Even though there is evidence in our world, of how completely living forms can change, it’s truly hard to imagine and fathom all that is happening within us through ascension. But we can often feel into what is happening, by orienting within and centering in the heart.

Be open to the possibility that you are being adapted to live in higher consciousness. That your body itself is evolving to accomodate higher frequency energy and consciousness. That the planet itself and all life here are mutating, evolving into next level expression.

Know, too, that your Spirit, the vastness of your being can guide you perfectly, flawlessly amidst all these changes. Take time to go within and cultivate a clear connection with Spirit, and if it feels right to you, express your willingness to be led from within and to participate willingly in all of this.

Many adjustments and adaptations must be made, in order for our vaster Self to channel more fully through our body, mind and emotions. Dysfunctional patterns need to be restructured. Energetic restructuring then opens up new possibilities for new perceptions of reality. Our job in all of this is to do what we can to support our bodies and maintain an attitude of openness.

For many beings at this time, numerous obsolete patterns or nonessential memories are being cleared. Making way to integrate even more of our multidimensional identity.

One indication that this might be happening is a feeling of unexplained sadness or grief, or even depression.
Even though these things no longer serve us — in fact, they may limit us and keep us tethered to the “old world and old ways of being,” — they were ours and they were familiar. It’s normal to feel a sense of loss. It’s normal to grieve the loss of the known.

It can be helpful to realize that is purposeful, as well as to honor any sadness. The change is creating more space within us to embody higher light and consciousness and freeing us up to have new, more clear and accurate perceptions of who we truly are, and of reality.

Participate willingly by noticing what you’re holding onto, or fear letting go of. Ask your Divine Self, for help to feel safe and trust, to know how to let go and flow with the changes. Remember, too, that Divine Will is operating here, and nothing is done without the permission and support of your own Divine nature.

If you’re reading this and resonating, you’re likely part of the planetary transition team, a Light-worker, or a way-shower. If you haven’t already, now is a wonderful moment to consider shifting how you evaluate your experience. How you decide what’s real and important. You can shift this from outer criteria such as normative values, ideals and experience, to inner criteria — such as intuition and an expanded awareness of subtle energies. Experiment with this. See if it serves you.

We suggest you always trust and follow your own inner knowing.

Ascension involves a shift from what beliefs and past experience say is real, to what feelings and intuitions tell us is real and important. As you integrate and can embody more and more of your own higher light, your sense of clarity and truth will increasingly come from within, as a sense of knowing, informed by your innate connection with Spirit.

The Vaster Eternalness of Your Being, is Spirit-Led. The more you feel ready to align with and allow that vaster clarity to guide you, the more ease and grace you will feel. It can free you from “needing to figure things out,” and shift you into knowing what to do and when, where to be and when, and just letting the inner knowing guide your actions and choices.

Lastly? If you don’t know this already, realize that all that you are does not know how you are physically feeling or experiencing ascension energies and the speed or intensity of these changes. All that you are cannot tell how much of a toll it may be taking on you. If you feel unrested, or like you wake up tired. If the energy you’re receiving and feeling is creating pain or hard to manage, ask for less. Or ask for a break. Many angelic beings are “working” multidimensionally while they sleep. Maybe you need a night off? Or more? Ask for what you need. Let All that you are know that it’s too much. Communication and feedback is part of participating in this whole change-process.

The new world is here — emerging and arising. You can center there, from within and be part of that energy and expression, taking hold and expanding. Remember your Oneness with everything! A simultaneous experience of this Oneness and our uniqueness, is where we’re headed. We and the planetary field are One. Live your vision of that Oneness!

The final death of our old artificial and negative ego Self, and birth of our new One True, Diamond Avatar Self, and Organic Ascension Realities, is completing! The FINAL PUSH is finally here! Or rather THE FINAL ignition and EVENT!

The energies of the past three days and weeks have been very tough on many of us, as well as expanded our Consciousness to a new level of awareness. Feeling tired and exhausted, depressed, anxiety, nauseated, dizzy, overall not well, loss of feeling of time / time speeding up/ stationed in no-time, deep clearings as well as massive downloads, Heart and Mind expansions and Activations are being received. Especially our lower chakras are Transmuting a lot, also as they connect to the lower three dimensions that require most clearing. Our bodies are crystallising and detoxing especially the AI, and we can sure feel it!

With the new downloads and information being re-membered, some harsh Truths are being revealed, as we see ever more deeply the bigger picture of what all of this has been really about and what’s been going on! May this be personal or Collective revelations. This brings much needed clarity but easy it is not. Ascension, Bliss, Divine Union/ Love, Paradisian/ Edenic, Abundance, Freedom and Sovereignty keys and codes, as well as natural DMT are releasing in waves, making it an easier process, as well as making us feel trippy, and as if in between world’s as we merge Heaven on Earth within.

We have plenty of solar flares popping off with an ongoing C-class Solar Flare BASELINE, solar winds, geomagnetic storms on and off and had some electron and proton influxes. The moon seems to have been flipped (more info in the comments below) and has changed position, I believe it is because all of the planets are shifting potion and rotational axis as all is being realigned at Cosmic level. There are also some big solar filaments that could erupt at Earth in any moment. We have all the solar support we need to turn us from homo sapiens to our luminous, Divine HUman and Diamond Rainbow Avatar Self!

For this our negative, artificial ego self has to be fully dissolved, trance-ended and integrated, it has to be fully eliminated along with all things artificial, as this is what has created the Matrix and AI, as I have been shown. No mind would ever think of creating something like this unless their Heart wasn’t connected and leading the way, especially concerning creative endeavours! And I speak on this at a Cosmic level of Consciousness. There exists a micro and macro of everything. AI didn’t just invent itself. Our inventions and Creations have to come from the Heart as it is our Soul expressing itself through us. Only a mind disconnected from its Heart and Soul, from Source, would invent something that artificially mimics that which is organic and pure. It’s the mind that got lost without the Heart. Disconnected from its Source and then started projecting in its paranoid state all these demons, monsters and evil people and things along with the AI onto the screen. This now dissolves as we FULLY RE-CONNECT & MERGE OUR HEARTS & MINDS AS ONE again! As this happens through us, as we shift in Consciousness, from ONE stuck in a victim-victimizer game to become the hero of our own Reality, the artificial Matrix hologram also disappears as we correct that which has been inverted and artificially induced.

You have to imagine its like we’re all somewhat stuck on a bad psychedelic trip, a Collective Psychosis. Where we’re stuck in these lower Realities as part of a dream, an illusion, but a paranoid one where we have co-created lots of demons and evil things, as we started to project our unacknowledged shadows, insecurities, pathologies, fears, pains and wounds onto others and the hologram, instead of facing them. As we resolve this, as we heal and bring coherence to the One Consciousness, the monsters simply disappear along with the negative thought forms and beliefs that created them!

We have a MASSIVE amount of light codes and downloads streaming in these past days as we are reconnecting to the Sirius – Andromenda – Lyra – Source Stargate fully now, and with it comes much clarity as part of these powerful DNA and Plasma Lightbody Activations taking place. I was shown today the confirmation that the New Diamond Avatar Blueprint is the Triple/ Trinity Diamond Sun Body with 72 strands of TRIPLE HELIX DNA that some of us received an Activation for today! This has been shown to me a few weeks back but I wanted to feel more confident before I shared this. The highest quality DNA Blueprint we have known so far was the Double Diamond Sun Body with 48strand of double helix DNA but the new Multidimensional Diamond Avatar has access to Cosmic/ God Source Consciousness, the full Embodiment of God Consciousness in HUman form. Our atoms are also changing from a 6-6-6 composition to that of 13 protons, 12 electrons and 13 neutrons, turning our Carbon atoms Crystalline.

We are also receiving very powerful Planetary Brain, Core, Diamond Heart, Crystalline and Diamond Grid Activations. EveryOne seems to be in place for the Final Event to unfold, taking the old artificial Matrix hologram fully offline, and bringing the new Diamond Grid fully online, dissolving the artificial Holographic Matrix overlays and simulation for good. The whole AI network, materials, signals, black, goo graphene etc along with all negative, parasitic, artificial and inorganic entities, beings and energies. As many of us have been guided to pull way back to allow this sacred Transformation to arise and happen through us as well as get this done.

I am being guided to focus part of my work on the 12th Stargate in Montsegur, France, with link in from Kauai, Hawaii, as well as two other locations. Bi/Tri/ Multi-location is real! Especially as there is NO-TIME, you are ultimately in all places in every now. But you have to operate from the Zero Point Field which allows Multidimensional access. Today a beautiful Crystalline Dome was put on top of Montsegur to protect it from any interference and to help amplify the energies anchoring there, reconnecting us with The Lyran Stargate. Many of us are having very high protection placed around them to allow us to finish the job in as much peace and possible but interference has been an issue, as is part of our dark arts training. Part of us learning to master our mental and emotional bodies, as part of fully aligning in our Cosmic Consciousness Embodiment. This is part of the reconnection and healing of the improved 12 & 13 Dimensional Stargate System, Cosmic Quantum Tree of Life, connecting us directly back to Source through Andromenda, the Pleiades, Sirius and our Sun.

This is allowing us to bring the New 13th and Multidimensional Diamond Grid System fully online any moment now, and imminently so, which connects us directly to Source. So it’s streaming the full spectrum of Pure Source Light into the different Grid Points throughout Earth as well as the Core of Earth, which is completing it’s Pole and Magnetic Core shift. The Crystalline Core of Earth is her Cosmic Seed Atom, her Heart, and directly connected to ours, it is also the Void of Creation and her womb from which all births and returns to, a process of consistent alchemisation. She is what connects all the different versions of Earth throughout the Dimensional layers.

For the past few days we also have the living Crystalline waters returning and running throughout Gaja and her Grid systems, returning liquid light currents and infusing all with Pure Source flows, rejuvenating, regenerating and Healing all. This is also assisting the plasma flowering throughout Gaja which is helping heal ALL OF CREATION BACK TO PERFECTION, and sacred geometries. The waters on this planet have been pretty dead, they are now becoming alive again, just like us!

The message is also that the Lions Portal is already open and stays open! We have trance-ended time and these portals do not close anymore, together with the Sirius Portal as they are now ONE. This is allowing us FULL Multidimensional access to the New Creatrix field and Cosmic Consciousness, as we connect directly with the Godhead now, as we remember that we are God, that no-thing lies outside of us, having cleared all remaining illusions of separation, which also clears the associated Realities and it’s all recorded in our DNA. We are now fully deleting ALL ARTIFICIAL MATRIX TIMELINES, that includes future ones!

I’ observing so many attempts to try and still divert the Timelines and even highjack The Event to try and get people hooked into another Phantom Matrix, dressed up as Ascension. It’s really wild the things I’ve been shown, so as always, take what resonates and leave the rest. For example, some speak of Timelines 1,000 years into the future, or Realities that still include some level of AI such as artificial Medbeds, but especially the split in Timelines is a trap as I’m being shown. It’s AI trying to trick a portion of HUmanity into another artificial Matrix but pretending it’s Ascension, so they can feed of their life force for another few hundred years and noone would be any wiser until right about the end. I can assure you that no matter what they/ anyone tries, it is not being allowed.

Since Monday some of us we have been going into the deepest and darkest, most forgotten places in the lower astral realms and Phantom Matrix pockets, shining Love and our Source Light into these very dark, love forsaken places, which was really tough work. We are returning ALL lost beings and Souls back to Source, and showing them what true Love really feels like as the Cosmic Mother oversees their return to the light. No being, no part of the One Consciousness, is any longer going to feel lost, forgotten, unloved, alone or left behind! Because the Cosmic Mother loves ALL of her children, no matter what! This has brought on this MASSIVE final purge of fear, all memories connected to the past.

Another challenging Truth that was confirmed to me is that ~ 95% of the population are actually Holographic inserts and not real, they are not organic. We are literally imagining them onto the screen so we can play out this movie with enough extras. But it’s very relevant especially when considering how many you believe it takes to create change. I posted about this before also in connection to what Dolores Cannon and others have said about background people and NPC’s. Just know that it isn’t the people close to you. And what I see is them disappearing along with the Holographic overlays and false memories, because it’s pretty much all based on lies and illusion and it goes beyond what even I thought was the case. There is a whole other Organic Reality, free of anything artificial, beyond what we have been able to see. The future where we belong and THE last CURTAIN SHALL FULLY LIFT NOW, for the real Truth be RE-MEMBERED by all!

All connected to our DNA now fully activating and bringing God Source Consciousness fully online! This also brings our many magical gifts and abilities online which are also being re-membered! It’s all about us RE-MEMBERING the REAL TRUTH and our TRUE HISTORY and COSMIC ORIGINS, because this is what brings the New Organic Creatrix field fully online. It’s us RE-MEMBERING, not being told (!!) an old version of the FALLEN TIMELINES which will just keep recreating more of the same old wars, separation, divide and misery! So please be very discerning and aware of what you take in and feed your sacred life force towards. Many of us feel a big need to pull right back and away from what is basically a war of information, one big massive Psy Op. Yet at a higher level it is always us testing us! Because there truly is only ONE of us here and ALL OF THIS IS NOT REAL! We are imagining ALL OF THIS, all we have to do is awaken and RE-MEMBER again for the false to fully collapse now!

Like us Awakening from a bad dream. We will remember what happened but it will no longer keep repeating on our screens.

Bringing online ALL NEW ORGANIC REALITIES NOW is a labor of LOVE and absolute dedication to Truth and being the living Embodiment of that! Jennifer: Greetings Galactic!...Ashian: Greetings Earthling!...J: Well, we’re in great form today!

A: We would hesitate to say that we are always in great form! Great form on earth is a far more fleeting, transient affair – for now.

J: For now? I love it, go on, do tell…!

A: As the enegies rise, you will find that even though you have denser emotions to transmute, simply by allowing them to be, and honouring the story they have to tell you, you release the pent-up, trapped energy (for example, this energy can be found in ‘bad habits’, physical pains, fears and addicitons).

But we digress… we wish to speak of the joy that awaits. Now, while that will actually flood your systems one glorious day – your so-called Event or Ascension – there is an incremental process that is ongoing. You are downloading more light, transmuting more carbon to crystaline every day, and so you are increasing your joy baseline every day. That is one reason why many of you feel you are more easily irritated at present.

The distance between your innate knowing of how you feel and the exploding shadow side of the portion of humanity that is not doing this clearing work is very disconcerting, it throws you off balance. That is why all Light workers agreed to clear on behalf of humanity, to speed up the process and as the greatest act of love for the Divine.

J: Funnily enough, that all makes sense.

A: We are pleased!

J: So I have been asked to ask you about your thoughts on positive Galactics and possible false flag, fake alien attacks…

A: The so-called positive Galactics have been with you even longer than the negative ones. We seeded your species, so we have an obligation to protect and watch over you. We have never left, you have simply become less able to see us as your vibration dropped. Now, as your vibration increases, we are coming to the foreground of your consciousness and your vision. You yourself have – apart from your interactions with me – seen ships in the sky. Perhaps you will attach that to this post?

J: Yes, of course.* But just to butt in there, that’s quite a revelation for you. You don’t normally discuss such things.

A: It is necessary. There is much disinformation out there, and far too much fear. Sadly, your comment, though aimed at helping, has upset many people.

J: Oh, I’m so sorry, it was never my intention. As I’ve said so often, as a channel, you just show up and try to let the truth speak through you.

A: Oh, Jennifer, you do not have to apologise to us, for we know of your purity and intention; why else would we collaborate with you? We say it only to acknowledge the confusion it has caused within our … shall we call it a community? Yes. That fits nicely.

But the truth is that such an incident, should it be staged – and we emphasise ‘staged’ – would only serve to awaken the rest of humanity to the truth of the current situation. There are both positively and negatively oriented, or polarised, galactics. The abominations carried out by the negatives were in alignment with the Divine contract for this planet, to experience the fall into the shadow to the fullest, deepest expression, and then to pull back out through that, transmuting the negativity into the positive energy of love.

J: Good grief, you’re dropping bombshells today. Not because this is new information, but because it’s not the sort of information you generally share.

A: We choose today to clarify these matters. To assure our community that we are here in peace, in love, and as your vibration lifts, not only will you see us in your skies, but our presence on your planet will become more obvious, until you reach a point where the energy we carry will become the energy you carry too – your Ascension moment – and then you will know the truth of what we say.

We have no wish to convert or convince anyone. The legacy of our sharing is your indication of whether we are positively or negatively polarised; you will feel it within you. Always trust your intuition. It is your soul speaking to you, quietly through delicate whispers, never loud shouts.

A: Dear Jennifer, you are on a roll. Yes, that was us. And the short answer to your questions is that we carry the energy you associate with angels, and are often mistaken for angels. But they are a different frequency and hold a different sacred role from us.

When the true history of humanity is written, the intervention of angels and galactics, both positive and negative, in all key moments on your planet – both personal and global – have had angelic and galactic components.

Archangel Gabriel: Knowing the Answers

Many people are wondering just what cosmic rays are which are frequently referred to in updates on what is occurring in the cosmos or the multiverse.

Cosmic rays are “charged particles” of electromagnetism comprised of positively-charged protons and negatively-charged electrons from outside of our solar system believed to be created by super-novas which are exploding stars.

They are rated in strength on the “KP Index” governed by the observatory in Oulu, Finland as either being “Elevated”, “High”, “Strong”, or “Severe”—similar ratings to the activations of our planetary vibrational frequency and amplitude which are rated as being either “Quiet”, “Strong”, “Storm”, or “Severe”.

I am Saint Germain. I come at this opportune time, this time of an expression of freedom within this country, but indeed even out across the entire planet.

For the 4^th of July, Independence Day, although it was meant initially for the United States For America, it is meant for so much more. It is meant for the independence of the entire planet and all of the people on the planet.

It is about freedom. It is about oneness. It is about togetherness. No more separateness. It is about everyone coming together as one. The United States: united, together as one, and bringing the entire world together, the entire planet. All of the people together as one.

For these are those moments that were foreseen so long ago when those stepped forth and signed that document. And I, as Saint German, was there to assist in this process to encourage those to sign that document. Just as I am here now to continue this process of bringing the world together.

That is my mission. It began to bring the country of The United States, but it has morphed now into the entire planet. And it was foreseen back then when those that signed that document, they saw the freedom. Freedom not only in those moments from the dictatorial leadership that was holding control over them.

They saw this as much more at that time as the freeing up of not only an entire country, but an entire world. They had the foresight to see beyond what those moments meant at that time. And to see what it is now as we look at the very freedom that is indeed coming to this planet.

It may not appear to be so as many of you look within the illusion and continue to see that illusion. You continue to see the paradigm that was started by what you know of as the cabal or the dark forces. The paradigm that they wanted you to see. The illusion that they hold in front of you, even now to this day. But those of you that can see beyond this, you do not see that illusion any more. You are seeing beyond the illusion . You are seeing the reality that is possible; and not only possible, but is probable and will be.

For as you have heard many times, it cannot be stopped, will not be stopped. So continue to allow for this process to continue and to hold sway as everything continues to move along more, and more, and more. And you know this. All of you know this. Because again, you have the eyes to see and the ears to hear, and are seeing beyond the illusion. Beyond what they are wanting you to see.

There is a force at work. A force grander and greater than you can possibly imagine, encompassing all that is around you and within you. All is coming together as one, this great force. This great force that was foreseen so long ago and is now becoming a part of your reality more and more, and will be a huge part of your reality as you are moving forward. And this is coming. It is almost here now. And you can begin to hear the bells of freedom once again as the great bell sounds once again, calling for freedom across the world.

Yes, this day, or this day tomorrow, your Fourth of July, you celebrate here in this country. But it is the sounding forth across the planet that is what will be heard.

One Who Serves: Starseeds, Removal of Chimera

Truly UNDERSTANDING what is behind and the cause of the fallen, digressed and inverted Consciousness is what HEALS us ALL! As we RE-MEMBER fully now what truly got us here. It’s us re-membering fully now that it was the mind that got lost without the Heart being it’s anchor and guide. That’s what gets One lost within the dream, that then becomes a nightmare. Because only when we truly understand the reasons why, can we heal ALL those parts of us, of THE ONE that got lost. No longer casting false projections onto the movie screen.

As we travel back to the beginning where it all began, to unravel it ALL, to trance-end any remaining illusions and energies of separation held deep within our bodies and psyche, we get to resolve it all to help bring coherence reconciliation and healing to THE ONE CONSCIOUSNESS.

I am Archangel Michael with a message to the angelic warriors on planet earth.

For some my message last week was not very well received. I did not say to relinquish your weapons. I did not say that you could not fight.

I said you should not fight. ‘Thou shalt not murder’ is one of the ten commandments and it was this I spoke of. I also told you that a plan is being carried out out of your sight so that you will be liberated in a way that will be made permanent. Earth is a free will zone and you are free to carry weapons if it is your desire to.

I wish to make a point of Sri Lanka. In Sri Lanka this past week thousands of people tore down the president’s and the prime minister’s residences. Three thousand people were arrested.

Politicians stepped to the fore and said that the problems of this country cannot be resolved quickly. It will take time. Yes, you’ve all heard that before. It will take time.

This is only an attempt to appease the anger of all Sri Lankans – asking for your patience to keep you waiting, and then saying it will take a long time which indicates that they will attempt to do something about the problem, but they will not.

Me: Like the Tenth of Never, that kind of time.

AA Michael: Yes. Sri Lanka, as are many countries, is under direction of the globalist regime. Destroying the homes of the president and the prime minister will get you nowhere. The president and the prime minister resigned. They will only be replaced by new, yes, you call them puppets if the globalist system is not overturned. The globalists are still in power there. They were creating hunger and poverty in Sri Lanka and this will not abate with a new government as long as it is their government that is in power.

The problem with this government was cited as being “rampant corruption.” All globalist governments are corrupt. This corrupt government is holding debt bail-out talks with the IMF (International Monetary Fund). Who do you think runs the IMF? The globalists do. The hopes the people of Sri Lanka have of securing a better future by destroying homes of their leaders is very remote simply because their government is an arm of the globalist body, as is the IMF.

This is why we keep asking you not to start a civil war. Go peacefully to the fifth dimension and allow all to be left behind you.

The entire financial system of this planet is currently being replaced. Those who have switched to the BRICS gold-backed system are on the new financial system.

Another comment on the IMF bailout: “Many believe the much-anticipated IMF bailout could be delayed due to the political crisis. IMF officials told reporters they were hoping for the situation in Sri Lanka to improve.” It’s impossible for the situation to improve in Sri Lanka because the IMF are the ones who are causing it. Please open your eyes and see this!

We ask you to continue to open your eyes and see the truth of who is actually running planet earth. It’s most likely that Sri Lankan officials will simply ask for military lock down and they will get it. This is further control over the people who now would not even have the freedom to move at their leisure.

Most prime ministers and presidents are only spokespeople. They are expendable. When you lash out at them you lash out at the people put in place to take your reaction on the chin. When they are replaced the same circumstances will continue. The system is being taken down at a global level. This is the only way forward.

Yes, it is true. The DS fears you. They have diminished your power throughout the years and only created a system that added to their own. They have used your energy to create this system with. So, the answer is not to be part of the system any longer. Remove yourself in any way that you can.

This does not require violence.

Sharon has had many suggestions on this: Remove your money from the bank. Stop paying them for keeping your credit with the bank. Yes, they have changed the fine print enough to switch the banking situation for you. You owe them, they do not owe you for keeping your money in their banks. Back in the 70’s banks paid a nominal interest charge to you for depositing your money with them. Now you owe them banking fees at the end of the month and no such interest is paid out on most accounts. Yes, you have credit with them, they do not have credit with you.

Stop eating manufactured products and start eating natural food. Grow your own food. Those in warmer climates can eat all year long without ever paying the DS money for their food. Buy from a local farmer instead of buying from the grocery store.

Purchase a house for cash. Do not get a mortgage.

Work on line. Do not hold a normal job.

There are many ways to extricate yourself from their system, but the best way is to understand universal law and to use it. As it has been pointed out by this cosmic team, universal law is being used against you here on earth. It is being used to further enslave you.

Now use it to liberate yourself.

This week we have another project: I ask that you send your positive loving energies to Sri Lanka. As it is expected that repercussions will arise from the actions of this past week, we wish to see this situation improved for the people of this country.

So much is still happening as that which was hidden is being revealed, enabling you the opportunity to dispense with all that no longer serves your purpose. The changes must come if you are to commence setting up the basis of a new era.

All that you need is available upon Earth, and here and there are the beginnings of a new way of life that is more suited to the higher vibrations that are coming into being. They are also necessary for you to keep your onwards progress so that you are ready to ascend.

Your journey through so many lives has prepared you for the New Age that is being set to commence very soon. You have earned the right to leave the lower energies behind as you head for a life that is free from the attention of the dark Ones. Those souls who have already left the Earth are waiting to join you when it will be a time of great celebrations.

Understand that life on Earth has been controlled by the dark Ones for ages, and they have done everything in their power to keep you from learning about your true self and past history. You are far greater than you realise, and as a powerful being you have the ability to leave them behind for all time.

Ahead of you is a muddle that is slowly unfolding, as the Light continues to overcome the dark and reveal the truth of your experiences. You now have every opportunity to rise above the lower vibrations for once and all time, but you will need to exercise patience and control where your reactions are concerned.

By being a beacon of light you will help bring more to Earth, and help your fellow strugglers to rise up into it. Few realise the situation they are in and battle on without knowing where they are going or why. Some are awakening and seek to know what life is about and where to find the answers. This is when you can point them in the right direction to continue evolving.

It is in the nature of a human being to want to help others, and at this time much is needed by those who flounder and know not who to turn to for help. Many feel persecuted for no reason not realising that you only experience that which you need to evolve. It is a hard concept to accept but you may inwardly sense a feeling of understanding if you fully consider what you have been through, and whether you have learned anything from it. We will remind you that nothing that is important to you happens by chance.

Be assured that when humanity wakes up to the purpose of life, there will be a great shift in consciousness that will help souls progress much more quickly. You have yet to experience the harmony and peace that will come to you once you have overcome the pull of the lower vibrations. Peace and love is what you seek and that is waiting for you in the near future. By nature you are all loving beings simply experiencing the lower vibrations that are a challenge to your ability to keep your feet upon the ground in all situations.

Due to various recent happenings that have caused chaos on Earth you have been forced to accept those dear souls who have been displaced. The result is that you are becoming more multi-national than ever before. People bring their own customs and religions with them and you learn first-hand all about them.

Hitherto, you would be unlikely to know much about them, but what you do find is that their re-action to their troubles and strife is no different to anyone else’s. They are more like you than you suspected, and re-act the same way as you when you help is given. There are challenges in such situations that are intended to help bring you together.

We may ask a lot from you but realise that each and every soul comes into an incarnation that suits their needs to continue evolving. After all how can you evolve without experiencing the various life experiences that exist upon Earth. It is all carefully planned to ensure you continue on your upward path and expand your level of consciousness. It is why many souls who have gone before you are happy to give you a helping hand.

Be assured that whatever happens on Earth it can be used to give opportunities to some souls to continue their evolution. However, no force is used to get you onto your agreed path and many deviate from it, but normally find their way back with a little help. Some experience can be very hard but again we assure you that no soul is asked to take on more than they can cope with and as we always point out, help is always on hand if you ask for it.

Try to see life as a wonderful opportunity to grow and create a place for yourself in the higher dimensions. You are never alone even if you feel so and spirit are pleased to respond to your needs providing you ask them, although you will not always get exactly what you wish for but there will be a response.

Beloved ones we greet you,...The shifting light from the sacred Sun is illuminating further into your world creating a continuation of unearthing the 3rd dimensional density, building waves of further distortions within the illusion. These shafts of light are intensifying the drama throughout your planet, while simultaneously there are vast openings of multidimensional potential being made available to those of you who are ready to receive.

This is an essential time for you as an individual as you witness these changes taking place and to also understand the incredible potential that is now emerging within the energetic space through your own Heart. Bringing to you an appreciation of how you have always existed within the sacred design of the Universe and the how this unique imprint of you has always existed within your Heart cells.

This imprint is actively emerging energetically from within you. In truth there is a higher vibrational pulse that is emanating from within your Heart cells. This is the next phase of your awakening that has always been pre-destined to enable you to re-align into the frequency access code of your higher consciousness flow.

All the grids and vortexes are opening to their full multidimensional potential, like a flower would open its petals to the Sun. The energetic dynamics of your world on Earth are to undergo further transformation as a series of sacred flows of light consciousness re-emerges within the planet. These energetic pure flows are expanding outwards from the central magnetic core and pulsing across the earth plane and then into the Universe creating sacred circles of completion energy. These flows contain the unique vibrational links that your Heart cells recognize and are being instrumental in your destined awakening now. These pure fluid frequencies are designed to reposition your consciousness back into a natural state of your Sacred makeup.

These vibrational flows open creation pathways, which are to be made accessible to you, reopening the doorways of reconnection and reunion to your Family of Origin, and making possible your realignment to your higher consciousness Self. This ‘Self’ energy is a natural extension of who you have always been. There is a destiny timing, like an alarm clock, which is setting in motion the reopening of these doorways, enabling you to walk through and reclaim the timeless setting of your multidimensional self.

As you engage within the vibrational flows, your physical Heart cells are becoming bathed within this higher flowing consciousness of yourself. This is the action of you becoming re-infused by your own unique divine light flow.

You are each are being given individual stepping-stones for self-realization to allow a next step completion of returning. This is an aspect of your natural entitlement to all aspects of your power. Your right to establish yourself within the God seat of power within this resident Universe. The destiny wheel turns for those of you who have been actively choosing to re-engage beyond the illusion.

Through the simple steps of being within the stillness within your Heart you can become more aware of these openings within you. This time is about reconnection, reunion and about your inner desire to receive. You already are whole, this sacred aspect of you is complete and this part of you lies just beyond the veils.

You return into this higher awareness state through choosing to link within the stillness that exists within your Heart space. Within the stillness you will discover a vast space of your higher consciousness and relink within the sacred fluid lines of your imprint Higher Self.

You are required to realign to your natural gifts held within your Heart in order to begin to understand your individual purpose for this time. This understanding does not engage the Ego mind’s thought processes but moves like a wave and connects into the desire of the sacred Heart. Realization of your Heart’s desire is essential at this juncture, the essence of this desire is designed to move you into action that ensures the fulfillment of your purpose. There is a letting go of the old ways to ensure an allowance of the full birthing process of your purpose, leading into the completion of your mission here on Earth.

Remember you have always been pre-destined to set in motion your own awakening, to activation your own time clock within your multidimensional system of your Heart. This is your free will choice to let go and bring yourself into the alignment to Truth, which has always existed within you. This is the time to claim ownership of your vast potential to knowing and clarity, to launch yourself from your Heart space and root yourself firmly within the expanse of your altered consciousness.

We can only guide you into this realignment and then as you emerge back within your vibrational flow you become like a butterfly coming out from its cocoon. You take flight and rejoin us in communion as you take your full place within the Universal consciousness. This is a time of rapid transmutation like never previously known, a process of transmutation as your inner sacred flow becomes self-realized within you. Consciously say yes to taking this journey into this next step of self-illumination.

PROCESS:  Remember your Heart is a multidimensional doorway, a vehicle for you to re-access the natural extension of your Higher Self. The focus is simple, to choose to emerge within the stillness of your Heart and just be. What is essential is not to rush the process of reconnection to your Heart. Your Ego mind will never understand any aspect of this journey.

1. Bring both palms to rest on your physical chest. Hold your awareness on where you feel see or sense the physical pressure of your palms, or warmth of your hands connecting to your chest.
2. Hold your awareness on this area as you take a Conscious breath, and place the outbreath, like a soft wind, where you see sense or feel the area where you are holding your palms.
3. Take another Conscious breath into the opening and simply choose to let go.
4. Place the sacred sound, ENDAHNNN… (pronounced endarn) within the space that you see sense or feel. Your sound creates a unique frequency that your heart cells recognize.
5. Place your sound again, ENDAHNNN… within the space of your heart that you sense, see or feel. Take a Conscious breath into the opening.
6. Hold your awareness on both palms as you gently, slowly draw your physical hands away from your physical chest, (approximately 5 cm or 2 inches away.) A veil is being released from your Heart as you do this, feel see or sense the opening.
7. Allow your awareness to open into the doorway as the veil releases, feel see or sense the space.
8. Place your sacred sound, ENDAHNNN… within the space, feel see or sense the space of your Heart opening to you. Take a conscious breath and let go into the stillness.
9. Bring your physical palms to rest back on your chest, feel see or sense the space of your Heart. Choose to let go in this space by bringing your awareness onto where you feel the physical connection to your chest.

Each time you do this process you are creating building blocks of returning to the stillness within your Heart. You are actively choosing to activate the flow and to reconnect to the sacred part of you. This is a natural process of your reunion with Self.

Change is happening in your life, you choosing to take responsibility to regain alignment to the mastership of yourself through your Heart opens the doorway to your sacred heritage. You have chosen to come here and be a guiding light to humanity on Earth and through this reconnection to your mastership you become a lighthouse for others, creating the pathway for others to find their way home.

Remember all mastery lives within the vastness of your Heart. Your Heart is your stability. The vibration of love is the essence of the container of your Heart. All Truth arises from your Heart. Your Heart is your compass to guiding you to Home.
