It’s been said that every form of desire is ultimately a desire to know our creator (and to know ourselves as our creator). All of the longing we experience, which we convince ourselves is for material things, loving relationships, etc. is really a longing for a greater perception; a communion with our creator, who expresses infinite love to all of its children.

Everything we long for here on earth is a mask that hides our true desire; our true longing, which, little do we know, is for a higher state of consciousness where we understand the blissful, spiritual nature of our existence.

We live in a place that seems empty of love or spirituality. Love exists on earth, but it’s minimized to a purely romantic concept that doesn’t do justice to its true purpose. Similarly, controlled religions have distorted our understanding of Source, and we’re taught to believe in a limited, human version of our creator that was clearly thought up by man.

Every religion contains truth and untruth, and that’s why I’m okay with throwing the occasional quote from the Bible (or other religious books) in these articles. Most of us know by now that contemporary religion is highly and purposefully distorted, however, and this is why so many people have turned away from spirituality.

Hardly anyone wants to sit in a church and hear about how they’re miserable sinners who are basically hated by a vengeful creator who’ll send them to hell in an instant if they don’t act right, but most people don’t understand that this is a massively incorrect portrayal of our creator that’s been pushed by religious leaders who want to control the masses.

Control is the main purpose of contemporary religion, but we can transcend all of its nonsense and discover a real, lasting connection with our creator, who, as we’ll discover, loves its children unconditionally and would never want to hurt us or send us to a fiery inferno.


Because our perception of Source is so skewered, we go about our lives looking for things to fill the spiritual void, which is caused by our disconnection from our essence; our Christ consciousness; whatever you want to call the flowing, omnipotent creative/spiritual space within.

Most people don’t sustain their spiritual connections because they don’t even know they exist, and the first thing that pops into their heads when they think of spirituality is religion, which controls its followers with guilt and unrelenting worship.

Since they know religion is distorted and they think it’d be their only real connection with their creator (who, again, their perception of is skewered), they look for a way to satisfy that gap between them and a greater perception.

Most people try to fill it with material things that only satisfy for a short time before they become undesirable, and when the first materialistic high wears off, they do anything they can to continue filling the void and making themselves happy.

All they need to do is consider that God and spirituality could be real and could have nothing to do with distorted religion to discover the greatest secret that’s ever been kept from mankind. Then, all of their worries, pains, fears and desires would be gradually replaced with an unhindered connection with Source, who they’ll discover is a God of pure love and compassion.

Our creator doesn’t hate us, and Source doesn’t want to punish us for what we do in the lower vibrations. The point of the lower vibrations is to grow, learn and refine our consciousness to the point that we can ascend into ever higher dimensions, where our understanding of ourselves as our creator will continue to expand.

Our existence in the lower spheres would be pointless if our creator punished us for doing the ‘wrong’ things, and as we’re learning, ‘right’ and ‘wrong’ are as illusory as these lower vibrations we live in. In truth, we can never do anything ‘wrong’ in the eyes of our creator, and Source loves the evilest, most villainous people.

Our creator even loves the elitist forces who use politics, media and religion to keep us mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually oppressed, and if that doesn’t show us that Source loves everyone, nothing will.

If our benevolent creator can find love for the most hateful people, then it stands to reason that he/she won’t hate us for the misaligned things we do while we’re here, which, for the most part, we don’t even realize are misaligned.

Our desires will gradually fade when we learn to replace them with a desire to know Source and the spiritual nature of our existence, but wanting to connect with Source won’t completely diminish them by itself. I consider myself a pretty spiritual person, but I abandon my spirituality at times for materialism or whatever distraction is placed before me.

Becoming aware isn’t enough by itself, and we have to put our awareness to good use if we want to really know ourselves or our creator. We’ll want to keep our spiritual links as strong and flowing as we can, and the best way to do this seems to be to continuously hone our creative/spiritual connections.

Writing and music are great ways to keep our links with spirit strong, and some people intuitively connect with and/or channel their inner voice (which can be called the ‘higher self’), their spiritual guides and other entities who they believe help them with their growth from the higher realms.

There are plenty of things we can do, but in everything, our willingness to keep exploring our consciousness is important. We’ll only go so far if we only want to know Source, and at a certain point, we’ll have to replace that simple desire with concrete action to get ourselves there.

Keeping our spiritual links strong and flowing can be easier than we expect, but it still requires some effort. We still have to do something to get there, and for most of us, living in love and humility as we hone our creativity and spirituality is the best way to stay connected with ourselves and our creator.

Knowing ourselves is important to knowing our creator, and the spiritual path requires us to take serious, discerning looks at ourselves so we can get rid of things that no longer serve us and welcome things that do. We might end up making a lot of personal changes we never expected to make, but it’ll all be worth it in the end.

The more we embrace spirituality and the idea that our creator is benevolent and all-loving, the less we’ll care about feeding the material world, with all of its distractions and subversions. We’ll discover that reconnecting with our essence is our main reason for being here, and we might even part ways with things we once enjoyed as we explore and expand our awareness.

We might also influence others to explore their spirituality, and if we stay active and receptive, the result could be that we awaken everyone else to the existence of infinite higher realms and their ability to transcend their surface consciousness and reach those realms. Once everyone’s aware, our fun will really begin.

Accusations of the West towards Putin are traditionally based on the fact that he worked in the KGB. And therefore he is a cruel and immoral person. Putin is blamed for everything. But nobody ever accused Putin of the lack of intelligence.

Any accusations against this man only emphasize his ability for quick analytical thinking and making clear and balanced political and economic decisions.

Often Western media compares this ability with the ability of a grandmaster, conducting a public chess simul. Recent developments in US economy and the West in general allow us to conclude that in this part of the assessment of Putin’s personality Western media are absolutely right.

Despite numerous success reports in the style of Fox News and CNN, today, Western economy, led by the United States is in Putin’s trap, the way out of which no one in the West can see or find. And the more the West is trying to escape from this trap, the more stuck it becomes.

What is the truly tragic predicament of the West and the United States, in which they find themselves? And why all the Western media and leading Western economists are silent about this, as a well guarded military secret? Let’s try to understand the essence of current economic events, in the context of the economy, setting aside the factors of morality, ethics and geopolitics.

After realizing its failure in Ukraine, the West, led by the US set out to destroy Russian economy by lowering oil prices, and accordingly gas prices as the main budget sources of export revenue in Russia and the main sources of replenishment of Russian gold reserves. It should be noted that the main failure of the West in Ukraine is not military or political. But in the actual refusal of Putin to fund the Western project of Ukraine at the expense of the budget of Russian Federation. What makes this Western project not viable in the near and inevitable future.

Last time under president Reagan, such actions of the West’s lowering of oil prices led to ‘success’ and the collapse of USSR. But history does not repeat itself all the time. This time things are different for the West. Putin’s response to the West resembles both chess and judo, when the strength used by the enemy is used against him, but with minimal costs to the strength and resources of the defender. Putin’s real policies are not public.Therefore, Putin’s policy largely has always focused not so much on effect, but on efficiency.

 Very few people understand what Putin is doing at the moment. And almost no one understands what he will do in the future.

No matter how strange it may seem, but right now, Putin is selling Russian oil and gas only for physical gold.

Putin is not shouting about it all over the world. And of course, he still accepts US dollars as an intermediate means of payment. But he immediately exchanges all these dollars obtained from the sale of oil and gas for physical gold!


To understand this, it is enough to look at the dynamics of growth of gold reserves of Russia and to compare this data with foreign exchange earnings of the Russia coming from the sale of oil and gas over the same period.

goldMoreover, in the third quarter the purchases by Russia of physical gold are at all-time high record levels. In the third quarter of this year, Russia had purchased an incredible amount of gold in the amount of 55 tons. It’s more than all the central banks of all countries of the world combined (according to official data)!
In total, the central banks of all countries of the world have purchased 93 tons of the precious metal in the third quarter of 2014. It was the 15th consecutive quarter of net purchases of gold by Central banks. Of the 93 tonnes of gold purchases by central banks around the world during this period, the staggering volume of purchases – of 55 tons – belongs to Russia.

 Not so long ago, British scientists have successfully come to the same conclusion, as was published in the Conclusion of the U.S. Geological survey a few years ago. Namely: Europe will not be able to survive without energy supply from Russia. Translated from English to any other language in the world it means: “The world will not be able to survive if oil and gas from Russia is subtracted from the global balance of energy supply”.

Thus, the Western world, built on the hegemony of the petrodollar, is in a catastrophic situation. In which it cannot survive without oil and gas supplies from Russia. And Russia is now ready to sell its oil and gas to the West only in exchange for physical gold! The twist of Putin’s game is that the mechanism for the sale of Russian energy to the West only for gold now works regardless of whether the West agrees to pay for Russian oil and gas with its artificially cheap gold, or not. Because Russia, having a regular flow of dollars from the sale of oil and gas, in any case, will be able to convert them to gold with current gold prices, depressed by all means by the West. That is, at the price of gold, which had been artificially and meticulously lowered by the Fed and ESF many times, against artificially inflated purchasing power of the dollar through market manipulation.
Interesting fact: the suppression of gold prices by the special department of US Government – ESF (Exchange Stabilization Fund) – with the aim of stabilizing the dollar has been made into a law in the United States.

In the financial world it is accepted as a given that gold is an antidollar.
  • In 1971, US President Richard Nixon closed the ‘gold window’, ending the free exchange of dollars for gold, guaranteed by the US in 1944 at Bretton Woods.
  • In 2014, Russian President Vladimir Putin has reopened the ‘gold window’, without asking Washington’s permission.
Right now the West spends much of its efforts and resources to suppress the prices of gold and oil. Thereby, on the one hand to distort the existing economic reality in favor of the US dollar and on the other hand, to destroy the Russian economy, refusing to play the role of obedient vassal of the West.

Today assets such as gold and oil look proportionally weakened and excessively undervalued against the US dollar. It is a consequence of the enormous economic effort on the part of the West.
And now Putin sells Russian energy resources in exchange for these US dollars, artificially propped by the efforts of the West. With which he immediately buys gold, artificially devalued against the U.S. dollar by the efforts of the West itself!

sourcesThere is another interesting element in Putin’s game. It’s Russian uranium. Every sixth light bulb in the USA depends on its supply. Which Russia sells to the US too, for dollars.

Thus, in exchange for Russian oil, gas and uranium, the West pays Russia with dollars, purchasing power of which is artificially inflated against oil and gold by the efforts of the West. But Putin uses these dollars only to withdraw physical gold from the West in exchange, for the price denominated in US dollars, artificially lowered by the same West.
This truly brilliant economic combination by Putin puts the West led by the United States in a position of a snake, aggressively and diligently devouring its own tail.

The idea of this economic golden trap for the West, probably originated not from Putin himself. Most likely it was the idea of Putin’s Advisor for Economic Affairs – doctor Sergey Glazyev.

Otherwise why seemingly not involved in business bureaucrat Glazyev, along with many Russian businessmen, was personally included by Washington on the sanction list?  The idea of an economist, doctor Glazyev was brilliantly executed by Putin, with full endorsement from his Chinese colleague – Xi Jinping.

Especially interesting in this context looks the November statement of the first Deputy Chairman of Central Bank of Russia Ksenia Yudaeva, which stressed that the Central Bank of Russia can use the gold from its reserves to pay for imports, if needed. It is obvious that in terms of sanctions by the Western world, this statement is addressed to the BRICS countries, and first of all China. For China, Russia’s willingness to pay for goods with Western gold is very convenient. And here’s why:
China recently announced that it will cease to increase its gold and currency reserves denominated in US dollars. Considering the growing trade deficit between the US and China (the current difference is five times in favor of China), then this statement translated from the financial language reads: “China stops selling their goods for dollars”. The world’s media chose not to notice this grandest in the recent monetary history event . The issue is not that China literally refuses to sell its goods for US dollars. China, of course, will continue to accept US dollars as an intermediate means of payment for its goods. But, having taken dollars, China will immediately get rid of them and replace with something else in the structure of its gold and currency reserves. Otherwise the statement made by the monetary authorities of China loses its meaning: “We are stopping the increase of our gold and currency reserves, denominated in US dollars.” That is, China will no longer buy United States Treasury bonds for dollars earned from trade with any countries, as they did this before.

Thus, China will replace all the dollars that it will receive for its goods not only from the US but from all over the world with something else not to increase their gold currency reserves, denominated in US dollars. And here is an interesting question: what will China replace all the trade dollars with? What currency or an asset? Analysis of the current monetary policy of China shows that most likely the dollars coming from trade, or a substantial chunk of them, China will quietly replace and de facto is already replacing with Gold.

In this aspect, the solitaire of Russian-Chinese relations is extremely successful for Moscow and Beijing. Russia buys goods from China directly for gold at its current price. While China buys Russian energy resources for gold at its current price.

 At this Russian-Chinese festival of life there is a place for everything: Chinese goods, Russian energy resources, and gold – as a means of mutual payment. Only US dollar has no place at this festival of life. And this is not surprising. Because the US dollar is not a Chinese product, nor a Russian energy resource. It is only an intermediate financial instrument of settlement – and an unnecessary intermediary. And it is customary to exclude unnecessary intermediaries from the interaction of two independent business partners.

It should be noted separately that the global market for physical gold is extremely small relative to the world market for physical oil supplies. And especially the world market for physical gold is microscopic compared to the entirety of world markets for physical delivery of oil, gas, uranium and goods.

Emphasis on the phrase “physical gold” is made because in exchange for its physical, not ‘paper’ energy resources, Russia is now withdrawing gold from the West, but only in its physical, not paper form. So does China, by acquiring from the West the artificially devalued physical gold as a payment for physical delivery of real products to the West.

The West’s hopes that Russia and China will accept as payment for their energy resources and goods “shitcoin” or so-called “paper gold” of various kinds also did not materialize. Russia and China are only interested in gold and only physical metal as a final means of payment.

For reference: the turnover of the market of paper gold, only of gold futures, is estimated at $360 billion per month. But physical delivery of gold is only for $280 million a month. Which makes the ratio of trade of paper gold versus physical gold: 1000 to 1.

Using the mechanism of active withdrawal from the market of one artificially lowered by the West financial asset (gold) in exchange for another artificially inflated by the West financial asset (USD), Putin has thereby started the countdown to the end of the world hegemony of petrodollar. Thus, Putin has put the West in a deadlock of the absence of any positive economic prospects. The West can spend as much of its efforts and resources to artificially increase the purchasing power of the dollar, lower oil prices and artificially lower the purchasing power of gold. The problem of the West is that the stocks of physical gold in possession of the West are not unlimited. Therefore, the more the West devalues oil and gold against the US dollar, the faster it loses devaluing Gold from its not infinite reserves. In this brilliantly played by Putin economic combination the physical gold is rapidly flowing to Russia, China, Brazil, Kazakhstan and India, the BRICS countries, from the reserves of the West. At the current rate of reduction of reserves of physical gold, the West simply does not have the time to do anything against Putin’s Russia until the collapse of the entire Western petrodollar world. In chess the situation in which Putin has put the West, led by the US, is called “time trouble”.

 The Western world has never faced such economic events and phenomena that are happening right now. USSR rapidly sold gold during the fall of oil prices. Russia rapidly buys gold during the fall in oil prices. Thus, Russia poses a real threat to the American model of petrodollar world domination.

The main principle of world petrodollar model is allowing Western countries led by the United States to live at the expense of the labor and resources of other countries and peoples based on the role of the US currency, dominant in the global monetary system (GMS) . The role of the US dollar in the GMS is that it is the ultimate means of payment. This means that the national currency of the United States in the structure of the GMS is the ultimate asset accumulator, to exchange which to any other asset does not make sense. What the BRICS countries, led by Russia and China, are doing now is actually changing the role and status of the US dollar in the global monetary system. From the ultimate means of payment and asset accumulation, the national currency of the USA, by the joint actions of Moscow and Beijing is turned into only an intermediate means of payment. Intended only to exchange this interim payment for another and the ulimate financial asset – gold. Thus, the US dollar actually loses its role as the ultimate means of payment and asset accumulation, yielding both of those roles to another recognized, denationalized and depoliticized monetary asset – gold.

Traditionally, the West has used two methods to eliminate the threat to the hegemony of petrodollar model in the world and the consequent excessive privileges for the West.

One of these methods – colored revolutions. The second method, which is usually applied by the West, if the first fails – military aggression and bombing.

 But in Russia’s case both of these methods are either impossible or unacceptable for the West.

Because, firstly, the population of Russia, unlike people in many other countries, does not wish to exchange their freedom and the future of their children for Western sausage. This is evident from the record ratings of Putin, regularly published by the leading Western rating agencies. Personal friendship of Washington protégé Navalny with Senator McCain played for him and Washington a very negative role. Having learned this fact from the media, 98% of the Russian population now perceive Navalny only as a vassal of Washington and a traitor of Russia’s national interests. Therefore Western professionals, who have not yet lost their mind, cannot dream about any colour revolution in Russia.

As for the second traditional Western way of direct military aggression, Russia is certainly not Yugoslavia, not Iraq or Libya. In any non-nuclear military operation against Russia, on the territory of Russia, the West led by the US is doomed to defeat. And the generals in the Pentagon exercising real leadership of NATO forces are aware of this. Similarly hopeless is a nuclear war against Russia, including the concept of so-called “preventive disarming nuclear strike”. NATO is simply not technically able to strike a blow that would completely disarm the nuclear potential of Russia in all its many manifestations. A massive nuclear retaliatory strike on the enemy or a pool of enemies would be inevitable. And its total capacity will be enough for survivors to envy the dead. That is, an exchange of nuclear strikes with a country like Russia is not a solution to the looming problem of the collapse of a petrodollar world. It is in the best case, a final chord and the last point in the history of its existence. In the worst case – a nuclear winter and the demise of all life on the planet, except for the bacteria mutated from radiation.

The Western economic establishment can see and understand the essence of the situation. Leading Western economists are certainly aware of the severity of the predicament and hopelessness of the situation the Western world finds itself in, in Putin’s economic gold trap. After all, since the Bretton Woods agreements, we all know the Golden rule: “Who has more gold sets the rules.” But everyone in the West is silent about it. Silent because no one knows now how to get out of this situation.

 If you explain to the Western public all the details of the looming economic disaster, the public will ask the supporters of a petrodollar world the most terrible questions, which will sound like this:
How long will the West be able to buy oil and gas from Russia in exchange for physical gold?
And what will happen to the US petrodollar after the West runs out of physical gold to pay for Russian oil, gas and uranium, as well as to pay for Chinese goods?

 No one in the West today can answer these seemingly simple questions.

And this is called “Checkmate”, ladies and gentlemen. The game is over.

Intend that you accept and thank your Creator for these gifts and wish them integrated with your being as you release more of the things which do not resonate with the future selves you desire. Breathe the best and highest YOU into yourself, and breathe the other out. It is not necessary to make it a long process, unless you enjoy it. You may get a visual or feeling of a color, such as our gold and blue, or rose and green, violet, etc. If you do, breathe that in and absorb it, also. Our attention is drawn to the intense and growing feeling that almost everyone has now of an impending happening which they ‘cannot put a finger on’. We will address that in two ways. First, you are correct. This feeling is right on target. Except that, in a sense, that happening is what you are already in the middle of. Many can feel it happening inside themselves and are beginning to see changes in their lives to give evidence of it. Most, however, are wondering what sort of catastrophe is just around the corner. Your peaceful and calm demeanor will go a long way to diffusing this dread they are feeling. Second, yes, there is an event of significant proportion approaching. It is, my friends, an internal event which will change everything for everybody and everything. But we would caution you in this way. When a similar event occurred at the end of your ‘Dark Ages’, the event itself passed without remark. Yet, everything changed, did it not? Now, there will be many, many observable events manifesting over the next while in your time. But, as we have said over and over for these months, they are but the reflection of yourselves. We always, always stress that. It is important for you and for your world that you begin to recognize yourselves as the change makers, not any longer as the victims of change. Look within yourselves and begin to find the divine beings that you are. Never before in the history of your world has it been as sure for this to be accomplished by you. And every tiny step taken in this direction is having wondrous effects upon your world. We are overjoyed with what we see you accomplishing. For, you are all Multidimensional Beings who have volunteered to lower your frequencies and to bi-locate an element of your Multidimensional consciousness into the physical presence that you now perceive as your Earth vessel.

We are here to remind you that you are not your Earth vessel; you are wearing your Earth vessel. You are the beautiful and expanded Multidimensional consciousness that is implanted within that which appears to be “just a third-dimensional form.”

We want you to know that this third-dimensional form is merely the manner in which you can log into the third/fourth-dimensional grid of Gaia’s Multidimensional, holographic grid.

Within this holographic program, which you might perceive much like a video game, you have put your consciousness into an Earth vessel. Much as one would log into a video game and would choose an avatar Self, YOU are the avatar for your Higher SELF.

The avatar Self is the one who plays within that video game. However, you are not in the video game, you are the one who is directing your avatar Self how to play and hopefully win this video game.

We wish to remind you today that you are not the avatar Self – that is the human that you are wearing. You are your Multidimensional Self who is assisting you.

Many of your problems occurred because Gaia’s frequency was so greatly lowered after the fall of Atlantis. After that, there were some peak experiences, as well as some lower experiences to be completed with the last 2,000 years of the Kali Yuga. This last 2,000 years of the Great Cycle has been very difficult for Gaia’s body and for her humans, plants and animals. For the Kali Yuga is the darkest hour before dawn.

That dawn is NOW. You are dawning to your fifth-dimensional expressions of your Self. Thus, you have logged in to the holographic version of third-dimensional Earth. Now as you awaken to your true, Multidimensional Self, you are beginning to feel how your third-dimensional vessel is not adequate to safely contain your great energy fields.

Therefore, you are realizing that you need to connect first to your Multidimensional mind, which can fully understand and compute what is occurring within your NOW. Then, through that portal of your Multidimensional mind you can return to your higher perspectives of reality.

You ARE the ONE outside of the video game who is assisting your avatar Self to win that video game. Now that of course is a metaphor for the human – you are not experiencing your third-dimensional life as a video game. However more and more of you are realizing that there is much more than just a third-dimensional life.

Of course there are many more around you who are not at all awake to this experience. So, some of you are feeling very isolated and alone because you are having direct contacts with your Pleiadian Self, your Arcturian Self, your Andromedan Self, your Antarian Self, or any other Galactic Self.

You are having direct experiences with Ascended Masters and with other Ascended Beings. Through these direct experiences you are getting the validation that you need so that you know that you are not crazy, you are not schizophrenic, and no – you are not making up your experiences. But yes, you are different than most of the people you will see around you.

You are the great pioneers. You are the great Multidimensional pioneers who have taken a vessel to awaken to your true Multidimensional SELF while still holding that Earth vessel. Furthermore, you are called on to remember the mission which you volunteered to take before you took this Earth vessel.

No, there are as many different versions of missions as there are different versions of people. So do not be concerned about what your mission is. Because as you surrender more and more into the higher dimensional expressions of yourself, more and more of you are allowing yourself to know that your dreams are reality.

That the flash that you saw through the edge of your vision is an alternate reality, a portal, a parallel reality, which your Multidimensional Self is able to perceive. Conversely, your third dimensional self says, “No that’s not real. Am I crazy?“ Then you shut down those perceptions. We are saying to you now, it is your Now. Now it is the NOW to believe that your dreams, your aspirations, your imaginations, your meditations, the quick flashes that move through your mind for they are ALL real.

The third-dimensional reality is a holograph projection, which you have logged into. Can your third-dimensional Earth vessel become harmed by this third-dimensional holographic projection? Absolutely.

Therefore, you must be living within at least two realities for we need you to remain logged in to third-dimensional Earth. We need you to work with Gaia, with her core, with her core crystal, with the Lemurians and simultaneously work with the Celestial Beings and with the Ascended Masters and with the Galactic Federation of Light.

You see, Dear Ones, YOU are in between. You are in between the core of Gaia where the video game is projected from and the reality to which Gaia is longing to return. Gaia and more and more of her humans are remembering that you are Multidimensional Beings.

You do not need to change. You do not need to get better. You only need to remember that right now you are, so to speak, the tip of the iceberg – the very tiny point of your Multidimensional Self that is logged in to this third-dimensional holographic projection.

You are not this tip; you are the avatar that is holding the inter-connection to this video game of third-dimensional Earth.YOU are the beautiful Multidimensional Being that has volunteered to log in to this version of Earth. This version of Earth is ready to close down the old game of separation, limitation and power over others.

We, meaning we the higher Beings of your reality, have discovered that the degree of darkness that you, our Dear Ones, have suffered on third-dimensional Earth is not a very fair video game. We have decided that this video game needs to come to a conclusion.

Now, we also ask that you do not go into fear as we say these things. For you are the controller, the creator, the core of your life and of your reality.

This transition must be made via Unity Consciousness, and that Unity must first begin with your Self. You need to unite with all the versions of your Multidimensional Self that are accessible while you are still holding your third dimensional vessel.

We realize that from the perspective of your 3D vessel it is difficult to move beyond perhaps even your seventh dimensional Self. And for many, many of you, in fact most of you, it is very difficult to move into your awareness of your fifth-dimensional Lightbody – this is so helpful and so vitally important.

Also remember that the extent – the version of your higher dimensional Self – that you will find yourself being able to recall and step into and to live is what you have volunteered to move into.

Some of you have volunteered to maintain your entire life within your third and fourth-dimensional vessel because you determined before you were born that that is where your greatest service would be. Some of you have volunteered to move into a full awareness of your fifth-dimensional Lightbody. Hence, it is from your fifth-dimensional Lightbody that you will give your greatest service.

Some of you will move into your sixth and seventh-dimensional versions that are not of any form of a physical acknowledgement. It is from that component of your Multidimensional Self that you will give your service. Each of you will connect with your expressions of Self.

  • You will connect with your fifth dimensional and beyond Galactic Selves,
  • You will connect with your sixth dimensional and beyond Celestial Selves,
  • You will connect with your seventh-dimensional Oversoul.

You will connect not because your ego self thinks – wow – I can connect to this higher Self. No, this is not a race. You determined this experience before you took this body. So do not think, “Oh how come I can only go this far with my connection?”

The answer to that question is, “Because this is what you volunteered to do”. This frequency, even if it appears to be only the third and fourth dimensional frequency is where you volunteered to project your service in to the body of Gaia.

Now we are saying into the body of Gaia – yes. Most of you will be working with humanity because humanity is what is in the way of Gaia’s expansion. The elemental kingdom is ready to move. The element kingdom is ready to move, the plant kingdom is ready to move, the animal kingdom is ready to move, the atmosphere, the ocean are all ready to move and expand into the fifth-dimension.

It is humanity, the ones who have been trapped in individual consciousness, the ones who have suffered greatly at the hands of other humans. Those are the ones who need the greatest assistance. However, do not waste your precious “time” within this hologram on your personal Ascension.

You are already ascended. Therefore, we remind you again and again, you have taken a form to assist with planetary Ascension. And, in doing so you may well find yourself working with the most wounded component of Earth – the human’s of the planet.

We, your Galactic Family, can see more bright Lights opening, awakening, connecting every day, every hour, every minute. So we ask in your meditations that you go up beyond the holographic version of Earth. Then you can see the amazing vision of all the Lights of humans as they return to their Multidimensional Self.

Energy shifts and vibration increases can act to cause shifts within your being to reveal lower densities of energy, so be aware that there are new shifts transpiring that may seem to test your balance. Well intentioned forecasts by people who see circumstances that exist but have no inkling of the flow of events that the Divine has set in motion may be this very cause, others are simply the re-hashing of old predictions by old energies reemerging as patterns and shadow. The Clock, which evokes both the imagery of apocalypse (midnight) and the contemporary idiom of nuclear explosion (countdown to zero), is run by the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists since 1947 and has become a universally recognized indicator of the world's vulnerability to catastrophe from nuclear weapons, climate change, and emerging technologies in the life sciences.

This year, the Board of Directors moved the Clock at 3 minutes before midnight (from 5 set in 2012) and placed the emphasis on climate change.

"The world leaders have failed to act with the speed or on the scale required to protect citizens from potential catastrophe," the board said.

Aisha North: The Manuscript of Survival – part 433

Let us begin this missive by saying that up until now, the fluctuations caused by these new frequencies may seem to have left nothing more than traces of physiologic unrest in some of you, while for others, it will seem as if they have been bypassed altogether by these insistent emissaries from the higher spheres, but that is not so. Indeed, you have all been deeply affected by these callers, whether you have noticed their appearance within your energetic sphere or not, and the impression they have made on you all, is a lasting one. For what they have done, is to enable some of the deepest recesses within your framework of high resonance channels to open, the ones that allows the form of multi-level communication we have talked about earlier. In other words, even if all you have noticed over the last few days can be classified as more or less annoying – or in some cases even debilitating – symptoms, what you have achieved, is a full and comprehensive download of energetic instructions, instructions that will serve you in ways that will enhance not just your innate abilities to reconnect and retune yourself fully to the inner sanctum of Creation, but that will also serve to inoculate you against further interference. 

Let us explain. As you are all aware of, your collective ability to connect fully to the Field or to Source, to use a word many of you are more familiar with, is one that has been kept dormant for eons. For as mankind set out to explore the deeper recesses of any and all byways they could think of, they were also serving a purpose that was not on the agenda from the beginning. In other words, there was an intervention taking place that served to debilitate further those inner sequences that served as your guiding posts, and as such, this exploration into all the shades of behavior took a turn that served to skew the balance far too much over to the shadier side. And so, the natural path of evolution was tinkered with in such a way, you as a collective were sent off to explore paths that served to cater to the desires of a small group of beings more set on fulfilling their own needs than to leave things to unfold at their natural pace. And so, the end result was a world on the brink of self-immolation, and the decision was made on the highest level to inject a vast quantity of light into the spectral field around your planet in order to awaken those amongst you who could serve as anchors for these highly charged missives of light. And that is what you did, and the results from this heightened frequency of purified light can be seen, felt and experienced by you all, as that is why you are taking in the content of this message at this very moment. 


For you were the ones that came in to serve as the navigators for all of mankind, the ones that decided to take the rudder back into your own hands, and by opening your hearts fully to the light, you unfurled those huge sails of love that had been kept safely tucked away in a hidden corner within your very soul. But now, those sails are billowing in this ever increasing intergalactic wind of hyper charged particles, and because you have maintained a safe anchorage deep within the core of your wonderful planet, you act as the propeller that drives you all onwards and upwards by allowing this wind to fill your gossamer wings of silken weave, a weave that is so filled with light it seems almost ethereal, but it is in fact stronger than any man made fabric you can think of. For your forward momentum is guaranteed by your conviction, and your conviction is so strong, it has already moved more than mountains. For you have shifted this entire world off its old axis, the one that was setting you all on a trajectory ever deeper into the morass of self-proclaimed inability to survive, let alone allowing the life that exists by your side on this wondrous sphere to continue. 

For you have brought this world away from the brink of destruction and on to a plane that will allow you to flow freely in the direction you choose, and the direction you choose will be guided by your heart. For now, nothing can alter that course, for nothing can force you to veer off that course ever again. Because now, no form of intervention is no longer possible, for you have chosen to complete the cycle of evolution by allowing the light from Source to be the only source to guide by, and no amount of pre-programmed propaganda engendered by that old printing press of fear can persuade you otherwise. For you have passed that old fork in the road, the one where the choice needed to be made, the choice whether to fully comply to the old paradigm of surrendering yourself to external forces by allowing your fear to take the seat of power within your being, thereby relinquishing any and all grasp on the powers you truly possess as a sovereign being, or to choose to become YOU again, in all aspects and in all manners, by allowing that inner core of you to burst into flame again, showering your whole being and the world around you with that purified light that only can come out when you allow it to shine. 

And now you shine, and no one nor no thing can ever dampen that flame again. That is, as long as you choose to continue to let it shine. For remember, the source of that inner flame is an unending one, it will never ever run dry, so the only way to quench that flame, is if you choose to choke off the connection to Source voluntarily. For that can be done, and we know there are those amongst you who will consider to do just that, so know that no matter what you choose, your choice will be honored, no matter what it is that makes you choose that option. For in this, you are all sovereign beings, and as such, there is no outside intervention in any way that can or will be allowed. For this is done by you, in every sense of the word, and if you choose to step away from you, then that is what you will be allowed to do, and we will not fault you for it. But again, your actions up to this point has helped to assure the continued success of this collective endeavour, and for that we cannot thank you enough. And that goes for all, irrespective of the choices you will make in the near and far future. 

But remember, you are the pioneers, and the majority of you have come so far now, you will never even consider going back to where it was you came from. For you have shifted so fully into the New, you will only feel the urge to continue on. And you will also feel that ever increasing helpful push in your back, as that energetic wind that is filling your gossamer wings will only continue to increase over the upcoming days, weeks and months. And as the speed increases, so too will your ability to enjoy the ride increase, for you will feel how your vessel, including your wonderful planet and travelling companion, your Mother Earth, will pick up speed as the friction between you and the underlying energetic surface you sail upon will diminish. For as the frequencies change, so too will the density of the “soup” you are travelling in, and the rather rocky road you have been travelling so far will become smoother and smoother, until it is as if you are travelling on a cushion of air that separates you from the solid ground beneath you. 

Again, we speak in parables, but we do think you will get the gist of this message anyway. For you have come so far, and the uphill struggle has been more than monumental at times, so it may have been too much for some and it may feel as if it still too strenuous for others, but rest assured that you have been sturdy build to withstand not only the initial stress of separation from the old, you are also more than able to endure the effects the increase in momentum will have upon you in the time ahead. For you are literally made of the same stuff as the stars, and your core is more than strong enough to surpass the speed of light, but still, there will be those amongst you less inclined to trust that inner voice, and you might be tempted to step off the fast moving conveyor belt you are all on at the moment. 

For just like for an astronaut strapped into his seat awaiting the lift off of his rocket, the first rumblings from the ignition of that powerful engine may cause more than a little flutter of anxiety within. For you are all a small part of a huge and immensely powerful “engine” of evolution, one that is only now beginning to start up all of the booster rockets it has, so no wonder if some of you begin to question your decision to step aboard this vessel that is taking off for the unknown. But again, that is a natural part of this process, for you are in so many ways leaving behind all of what is familiar and heading out into uncharted territory, and you are doing it every single day, in every single way you can think of, and then some. So remember, whenever you feel as if you want to flee from this powerful process of complete separation and renewal, never hesitate to reach out to your fellow travellers. For you are all in this together, and you came here to do this important transition as a group. It is a group consisting of a huge number of individuals, all of you unique, and all of you more than capable of taking on any challenge that may come your way single-handedly. Yet, it is also an important part of this journey to relearn how to become a collective again. 

For mankind has spent far too long separating themselves more and more from their own roots by allowing their idea of separation become a veritable religion. For the “me” has become the focal point for everything, the “I” has become the centre of the Universe, and the “I” thinks it will only survive if the “I” can outsmart, outrun and outlive all the others out there. And that is why all the “I”s became as powerless as they did. For only a collective of ONE can assure not only the survival, but also the evolution of All. So remember, do not stand alone, especially when you feel the anxiety of all the New fill you up to such a degree, it might feel more tempting to retrace your steps back to the old world you knew. For that is not where you will thrive, in fact, it will become even more unbearable to you than what it was before you allowed yourself to awaken. It has been said you can never un-learn something, and that is so true in this case. For you have already opened the door to the light, and with this light comes knowledge, knowledge of the one you really are, and of what you truly can accomplish, and no matter how hard you try, you cannot forget that again. 

So reach out whenever you feel like just an “I” again, for you are so much more than that. You are a fully integrated part of All of creation, and as such, you will never be alone ever again. And as the light of this collective continue to increase, so too will the combined effect of all of these individual lights that make up this magnificent matrix of interconnected energetic channels that spans this globe. And now, you will, one by one, begin to experience more and more this deep connection that you all share. For you will no longer be the one and only soul, singing solo in the dark, you will hear other voices joining you, and you will swap stories and images, sounds and colours, and you will do so without the aid of technical equipment such as this. For as the veil continues to thin, your former single cells will become more like dormitories, where your energetic output will begin to bounce off the ones of the others, and the patterns that will be engendered by this, will begin to register in your consciousness in a very new way. 

For you have come so far, and by allowing yourself to leave the old programming behind, you have come closer and closer to the singularity you all came from. In other words, this long and convoluted journey is for one purpose only, to end the separation and complete the connection, from billions of “I”s back to the ONE, the one that is composed of as many individual parts as there are individual entities, but that is a living, breathing single cohesive and co-operative unit that call themselves mankind. But it will be a mankind that has chosen to embrace themselves fully as sovereign beings, all choosing to empower themselves, and by doing that, they are giving All the same chance to do the same. For now, it will be All for ONE, and ONE for all, no one will be more nor less than the rest, and you will all choose to use your powers for the betterment of ALL. And that is why you will begin anew, as ONE being supported by all, and by all supporting each one. 

So again we say, know that all you need to do, is to allow yourself to be a part of this ONE, by not allowing your old “I” to stand in your way. So open yourself up to the greatness that is you, and whenever you have a hard time feeling that greatness, all you have to do, is to reach out to some of the other souls that are on this journey with you. For they are all there for you, just as you will always be there for them – if you allow yourself to BE just the one that you truly are. And then, you will all find your days as singletons fading away, and you will begin to grow more and more confident in your role not just as a creator, but as a co-creator. For there is a distinction between them, and now the time has come for the collective spirit to come to the fore more and more. So if you still feel a bit timid on your own behalf, just allow your brothers and sisters to shine their light on you. For then, you will see that what they really do, is simply reflecting back that same great light they see shining so strongly inside of you.

Dear brothers and sisters! This collective spirit the CCs talk about is becoming more and more visible in everything that is being shared by you here at the Pond. The emergence of this collective spirit is also the reason why the CCs have increased the time between the channeled messages they give me to share here, for they say it is all a part of encouraging our co-creative efforts by giving us literally more “space” to explore for ourselves. And judging by your comments, that is exactly what you are doing :-) I thank you all for allowing your light to flow in the most unexpected and interesting of directions, and I thank you all for sharing it here. It is so amazing to see how an insight from one person can spark off a long line of enlightening input from others, and how one vision experienced by one of you turns out to be a true collective experience involving several others here at the Pond. I am certain this is just the beginning of something even more incredible, and I am really looking forward to the next stage of our collective journey!     YOu can also see it on other things, I see it on my white tarps on my awnings that cover  both my plants and my vehicles. This one causes many symptoms such as the man made e-bola, which is renamed each yr for the past 17 yrs sence they 1st started spraying the whole world not just in test ereas like they did the 1st 40 yrs of Chem-trails ! Of course the main idea behind this attack is to make people think that they have the e-bola or what ever name they use that year. So that they run out and get the deadly flue shot that has the real disease or plague in it as well as Mercury and other heavy metals poisons. The idea is to create the plague for real through the deadly vaccines, Being winter in the north and the wet season here people are more prone to catch a flue or at least think that they are, so the DC uses that to fool us,oh my.

        Now in the last 3 yrs they have a after holiday more deadly chem-trail as well. If you will take the time to look up in the skys ,you will notice that they are spraying even more than normal after the new year. The idea here is to make us even more sick and tired than normal from the Deadly Chem-trails. They spray morning , noon and night. They even spray us on the full moon.  What is different about these Chem-trails is that not only does it attack the upper respiratory system but also the internal organs from stomach to the colon, liver, kidneys, gallbladder ect,ect. When one breaths in these toxins not only do we get the runny noise and sinus problems, sore throat,coughing and sore bronchial tubes and lung infections. As a bonus we also get sever stomach achs, al kinds of headaches, stomach bloating and gas. This year seems to be the worst yet!!Not only are we very tired but unable to sleep from all the pain in the organs and stomach and to make matters worse, we get sever headaces while trying to sleep or rest and if one takes pain pills it only makes the stomach worse !

     And Now ,many of the leading liteworkers even admit that they have got it but explain it away by saying ,its the energy changes and of course its not, or they say it's OK our ET friends will get rid of them for us or the Sylphs will eat them and from my prospective extremely few chem-trails are erased or eaten. Seems to be to few Sylphs around and the ET'S must be on strike. Its the newly improved Chem-trails weather they wont to admit it or not. Another way to prove this besides looking up into the sky,is to look at your pet animals and plants. All 3 of my dog are sick as well, with warm and runny noises , loose bowels and throwing up. Next turn to your plants, look on the outer leaves, the ones that are exposed to the rain and sunshine. YOu will notice burn holes or just dark brown spots and when they spray this newest  chem-trails you will see silver spots,like silver praypaint when it drips from the can when you are spraying it,look on your plants. The Chubby Rain chem-trails leave that same thick brown bird looking poop on it. Again do not touch any of that stuff as it will go through the skin 6 times faster than if you swallow it.. And just when we think we are getting a bit better, the cycle starts all over again as they continue to spray us ,morning,noon and night.

     It makes one wonder sometimes if we are truly winning the War against the DC. Supposedly were told were winning the War but in reality, we may not be winning so much if they are still able to spend many billions of dollars every day to spray us with the Deadly Chem-trails. Of course they get back billions each day as the majority of sleeping  Sheepels walking around in a day-dream run to the nearest Drug center to buy any Pharm. Drugs that they think will make them better and of course it wont but they don't know that as they wont relief of any kind ASAP. I understand there De-lima but that only puts more money back into the DC hands so that they can keep on spraying daily. Of course all of this causes people to become even more apathetic and even makes us light-workers even wonder whats going on.So I am from Missiouri, the show me state,"I will believe it when I see it" or in this case when I don't see it or feel sick anymore, then I will believe that we are winning the war against the DC.!!

     As many do not want to address this problem and just brush it off as energy changes or earth changes ect. And I admit there are a lot of earth changes daily. Not only from Fukashima but many volcanoes going off nearly everyday now and this only adds to our problem as all of that ash is spreading around the earth and I suspect its going to get much worse. But if we were reallly winning the War against the DC, well then that means that at some point that they (DC) would not be able to afford to keep spraying us with the deadly Chemtrails. And then maybe we could handle all the other Earth Chnges that are happening now,day by day !!

      So, what to do about it. As you know the really young kids under 7 and the elders over 60 like myself are the ones hardest hit, as the immune system is weaker for us! No one seem's to be able to do anything at the moment to stop the Deadly Chem-trails nor the Volcanoes erupting but we can change our diets so that we can and will survive in these last days of the old ways and hopefully soon the monetary tide NESARA will turn and they will not be able to afford to keep spraying us. In the meantime I can only tell you what I am doing to stay alive, so that I can make it through and complete our mission and Ascend!!

     I hope maybe this blog will help others who are suffering with this problem, to make it through as well. Many people and light-workers always give me there solutions for this problem but they are usually much younger than myself, so it dosen't always work or they deny that there is a problem . I became my own doctor many years ago after my so called doctors,nearly killed me many times. You heard the old saying that "the most likely person to kill you is your doctor", well its true. But enough of that talk. Lets get down to the nitty gritty.

        I gave up red meat many years ago but I still eat white meat, like chicken and fish. But as of the last year when they started hitting us with the really heavy stuff, I only eat one piece of chicken a mo. and one piece of fish. For protein I eat eggs, cheese and organic tofu. After the last holiday Chem-trail wave a yr ago I was so sick that I decided to go raw vege. The 1st 6 mo's I was 75% raw vege's and the last 6 mo's 50%. The only thing I cook is noodles of some kind once a wk and afterwards I put in raw vege's, Tofu or eggs or cheese. The problem with cooking is that people over-cook, so that we kill the enzymes and chlorophyl and of course most of the vitamins and minerals that we need most all goes up into the air.

       There are some veges that one has to cook that cannot be eaten raw, like potatoes ect. Then the idea is to cook them litely and not to over cook them which is usually the case in cooking, people tend to over cook and loose all the good stuff that is in the food. Remember we eat food not just for enjoyment  but to get energy and if we cook all that stuff out then we have nothing left of any value. Of couse I stay away from all fast food as we call it it here also known as junk food both from the shops and the super markets, for they are greatly poisoned and the biggest cause of obesity . That includes all processed foods if possible and read all the labels, if its not food don't put it into the body huh. Stay away from any thing that has a Corn or Soya product in it as it is most likely MGO's. There is a list on Naturalnews.com.

       I eat a lot of vege's that help to detox the body. Sadly to say they are not organic, so I wash them well, and pray over them as Organic food is very hard to find or grow here, my soil is very poor. As the chinese say,"food is medicine and medicine is food" !  So with that thought in mind you can also add the saying that ''you are what you eat". As for medicine of the other kind I use a lot of herbs. But here I will only mention the ones I use for the Chem-trails. I made a lot of Noni-wine 5 yrs ago and I am now using that as well as silver water also known as colloidal silver, normally I drink about 1/4 to 1/2 glass per day.And I drink a lot of Green tea now mixed with local bush herbs.

           But at this time of year when they are hitting us the most, I drink 1 to 2 glasses per day of silver water. I also put baking soda and sometimes apple cider vinegar in it, some days mineral salt and natural sugar to kill the taste so the stomach wont reject it..all of it to help with the stomach problems, especially the bloating and gas.. I eat salads 3 to 4 days a wk for my dinner and I only use cold pressed virgin olive oil for cooking and eating and again mixed with apple cider vinegar with special mixed herbs that I put together myself for my salad dressing.

           I also use a lot of Turmeric, I put it in most everything. I use only whole wheat bread, one small loaf a wk. I eat a lot of yogurt for the good bacteria , that helps the stomach problems, I even give it to my dogs even though its expensive here. When I have time I make my own and my own cheese. Of course I pray a lot and study, write e-books & post blogs and do meditations of many kinds and I rest for 12 hrs a day or more when i am sick as I have been. I also do exercises like yoga and chi-gung and walking my dogs when my Lupus disease allows me to.

   I hope this all helps as we need each other in these hard times. For we are all one as brothers in this family of God and need each other and much healing  both in the body and the mind. Here in the spiritual realms, as we maintain our loving watch over you, we observe with additional joy your exemplary progress towards your awakening.  Even your mainstream news media are now finding themselves unable to completely ignore the amazing changes that are occurring all across your world, and nor are they able to avoid reporting on the waves of corruption and criminal activities that had been concealed and are now being disclosed at all levels of government.  The truth of your enslavement to corrupt business and governmental rules and regulations can no longer be hidden from you because of the courageous activities of many investigative journalists, and of the whistleblowers who have the courage to speak out.

Enormous changes are occurring worldwide as humanity moves out from under the weight of rules and regulations imposed by your authoritarian governments.  Governments that mostly would attempt to persuade you that they are truly democratic institutions who have only your best interests at heart, when in fact they are mostly dishonest kakistocracies attempting to keep you permanently in subservience to them.  Dishonest government on such a vast scale can no longer be maintained, the cracks in its foundations and in its various autocratic institutions are bringing it to its knees.

Unsupported by its citizens – the citizens of the world – as is now the case, it will continue to collapse into total disarray.  Over the years it has often been referred to as “The Dark Cabal.”  It is composed of and directed by hidden and secretive groups of influential and wealthy families all over the world who have for eons placed themselves above the law.  As is becoming increasingly clear they have lost their grip and are reduced to fighting among themselves in desperate attempts, that ultimately will be unsuccessful, to maintain their power and influence.

You have entered a New Age, one in which Love is recognized as the power and the energy that gives you life and consciousness.  Anything that is not of Love, not in total alignment or harmony with Love, always disintegrates into the nothingness or illusory realm from which it arose, because, as you know, there is only Love, there is nothing else.

Of course I need hardly remind you that Love is not a sentimental feeling for or attraction to another, but is the life force or energy field that is God, our eternal Source in which all that exists arises eternally in every moment.  It is a constant state of arising into the ecstasy that is the Presence of God.  It is what all of humanity seeks, but owing to its immersion into the depths of the illusion is unable to find.  Reason and logic, which are, like time, aspects of the illusion, canneverlead you into the Presence of God because you are already eternally enveloped by the divine Presence.  You are where you are so desperately seeking to be, but by the intensity of that seeking you are hiding from yourselves the divine Reality which contains and embraces you, constantly in every moment.

To return to Reality just surrender into the center of your being, that holy sanctuary within each one of you where the divine flame of God’s Love burns eternally.  Truly you are already where you so desperately want to be, you have just blocked your awareness of your true state of existence by your choice to engage with the illusion, and with all the suffering, chaos, and mayhem with which it presents you continually.

When you allow yourself to relax into that inner sanctuary, accepting without judgment each now moment as it arises, and allowing all thoughts that float into your awareness to float away with the current of that now moment, you will find a level of peace that is otherwise totally absent when you are engaged with or occupied by the distractions of the illusion.  Many of you have experienced moments of intense peace when meditating, then your egoic mind has rushed in to try and define and describe what happened, and that moment of peace is lost.

Peace cannot be found or achieved or reached, it is your natural state, the state of being in the now moment, accepting your Self, being fully aware of that Self now, and from which your ego tries to shield you by distracting you with thoughts that appear to demand your immediate and undivided attention.

It often seems that you are your thoughts, but this is not the case.  Thoughts appear and move on unless you choose to engage with them.  In daily life you frequently do engage with them as you go about your chores because they are part of life in the illusion and in that context they do need your attention as you focus on your work, your employment, or your family – “I must not forget to complete that report by Friday.  Whose turn is it to collect the children?  I must arrange to get my hair done.”  But you are not those thoughts, and although you may not be able stop the flow, you can choose not to engage with them when they are not serving you.

It has become an unconscious habit for many of you to think and think and think in an endless series of mind-numbing engagements with thoughts as each seemingly leads inevitably into the next.  You need to say to yourself “Stop!”  And then let go.  At first just saying “Stop!” is likely to take you off along another string of thinking, but once you become aware that you are not your thoughts and that you can stop the flow, even if only momentarily, then you have broken their hold on you, you have become aware of your own ego and its apparent hold over you – you are all very well aware of everyone else’s egos!  Once aware, you can practice disengagement, and when you do your stress reduces and you begin to access that inner state of peace that is always available to you.

Sometimes, when you go to your quiet and private inner space to relax, pray, or meditate, an incredibly intense flow of judgmental thoughts fills your mind, and then the time you set aside for that quiet moment is suddenly gone!  You find that you now have to return to the “real” world and get back to work.  Do not berate yourselves when this happens, and do not decide that taking time out is not worth the effort because you always get caught up in the inner war with which your thoughts invade your mind when you set the intent to be quiet and at peace for a few minutes.  This is just an egoic ploy to persuade you that you are wasting your time, that meditation, prayer, or quiet contemplation are not for you.  Do not be persuaded, that quiet “down time” is absolutely essential for your well being.

That intended quiet time is the time when you can, for a moment, dissolve the illusion, and be at peace.  You do not have to try, just sit quietly and be aware of the stillness.  Trying is an egoic distraction that cannot work, it is the opposite of relaxing, of allowing.  Persist in your daily practice, discount all negative self-judgments, just make a point of siting quietly each day, regardless of how effective or ineffective it may feel.

In this New Age you are receiving enormous assistance from those of us in the spiritual realms whose task it is to watch over you and be there for you in every moment.  The Tsunami of Love enveloping you all continues to intensify to encourage and ensure your awakening.  You cannot fail to awaken because it is your divine destiny.  You chose to incarnate at this moment in Earth’s history, at this point in the illusion, because you chose to come and assist the vast majority of humanity, that has remained asleep, to awaken from their slumber.

This is the time for humanity’s inevitable awakening from the illusion in which it has been submerged for so long.  You who are reading this, and other similarly uplifting messages from your guides and mentors in the spiritual realms, are not here by chance.  You chose to be here, and you are fully supported in every moment.  Those slight intuitive feelings you get that lead you to behave more lovingly are part of your life plan.

You planned those intuitive feelings and insights as personal reminders because you knew that life in the illusion was going to be difficult because of your amnesic state, and so you planned to be reminded intuitively from time to time, and to receive wake up calls so that you would not lose your way.  And you have not lost your way!

You are proceeding full speed ahead towards the moment of awakening, just as you planned, and nothing can prevent or derail that plan.  Your awakening, humanity’s awakening, is divinely guaranteed, and therefore it will happen, you can count on it!

In your quieter moments, as turn your attention to listening, you attract more light. The more you listen, the more facile you become with hearing your own innate wisdom SOUND throughout your being. This will appear to you as clarity and insight, as vision and knowing. The perspectives of your Soul, and your Higher Self are vast and more love-filled generally then your human based perspectives. The more you spend time listening to yourself in an aligned, relaxed way, the more these higher perspectives can inform your sense of purpose, mission, path, choices and decisions. It is important for you to realize you have many different ways of making decisions. And that decisions are different than choices, and both are different then preferences. A choice is the act of choosing among options and you may choose differently at another time. Decisions eliminate all other options, commit your energy and behavior to what you’ve decided where preferences are things you like more then others. You make choices based on your preferences. Decisions too can be based on preferences, but they also tend to be based on your values or beliefs. In all of this you are expressing yourself and in each of these kinds of creative acts you summon energetic support from beyond this sphere. Invite higher frequency energy into your life. The alignment you create by being in accord with the higher frequency aspects of your being, summons an expansive and nourishing energy into your life and fuels your creation with the momentum of the Cosmos. When you create from these higher perspectives, your preferences are inclined toward choices and decisions that are in harmony with Divine Will, or the Unified Field. These harmonics, in turn amplify your creative acts. All of life is extended by these kinds of collaborative, resonant focus. To take fullest advantage of your Higher Self and then through your Higher Self, your Soul’s Presence in this life, you must give permission and draw these energetics more and more into your field of being. You have grown and are growing in your capacity to carry light and this will continue as your focus in form unfolds. Many of you have issues with ideas of power. Realize that things you think are “bad” or “evil” are mirrors of where you are still entangled in the illusion of duality; the idea that one thing is better then another and the construct of duality. To be empowered feels more comfortable to you then the idea of being powerful. Ask yourself why. These words are not actually different. They simply have different associations from your prior experiences and the beliefs and paradigms of the old reality. Release the idea of protection. I wish now to speak about something very important to me, the idea of protection. Many of you associate my presence with protection. This is something I would like to revise so that I may more clearly participate with you in your life. My intent is to support you and to be available to you as together we move toward the fullest expression of the divine plan. This guides all my activities and all my focus. It is, the standard for my focus and my attention. To increasingly access the power of love in your life, each of you will learn to shift from ideas of protection to ideas of the truth of energetic standards. Standards are the true way that you create what you typically think of as protection. The problem with the idea of protection is that it takes you out of alignment and also feeds fear. To access the fullness of love from within this beautiful life on Earth, you must be in alignment with yourself and be open. This means you will gradually find ways to “let your guard down.” In human life many of you develop resistance to love because the focus instead, is on shielding yourself from potential pain in relationships because of fear. This idea of protection is a construct within the illusion that prevents you from knowing the fullness of love! It does not serve you. It also does not keep these things from happening–as many of you have noticed. Understand protection is essentially an extension of your energy based on fear. Of course it is wise not to drive your car into a tree. {Smile.} Caring for your body by working the the nature of life and making good decisions to perpetuate your life is simply wise. But caring for yourself is not the same thing as being protective. Being protective in essence is being “on the defensive” and being on the defensive means “steeling yourself” or even being aggressive. Being protective, or wanting protection take you out of alignment. This does not empower you, or your joy! Decide to learn to open so you may discover the abundace of love on Earth. This may seem obvious, but often when you are not feeling love it does not occur to you to open up more fully. In fact, you tend to constrict your energy which pinches you off even more! In order to feel the love that is available in each and every moment, you have to open yourself perceptually and energetically to the fuller spectrum of energy you are capable of assimilating. There is an abundance of love everywhere in your world, but many of you do not feel this, or not consistently as you would like to experience love. There is electromagnetic energy available from the Earth, there is energy in the food you eat and the air you breathe. There is energy in sunlight, and there is Cosmic Energy available directly through your crown chakra and through all your chakras. The more open you are, the more relaxed you are, the more you are able to access the full spectrum of energy available to be assimilated. All of this energy is love! Much of your focus along this path of awakening has been working with the healing frequencies transmitted to Earth, summoned by your collective desire to awaken. You have used these energies brilliantly, learning to ride the cycles of upliftment and to more and more confidently take place in your own healing with presence, patience and love. Now in the New Reality you are gradually becoming aware of the more subtle energies present and as you do, these energies actually are drawing you into higher frequency expression. They are energetically triggering you as an invitation to soften your “guard” so that you may open more fully to all that is presenting in your world. To notice these energies and to allow yourself to stay open may take practice. Many of you are very sensitive and as such have developed strong methods of keeping energy away from you that you felt (or shall I say “feared”) might impeded your joy. Of course, you are wise to want to feel joyful, it is simply that pinching off yourself energetically also tends to result in amplified fear and resistance, less availability to feel love, which then creates more fear, and also impedes the full spectrum of love-energy available to you … you can see how this can become a downward trending energy cycle. Replace ideas of protection: learn to set standards to your liking. Many of you are noticing the differences in life. You are feeling more at home. You are noticing your own awareness of unity is more prevalent. You are drawn toward experiences of love and upliftment. Your lives have changed. You have left much behind and this has been hard, but you are gradually learning that you can come indeed out and play! That is part of orienting to the new energies — realizing that it may indeed be YOUR time. To discover that it is indeed your time, you have to soften up these guards you have created so you can let more love in. It’s important for you to know that you can do this safely and still have standards to create your experience. Standards are established by the way you relate to yourself. This bears repeating {Smile!} Standards are established by the way you relate to yourself. The way you relate to yourself sets the standards for how you are willing to have any others relate to you. All experiences mirror your standards, so use the experiences in your life to discover your standards and then revise them if needed. Once you begin to use standards to create your experiences, along with decisions and choices, you can then entirely release the guard(s)! Then the abundance of life can be more fully received and if you make room to perceive and notice, experienced. Keys to participating in the New Reality. These are the very subtle ways of mastery that will give you the greatest benefit at this time. These are the milestones to understand and master, the Keys if you will to participation in the New Reality. The New Reality is an inner game. You intuitively know this, but now you must apply yourself to learn to live fully this way, as a sovereign expression, an extension into physical form, of your own Divine Being. Learn to listen to yourself. Invite higher frequency versions of your energy to elevate your perspective. Use choice and decisions to create based on your preferences. Use standards as guidelines for what you are willing to experience. Use the mirror of reality to see your standards, and as a feedback loop as you revise them to your liking. Let yourself be a beginner. It’s simple and clear to live this way. But it’s very different then how many of you lived for most of your lives. Which means these are new habits, new ways of being that must be patiently, devotedly created to become natural and for you to confidently utilize them as your process, your way of being. Love yourself enough to be a beginner. To relate to the New Reality as truly new! To innocently and joyfully, learn the ways of the New Reality, with no shame that you do not already know them, and with appreciation for the fundamental design of your world, so that the ability to see clearly and make changes is so beautifully made possible. For several years there has been talk of a financial and economic “re set” coming, this is no longer speculation as the reset has already begun!  The Swiss have suppressed the price of their currency, the franc, since late 2011.  They pegged the franc versus the euro with a “floor” versus the euro at 1.20.  After confirming this floor publicly on Monday, they abandoned it Thursday only to see the euro depreciate through the par level.  What you saw on Thursday and Friday was the work of Mother Nature as the Swiss decided they would be better served by no longer battling her.

The ramifications of this move by the Swiss are almost infinite when you consider the chain reactions they have now started.  Several large FOREX firms including the largest retail firm in the U.S., FXCM, were rendered bankrupt overnight.  Even Goldman Sachs and Citi admitted to being offside and sustained large losses.  As of right now, we have no idea who “won” and who “lost”, nor do we know “how much?”.  We heard almost nothing from Swiss or European banks on Friday, “who what and how much?” will begin to surface this coming week.  As I have written for years now, if the loser goes bankrupt, the winner does not get paid…thus turning the winner into a loser.  This is a very big problem the markets ignored on Friday but will not be able to ignore as the dead bodies begin to surface.

Think about this point very seriously, many investors (and firms) went to bed Wednesday evening with no stress at all on their portfolios (or their business), in just five minutes Thursday morning they were insolvent.  Just FIVE MINUTES!  We are only talking about “investments” here, how many other real businesses in the import and export area are now broke?  Broke because they hold euros but need francs or they export from Switzerland or import to Europe and now their business model makes no sense?  How is this even possible in just five minutes time?

Another aspect to what and how the Swiss moved on Thursday is that of “central banks” themselves.  Did the Swiss not know they were going to float the franc on Monday when they confirmed the peg publicly?  Did they or did they not inform the IMF prior their actions?  What about the BIS which is headquartered within their borders in Basel, surely they tipped them off?  Christine LaGarde claimed in an interview with CNBC that she had no prior notice, really?  If this is true then it shows the Swiss central bank has moved in an “every man for himself” type of action.  It also shows the “united front” of central banks is not so “united” anymore!  If Ms. LaGarde is not telling the truth and in fact the IMF did have prior knowledge, what would this mean?  It would mean the central banks are finally losing control of the rig.  It would also mean the central banks have distorted currencies, interest rates etc. so badly that once Mother Nature takes over, we can expect repeat performances all over the world and amongst all assets and currencies.  How can I say this?  I would simply ask if it is “normal” for two trading currencies to revalue 30% in five minutes or if it is not normal, what was the cause?  We of course know, the cause was the actions of the ECB and SNB over these last three+ years.

We have already speculated the Swiss made this move for one of two reasons.  First, they may have decided the amount of euros necessary to purchase (and thus the amount of francs created) will go exponential this coming week when the ECB goes full on QE (printing).  We also know that euros already make up more than half of their balance sheet.  The other possibility is they know the Greek election is coming up, (the Greek banks are already experiencing bank runs) and they see the very real possibility of the Eurozone fracturing or even dissolving.  Another possibility is maybe they just decided “their first loss is their best loss”?  Maybe they have watched as the core of Europe has asked for their gold back and understand that “trust” amongst central bankers is waning?  Maybe they simply decided to front run the obvious and necessary re set and do it on their own terms?  It is very hard to say what exactly the motivation was, the important thing to understand is their action has started a re set in motion which will not be stopped!  In plain English, the Swiss just yelled FIRE …while standing in the exit!

I have several other questions but first I want to point out the obvious.  Oil was cut in more than half in dollars over 6 months, could you say the price of oil was “re set”?  How about copper?  How about other foreign currencies?  Could the huge moves in so many assets qualify as being “re set”?  The collapse in oil and copper prices are black swans pointing to a rapidly slowing global economy.  The Swiss removing their currency peg is another black swan event and in reaction to the ECB moving toward hyperinflating their currency.

My biggest question now is this, what will happen when China allows their currency to float?  The Swiss are one thing, China is whole different story!  Think of the ramifications when it comes to trade?  Another, maybe even more important question is what will happen when the Chinese “force” the price of gold and silver to trade freely?  Let me explain this further.  The Chinese know full well that gold IS money, otherwise they would not have spent the last several years buying almost every single ounce that came from the ground.  They know it is artificially priced by New York and London.  They can “float” gold in several manners.  First, they can simply bust the COMEX and LBMA by bidding for and purchasing both their entire inventories within a 24 hour window.  Another possibility would be to simply put out a “global bid” and state some price (much higher than current) they are willing to buy any and all gold, presto, COMEX and LBMA would be busted without them doing it directly!

I recently wrote of a “Global Margin Call” where because oil and other assets, currencies, etc. have moved so rapidly, many derivatives traders have surely been thrown “offside”.  This move by the Swiss is nothing different except it was done “officially”.  Actually, the funny thing is they moved to suspend what they were “officially” (and artificially!) doing.  The move by the Swiss has only made the global margin call that much bigger!  The global re set which was already in the works is now publicly and officially happening before your very eyes.  You can close your eyes or not believe this fact, it will not make it go away, nor will it insulate you financially from what is coming.

To finish, and I plan to follow up maybe even tomorrow, the most important re set will be that of gold and silver prices.  I say “most important” because these are the only “tools” available to you as an individual to protect your wealth.  If the Swiss franc and the euro can change in value by 30% within five minutes, what do you think the revaluation of gold and silver will be when the 100 ounces of “paper metal” come looking for the real thing?  At what price will the market clear?  Add a zero?  Two zero’s?  Please understand this, when the margin call is issued worldwide, there is only one money where the call will work in reverse, precious metals.  The “call” will be for real, yet non existent metal.  Gold had already sniffed this margin call and re set out a couple of months ago.  No matter how much paper was thrown at it, it simply stopped going down.  Even while the dollar strengthened synthetically, gold went higher versus the dollar.  Gold has clearly been THE best money, what do you think will happen to real metal when it turns out that 99% of the supposed global supply is proven as counterfeit?

We will soon witness the greatest margin call in all of history.  We will also witness the greatest transfer of wealth and re set in all of history!  My only question is whether what so far has been “rolling re sets” becomes an official market/bank/finance closure and announced …or, do the markets continue to trade and force re sets in market after market.

As an additional note, we have one last question to ponder which may or may not be connected.  Koos Jansen put forth a “mystery guest’s” theory that the Swiss went short gold in Sept. 2011 which marked the top in gold.  He asks in the following link, “did Switzerland just cover their short“?

I believe there may be some credence to this theory but would go one step further.  Zerohedge asks the question and speculates Japan may be the next “Switzerland” and pull the plug on Abenomics.  Personally I see it a little differently, more importantly, what if the Chinese were to react to the coming QE4 by doing two things?  What if China just walked away and sold their dollar holdings …and at the same time revoked their current peg of the yuan to the dollar?  Will China some day ratio back their yuan with gold?  I think this is likely.  Would the dollar collapse 30%  like the euro just did versus the franc or will the re set be much larger?  Of course the next question would be “how high would gold be marked up”?  An unpegging of the yuan by China would be more important and (current) system ending than nearly anything else I can imagine.  For China to break their peg, the paper short positions in gold and silver would finally be exposed for what they are, counterfeits!

We stand at a threshold beyond anything we have yet experienced in the course of our journey. This is a profound time of new beginnings unparalleled by anything yet experienced on the earth plane. The energies of this period are asking us to join together to incubate a new and expanded future aligned with the frequencies of the New Earth.

Individually we have followed our internal GPS to many moments of awakening, some small, some large. These moments are becoming more frequent as we awaken to a greater vision of our limitless potentials. This deeper awakening naturally moves us beyond limited identities and allows us to forge new, expanded identities that bring a greater experience of the New Earth.

We have always held the frequencies of the New Earth within us. Our destiny is coded into our energetic templates. Awakening codes sleep inside us until they are activated by frequencies of light. These activations take place over months and years as we expand our capacity to receive and hold greater frequencies of light.

Numerous energetic shifts over the last few decades have brought us to this crossroads within ourselves where we can activate the codes for our destiny as light beings. We begin this activation by re-dedicating ourselves to the light. This re-dedication involves examining such factors as the identities we hold and the field of potentials we draw from in creating our realities. It is also important to examine if all aspects of our being are on board with the higher vision for our lives, and the degree to which we have healed our childhood wounds. Finally, we need to ask ourselves if we are prepared to face the obstacle field that will be activated by our intentions to move to the next level of our personal evolution.

Examining Conscious and Subconscious Identities

In this time we are asked to adopt the identity of one who is capable of activating our highest visions. This allows us to access the energetic field where our highest potentials reside. Part of re-dedicating ourselves to the light is examining the identity we hold and make sure it is consistent with our highest potentials. If we hold an outdated identity, we are limiting our potentials to what we believed to be possible for ourselves in the past. When we consult an outdated field of potentials for what is possible, we are in effect creating future realities from old, limited templates.

When we adopt the identity of a fully awake, spiritually connected, limitless being, we adopt an identity that allows us to choose from an unlimited field of potentials.

Identity templates we hold at the subconscious level are more difficult to access. Through dreamwork, meditation, automatic writing, and working with the symbols of our daily life, we can access templates that exist beyond the surface of the conscious mind. Even when we think we are making conscious decisions it’s good to examine the subconscious templates at work in the deeper levels of our being. Failure to do so can undermine steps we are taking at the conscious level.

The Journey of Awakening to Limitless Potentials

Many lightworkers have followed journeys of a similar theme. In the beginning there were times of things not working. Illness, depression and even trauma may have been experienced along the way. Along the course of many challenges and difficulties, the search for answers began. At first these answers may have been sought in the outer world. Eventually some answers were found in books, the teachings of others, relationships, and other life experiences but these were limited. Deeper searching pointed the way to an inner journey. As this inward journey deepened, spiritual insights revealed a universe operating along an ordered and divine pattern. At first this inner journey was undertaken to alleviate one’s own suffering, but once the inner flame burned bright, this desire expanded to include all others. As each person awakens to their own limitless potentials they are able to hold and amplify greater frequencies of light. These expanded frequencies bring one to new thresholds and new levels of potential.

You are a Divine Being

You hold it all within you. You are already a divine being. Living many years on the earth plane may have lapsed you to slumber but inside you the dream of the New Earth incubated, waiting to activate and energize when light frequencies were sufficient to set your destiny to action. You lapsed to sleep so you could learn the nature of density and sleeping consciousness. This understanding focused your path into the new time.

Our First Movement is toward Inner Unification

The first movement in our journey of awakening is toward inner unification. When our conscious mind/ego is united with the wisdom and desires of our soul and higher self we remember we are truly limitless. This remembering touches off a firestorm of questions and sets us on a journey in search of answers. The answers are within but we set out in search of experiences that can help us access the treasures held within our storehouse of inner wisdom. The experiences we seek first and foremost are those that connect us with our heart.

This incubation period is designed to help you perceive, activate and energize those frequencies within you that are based in the love that is the highest vibration in the universe. We sometimes fall out of touch with these frequencies as we move through densities. Our response to the densities that swirl around us calibrates the experiences we draw to us. These experiences teach us to reach toward our higher knowing, which holds the true healing for our wounds. These wounds are re-energized throughout our journey in life but their roots lie in our earth school curriculum for this lifetime.

Childhood Wounds reveal our Soul’s Intentions

Most everyone holds a childhood wound stamped with the imprint of their soul’s intentions for this lifetime. This wound draws to you the experiences that awaken you to the true nature of your being. You may undertake many healing techniques over the years and these may bring relief for periods of time. Eventually all efforts toward healing lead us to a greater experience of love and the realization that the only true and lasting healing is found through the return to our natural state of inner unification.

Inner Unification brings the Joy of Oneness

Inner unification happens within your conscious mind reaches out to your soul in whatever way it can, often circumnavigating a gauntlet of beliefs, fears and misunderstandings to do so. In the moment that contact is made you experience the joy of oneness that brings the deep and profound knowing that all things are possible when we live in connection with our soul.

You may go through numerous instances of meeting your soul in the maze of the illusion before your beliefs are transformed. Be patient with yourself and allowing as you move further along the path of unification. Inner unification is the essence of the New Earth. The outer reflection of this happens when unified beings unite in oneness to incubate the New Earth.

Re-dedicating yourself to the Light

At the individual level, you can take steps to activate the unification process. This involves having a love affair with yourself. This is not a narcissistic kind of love but a love that embraces your woundedness, your missteps – all that you have held against yourself and all that others have held against you. It is time to love all of it into the light. Set an intention to do so and hold a ceremony or ritual to dedicate yourself to fully loving and assisting yourself and your movement toward healing. This is not a selfish action. You have vastly more to share with others when you heal and love yourself. If you are holding judgment against yourself you will judge others as well. Undertake your own healing for the sake of yourself, all others, and the universe.

Incubating healing and inner unification allows you to release the past. Overlays and veneers that dim your light are comprised of unhealed past experiences. As you focus love on your wounds, these overlays begin to dissolve.

Intentions to Heal raise the Obstacle Field

We have said your intentions raise the obstacle field. Now we will further distinguish the different forms and degrees of the obstacle field. The lesser obstacle field is raised for an intention such as manifesting a new car or other material item. Inside this obstacle field you will experience questions around deserving, abundance, and any reservations held by younger aspects of your consciousness. A more complex obstacle field is activated by the intention to bring about profound healing at all levels. This intention activates all the thoughts, feelings, experiences, emotions, beliefs – everything that has entered into the equation of your inner wound will be raised to help you heal and work with it. This can be an extensive process that for some takes years. However, the energies now are working with you, allowing you to take great steps toward releasing resistance, raising your vibration and incubating the timeline where you are living along a life track of inner unification.

As you undertake this healing journey, envision the dream for your new life inside timelines of the New Earth. Open to visions of who you are and know you are oneness healed and unified. This limitless, healed and unified “you” already exists within your field of potentials. You would not be seeing this new vision of yourself if it were not a true part of you.

This is the perfect time to incubate your movement into the new time. Alkalize your diet, meditate, exercise, create rituals to anchor the light and raise your vibration. Spend time sending light to those you know, to your higher self, to all-that-is. Eat light, move your body, honor the spark of all life. Love yourself. Daily reaffirm the oneness and the love that you are and make a regular practice of activating limitless potentials by rededicating yourself to the light.

In the new year of 2015, the number of people who awaken to their true divine nature will be unprecedented. The level of creation that is possible will seem almost magical, yet it simply represents alignment with your most Divine, Eternal and Illuminated self.

In this year, you are able to create a new reality from fields of empowered Light weaving forms made up of qualities of higher consciousness. As you awaken into the Light of Divine Presence, you find freedom to soar above the mundane and yet create in clear practical ways. Working within these multidimensional levels allows you to bring Heaven to Earth. From this place you can receive the impulses of your soul’s gifts to activate in this lifetime.

In this year, you will come to know the power of the forces of Divine Light as a Tool for the Creation of your most Empowered Future. The dimensional shifts that have occurred opened the way for you to receive at a new level of frequency. You are here to see your dreams manifest, when they are desires coming forth from your soul to summon the energy that empowers you to bring your gifts into the world.

Empowered by Light

The power that you need to bring your dreams into the physical realm is aligning to greatly inspire your next steps in life in the 5th dimension. You will be amazed at the level of non-physical support that is available to create new form on the physical level.

Your human form now has the capacity to hold the evolution of your spiritual presence. When you immerse yourself in Divine Light, new frequencies entrain the field around your body and you have access to the Love and Intelligence that lives within your heart. There is no power on Earth that can match the Divinity inherent in the Light of God.

Allow yourself conscious immersion in this loving Presence. It is what your heart is longing for. It is what your illumined mind is drawn to experience. Echoes of the ancient teachings reverberate in your being as your soul remembers how to create form with Light as it did in the ancient temples.

The more harmony you experience within your emotional state, the more you are living in your full essence. It is an amazing time to be alive, to dream big and align with your soul’s essence expanding and blending into human form.

If you feel your way is blocked, pull back into your heart, and give yourself the time to come into full alignment with your most Divine Essence, that which guides your way. Drafting the energy

When you notice that others are living in peaceful harmony in their life and manifesting their dreams, this means you also have that possibility. It is the cosmic version of drafting the energy that goes before you. Like migrating geese, you are moving together in agreement with the divine impulse within all beings to discover the new expanded territory in which you can live your soul’s essence.

Geese fly in the draft of the air behind their leaders. These geese are following the energetic flow of the wings of those that go before them, and it makes their way easier. That is the situation on Earth now as those who are on the first wave of ascension open the way for others to follow.

As they align their energy with the flow of all Creation working in their lives, more people are awakening to their true divine nature and feeling the spark that enables their dreams to manifest. Joyous possibilities exist that profoundly affect all those who resonate with their Soul’s essence. Creating on the physical level becomes an action of Intention fully integrated into the Divine Light you anchor in your world.

The dynamic gifts of your soul manifest as frequencies in your field of Light. Anchoring that vibration in your physical body becomes a demonstration that you are aligning your physical, mental and emotional bodies with the dreams inspired by your soul to live in the world with greater power, joy and love.

When you have identified that which causes your heart to sing in anticipation on a pure feeling level, you have access to this quality of consciousness. Focusing on these exalted states daily will change your vibration as those frequencies find their ground in you.

Simple, timeless practices

Ancient systems were developed that activate your conscious ability to receive Light. Most of these have been brushed aside in the hope of new, more powerful teachings. However, in many ways the simplicity and the clarity of the tools to expand conscious awareness remain the same. For instance, accessing the elements of subtle energy through your breath remains one of the quickest ways to raise your vibration.

Sitting in an exalted state of Love brings the power of that force of Light into every cell of your body. Bathing yourself in pure Joy opens the way for your brain to create new neuropathways. Allowing Peace to prevail in your heart creates the most nourishing Home you ever imagined.

We are using these potent words as the energetic tools they have become in new 5th dimensional energy. Each word holds an exalted vibration that you can literally feel in your body. This is your soul speaking through the language of vibration. Your feelings are your spirit’s way to spark the awareness of your choices.

There are infinite choices and possibilities expanding in your world now within the waves of Divine Light. There are, in fact, so many choices that overwhelm has become common among you. This overwhelm occurs when you are trying to mentally figure out which choice is best. It is infinitely more simple to use your feeling nature to sort out the choices that would most benefit your life. Your soul speaks through the language of feelings using these magnetic qualities to draw them into your experience.

When you create intentional spaces within and without for your spiritual practice, it allows your body to acclimate to higher frequencies and to use them for creation of your new empowered life.

In the ancient temples, this practice was the most relevant and purposeful way to create form. New realities were made from frequencies of Light focused and inspired by higher dimensional energies. Your soul knows these abilities; it is a part of your heritage. It is why you came into this life with a highly developed and sensitive nervous system. You have been unlike those you knew and did not feel nurtured by popular culture. Your soul waited for this time to bring the ancient gifts forward.

Your preparation has been extensive. You have so much information, so many lessons learned, cleared so much karma and old belief systems that you wonder when it will open to create manifestation of your heart’s desires in your life.

Now is the time

The time is now in 2015 as you begin to put your soul’s gifts into practice and align with its purpose. As you gain access to exalted states, there needs to be a grounded system in place that will take the frequencies of Light and connect them in your body for the new, growing crystalline system.

Creation of form can begin within your inner Temple of Light which is dedicated to the awakening of new forms in your life that are in harmony with your Source energy. It is an activity that befits that exalted awareness of your destiny. It uses ancient tools and modern focus to bring Light and Clarity into your being.

This practice of alignment with qualities of consciousness becomes the Beacon of Light that you express in the world. This practice draws to you all those who can assist you in translating the dream to reality, opportunities to share your love and wisdom, and people who can love and support you as well as enjoy your presence in their life.

Creating form from Light is the focus of this new year, and from that your Illuminated soul is birthed into new life on Earth. Your honoring of your dreams becomes an aspect of Love. Loving and respecting yourself enough to acknowledge the desires of your soul allows your heart to fully expand. You will find a new ability to bring your dreams into fruition when they are in alignment with your Source energy.

Step into the Light Field you created

You would not have the desire without the means to fulfill it. Check into your heart and see if your dream is in harmony with your soul essence. Become familiar with the resonance of a soul-based desire and that which a personality desire creates within you. When you feel in harmony, you can step into the field of Light you have created within the personal sacred sanctuary that holds the frequencies you want to express.

Do not allow doubt to interfere with your unfolding process of awakening. As the Light gains more strength, there is a new power also birthing. It is strength and integrity within your being to hold higher frequencies that can be transmitted into the outer world.

When your personal spiritual practice helps you to align with Source energy, you have new freedom to express great Creativity and Joy. Know that you can move forward in your life and align yourself with those who are already living peaceful lives in harmony with their greatest dreams and their soul’s gifts.

There is no need for competition. This is the time for a great cooperative wave of creation that allows you to ride the crest of its flow and manifest your dreams on Earth. The Divine Light awaits your direction.

You have all struggled to maintain equilibrium as the new energies brought out thoughts, feelings and emotions that you had no idea you harbored within and you are now ready for a greater refinement of your four lower bodies. It will become much easier to navigate in the days ahead as most of you have almost completed the cleansing, clearing and purging of all that is not love from your deepest and innermost self. Now the way before you becomes filled with a greater spectrum of light that presents a greater perspective than you previously embraced. A greater understanding of self is at hand which in turn enables a greater understanding of your sisters and brothers with whom you share space in this world. Life takes on a new momentum filled with unlimited possibilities. Your greater clarity and focus now brings your thoughts and creative ideas into quicker manifestation than ever before.

That which used to take years to bring what you desired to you into your experience now comes about in an effortless and harmonious manner. All the good you have desired to experience in your individual lives is being created and brought to you by the universe and the Creator. You now begin to understand what life lived in harmony with the universe and the Creator was meant to be, an ever flowing river of joy, delight, light, color and creativity. The gifts that you developed and practiced throughout your sojourns in physical form now begin to come to the surface. You have the great opportunity to allow these to come into expression through you now. Talents that you had only wished you had begin to arise within you and to surprise you with their emergence in your daily expressions. Each of you have unique and marvellous talents and skills that have lain hidden beneath the surface of perceived personal limitations and these are now dissolving into oblivion.

There will be surprises and unexpected events that occur that will bring each of you pivotal flashes of insight that causes everything to change in a moment. All that occurs brings a total paradigm shift and you must endeavour to not resist what comes forth. Stay open and willing to contemplate and embrace the new directions that can propel you to new heights. Success will come to you from the fruits of your heartfelt intentions and your greatest good begins to manifest for you. Remember to give back to the world in gratitude and humility as you receive your good. Things will come together as if by magic to create the reality you have been seeking. Stay enthusiastic about the new possibilities and potentials and be optimistic in your belief in others so they too, will prosper, grow and expand. Everyone around you will see the positive and beautiful aspects of your true being and will mirror these back to you.

Allow yourselves to reach out into unexplored areas of self expression and look at your projects with a new and more creative approach. Take more risks and open up to new and different ideas. Release any remaining old fears and limitations you may still be holding and open more fully to creative inspiration. To broaden your perspective, choose to be peaceful, quiet your mind and allow the universe to bring to you more options that you may not have been aware of. Let the universe support you and allow its influence to bring to you possible solutions to help direct your outcomes. Be openly receptive, patient and flexible and stay willing to receive in surprising and imaginative ways. Keep moving forward and keep an open eye for new and unexpected opportunities. You could be delightfully surprised where they lead you.

Know that all is well and that only love surrounds you. Embody a new way of looking at life and the world around you. You are a radiant, luminous beacon of light to all around you and you empower others with your love, wisdom and presence. It is time for you to shine even brighter and show the world your true essence.

Tolec Updates ~ Arcturus based Craft near International Space Station, Dwarf ‘Planet’ Ceres, & Elizabeth Diamond show

Arcturus based craft  recorded  in  close proximity  to  International  Space  Station.

The ‘delta’ shaped space craft recorded in space as flying in somewhat close proximity to the International Space Station [regardless of the alleged specific image & when it was released - I first saw a craft very similar to this delta shaped one back in the summer of 1996], and I describe it in details, below, as the following:

a.)  it is from the star system:  Arcturus, the most senior member of the Andromeda Council.

b.) their craft comes from their senior representative home world:  Pitolla.

c.)  their craft is delta shaped; if you were to see it from a top down view as I/Tolec have -  you would see a round/cone shaped/radius edge nose, a long sweeping body with two (2) upright ‘tail fins’ toward the far back of the craft, one not quite flush to the far left side & another one not quite flush on the far right side; you would also see a bold, dark stripe running from the front to the back on each side almost the full length of the craft, both left & right sides, toward the inside of each fin;  you would also see their emblem  [what we might call something akin to an 'ace of spades', see my crude drawing below, please excuse it, I'm not an artist]  next to each tail fin.

d.) there are  total of three (3) races of people from the planet Pitolla each living at a different vibratory/density rate: 5D, 10D & 12D

e.)  the race of people from Pitolla who have manifested this craft are the:  Diesliesetiplex  [pronounced: Die-slie-seti-plex];  the Dieliesetiplex are: 12D people.

As 12D beings – as you can imagine, so much closer to ‘Creation’/’Source’ – which means these beings vibrate at an incredibly high rate & have a very unique composition of sacred geometry in their vibratory make up, and therefore it will be very easy for them to help Earth people with their transformation & evolution into becoming higher density/dimensional humans. The Dieliesetiplex will step in to help in the education process only once people from the first four (4) Andromeda Council member planets [Ventra, Nikotae, Toleka & Ritol] have had some considerable physical contact visiting & educating the people of Earth [see: "Contact"].

These 12D beings, the Diesliesetiplex, will be an important part of the long term evolution & teaching process as Earth people become higher dimensional humans and begin to adjust to their new skills of telepathy, teleportation, telekenisis, clairaudience, clairvoyance, clairsentience… all higher dimensional human traits.

f.) the size these beings feel comfortable manifesting/creating, when they need to manifest/create a ‘human’ form, based on their natural energetic vibratory rate is for men: 12 feet tall & for women 10 feet tall; their skin color you would perceive as: pale white translucent, hair color as: mostly white with streaks of gold, eye color:  bright sea/ocean blue.

g.) the Diesliesetiplex people are very gentle, highly evolved, highly intelligent sentient beings who manifest/create 3D organic bodies to communicate with people of 3D worlds and simply return to their original energy forms when their 3D bodies are no longer needed.  Think of one of the last scenes in the 2009 major motion picture/movie “The Knowing” just before the higher ‘dimensional’ ‘ETs’ entered their crystalline craft with the 2 Earth children accompanying them to be transported another 3D earth like world.  Just before departure these higher dimensional ‘ETs’ shed their temporary organic bodies & lifted the children into their craft.  Same situation here:  think temporary organic bodies.

h.) the formal name of their native language is: Nxataexeratae [pronounced: Zahtae-zeratae]  [the “N” is silent]

In closing, their ‘mission’ is simply:  to be seen;

the Andromeda Council is progressively giving permission to certain Andromeda Council members so that various sizes & shapes of ships can be witnessed by the people of Earth.  It makes sense that the people of Arcturus, as ‘the’ senior most member of the Council, would be one of the first to be ‘seen’.

It is also another way to send a ‘message’ to the ‘Breakaway Civilization’/’Powers that Be/Were’/power mongering, manipulative, abusive – elitists – on Earth, and off planet as well -

that Earth people are truly not alone, and that assigned Andromeda Council ships will no longer to be invisible to the people of Earth.   A  time  of  great  change  is
upon  us.

This information was also provided to me/Tolec in tandem by: Andromene, the Chairwoman of the Interdimensional Telepathy & Communication – Observation & Advisory Board, and the Commander of the Primary Andromeda Council biosphere.

Specific details regarding dwarf ‘planet’ Ceres.

This alleged dwarf planet Ceres (pronounced: Series) is really a manufactured “biosphere”.

Ceres has an elliptical orbit in the asteroid belt between Mars & Jupiter.

And, yes, there is 3D life ‘on’ this biosphere. They are known as the  Paxaltaleka (pronounced:  Paxahl-ta-leka). These people live on the interior of the planet, one might say ‘underground’ in large & small cities. They wish to live this way to keep the surface of the planet pristine.

They live in complete peace, a simple, agrarian society, by choice… approximately 50,000 years ahead of Earth people in all aspects of their lives including a ‘masters’ level of awareness & knowledge of “spirit” based, aka, literal “spiritual” life.  They are very warm & loving, willing to share all they know of life with people of other worlds.  They have never known or experienced “war”, never.

There are also 4D people Thaxalplata (pronounced: Thaxahl-pla-tah) and 5D people Xanxalakal  (pronounced: Zaxa-la-kahl). These 4th & 5th dimension people live on the surface.

For the 3D humanoid dwellers who live underground in cities inside this biosphere, they have synthetic, crystalized lighting which very much mimics sun light which they use to grow vegetables to eat. These people are completely vegetarian. Their internal energy source, something much like a “sun”, in the core of this biosphere disperses & distributes its energy throughout and around the planet giving it a warm atmosphere & temperate climate.  It’s temperatures range in the mid-70s to low 80s (F).

And therefore, these 3D people do come to play on the surface of the ‘planet’ where they have many natural parks & huge fresh water oceans, both on the surface as well as all throughout below the planet surface. The water is crystal clear and dark blue in color.

These people are very pale in skin coloring, their hair is fiery red color, their eyes are pale yellowish/green with yellow flecks in it.  Their ears are ‘bobbed’/pointed much like fictional “Vulcans” from “Star Trek”.  Because they are vegetarians they are ‘light weight’ in terms of density, and their height ranges from 3′ tall to 7′ tall.  Their clothes are formed by wearing various large leaves of the plants they grow on the interior of their planet, though they do not need to be sown, these plants simply weave together. The men wear mid-length garments similar to Roman or Greek “togas” & the women wear long flowing dresses down to their ankles.

This biosphere has a breathable atmosphere with also a very fine particle ‘mist’, with an electromagnetic force field, that surrounds and protects this red, Sedona like, planet which looks this way due to the high concentration of iron oxide in its makeup.

On this first day of the year 2015 you are stepping into a new beginning and a new adventure on Planet Earth.  2014 was experienced by many as a difficult and chaotic year with personal challenges to many of you. But, Beloved Family of Light, it was also the year in which the gateways and portals of Magical Abundance and Creativity were anchored on the Earth. The challenges that you faced helped you to truly stand in your power and be the Creator of your own Reality. This is the essence of a Multi-Dimensional Master of Light.

In the year 2015, you will be given the opportunity to further develop your skills and abilities as the powerful Diamond Light energies create further acceleration of consciousness and further activations of DNA codes for spiritual and physical evolution. We call this new Time Spiral the Diamond Path, and on this path you will discover the power of Infinite Love and Compassion. You will discover your power within the Galactic and Cosmic energies and you will focus this into the creation of a loving and harmonious reality as you travel the Diamond Path as multi-dimensional Masters and Creators.

The Energies of the Year 2015

 

Beloved Family of Light, there will be three very powerful moments of Change and Transformation in 2015.  The first will be in March and April of 2015, and it will be initiated at the time of the Equinox.  At this time, the Earth will experience a Total Solar Eclipse that will provide the opportunity for the Planet to shift away from dualistic confrontation and aggression and into a more balanced and harmonious state of collective co-existence. For those of you who have opened up to a state of higher awareness and become Masters of Manifestation, this will be the moment to hold the energies of Inner Peace, Harmony and Love, and to focus on the Creation of a Reality of Harmony and Abundance on the Earth.  You will have the ability to harness the creative magic of the Sixth Dimension and assist in manifesting a new reality.

There will also be a Total Lunar Eclipse on the 4th of April, and the period between the 20th March and the 4th of April will see many shifts and changes on the Earth, opening the way for new forms and new creations.  These changes will be felt on the individual and the collective levels.  We ask you not to be intimidated by these changes, Beloved Ones, but to hold the focus of Love and Creativity, seizing the opportunity to align with the new Timeline Energy of 2015 and to create Abundance and Harmony rather than to contribute to lower timeline energies of conflict and chaos.

The Second powerful moment will be at the Planetary New Year, from the 26th of July to the 12th of August, and will include the energies of the Lion’s Gate as a fulcrum of evolutionary and creative progress.  The high point will be on the 8th of August at the 8/8/8 Time Gate.  The Cosmic Energies that pass through the Lion’s Gate will amplify the new higher energies and create opportunities for many to begin new projects or to step into a new career path that will be more in alignment with their revised mission and purpose on Earth. At this time, the Higher Councils of the Galaxy, in alignment with the Solar Council and Earth Councils, will initiate many new energy vortexes or timelines that will allow for manifestation of the New Reality in physical form.  These projects will prepare the way for the powerful initiations of 2016 and 2017.  The adventure of the Diamond Path is certainly under way!  Those of you who are ready will step forward into this new path of accelerated consciousness and opportunity.

The Third powerful moment will be at the September Equinox, which falls on the 23rd of September.  In this month there will also be a Partial Solar Eclipse on the 13th of September and a Total Lunar Eclipse on the 28th of September.  The themes of these powerful shifts will be a continuation of the new energies of higher awareness that were initiated at the March Equinox and Eclipses.  There will also be further opportunities to anchor the Diamond Light of Harmony, Peace and Abundance and to create a New Reality.  It will be an exciting and challenging time, but also filled with new opportunities.  Again, we ask that you focus on these opportunities to empower yourself as Masters of Light and Creativity, and to assist in grounding the New Reality for Planet Earth into the Human Collective Consciousness grid so that form may follow on the material plane.  This two week period will be rich in opportunities to work with the Beings of Light and the Angelic Realms, and also the Magical Elemental energies, to anchor this magical and miraculous New Reality.

The Diamond Path: Higher Consciousness and a Higher Frequency Reality

Beloved Family of Light, this higher consciousness and higher frequency of Being we call the Diamond Path.  It is the frequency that anchors the sixth dimension and allows you to fully experience your multi-dimensional being.

At this stage, your anchor in the sixth dimension of elemental Magic and Miracles will allow you to move between dimensions of being without anxiety or loss of equilibrium.  When you are centered in a deep sense of Inner Peace and Creative Compassion, then you will be able to experience the lower frequencies with this inner power and strength and without losing your inner connection and sense of direction.  You will be able to adventure in the fifth, fourth and third dimensional energies without adverse effects.

Of course, Beloved Ones, if you should find yourself on a mission or an adventure in third-dimensional density, and surrounded by duality, conflict and chaos, you will know how to find your center in your heart, ground yourself into the Earth and follow the guidance of your Higher Self and Spirit and the Infinite Creative Wisdom of the Divine Creative Intelligence.  And know, Beloved Ones, that simply as an act of magical choice, you will be able to return to the higher dimensions of consciousness.

How is this possible, you may ask?  Well, you must ensure that you are well connected to your Magical Higher Self.  You must cultivate the Magical Garden of Inner Peace, Serenity, Joy, Peace, Love and Abundance.  As you create this inner garden, so it will also manifest in your outer world as a Sacred Space that will anchor and reflect your personal frequency or Energy Signature on Earth.

Your personal Sacred Space will also transmit your Energy Signature, and will begin to interact with and to shape the external world around you as you open up a multi-dimensional space on Planet Earth!  Beloved Ones, the Earth herself is overjoyed to once again dance and play with Beings of Light in many dimensions.

So, Beloveds, the Diamond Path is your passage to Multi-Dimensional lightness and adventure.  You are becoming  creators of realities, initiators of timelines, and  co-creators of planetary consciousness in the higher frequencies.  You will gain the confidence to ride the Galactic waves and shift frequencies in creative adventures of light.  And you will learn how to manifest light and energy into form as you create a New Reality.

The Blue Diamond Children of 2015

As you move into this new phase of Creativity and Empowerment, you will be supported, as always, by an incoming wave of newly arriving and incarnating souls. These will be called the “Blue Diamond Children”.

These children will derive from, or have a close connection to, the Angelic Family of the Elohim.  The Elohim are the Creators of Form in the Universe.  The purpose and mission of these incarnating beings will be to support and assist the creation and manifestation of the new forms on the Earth as the New Reality begins to take shape on the Earth.

These children will be Cosmic Spirits who are closely connected to the Galactic Families and the Galactic Council.  They will be Masters of Manifestation and will be skilled at bringing forth form in graceful and elegant ways.

They will also be empathic and powerful, and will be able to “read” the energies  and the people around them.  They will use their empathic skills to direct powerful energies of healing and abundance creation where they are needed.

These children will incarnate in Soul Pods or Groups, as twins or as siblings, or within communities where they can best work together to form a powerful focus of Blue Diamond Light to assist in the creation of new ideas and new forms of individual and collective being on the Earth.

Emerging Again ~ the 12th Road: a Spiritual Journey on the Path of Awakening;January 14, 2015

It’s been a while since I last wrote but I don’t think I’m alone in saying I haven’t written much these past few months. Life it seems, is shifting our focus elsewhere, or even just within, prompting us to slow down and contemplate where we are and where we’re going on this evolutionary path.

There’s been so much happening it’s been hard to focus on any one thing. This evolutionary dance has been different for each of us but since my last post, we have been through the opening of the Dec Solstice, the crossover to the New Year and the first Full Moon of 2015 all while being constantly bombarded with the new Light coming through various forces to help us engage with the process of releasing the old energy we carry in order to integrate the new we are receiving.

Now, as we move through this high vibrational day of the 11th, we are seeing the old ways falling away faster than ever and it is becoming increasingly difficult to have connections with anything we don’t resonate with. It’s an awkward clash of incompatibility that grates and grinds. But even so, we are still in transition and are coming to realize it’s a long road ahead.

But where the past year was one of repositioning and restructuring, we are now moving into a year of positive growth. This year we are consolidating with like-minded souls, building solid foundations to support our true purpose, our Soul work. We can already feel the urge rising within to focus only on what is true to our inner most desires, what is relevant within the union of relationship and the work we are all here to pursue. This year is for stepping into the shoes we came here to fill and if we are ready to embrace our own talents, life could take on a very different feel in the months ahead.

After reaching what felt like a place of stillness, a plateau in my own process, there is a re-emergence now into what feels like the next stage of this return to our true state of being. Our navigational tools are in understanding energy and the concept of our own energetic vibration which helps us to see the big picture, make sense of ongoing difficulties and see purpose in any turmoil and upheaval. By regularly tuning in to our own energetic wavelength it becomes easier to observe what is happening around us and reconnect with our balance when we lose sight of it.

Michael and Mother Spirit transmission Father Michael: Good evening my children this is your Creator Father or your Brother, see me how you will, but I am the divine parent of this Universe. Some of you know me by Michael, some of you know me as God the Father or Great Spirit as I am here with you in the pervading spirit of Truth. Mother spirit is with me this evening. I’d like to share with you not only our presence but just a few words of encouragement and clarification for what not only you as a personality are going through in this great transition time, but also with the world collectively also is experiencing to a degree. I would like for you to first know that as I connect with each of you. You will receive me differently, it doesn’t matter necessarily if you cannot transmit my voice or your can utilize your throat chakra to bring forth concepts. If you receive me in a feeling, if you feel me in your heart, it is no different than someone trained to transmit me through. It is just as equally potent and powerful when you can experience my presence with you, around you and in you. And it is true that the love that I have for you is never ending, it is unfailing, I will never leave you, I am always with you, Mother and I along with your inner Spiritual Presence. As this transition, the energies and influxes of energy that Mother Earth will goes through there may be many energies, discordent and otherwise that are being sifted in and winnowed. As these energies become exposed through the collective, you may see them take shape in certain energetic paths and also reveal themselves in ways that are not in harmony. This process will bring forth, much as a woman in childbirth brings forth a child, the birth of a new reality. So many concepts have been tagged upon what this is. Call it a dispensation, a new age, or a millennium reign, but remember that in the end these are simply just concepts. What is most important is that you understand what you are here for and what is transpiring as a being not only a participant, but being involved not only collectively but personally with this energy integration. You as a being have had many experiences from your native planet. You have had experiences that you can judge either as good or bad. But none the less, these experiences have brought you to the place that you now are. Every experience that the world has gone through, that Mother Earth has gone through has brought her to where she is and where you are right now. What is so important children is that I tell you that you reading this are actively involved and you are cognizant of her transition, that you are understanding of her birthing of this new reality, this new age of truth and light. But since you are understanding of these translated spiritual concepts and also of the knowledge that is behind these things, you can help those that are transitioning with the knowledge and understanding that you can connect to with the universe and with the cosmic mind. The wave of new light which began on January 4 initiated the DNA drop. This initial wave continues through January 11; Gatekeepers have been anchoring these all week.

For those of you who were in service on the 12-12-12, you may notice that some of your awakened colleagues are beginning to experience what we experienced on the 12-12-12. Visions of streaming codes, Golden DNA spiraling down into Gaia, ancient symbols, and some codes presenting as light language symbols.

One of the more dramatic side effects of the DNA drop is the heightened awareness of multidimensionality. You may sense the merge of dimensional expressions in a stronger, more refined way. Rather than glimpses of the Higher Self or higher state of beingness, many of us are experiencing multiple dimensional expressions simultaneously. Understand this is a goal of the Solar Cosmic Christ; the synchronization of all aspects of Self in several dimensions.

Another side effect of new, puritized DNA being available to us is a dramatic increase in pineal activity. The clarity can be startling. You may also be receiving more vibrant flashes in meditation or when lying in bed at night, eyes closed or open, and more pinpoints of light appearing in your energy fields. These are side-effect of the brain rewiring and the pineal responding to higher levels of light.

The sensation of Zero Point, that beautiful state of now consciousness, is more readily available than ever. It will be easier to experience lengthier passages of that stillness, the silence, the true Zero Point where unification of the multidimensional self intercepts the programs of the illusion of separation. By utilizing meditation, or peaceful quiet time in nature, we open ourselves to the natural flow of evolution and call in this next phase of the Ascension path.

Understand that the energies of 2015 will amplify the boomerang effect in a faster, stronger way. Alignment with the True Self becomes a demand of the New Light for the Ascension-bound. We are in a phase of heightened experience – which means your experiences of negative emotion will also be amplified if you focus on the negativity in that way. The conscious direction of thought, action, and spirit will be a moment-to-moment activity, and becomes an art in itself.

We have entered a very accelerated part of our Ascension process. At times it may feel like the process is running us right over. Because of the amplification of this photonic light which demands Divine love and harmony, we get to witness negativity lifting out of cellular structures, and in every operating system running on the planet. As the Pleiadians mentioned last month, all of the work we have done prior to this was merely preparation. It is now put to the test in a much more immediate way. In brief, we are entering a state of beingness that has been foretold for a very long time.

2015: Mastery of Multidimensionality 

All of the hitches and glitches, aches and pains, interrupted sleep patterns, energy surges, clearing, and technical snafus take on a different meaning in 2015. They force us to be very immediate, in the now moment, and train us to align with the divine intentions of our highest self.

While the energy supports a stronger clearing of the external world around us, we remain steadfast in our alignment with Divine Love and the goals of our Ascension process. Your intentions will consistently and somewhat instantly reveal whether or not you are in alignment with your higher self. If your goal is to merge with your own higher states of consciousness, your own higher expressions, then your focus will be on absolutely aligning with the reality you are consciously choosing to ascend to.

Make an agreement with your Higher Self, your Christed Self, and your Divine Team to show you each day, each hour, each moment what is in Divine alignment. It will feel different than it has in the past. It will be much more instantaneous. Feel it in the heart; you will recognize the signs in your immediate reality, if you pay attention. Pause often to see the signs. Plowing through a day, an hour, a moment without aligning with conscious flow is over.

Understand that when you invite in the higher light consciousness, you surrender to the consequences of what it shows you. Resistance to alignment causes suffering. Flowing with alignment brings ease grace and profound insights if you attune your perception to what the truth has to offer you in the moment.

An Insight on Collapsing Systems

Negative programs only have until Autumn of 2016 to continue to run negative control systems. I  AM referring to misguided HUmans who have long served a negative path (I do not subscribe to inter-dimensional racism or judgment of past attempts to control. New Light, New Paradigm, Let us move on). Understand that the frequencies coming onto the planet are held by thousands of HUmans in service to the New Light. That kind of light being embodied upon the planet is literally painful to negative beings. While I have compassion for those in made the wrong choices here, and can imagine how disturbing these frequencies must be for someone carrying a lot of negative energy, I also see how important it is for those who are ascending to hold the absolute highest vibration and light quotient possible.

Keep your energy fields clear and strong. Use your commands and agreements wisely. Clear the moment things present, and take responsibility for your own journey. Self-empowerment is vital. Getting out on the land and connecting with Gaia, the kingdoms, and elementals is one of the most efficient ways to re-energize and rebalance. Zero Point provides immediate results for pure intentions. Walk, breathe, stretch, intend; instant rejuvenation.

Higher-Self-Care

We will need consistent rebalancing as the multidimensional merge gets stronger and more pronounced. Simplify where you can, engage in the new – because the old is going to feel very old now – and quite burdensome. Give. It. Up. Do not be frightened by what you are becoming; let it unfold – no matter what. Be honest with those around you about your feelings and energy – or lack thereof. HUmans in alignment will be patient if you are authentic. We are coming out of a long brainwash of performance and survival programs. Now we move into a new flow of performance, which is not based on future results. It is the authenticity of Now which matters most. Your multidimensional merge takes place in milliseconds of Zero Point, bit by bit, expanding to seconds, then minutes, and then a permanent state of beingness.

At times it feels much more difficult than we expected, and sometimes it feels like we overshot the mark altogether when all is effortless. Don’t let anxiety override the heart center. Hands on the heart, comfort the body, hush the mind/ego/emotions gently, say I Love You and breathe.

Self-care takes on a higher meaning this year. It’s not a hot bath and a massage (although those are great); it is Higher-Self-Care which is our theme. The psychological levels can be threatened by the heightened unknown as parts of the brain activate. Dormant structures awaken and try to make sense of what the rest of the brain has been up to. It can cause confusion or fear if the lower levels attempt to override the rewiring. Please stay centered if you are experiencing this; the psychological fallout of the Shift has been a concern for some time.

For the chosen momentum of being, is the momentum of that which you shall discover exists therein and is recognized as the atomic principle of the DNA structure of your vehicles.

The DNA structure of your vehicles has indeed taken a new route, weaved a new direction if you will in your daily activities. For the DNA structure of your vehicles has once again been reconstructed and restructured and realigned to the new frequencies of the coming of times. For indeed the alignment of the planetary ascension principles of BEing have ignited the atomic principles within the very core of your vechile, allowing you to expand your consciousness yet again, and allowing you to connect to a new grid system of which all of you are very much aware of.

Therefore the changes that  lay ahead shall find you a bit confused, for as you look up to the ethers for answers, you shall be directed within your very own being. For as you look upon the ethers you shall be asked to go deep within, for the atomic principles of that which you are, has indeed been activated within the core structure of your hearts and your solar plexus. For through these two chakras, and through these two grid systems you shall discover your I AM presence once more.

For the nature of your connectedness to the ethers shall change, for through the cooperation of those  that you hold dear, you shall be able to connect to the ethers collectively. For the individualistic approach to your everyday existence shall begin changing rapidly for you now, and you shall all seek out various alliances in order to continue expanding the consciousness of this planet. In order to continue on your journeys here on earth.  In order to bring forth the prearranged meetings with those whom are to collaborate with you on various projects which you have come here to uphold.

And so, through the atomic principles of your very own selves, through the connectedness to another you shall be able to transpire, you shall be able to transverse time and space and connect to others and to the groups of those whom you have come to this planet with. You shall be able to connect to your respective star alliances, through the all collective energies of those whom you shall meet on the path.

For no longer the individual approach to the understanding of life on earth shall prevail. For you shall be pulled to groups of those who are here to assist you just as you are here to assist them. And together in unison you shall bring through various energies to collectively shift into a new consciousness for all of humanity. Be mindful of the meetings that lay ahead for all of you in the coming of times. Understand that you are being supported and guided , know that you have been prepared well for the coming of times. 8 000 scientific papers link refined white sugar to chronic disease

One of the worst things you can do to your body is feed it sugar - not necessarily natural sugar like the kind found in fruit, but refined sugar. A team of scientists from the University of California in San Francisco (UCSF) recently pored through more than 8 000 scientific papers on how sugar affects the body and came to the conclusion that it not only makes people fat but also makes them sick.

The project, which has been dubbed SugarScience, exposes sugar as a primary culprit in the formation of metabolic disease, which can lead to conditions like heart disease and type 2 diabetes. Lead author Laura Schmidt, a UCSF School of Medicine professor, says her team's findings are comprehensible -- sugar is highly toxic to the body and vital organs, including the liver.

According to their investigation, nearly three-quarters of all packaged and processed foods contain added sugar. This sugar is typically listed under 61 different names, including things like high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS), dextrose, evaporated cane juice and sucrose. It is often difficult to identify added sugar because of this, and current regulatory requirements don't mandate that suggested daily values of both natural and added sugar be identified.

The result is millions of people regularly consuming far more sugar than they should be, leading to metabolic syndrome, a classification of risk factors associated with a host of chronic illnesses. If left to run its course, metabolic syndrome can lead to early death in the form of liver failure, heart attack, blood clots and various other life-threatening conditions.

"Too much sugar causes chronic metabolic disease in both fat and thin people," said pediatric endocrinologist Robert Lustig, a member of the SugarScience team and author of Fat Chance: Beating the Odds Against Sugar, Processed Food, Obesity, and Disease, pointing out that obesity is an entirely separate issue from the extensive bodily damage caused by sugar consumption.

"And instead of focusing on obesity as the problem, we should be focusing on our processed-food supply."

SugarScience project exposes "all calories are equal" myth as scientific fraud

Part of the problem is that many people still don't realize just how much sugar they're actually consuming. According to Medical Xpress, the average American consumes nearly 20 teaspoons, or about 78 grams, of sugar daily, which is far more than the maximum level recommended by the American Heart Association (AHA).

A single 12-ounce can of soda pop contains as much as 9 teaspoons, or 36 grams, of added sugar, which is the AHA's maximum recommended daily level for adult men. Adult women, says the group, should consume no more than 6 teaspoons, or 24 grams, of sugar daily, while children should limit themselves to between 3 and 6 teaspoons, or 12-24 grams, daily.

The best way to consume sugar is naturally, of course, whether it be in fruit, vegetables or unprocessed dairy products. Fruits and vegetables contain dietary fiber and other nutrients that help buffer how quickly sugar is processed, protecting organs like the pancreas from having to work overtime to produce insulin, which can lead to insulin resistance and diabetes.

SugarScience's research also reiterated that not all calories are the same, as is commonly believed in the mainstream.

"SugarScience shows that a calorie is not a calorie but rather that the source of a calorie determines how it's metabolized," explains Lustig.

Michael and Mother Spirit transmission Father Michael: Good evening my children this is your Creator Father or your Brother, see me how you will, but I am the divine parent of this Universe. Some of you know me by Michael, some of you know me as God the Father or Great Spirit as I am here with you in the pervading spirit of Truth. Mother spirit is with me this evening. I’d like to share with you not only our presence but just a few words of encouragement and clarification for what not only you as a personality are going through in this great transition time, but also with the world collectively also is experiencing to a degree. The next few days will bring many changes to your life and that of others. You have surfed through wild energy surges and climbed emotional mountains. Part of your climb has been accepting your true worth. Even though many of you feel as if you have many mountains yet to climb, you are further ahead than you realize.

You believe you do not deserve rewards until you have completed all your tasks – a 3D belief that has little to do with new you.

Such fears, concerns and the need to be perfect are what you are leaving, not what you are moving to. Even though some of you feel a need for an A+ in all parts of your transition, all you have ever needed to do was acknowledge your interest in new you and the rest followed automatically.

Perhaps you remember your ‘dark night of the soul,’ that terrible period when you let go of your greatest fears, your worthlessness, your inability to be whole. Or perhaps you remember how many times you revisited pieces of your dark night of the soul – only to experience those fears yet again.

That was yesterday. You have transitioned beyond that.

Any additional clearing is your old 3D need to be perfect in others’ eyes. Something you could never really achieve for others set guidelines that had nothing to do with your innate being, but instead helped control society.

Now that you have cleared those 3D feelings of lack and not good enough, it is time to fully own your being. So it is in the next few days you will discover pieces of yourself you have not accepted or noted before.

You are gods/goddesses of the highest form. No one including society, gurus, angels or beings in other dimensions is more powerful than you.

In the next few days, you will BEGIN to accept that concept. You will know you are capable of whatever you wish, of whatever your inner-being whispers in your ear.

Does that mean you will leave your job, family or friends to start a new life? No, merely that you will know you can do so if you wish – but only if you wish.

Many cling to the belief that you must save the world, that you must be an example for others by creating this or that.

It does not matter who or what you are in earthly realms for you will soon know within every cell of every segment of your being that you truly are a god/goddess in every sense of the word. You do not have to prove to yourself or anyone else that you are. You merely have to follow your inner-voice to find the joy that is your right – and role.

Do not ever think that you must be THE role model for anyone other than yourself.

By being yourself in total freedom, you will be the beacon you elected to be before entering earth in this lifetime and most likely, many others.

This transition is far beyond anything you imagined lifetimes ago or even before you entered earth in this lifetime. Your new world is about to explode in fun and joy for you have climbed your mountain. You have surfed the waves. You have completed every difficult task set before you including energy surges and software uploads. Yet, you continued movement to your promised land on faith and some channeled messages.

You are about to explode into your new life. For after you climb your mountain, you gently roll down the other side in childish glee – reclaiming those pieces of you forgotten in this lifetime.

This next wonderful phase is about claiming your totality. You are now probably thinking, “So what is new?” This phase is not the arduous climb up craggy mountains filled with snow and wild creatures that frightened you in your need to reach the top. But instead, reclaiming joy and self-love as you gleefully role and skip down the rolling hills to your promised land below.

There are some who continue to climb their mountain. That is fine and good for this transition is in stages. But those of you climbing your mountain need to know that those who went before left a bright path for you so you will complete that part of shedding old you in a much shorter time than was true for them.

Know that your mountain scout masters have become children waiting for you to play with them as they scamper down the gently rolling hills that is now their domain. Allow and encourage them to be for they are the ones who will allow you to be when it is your turn to roll down the gentle hills covered in green grass and spring flowers.

Once you reach the valley or the promised land – perhaps in a few months or a bit longer – you will be both child and adult free of the restraints that 3D earth imposed upon you for eons. So be it. Amen.
