powerfull than the darkness. If the Darkness was more powerfull then when you opened the door the Darkness would enter that room where the light was, but it cannot. So now I am learning to bring Love and light into a Dark world where the DC rule and Lucifer and Satan is supreme. Now as a warrior of the light I know that the light will disolve the Darkness in time. And to do this I must get my Warrior strenght from Source where all light and Love comes from, the Prime Creator, Michael of Nebadon. And by using contemplative medation ,I am able to reprogram myself in his image, sence I am part of him and he is part of me. I see the Spirit Realm through him and my Vison Quest becomes clear as I align with the light and he experences the lower realms of his creation through me and as I learn this greatest mystery of all time “LOVE” .

As Peace and joy, Happiness and Health are all part of this light and Love, then it is this that we take with us, it is this that becomes part and particle of our personality and it is only this that we can take with us. For the world holds nothing that we really want nor that we can take with us. And what more is there to life than learning to Love in the light. This great Mystery penetrates all of Creation, Creation could not be without this Love that is forever growing and changing that fills all life ,when it is received. So as we learn to forgive the world, our brothers and our past we begin to learn to Love ourselves. Surrender is the next Key, after Forgiveness to help us access our Creator and the light and Love that we desire so much. When we surrender and Love ourselves, others can Love us. For like attracts like, positive attracts positive and Love attracts more Love. So its a never ending chain. Spirituality in Truth is then larning about Love and the souse of Love and then how to tap into that source, so that we may sustain ourselves and be in the light and LOVE, be Happy, be in Peace, joy and Health. We ask you to think Bright Hearts on what love is. Does love to you bring positive or negative energy or emotions? Love on its own by merely looking at the word or even thinking about is really quite neutral. It only gains positive or negative connotations through the choices you make to how to accept or reject love. Love becomes positive or negative as a result of certain consequences that were chosen by you, not by the energy that moves with Love. Yes Bright Hearts love is infinite just as God is infinite; both have no boundaries. When you make the conscious choice to accept love for your Self, or when you share this love with others, you are expressing Mercy. Understand Bright Hearts, Mercy is described as compassion in action. Mercy is the action of love flowing freely without any boundaries. It is through Mercy that the unbiased energy of God is able to pass through each of you without causing any interruption to your day. God brings to you unbiased love Bright Hearts, providing you with the opportunity to make use of this energy when you need it. Understandingly when you choose to be merciful to others, you Bright Hearts are definitely demonstrating God in Action working through you and through this merciful interaction you are on the deeper level of the soul recognizing their own sacred divinity.

Your journey has provided you with many interesting turns. Some of the hurdles you had to overcome were extremely difficult. Some of the challenges produced heated discussions; poor use of words exchanged, stress was high, etc. You found the courage that is a part of you to carry on and continue. Through every experience you encounter, the good ones and the bad all have important lessons to teach you. Even in the most traumatic situation, there is something positive to gain. As you continue on your journey, an important aspect that will help provide healing is forgiveness. Forgiveness is an essential part of your healing. It is deep and extremely powerful and definitely divine. When you apply forgiveness to any situation that was difficult you are empowering a divine inner cleansing that will affect every part of your being. Forgiveness will reenergize your own subtle energy and bring you out of the depths of despair as it travels through your soul from God’s own Light and Love.

It is common after you worked forgiveness into the healing part of your journey you find yourself understanding the core of the situation that exploded with you in the middle. Your forgiveness does not condone or deny what had happened, nor does it ignore the negative behaviour that was demonstrated. Understand dear ones your words by themselves do not speak forgiveness, your feelings thoughts and actions must also work together as one. You cannot speak the words of forgiveness, yet still think unkindly thoughts. Forgiveness heals not only the other person but yourself as well. Forgiveness helps to remove any bitterness that often remains after many heated discussions occur.

It is absolutely true; learning to forgive is not an easy process. In order to forgive Bright Hearts, you must be willing to face those strong feelings you often bury with distractions; feelings of anger, shame, loss, hate, etc. When you bury these strong feelings, emotions often go with them and the intensity of each feeling increases often becoming so huge they become dark shadowy monsters that live within you until you find the strength and courage to face them all. And the best way to face these shadowy monsters in through your own Unconditional Love and pure acceptance.

When true forgiveness has settled in, you are able to let go of those negative feelings, and release their energy to God. Through your release, you inhale relief. As you release you receive a gift of understanding as the pain of the situation is replaced with love. The love you receive Bright Hearts is love for who you are at the moment of the release, love for who you were during the painful situation, love for those that caused you the pain and love for who you will become as a result. Before you can truly love others, you must be able to love yourself Bright Hearts, your whole self, not just the nice and pretty pieces. You must be able to love all your imperfections, your perfections and everything else in-between. Forgiveness works this way as well. During every situation, that brings pain and difficulty it is essential to forgive your Self. You, yourself deserves to have your own love and healing of forgiveness. As infinite as your soul is, it is also fragile. It carries all your cherished perfections and the imperfect aspects of each experience and it is your soul Bright Hearts that will through your own self-love bring you to your wholeness.

Don’t hide your true self that lives through your heart and soul. Break the walls that you have created to protect your soul and through your strength you will discover you do have the courage and trust of yourself to face all the experiences that are yet to come and you have the ability to nourish your Faith through the Love you have for your Self that is shared to you from God. God does love you. He is ceaselessly and unconditionally sending you His love. Many of you still work within the confining walls of your doubtful mind and question His love, but when you surrender your heart to Him, you will feel a great pour of Love enter you dear Bright Hearts and this love will touch every cell of your Self. God loves you completely and wholly. He loves you so much because through each of you His divine plan for mankind has hope of being fulfilled. Each of you carries a piece of His Divine Plan and He knows and trusts you will fulfill and help complete what you have been chosen to carry out.

God knows Bright Hearts because He is always with you that sometimes you add misery to your journey when you choose to deceive another, or act in jealous ways. Your negative actions do carry consequences because your conscience gives you a call throughout your day, reminding you what you did. We observe many of you trying to curse the negative memory away, but it is there not to punish you but to teach you Bright Hearts the error of your action. It is you that punishes you, God does not punish you, God still loves you even if choose to deceive another or act in jealous ways. When you notice you are hating yourself, that is you trying to punish you, it is not God in Action. God breathes satisfaction when He sees the Power of Forgiveness flow through you that is derived of Unconditional Love and acceptance. He forgives you too and through His forgiveness combined with your own, you discover the great strength within you that will transform any weakness of self into strength. God will always deliver unto you compassion, He loves you and He encourages you to continue growing and developing into His own image.

God loves it when you smile; He wants you to love and to exceed in all areas of your journey. When you give God a smile that demonstrates your heart and soul, you are pleasing Him. It is through your human concept of love that will continue to attempt to separate you from your true self. By allowing divine love to work through you, you will not separate from your true self but you will be able to see the multiplicity of your whole being through the completeness of God’s Love and Power working through you.

By surrendering your Heart to God, you are telling God you love Him and Trust in Him; your Faith in Him is wholesome and pure. God will continue to give you His love and devotion and will always take care of you. Through your ability to forgive and love yourself you ultimately bring your whole self into liberation from ignorance and needless concern of creating your perfection. Bright Hearts, God already loves you as you are.

Remember Bright Hearts, pure love holds an inner connection between your Self and God. It takes you from feeling and being limited into being unlimited. When you approach God, you use love. You cannot become one with God without Love Bright Hearts. Real soul-deep love is giving and developing your Self as being ONE with everything, all humanity and divinity. There is no possession. When you demonstrate soul-deep love with another you love the highest aspect of the person, the God-liked-ness part of them. Understand Bright Hearts, when you love from a soul-deep level you love the soul and this brings your Self into freedom. When you only love the body, you are attaching, not freeing yourself to the highest aspect of your being.

Remember Bright Hearts, nothing is greater or more powerful than love. Love is the inspiration behind your knowledge and wisdom. Love is portrayed when you pray and mediate when you say God’s name. When fear enters your mind Bright Hearts, counter that fear with Love and know God is right there with you. Don’t be so hard on yourself, truly forgive yourself and allow yourself to feel your own love.

Bank Profits Soar, Wages Suffer Sharpest Decline in 60 Years

JAISAL NOOR, TRNN PRODUCER: Welcome to The Real News Network. I'm Jaisal Noor in Baltimore. And welcome to the latest edition of The Black Financial and Fraud Report with Bill Black, who now joins us from Kansas City, Missouri.

Bill is an associate professor of economics and law at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He's a white-collar criminologist and former financial regulator. And he's the author of the book The Best Way to Rob a Bank Is to Own One.

Thank you for joining us, Bill.

BILL BLACK, ASSOC. PROF. ECONOMICS AND LAW, UMKC: Thank you.

NOOR: So, Bill, what can you tell us about this latest news from the first-quarter? Bank profits soared to record levels while wages suffered their sharpest decline since 1947.

BLACK: What it all adds up to, of course: it is a very good time and a very good country to be a plutocrat, because the rich are getting richer at a staggering rate and poor people are actually getting poorer, just like the same saying goes.

So we've got a series of news that it has just come in this week. One thing shows that we have the largest decline in wages. Boy, that's a big win. And that follows--that's for the first quarter of 2013. And that follows what was a huge quarter for income in the fourth quarter, in other words the last three months of 2012. But, of course, there's a footnote on that. And that huge quarter at the end of last year was to beat the tax increase. So that was the massive payment of bonuses to the wealthiest Americans. So they made sure the wealthiest Americans got their money before the tax increases kicked in.

And what happened as soon as we got back to the regular economy? Well, wages haven't simply stalled; they've actually gotten negative. And productivity is up, which is supposed to mean that wages are up, but wages have gone in the opposite direction. So that's the news on the wages front.

On the bank profit front, hey, we've got the highest reported profits ever for the first quarter of this year. Now, the twist in all of this is that the statistics, when you look at them closely, show the banks weren't all that profitable in their regular operations, because, of course, they're not making all that much in the way of loans and such. They're mostly sitting on their money.

So how did the banks report record profits, but when they were doing their day-to-day business they weren't earning all that much in the way of super profits? And the answer to all of that is that they reversed out a whole bunch of reserves for future losses, which is the same game they played leading up to the crisis. So reserves for those massive future losses, they've made them lower and lower. At the end of 2006, they had gotten to the lowest level of reserves against future losses in history since the savings and loan debacle. And we all know how disastrously this ended. Well, guess what? We're at the record low again in 2007.

And this is how the accounting works. Every dollar they take out of reserves for future losses is an additional dollar they can pay in bonuses to the top executives. So the wealthier are getting wealthier at a record rate in banking as well.

So what else is happening? Well, we have record stock market appreciation. In fact, there's a neat headline that says that when you disregard inflation--which of course you can't--the losses that people suffered in the Great Recession have now been made back. It took a lot of years to do it, but they've made it back. But, of course, there's a footnote, and the footnote says this: well, regular people haven't, but people who own stock have made out like bandits. They've had a recovery measured by $1.5 trillion, and 80 percent of that gain goes to the 20 percent of richest Americans. So, hey, stock market--great news for the wealthy.

Well, but there was also some potential good news. So housing prices have finally started to go upwards. And that's good news for all kinds of Americans who own their homes. But, again, there's a little hitch in all of this, 'cause it turns out that for the first time in American history, a huge portion of these gains are going to massive corporations and investment firms and hedge fund types, and they are because they're making massive purchases of homes at distressed prices to serve as what we call in the trade vulture funds and to sell it back to regular folks when those housing prices have appreciated. So a lot of this gain in housing prices is not going to regular people; it's going to go to the hedge fund executives, who are already the wealthiest people in the world.

And how does all of this sum it up? Well, I did a paper recently on the Nobel Prize awarded to Mr. Myerson. Dr. Myerson got this award in 2007 when the world was blowing up, and he got the award for proving that fraud couldn't exist in the financial sector. And he proved this by assuming that fraud couldn't exist. And his mechanism for assuming that fraud doesn't exist is plutocracy. And indeed he says the great advantage of the market system compared to socialism is that we have billionaires, and he says that people who are not that rich, in other words, ordinary multimillionaires who are CEOs, if they act rationally--that's his word--will loot their corporations.

And so the only safe thing we can do is to make some segment of Americans billionaires--in fact, probably multibillionaires--so they can run our largest corporations and made--be made into mega-billionaires. So you get a Nobel Prize for creating a system that leads to recurrent intensifying financial crises that caused $10 billion in losses in the United States and the loss of $10 million jobs. And we are told that we're supposed to be happy and bless the system because it creates plutocrats who have incomes in the multibillion dollars who, when there is a crisis--in the words of Myerson in another article, people who are poor should pay taxes to bail out billionaire bankers, because that will be good for the poor people. That's the status of economics in the modern era.

NOOR: So, Bill, it would seem like the dominoes are in a row for another massive financial meltdown. Would you disagree?

BLACK: No, that's exactly what they're putting in place. And they're going to make the folks wealthy on both ends, right? We're told that they have to be made billionaires so that they can invest prudently during the expansion phase of the bubble. And as soon as they destroy the economy, we're told that we have to bail them out and make them ever wealthier. And the way we do all of these things increases the rewards to fraud and reduces the penalty to fraud, and especially in the modern era where you can dilute with impunity under the administration's too-big-to-prosecute-or-even-indict standard.

NOOR: And finally, Bill, where are the movements that are challenging these policies?

BLACK: Well, they're certainly not in either of the major parties. There are, of course, progressives within the Democratic Party, and they do some things, but in truth, both parties' leadership are heavily dependent on funding from the largest banks and from other plutocrats. You've just seen the the Obama administration put a Pritzker in a cabinet position where the Pritzkers have a terrible reputation. And you saw that the Republicans, who usually block anyone that Obama nominates, were more than happy to have one of those wealthy folks, who is one of their kind, in a cabinet position.

So the dissent remains on places that are not typically found in the mainstream media, the Occupy movements and such. And, you know, it's going to be the next crisis before there's any serious chance of serious reform.

The “Anti-Christ” is the Illuminati. Now here’s a subject that’s just crying out to be heard. The word conspiracy was just made for him. This is the group of super mega rich people, global elitists. Most all are bankers, although they meddle in politics. Actually they are the governments behind the governments, and own and control most of the major industries of the world. And all of this control is done behind the scenes; most people don’t know who is really in control. All together they own 90 percent of the world’s natural resources and commercial land. The Illuminati is an extremely evil organization that formed the NWO and their motto is “order out of chaos.” They create the problems and then they present the solutions. They are the nemesis of the Anti-Christ. And the Anti-Christ, SSG,( sinister secret government), DC-Dark Cabal.The shadow government ,global elitist, mega rich, NWO, Big Brother, evil empire and dark forces are all names for the Illuminati.

I first heard and read a book about them 25 years ago and then again in Australia 20 years ago. Then in 1992 I bought the book Behold a Pale Horse by William Cooper, an ex-Naval intelligence officer. His book was the best at the time. Exposing the military's involvement in the Illuminati’s He was shot by the police five years later and died in that shoot-out at his house. He became a martyr. Alex Jones picked up where he left off and is still going very strong today, with books, and now documentary videos and his own radio show and appears on coast to coast am (C2C).

Plus his website “Prison Planet,” or infowars.com but there are many more now out there, like Daniel Estulin of Canada, living in Spain (who authors books and now a video about the NWO Bilderbergers), exposing the elite group of evil people who are planning and carrying out their plan for a one world government (NWO) which they control completely. Estulin is also a guest on C2C. There are many books and DVDs out now from others as well.

I believe David Icke’s books and now his new videos made with Chris Everard, a video photographer, are one of the best because not only do they expose the NWO, but they give some answers of how to deal with them. I do agree with most of the things they teach. They blend some of this spiritual energy into their work. Icke was also on C2C many times. They also have a web site www.EnigmaTV.com. They are planning on releasing a 35 mm movie soon. Right now they have about six videos you can order. There documentaries have a interesting British point of view. And just in time because the Illuminati plans to have completely collapsed the world money market by end of 2009, creating the Greatest Depression of all time. They plan to install the One World Government (NWO) by 2013 or (2014?).

This organization of the richest of bankers, elitists, goes way back to the time of Christ Jesus. But it wasn’t until 1776 in Bavaria “Europe” that one person decided to organize the banker group. His name was Adam Weishaupt. It is said that the first official banks of the world came from the Knights Templar of the free masons. They celebrated a satanic calendar of high holy days on the first of May each year. This festival of strange occult practices marked the official beginning, but the real planning was in the works since the time of Jesus. Maybe that is another reason why Jesus said, “Woe be ye money changers,” meaning the ones exchanging different currency for religion tithe and or bankers.

The Rothschild family took this satanic group a step further and created the Illuminati, becoming the first family of the inner circle. They became filthy rich by banking and investing in wars. They funded and sold war materials to both sides. They even raised and lowered the stock markets by knowing ahead of time the outcome of many wars. The most famous was Napoleon’s War, which he lost in the end, and the Rothschild family made a lot of money from it.

They became so large and powerful that the elder Rothschild sent his five sons to each major country in Europe in the 19^th century and they all became mega rich. They took control over each country through the central bank which they owned. They controlled all the currencies giving out promissory notes with only 10 percent gold or silver backing it. They then printed and loaned play paper money called “fiat money” to the governments with interest.

They bought out one square mile of London City to build their British Central Bank. Even though they called it British Central Bank it wasn’t British or even owned by Britain. But the name made people think it was. They later did the same in the US, they created the Federal Reserve and because of the name Federal people thought it was the government but of course it wasn't.

It happened the same way in America. As the mega banker family's collapsed the currency there and then brought in their own. They started the Federal Reserve Banking System. But again it’s not the Federal government. So it’s just a name to make people think it belongs to the federal government. It is really comprised of private bankers (world bankers). This was done by the Rothschild, Morgan and Rockefeller families and other banking families who were involved in the takeover of the control and issuance of British, European, and U.S. currencies.

As Rockefeller later said, “I don’t care who runs the country if I can control the money.” In other words, whoever controls the money controls the country. Now these governments borrowed all of this so called fiat money to run their countries from this handful of bankers, including the Habsburgs and Rockefeller families, who were some of the richest people in the world next to the Rothschild family.

Basically these mega rich families control the whole world through control of the fiat currency. Other families joined them like Harry Oppenheimer from South Africa who became king of the diamonds which they stole from the African people. They control 90 percent of the world market for diamonds. His father was from Germany, as was the Rothschild family who owned the first diamond mines as well. These families work together today on many untold projects in Africa including one of the world’s largest spy system bases. They own and control the CIA and British Intelligence Agency plus all the major spy agencies around the world including the ex-KGB.

But it’s not just these three families, although they are the top ones who basically control the first group of what’s called the inner circle of 10. It was originally 15 families, then 13, then two families killed each other off and that left 11 in the circle. Now we’re back to where I spoke of before, around about the same time this NWO became official. They were joined by the Reptilian Shape Shifters who were the first to present to them how to control the whole world someday through banking by controlling and issuing the fiat money. And the Reptilians also explained how to install control over governments and their people.

This is how it’s done. Money is loaned to governments and when it comes time to pay back the bankers their money, plus interest, many times the countries could not. So the bankers suggest imposing a high tax upon the people to pay them back. And that’s exactly what they are doing even up to this day. Anyway, the eleventh member of the inner circle, the Reptilian Shape Shifters, was taken away by a Reptilian Shape Shifter Ranger, so that left only 10 families. These 10 families are still the richest people in the world today. I believe these 10 families represent the 10 horns of the beast in the revelations. (Also see Global Crisis News).

So that is the first or inner circle. These 10 families then control 30 families who are the next richest in the world. That’s the second circle. And the third circle consists of 300 families who are very rich and control 300 countries through each of their central bank systems. They control the fiat money. They produce it and tell each country what it is worth according to the U.S. dollar which they control as well. And there is no more gold behind the U.S. money, only oil. Fort Knox is empty. Five of the ten families we think we know; Rothschild, Rockefellers’, Astor’s. Hapsburgs, Vanderbilt’s. The rest of the inner circle is not known for sure. This inner circle meets regularly with the other two circles in there Headquarters of the Baltimore estate a 240 room estate owned by the Vanderbilt’s, in Ashland N.C. In Which parts of it is open to the public, strange huh.

The gold is in the Europe banks of Holland, Belgium and Germany where all of these plans started so long ago. Soon the new Euro will come out with 10 percent gold behind it and it will then become the new world currency, even more than the current silver-backed Euro which has nearly doubled against the U.S. dollar (in November 2007) since it came out in 2000. But that currency won’t last long.

When the U.S. dollar completely sinks to nothing against the new Euro, the bankers will then issue a new currency for the new country that they will create called the Northern Union, being Canada, USA and Mexico. Belize will probably be first to join the new Central American Union. The new currency will be called the Ameruro and will be backed by 20 to 30 percent silver until both world currencies will be made illegal or be replaced by the 666 (credit cards and the mark of the beast implant chips) as in the revelations prophecies and predictions. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) with credit money status.

And what does revelation mean? It means to reveal. I can hardly do them the justice of revealing what I know in only one chapter. Our space brothers call them the SSG. The secret sinister government is a good name for them. They really consist of more than a hundred groups which we will get into soon, “the invisible controlling the visible.”

But first let’s talk about their Agenda. Their plans are to annihilate (kill off) 95 percent of the world’s population by 2012 or 2016 (that’s six billion people) when they plan to install the NWO Government and take over the world by force. They are now speeding up their plan because the cat’s out of the bag or the genie is out of the bottle. In other words, many people now know about them and their sinister plans for an evil world government and our space brothers can’t stop them under their law of non-interference unless the universe is endangered. That’s why it is called the secret world government, because most people don’t know or are in denial that they even exist.

Most people of the world were just busy chasing after the almighty dollar (false god) an IDOL which the SSG created and controls even to this day. Most governments of every major country are now under the control of the world mega bankers (global elites). At one time each country printed and owned their own money, so they wouldn’t go into debt. If they did go into debt they just printed more money, hopefully with more gold or silver behind it. In the very old days before promissory notes there were only gold, silver, copper and bronze coins, real money. But today it’s all only paper, fiat promissory notes or play money, with nothing of worth behind it, thanks to those world bankers.

Except there are some currencies that have value like the Swiss Franc which has value but no silver behind it and the English pound with 5-10 percent silver behind it and a few others. The present Euro dollar had ten or fifteen percent silver behind it as well and there are a few others like the ruble (Russia) and the yen (Japan). These are the currencies the rich and other wise people buy because they know they can turn it in for silver or gold and that’s why the Arabs and other oil countries are starting to get the Euro dollars for the promise to be soon backed by gold, instead of the US dollar which is only backed by oil and promises. They don’t want more oil. They want something more precious for their oil than play money. The Chinese are buying up Gold with there US play dollar, to back up there currency, which could soon be stronger than the US dollar.

These sinister secret government people now own 90 percent of the world’s natural resources. They own all the major oil companies, except maybe some of those in Saudi Arabia. They own the seven major companies of the world, starting with the insurance companies. They control legal pharmaceutical drugs and illegal drugs. Industries they own and control include metals and precious metals, as well as the war manufacturing companies for the big wars they create. They own and control the energy companies such as electricity. They own and control the major food companies, including the seeds, fertilizers and chemicals they distribute, as well as the farmers through the bank loans they provide.

The NWO owns and controls the seven major news and media companies (communication companies) like television, radio and newspapers. And these seven own and control most all of the local ones. This is happening throughout the world, not just in America where they have the strongest control. They own most of the world’s prestige land. They own 90 percent of the diamonds and precious stones. They own and control the major gold and silver companies as well as copper, iron, steel, bronze and other precious metals. They control the prices of all of these items throughout the world. They control the market value of them as well. They own and control the major stock companies throughout the world. And most of this ownership is secret as we have seen in the last several decades, with larger companies buying out smaller ones, whether it’s banks or manufacturing companies. They say that in the USA only 30 companies own and control the 300 major companies on the stock market.

David Cameron has been accused of joining the "unaccountable clique of Davos men" after he attended the secretive Bilderberg group meeting at the luxury Grove hotel in Watford, a move that raised questions about his pledge to lead Britain's most transparent government.

Douglas Carswell, the Tory MP who campaigns for transparency in government, said the prime minister was taking part in a "cliche fest" whose participants had helped crash the global financial system. Davos is the town in Switzerland that hosts an annual meeting of global political and business leaders.

Cameron came under fire after Downing Street said it was acting in an open manner by publicising his attendance at the annual Bilderbergmeeting in advance. The prime minister's spokesman, who said heads of government of countries hosting the annual Bilderberg meeting were usually invited to attend, said it would be a private event and that civil servants would not accompany Cameron.

Ministers are usually expected to be accompanied by civil service note-takers when they meet business leaders. Henri de Castries, the chairman and CEO of Axa Group, is the Bilderberg chairman.

The prime minister's spokesman said: "He will participate in a discussion around domestic and global economic issues. He feels it is an opportunity to discuss economic issues with senior ministers, businesspeople and academics."

Downing Street said it would not publicise any details of the meeting: "It is a private meeting so we are not going to go into any further details."

David Cameron is attending the Bilderberg Group meeting but will not disclose details of his secret talks.

"On a wider point the prime minister has always been clear about the importance of transparency which is why this government has taken a number of steps in terms of publishing more data, more information about meetings."

Carswell told the Guardian: "Given the dreadful state that most European countries are in – and given the appalling public policy failures that landed us in this mess – you would have thought the least our ruling elite could do is discuss these issues in public. This is only going to add to the idea that we are governed by an unaccountable clique of Davos men.

"I am sure in reality they will be recycling all the cliches you can find in the FT and the Economist. I don't think that great leaders like Margaret Thatcher and Ronald Reagan attended the Bilderberg."

Carswell added that Eurosceptics were likely to be concerned that the prime minister was interested in hearing from a group whose steering committee included five prominent European integrationists – the ex-chancellor Kenneth Clarke, the Belgian aristocrat and former European commission vice-president Viscount Étienne Davignon, the former British ambassador to the EU Lord Kerr of Kinlochard, the former Irish EU commissioner Peter Sutherland and the former European Central Bank president Jean-Claude Trichet.

Carswell said: "I am absolutely not a conspiracy theorist but it is striking that the grandees invited to this self-selecting little clique all tend to regurgitate the same failed orthodoxies. It doesn't matter whether it is the same failed orthodoxy of Europeanism or the fallacy that cheap credit and low interest rates can make us rich – they are the same washed-up ideas of the last 20 years. It is a cliche fest."

Cameron and Nick Clegg pledged when they formed the coalition to lead the most transparent government to date. The coalition agreement said: "The government believes that we need to throw open the doors of public bodies, to enable the public to hold politicians and public bodies to account."

The ministerial code, published by the government in September 2010, said ministers' external meetings would be published on a quarterly basis. It says: "Ministers meet many people and organisations and consider a wide range of views as part of the formulation of government policy. Departments will publish, at least quarterly, details of ministers' external meetings."

No 10 said it did not believe that civil servants would accompany the prime minister. It took Downing Street five hours to confirm this. It said that the meeting would be recorded "in the usual way".

Cameron's attendance brings to three the number of British ministers at this year's summit. George Osborne is also attending and Kenneth Clarke is a member of the steering committee. The Bilderberg group says the costs of the meeting are the responsibility of the steering group, whose members include former Barclays chairman Marcus Agius, the CEO of the defence manufacturer EADS, Thomas Enders, and the Goldman Sachs International chairman, Peter Sutherland.

The group says: "There is no detailed agenda, no resolutions are proposed, no votes are taken, and no policy statements are issued." And no-one knows what is going on !

Bilderberg opponents say the private meetings should be open to public scrutiny.

In the southern English town of Watford, two entirely separate worlds and vastly different mindsets are coming into close proximity.

They might as well be a million miles apart.

Because there is not the remotest chance that the likes of Christine Lagarde, the International Monetary Fund managing director, or Douglas Flint, HSBC's chairman, will ever rub shoulders in Watford with Controversy Clown or Judd Charlton the conspiracy ventriloquist.

Ms Lagarde, Mr Flint and a whole host of VIPs from politics, banking, business and royalty are staying in the luxurious Grove Hotel and leisure complex.

They are the Bilderberg Group, movers and shakers invited to move and shake behind closed doors.

No press, no public, no agenda, no statements, no questions: some would say no accountability.

Across a little valley there is a motley collection of non-movers and shakers.

Veterans of the protest circuit

These are activists, protesters and conspiracy theorists, some dressed as clowns, who have gathered in a field to demonstrate their displeasure with the private deliberations going on at the Grove.

They are the Bilderberg Fringe.

Less than half a mile separates Bilderberg Group and Fringe.

But a fence has been erected, and the hotel golf course, patrolled by police and security guards, acts as a cordon sanitaire between the two.

The drone of helicopters overhead is met with shouts of derision: the movement of police patrols by sarcastic renditions of the theme from Dad's Army or Laurel and Hardy.

But the mood among Fringe-goers is good-natured. They have come from all over Britain, and some from abroad.

Many of them know each other. They are veterans of the protest circuit.

And this is the nearest they have ever got to Bilderberg. Previously the event has been almost secret.

Now at least they have a field in which to protest.

'The ultimate conspiracy'

The stated aim of the Bilderberg Group is to provide an opportunity for leaders to discuss the challenges facing Europe and the United States, free from the constraints of office.

But for the protesters the Bilderberg Group is perhaps the ultimate conspiracy.

It is where the bosses of multinational companies and banking corporations get to bend the ear of politicians and decision makers.

The protesters see it not so much as a discussion forum, but the place where real decisions are made, without anyone on the outside being any the wiser.

Many of the Bilderberg delegates arrive at the Grove by private helicopter.

Those who are chauffeur-driven through the gates prefer to hide behind darkened windows and unfurled newspapers.

They are greeted by cat calls and questions about their parentage in a fleeting moment of discomfort as they are whisked up the hotel drive, and it provides a little flash of excitement for Fringe-goers.

But the main hullaballoo is reserved for the Fringers' own version of VIP.

He is the man who helped organise the infamous online petition to have Piers Morgan deported from the US because of the Briton's call for gun control laws after the Sandy Hook elementary school massacre.

His appearance on Morgan's TV show - a one-man shoutfest - was an internet sensation that enthralled and appalled millions.

Jones is the conspiracy theorists' all-purpose shock jock. And he has come to Watford with all guns blazing: Nazi plots, the new world order, you name it.

"I have come to expose one of the most powerful structures in the corporate shadow world government," he told BBC World Service's World Business Report.

"We know what goes on inside of there. Policy is being set in these meetings.

"This is a real global shadow government that they tried to deny.

"Now we have forced everybody to admit that it is going on," he says.

Jones rails against the "filthy parasites" assembled in their luxury hotel; against the "massive ring of steel patrolled by taxpayer-funded police"; against the "Bilderberg police state", and Britain's "German" Royal Family.

"Basically the United States established Bilderberg with the CIA at the helm in 1954, with the UK power structure and what was left of the European power structure, under the Marshall Act, to merge it all under a corporate governance structure."

Jones knows how to pull a crowd.

A message for the VIPs - but not yet

By comparison Judd Charlton the conspiracy ventriloquist and Controversy Clown are both rather understated.

You can see Judd's lips move as his puppet partner Phyllis Meadowsweet lambasts the Bilderberg "gangsters".

Phyllis says: "We've basically come to bring chaos to this new world order of theirs, because we combat evil. We're superheroes."

But Judd insists he is off-duty because this is not television, and says he is really a good ventriloquist, as well as a first-rate conspiracy theorist.

Controversy relies on pathos.

Sweating in his clown's costume, his red nose begins to slide off as he stares wistfully at the luxury hotel on the hill.

"Something is wrong. Look around us, what's going on? Bilderberg is just the icing on the cake."

Controversy says he has a message for the Bilderberg VIPs - for the likes of Henry Kissinger, General David Petraeus, George Osborne, Timothy Geithner et al. But he's not quite sure yet what it is.

Which is sort of controversial.

Santa Monica College was placed on lockdown Friday after reports that a suspect fired a gun inside a campus building just before noon.

Seven people -- including the gunman -- were confirmed dead, the Los Angeles Timesand CBS report.

Two of the victims, found in a burning Santa Monica house, are believed to be the brother and father of the gunman, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Jacqueline Seabrooks, Chief of the Santa Monica Police Department, described the incident as a series of shootings that began on a residential block and ended on the Santa Monica College campus. Two bodies were found in a house on the 2000 block of Yorkshire Avenue just before noon and a home was on fire, Seabrooks said at a press conference at 4:30 p.m. PST. Then the gunman moved westward toward campus, firing at cars, including a bus and police vehicle and killing at least two people, the Los Angeles Times and AP report.

Police officers exchanged gunfire with the suspect on campus, before the suspect ran into the college library, Seabrooks said. The suspect allegedly shot a woman and accosted other patrons of the library before officers shot at him in the building. He retreated, and authorities shot and killed him on campus.

An evacuee named Daniel Kraft tweeted a photo of an unidentified body on campus grounds. It's unknown whether the body is dead or alive, but Kraft told CNN that he believes he took a photo of the alleged shooter.

The suspect was described as a white male between the ages of 25 and 30 years old and was believed to have been wearing all black and a ballistic vest, Seabrooks said. She said that police are "not convinced 100 percent that the suspect who was killed operated in solo or a lone capacity."

Police are about "90 percent certain" that the campus has been cleared of any additional suspects, Santa Monica College Police Chief Albert Vasquez said at the 4:30 p.m. press conference. One person of interest was arrested and is in custody.

Three female patients were receiving care at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, said a hospital spokesperson to The Huffington Post. One of the female patients died of abdominal gunshot wounds, Dr. Marshall Morgan, chief of emergency medicine at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, said at a press conference at 3:30 p.m. PST. Another female patient was in critical condition and in surgery. The third female patient was in serious but stable condition.

Three other people were being treated at UCLA Medical Center, Santa Monica. They were all being treated for non-critical injuries relating to the incident but none of them were shot, Dr. Morgan said.

California Highway Patrol spokeswoman Officer Kerri Rivas walked HuffPost through the timeline of Friday's shooting from the point of view of the CHP.

11:55 a.m.: CHP began receiving multiple phone calls reporting a man dressed in black standing on a street corner. The reports varied in description: witnesses described him as either fully armed, holding a shotgun or holding several different weapons.

11:59 a.m.: CHP started fielding calls that the gunman was actively shooting at a bus and that there were injured parties inside the vehicle (See a photo of the bus with gunshots). At that point CHP officials were able to confirm with the Santa Monica Police Department that they had an active shooter on their hands.

12:17 p.m.: Santa Monica College students heard screams and shots being fired inside the library.

1:29 p.m.: SMPD confirmed they had one shooter in custody. From then on, the department began the process of containing and clearing the entire campus in search of other victims and suspects.

2:11 p.m.: At the time of HuffPost's call, authorities were continuing to clear the campus. The process could take several hours.

Jimes Gillespie, 20, told The Associated Press he was in the college's library studying when he heard the gunfire, and he and dozens of other students began fleeing the three-story building.
"As I was running down the stairs I saw one of the gunmen," said Gillespie, who described the shooter as a white man in his 20s, wearing cornrows in his hair and black overalls. He said the man was carrying a shotgun.
Gillespie believes there were two shooters because he heard two kinds of gunfire – a shotgun and a handgun – but only saw one person.
"The shotgun blast was first. It was either him or the partner who shot eight to 10 handgun shots," Gillespie said. "Then after I saw the gunman I heard more shots and I ran out of the library through the emergency exit."
As Gillespie ran away across campus, he said he saw a car in front of the English building that was riddled with bullet holes, had shattered windows and a baby's car seat in the back.

An arson and explosives team was on its way to the library after reports that the shooter left bags in the building, ABC7 tweeted shortly after noon. Photos on social media reveal that a SWAT team is on scene near the campus.

The college issued this statement about the incident:

There have been reports of a shooter on the main SMC campus. The college is on lock-down. This means that if you are on campus, stay out of open spaces, stay in doors, lock all doors and do not open the doors until you receive an all clear from college officials. If you are off campus, do not come to campus.

As a precaution, the Santa Monica Police Department put all Santa Monica public schools on lockdown at 12:15 p.m. PST. Superintendent Sandra Lyon released a statement asking parents and caregivers to wait for official word before coming to schools to pick up their children.

President ? Barack Obama was about three miles away from the scene at a Democratic Party fundraiser. He was scheduled to deliver remarks around 12:30 p.m. PST. The Secret Service says the President's? trip was not impacted by the shooting.

"We are aware of the incident and it is not impacting the visit," said Secret Service Spokesman Edwin M. Donovan at the time. "It’s a local police matter at this point."

The college is in the midst of final exams. All finals scheduled on the main campus for Friday and Saturday will be rescheduled, the college said in a statement. The school is providing on-campus counseling for students and employees throughout the weekend and next week as well as 24-hour hotline support.

Santa Monica College is a two-year community college with approximately 34,000 students. The 38-acre college is open-campus and less than two miles from the beach. The school opened in 1929.

The New Age has arrived, and signs of it are apparent everywhere as the field of divine Love continues to flow across the planet, embracing all in Its path; and there are very few who are not in Its path. A major and very determined effort is required of anyone who might choose not to be influenced by Love’s ever intensifying and entrancing energy field. It is God’s Will that humanity throw off the mantle of pain and suffering in which it has chosen to envelop itself for so long, and humanity has now chosen to align its collective will with God’s – that is what the New Age is all about, aligning your will with God’s – and is doing so by throwing off the ephemeral veil of fear and separation in which you had wrapped yourselves, temporarily.

Many of you are making new and delighted connections with strangers as Love enters into every heart that has not made an exceedingly determined effort to remain closed. You are flowing along on the current of Love towards your inevitable awakening, so be glad, relax, give thanks, and know that all is divinely taken care of, as it always has been. Expect to make new friends and acquaintances as your hearts open into the field of Love embracing you, and bask in the warmth of that shared Love.

There is no such thing as “predestination.” That is a concept, based on fear, which was invented to try to explain suffering as something inflicted by God upon those who displeased Him, and were therefore effectively damned as opposed to those who were “righteous in His sight” and would be saved. The idea was that you were predestined for salvation and heaven, or for damnation and hell, and that you could do nothing to alter that state of affairs. Obviously that is nonsense. All sentient life is dear to God’s Heart, and all will come to experience the infinite wonder of His eternal Love for them, regardless of any “crimes” or “evil actions” that they appear to have committed.

Only Love is real, and it is therefore eternal. Anything unloving, no matter how much pain and suffering it may appear to cause, is unreal and will fade away with the illusion once you release yourselves from any apparent need that you have to hold on to it. And that is what you are presently in the process of doing: shaking the dust of the illusion from your feet as you leave it behind, and moving forwards as you make the constant intent to be loving in every moment.

Once you make that intent, and ask for help from your guides and mentors in the spiritual realms to maintain it, then you are on your way Home and nothingcan prevent your arrival. It is still possible for you to deviate from your path if you become intentionally unloving in a situation, but very quickly awareness of this deviation will break into your consciousness, allowing you to release the unloving intent and forgive yourself and anyone you may have unwisely judged or blamed. Love is your nature. And the distractions of the illusion are becoming less and less appealing for you, which is why you have made the irreversible decision to awaken. Any deviations from your loving intent to align yourselves with the holy Will of God will be brief, because the flame of Love within your hearts is burning ever more brightly as each day passes, and to remain unaware, unconscious, insensitive to Its constant presence within you is impossible.

The flame of Love within each one of you — the guiding Light leading you Home — is intense, powerful, and there is no way that you can keep it permanently hidden, denied, or ignored. It will shine forth, and even if you have spent lifetimes denying or ignoring It, It has never left you even for a moment, but has waited patiently and lovingly for the first and smallest change in your attitude or belief that demonstrates that you are becoming ready to acknowledge It once more. That moment is now, and it is becoming ever harder for anyone to bear a grudge or a resentment. Whereas before, many on Earth enjoyed holding on to grudges with a sense of bitter satisfaction as they planned vengeance or restitution against the one who had hurt or offended them; now that sense of satisfaction is hollow or lacking, and they are puzzled.

That is an early sign of awakening. If it happens to you, welcome it and rejoice. Your times for bitterness are at an end! Maybe you were even unaware of clinging to rancor or a need to punish, but now that the sense of closure it brought is fading, you are becoming aware of it. That can be shocking because you maybe saw yourself as kind and accepting, and your satisfaction came partly from your self-image as a person who did not hold a grudge, whereas in truth — as has now become apparent — you did.

Forgive yourself! There is no advantage or redemption in self-blame or guilt. You made an error; you have seen it and corrected it, and by doing so, you have released another unloving aspect of self, making more space available within you for Love to dwell. In truth, you are blameless and guiltless.

Blame and guilt are illusory concepts which tie you to the illusion by making you feel unworthy of knowing God, much less of basking in the warmth of His eternal embrace. But that is where you belong! That is where you have your eternal existence. You just forgot that momentarily, as you played in the illusion. Now that unreal playtime is ending as you prepare to return to enjoy eternal, totally absorbing and creative play in Reality — your only Home.
