Did you know the World Health Organization is literally set up to operate as a one world government?

Did you know that when the WHO declares a pandemic, the laws of all the nations are nullified, and the entire world is submitted to the so called ‘constitution’ of the WHO?

Did you know the WHO can at any time declare a pandemic, based on any fraudulent medical test?

Did you know that all the nations of the world are bound to unquestioning submission to whatever guidelines the WHO issues?

Did you know this makes the WHO effectively a private entity that rules the entire world, outside of any form of democracy?

Did you know the entire health system of our world is owned by financial oligarchs, who use it to dominate all of humanity?

These are some of the facts exposed by the top experts from the World Health Organization and United Nations in the GRAND JURY EVIDENCE 1.

Their information is confirmed by experts from the British Navy, the US Marine Corps, the UK government, the CDC, British Intelligence Services, etc. What they reveal in the Grand Jury Evidence is so disturbing and alarming, that I will share three short summaries of this document in this email.

The City of London and world dominance

The first two expert witnesses during session 2 of the Grand Jury are a former officer of the British Intelligence Services (partner agency to the US National Security Agency) and a Canadian investigative journalist with strong historical knowledge.

They explain the long history of the aim for world dominance by the British elite.

The British Empire still exists, and includes the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India, 19 African countries and the Caribbean, while their influential hand extends into virtually every other nation of the world.

The headquarters of the British elite are in the City of London, an area of one square mile in the heart of London. The City of London isn’t governed by the British government, but on the contrary, reigns supreme over it. The City of London has its own courts and police and has never been challenged in its sovereignty and self-government. It rules over the Crown and most of the Earth.

According to the British elite insider witness, who was raised in their boarding schools and universities, these elitists believe they have the right to enslave the rest of humanity, which they consider to be their ‘livestock’. In their views, they own the population - body, mind and soul.

They created democracy as an illusion to keep the people at peace, while the City of London calls the shots and pulls the strings.

This elite has made several attempts at so-called ‘New World Orders’, which have all failed. They almost succeeded in reining in the United States, but failed there as well.

Now they are using pandemics - and other orchestrated disasters which they have planned - to further their goal of world domination, using psychological techniques to get the world population to blindly obey their every command, under the guise of ‘keeping everybody safe’.

Simply stated: they create a crisis and then offer the solution, which always brings more of their tyranny.

Mind control has for a long time been at the heart of their strategy. After three industrial revolutions, a fourth industrial revolution is now emerging that focuses on owning the minds of the people.

The deeper purpose of the vaccination programs is to edit the genome of humanity, and thus create a new transhuman race that will behave according to the desires of the oligarchs. Although this has always been the ultimate desire of tyrants in the past, only now does technology allow the genetic modification of humanity to become the perfect slaves.

Essentially our world is facing a rebirth of the age-old system of slavery, which has been technologically upgraded to install a whole new level of all-encompassing enslavement of the entire world population.

Psychological Manipulation

In the second session of day 2 of the Grand Jury, we listen to Brian Gerrish, a former UK Royal Navy officer, specialized in the tracking of submarines, who is currently an investigative journalist and senior editor of the UK Column. He is joined by one of their expert researchers, Debbie Evans, who was a government advisor at the Department of Health for the UK.

They reveal documents evidencing something of great concern: the governments are using applied psychology and hypnosis to create fear and anxiety in the population, with the goal of changing their behavior. Specifically during the covid pandemic, this has been used extensively.

These experts also reveal how the National Health Service has been infiltrated by financial 'change agents', who shift the focus from patients to profit. This was also done using psychological manipulation, that transformed the mindset of the NHS employees.

The evidence shows how the entire health system worldwide has been strategically infiltrated and transformed, to become a carousel for financial oligarchs to further enrich themselves and gain complete power over the population, not only in the UK, but in nations around the world.

The concept of Mental Hygiene was developed, promoting the idea that only people who submit to the mindsets of the financial criminal elite are considered mentally healthy, while those who disagree must be silenced and, if possible, eradicated.

A criminal political system that uses applied psychology has been unleashed on the public and the healthcare workers to change their thinking and behavior. This is exactly what also happened in Nazi Germany.

The World Health Organization

The next two expert witnesses are Dr. Silvia Behrendt and Dr. Astrid Stuckelberger, who held leading positions in the World Health Organization and the United Nations. They reveal how the WHO has strategically infiltrated all the nations of the world with the purpose of abolishing democracy and imposing its own tyranny on all members of humanity.

The WHO has its own 'constitution', a word carefully chosen with the purpose of replacing the constitutions of the nations.

The Member States - which is literally every nation of the world - are bound to unquestioning obedience to whatever the WHO says, effectively making it a one world government, operating entirely outside of national constitutions and any kind of democracy.

All this is done under the guise of 'healthcare'. International Health Regulations (referred to as IHR) were invented in order to pave the way for this worldwide tyranny. All they need to submit the world to their fingertips of control, is a method to declare a 'public health emergency of international concern', which can easily be done with fraudulent diagnostics. Dr. Behrendt reveals how there was no covid pandemic until a flawed PCR test was introduced that suddenly increased the so-called 'cases' 14-fold.

These WHO whistleblowers also expose how this totalitarian worldwide health system is entirely controlled by private corporations and private individuals, who use their vast financial resources to impose their own plans on the whole of humanity.

For example, in 2012, at the World Health Assembly, Bill Gates was declared as the leader of the global vaccine action plan 2012-2020, although he has no medical qualifications whatsoever, and according to his own words, is only into vaccines because of the astronomical financial gains. Gates also became the main financier of the WHO, effectively controlling it, which means the entire world is ruled by Bill Gates. Of course, Gates is in turn submitted to other, higher up financial entities, who use him to submit the world to their tyranny.

What these WHO and United Nations whistleblowers expose is that private entities have created a worldwide system that allows them to use the excuse of 'health emergencies of international concern' to rob humanity of all rights and freedoms, and to implement a totalitarian regime, controlled by a financial oligarchy.

Gaia's Ascension Update

As I have stated before, the energies on Gaia are changing. Many things are happening as a result of the change in energy. One of these is that the core of Gaia is being re-energized, and this will create an acceleration in the changes that are occurring.

In this message, I again want to speak of some of the changes that are taking place as we near the completion of this cycle. I ask you to look at these things with a clear mind and an open heart.

• The energies of Gaia are changing. As a result, there will be some massive changes that will take place throughout the year 2022.

• This change has been foretold in your ancient past, but it is not known by your current society.

• This energy change is affecting all aspects of your lives—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually—as well as your planet itself.

You have had many questions about what really happened to you in the last two years and why so many of you felt confused or lost for a while. The reason for this is that the Ascension process was activated on Gaiamind/Gaia, after which you were to go through an intense cleansing process before entering the Lightbody Process properly. However, since you were approaching the level of lower consciousness that was required for the old paradigm to be dissolved, and thus your real selves could not enter into these processes.

This is why you have been left confused or disoriented for a while—we told you that this would happen when we introduced the Lightbody Process to you. We also said that once it happens, you will have no choice but to let go of most of what currently holds you back from being your true self (your "old paradigm self") and begin experiencing life in a completely different manner than what you are used to now.

The ascension process is a natural process. It is also one of the most profound changes you will ever experience.

Many of you will feel different, lighter physically and energetically, more sensitive to your surroundings, and even more in tune with the spiritual world.

One of the most common things people have been experiencing is a strange sensation in between their eyebrows – the spot of their third eye. It could be described as a warm, tingly feeling, or it might even feel like electricity is running through your body. These sensations are caused by human beings raising their vibrations.

Gaia and her inhabitants are undergoing an ascension process, where they are moving into higher frequencies of existence.

The ascension process has already begun, but it will continue to accelerate until 2023, when most people have completed the process. What does this mean for you? If you're like most humans, you don't know what is happening and why it's happening.

There is also a huge fight going on about Hunter Biden and his incriminating laptop. This laptop campaign is being run out of Switzerland and being resisted by the Rockefeller clique in the US. CIA sources say “Hunter Biden was overdosed 5 months ago and is out of the picture.” This means that they have nobody to put on trial which is how the Democrats will try to prevent the evidence from going on the record. It is a last battle by the cabal.

At the same time, we are now seeing concrete legal action to overturn the stolen election that put that entire nightmare regime in place. For example, the Arizona Attorney General has publicly stated “Fraud was committed” in the 2020 election. Now justice must be served. The noose is getting tighter.

However, it does not necessarily mean Donald Trump will be reinstated as US President, CIA sources note. That is because the “Trump” now appearing in public is an actor and it is not clear if the real Trump is still with us.

More likely is that Joe Biden will go down in history as the last president of the United States and that the country will be replaced by something better with a true American hero at its head. Events will make this clear sooner rather than later.

Of course, the KM are fighting tooth and nail for their very survival and are making increasingly dire threats. The KM is also still trying to manipulate world public opinion with mass murder events they blame on others. For example, German intelligence warned us that large amounts of foreign mercenaries in Odessa dressed in Russian army uniforms are planning a massive terror attack to blame on Russia.

Stillness General Comment on Fulford Reports

I decided to add this general comment to all Fulford reports since I frequently receive the same questions about them.

Commentary:

In response to many questions and comments I receive from people wondering why I share these reports, I offer the following.

Speaking as someone who has been following Fulford’s reports since 2011, reading them should probably be done with a large grain of salt. That is to say, he seems to share information directly from alleged sources within the Pentagon, CIA, White Dragon Society, and so on. Often the data presented is contradictory on the surface.

The predictions and statements Fulford makes sometimes are highly accurate, whereas, in other instances, they are completely unfounded. Instead of looking to Fulford as one who is “tapped into” some greater truth, it would probably be more productive to consider his data as one possible perspective on what is happening on Earth at this time.

This of course extends to all sources of information. Fulford, like all of us, is only human and can make mistakes. But that doesn’t detract from the work he has done to spread awareness and move things forward to a brighter future for humanity.

Discernment is the process of understanding what something is, which in Fulford’s case, means entertaining his reports without believing them blindly, and then doing the follow-up research/fact-checking to determine what actually happened. In this way, it is a real-time discernment exercise.

The fact that so many people continue to read his reports despite their sensational and wildly inaccurate nature at times—while also being accurate and poignant—means the people he receives information from are probably using him as a mouthpiece to speak to you—the reader who is on their awakening path. As such, blind belief or callous rejection are not our allies but critical thinking and open-mindedness are.

As I have said before, if he is serving as a mouthpiece for various groups working to change the status quo or agents within the Cabal, we can decipher the data as if it is a form of awakening propaganda—information that certain players want to expose the masses to. What effect this has on your personal process is largely up to you. But I would suggest taking an active role in discernment and not falling into the trap of total acceptance or rejection.
