The Galactic Federation is very advanced in science, technology, and spirituality. They are a collective of benevolent extraterrestrial species that have united to help humanity.

They have been referred to by many names throughout history, such as the Angels from Heaven, the Watchers, and the Fallen Angels. The correct name is the Galactic Federation without any further attachment.

There have been many discussions about the Galactic Federation since the Pleiadians first made contact with the people of Earth in the 1960s. They come from various star systems and galaxies to help bring peace and unity to our planet. Many have incarnated here as humans and starseeds to help usher in a new era for the planet.

The time is now for this to be revealed to the masses because it will help people to understand more about their origins, who they are, and why they are here. It will also help them disconnect from old belief systems that have kept them stuck in an illusion or dream state for too long.

The Galactic Federation will help us rise up out of our current state of chaos, destruction, and greed. Their goal is to bring us peace, hope, and prosperity so that we can live in harmony with ourselves, each other, and our planet.

If you have been following my articles on this platform, you know that there has been a lot of talk about Disclosure and how it will affect our world. This Disclosure will be announced by our Galactic Federation at some point in the near future.

The Galactics work in unison with the Ascended Masters, who are also part of this Universal Confederation. They want us to evolve to higher levels of consciousness so we can join them in cosmic citizenship. This is why they are constantly sending me telepathic messages, healing energy, and guidance.

It's not just that I can receive their telepathic communication. It is a possibility for every human being on Earth.

Most everyone often receives telepathic communication from higher dimensional beings, but many people don't recognize it because they don't trust themselves enough. • We have to start with the most important thing: **knowledge is power! **The more you know about the Galactic Federation, the more you will understand what they are doing and what your place is in this great mission. • **Meditate regularly.** Meditation will assist you in connecting with your inner soul, releasing ego, and perceiving what is going on around you more clearly. The right meditation technique can also be used for grounding, healing, and spiritual protection.

• **Light Body:** Activate your light body. By doing this, you will have a more direct experience with the Galactic Federation because your frequency is closer to it. One way to activate your light body is through meditation and breath work.

• **Make a daily ritual of sending love and gratitude** to all life forms—humans, animals, trees, plants, etc. This will enhance your vibrational field with unconditional love, which is the common denominator between humans and extraterrestrial civilizations like the Galactic Federation.

• **Use visualization techniques** like guided meditations or color therapy to cleanse your energy body (chakras) of negative energies that are blocking your perception of the galactic presence.

• **Feel their love and presence. **It's very easy to know when you're feeling the presence of the Galactic Federation because all you need to do is feel their love for you. The Galactic Federation is a group of loving beings who are here to help us during this difficult time on Earth. We have been living in a time where there is a lot of hate, negativity, and fear swirling around us, but now we have an opportunity for change through the ascension process that will take us into the fifth dimension, where everything will be based on love instead of fear.

• **TEAM UP: **Join a group of people who are also interested in tuning into their light bodies and connecting with the galactic federation. When you do so, ask for protection and be sure that what you are experiencing is benevolent in nature.

• **Look up at the sky. **When you go outside and look at the sky, you will feel a sense of connectedness. When you see that beautiful sky, you will know that you are connected to all the beings in it. You will know that the sky is part of you and that the sky responds to your energy.

You will notice an increased sensitivity to your surroundings. You will be able to see energies around objects and people. You might think this is crazy, but when you start seeing these energies, it's because you are becoming more attuned to the Galactic Federation's frequencies.

Humanity is now experiencing the Ascension process: The shift of humanity from being human beings to becoming trans-human beings. This is the human species' becoming conscious beings.

Ascension is the raising of personal vibration to a higher, more refined level so that we can reach closer proximity to the Creator/Source. This is a time of great awakening when we realize that we are infinite spiritual beings having a temporary human experience. Ascension is the process of accelerating your energy upward toward the light.

It is going beyond the mind and into the heart where you will find your soul connection and spiritual guidance to lead you forward on your path. Many people intellectually understand that they are sources of energy. That they are part of God. that they are infinite beings of love and light. However, when something triggers them, which leads them into anger, hurt, frustration, or some other strong emotion, they forget who they really are, and they forget their connection with Source. They forget that they are an extension of God's energy because they are in mind instead of in their heart, being, and consciousness.

The only way to be free from your mind is to start moving beyond it. To start connecting with your consciousness and to start living from there.

You are not your mind. You are the watcher. You are what watches the mind and its thoughts, emotions, desires, hopes, and fears. The watcher is the root of your consciousness. It is pure awareness by which you become aware of whatever is going on in your mind, in your body, and all around you. Your consciousness is the medium through which you experience everything that goes on here in this world, including yourself.

To be a witness simply means that you are not the mind – you are consciousness itself. The mind is there; it is a mechanism—an old, ancient mechanism. When you become a witness, you look at the mind: thoughts come and go, but you don't get identified with those thoughts.

This is the point where you have become aware of your own self. You start feeling the presence of your own soul. Your past is no longer a part of you, and your future is not yet here – there is only now. And the present is you; it has become your presence.

Time For A Trip: How About A Journey To Another Dimension?

Dear ones,

Have you ever been on a trip to another dimension? I mean, a journey that actually takes you to another dimension? I'm sure you've all had the fantasy at one point in your lives. Who hasn't dreamt of getting lost in the multiverse and exploring alternate universes where there are giants and even multiple versions of themselves?

Well, today we're going to talk about just that: how it is possible to go on actual trips to other dimensions. But first, let's talk about what a dimension is, for clarity's sake.

There are an infinite number of universes in existence. But our universe is only one of these universes.

Now, doesn't the thought of this blow your mind? I mean, having an infinite number of universes to choose from is an awe-inspiring idea. How many times have you wished that you could travel to a parallel universe where you would be happier, and life would be so much more exciting?

Don't get me wrong! I love our universe. It's not like there are any other places where I can go and find my doppelganger, who will be my best friend. But, I would love to visit some other dimensions just for fun and see what they're all about.

This is a trip that probably won't happen unless you believe in quantum physics. In quantum physics, there's a theory (the many-worlds interpretation) that says that there are parallel universes or dimensions. Essentially, it says, "everything that can happen does happen." This means that our universe is only one of an infinite number of universes out there.

Imagine this scenario: you have a friend who lives across town, and you want to go over to visit them. You get in your car and drive over to their house but take the wrong turn somewhere along the way and end up lost. This leads you to take another wrong turn, then another and another, until eventually, you arrive at a completely different destination from the one you intended.

What happened here? Well, these were all possible outcomes for your trip (although some were less likely than others). However, because of the many choices, you were presented with and the decisions you made, you ended up at one particular destination rather than another.

In much the same way, various possibilities exist for every decision we make in life, and so our reality is only one outcome among many possible outcomes for each moment in our lives.

For most people, this idea seems far-fetched and incomprehensible, but it's actually a fairly easy concept.

Let's say that we are already in one of the universes, and there are an infinite number of universes out there that exist in parallel to ours. As space is expanding at an exponential rate, it is logical to assume that time is also expanding exponentially in different dimensions. In each dimension, time flows at a different rate relative to the other dimensions. This means that any given point in time in one dimension can be before or after another point in time in another dimension.

What can we do with this information? At any given point in time, there are multiple realities that exist. In some realities, you are happy, while in others, you are not so lucky. There can be a reality where you never had acne or one where you have been attacked by zombies! It all depends on which dimension you go to.

Imagine you are standing on a street corner in New York City. Now imagine there is a parallel universe, just like this one, where all the people look the same, and all the buildings appear identical. The only difference is that, in this universe, you decided to take a different route to work that morning, and you are standing on a street corner in Chicago.

In another parallel universe, you might be standing on a street corner in London or Paris, maybe even Berlin. In fact, there may be an infinite number of parallel universes where at any given moment, you are standing on an infinite number of street corners all over the world.

We already know that there are alternate realities out there. It's what we call "the multiverse" — multiple universes existing simultaneously. There's no way to prove this conclusively because these alternate realities are too far outside our grasp for us to ever interact.

At first, it may seem impossible to move to another dimension. But, if you think about it, we already travel to other dimensions of reality each time we dream. In fact, scientist Paul Davies believes that dreams can transport us to other universes. Our universe isn't the only one. There are other universes out there.

Remember the popular TV series "Fringe"? It was based on this very idea of traveling to parallel universes and different dimensions.

But wait, before you book your tickets to these parallel universes, there's something more interesting (and more complicated) about this.

I'm not referring to something impossible. The fact is, there are indeed other realities out there. They are not only possible, but they are extremely real! Even NASA agrees. In fact, many scientists believe we live in 10 dimensions. We can't see them because they exist in different dimensions or planes of reality. Therefore, they are invisible to us.

Imagine a long hallway with numerous rooms on each side. You enter one room (our reality) and leave through the back door into another room (a parallel dimension). Each room exists at the same time as all the others, but you can only be in one room at a time.

According to many researchers, like Gregg Braden and Nassim Haramein, space and time are not what we think they are. Space isn't empty at all; it's actually filled with a kind of energy or information referred to as a quantum.

This is something I've always wanted to believe in. There has to be a place that's better than this one, right? And if there are infinite universes, then there must be one out there where we're all happier, and everything is better.

But how can we travel to another dimension when you're still stuck with your boring life here on Earth? This question is answered by Dr. Michio Kaku in his video. In an interview with Big Think, he explained that the technological advancements of our generation would make it possible for us to travel between parallel universes.

Kaku said. "I have concluded that we are actually part of a vast and complex multiverse, where parallel universes abound." He added, "It seems like science fiction. We have these multiple universes where Harry Potter can play quidditch on an interstellar level, and you can do magic. "

For me, the best way to cope with these energies is to take extra time for myself by doing relaxing things like taking a bath, meditating, and journaling. I have also noticed that my dreams have been very powerful lately and that I have been dreaming more than usual. I know that these are all signs of the intense energy shifts happening on Earth right now.

The majority of humanity are currently 3rd-dimensional beings who must ascend to the 5th dimension through the 4th dimension. And because their current vibrational frequency is too low, they will be unable to directly reach this 5D higher dimensional vibration.

It is difficult, but not impossible, for them to ascend into the 5th higher dimensional vibration at their current level of consciousness. Many people have attempted but failed to transcend to a higher frequency. They failed because they only understood a portion of the process.

To enter into the 5D higher dimensional vibration, you need to open up all four doorways or dimensions of consciousness. These four dimensions are the physical world, the mental world, the spiritual world, and the emotional world.

You need to align yourself with all of these four worlds so that you can reach a state of coherence or harmony within yourself.

The majority of people are out of sync with these four worlds. When this happens, it is a sign that they are not in balance. This can be caused by the fact that they do not live from their heart but from their head. In other words, they are in their heads, and therefore the feeling of being overwhelmed is there.

Higher-dimensional beings live through their hearts because this is where the purest love resides. By looking at life with love, they can create miracles in their lives.

The heart knows before our brain thinks it. That's why we have these butterflies in our stomachs when we meet someone we like. We feel love for each other, but our brains do not think so yet.

When we use our heart as a guide to life, we will notice that there are many more dimensions than just 1, 2, and 3 dimensions. There are indeed an infinite number of dimensions, and they all vibrate at different frequencies.

The physical body of the third-dimensional world uses the chakra system of seven major energy centers. The physical body of the fifth-dimensional world also uses the 12 chakra system in its original form as an energy system, but it also uses this energy system to connect with the multidimensional consciousness and to translate that consciousness into the physical body.

The fourth dimension is a world of invisible energies. These energies, however, are not separate from you: they are you! You are made of these energies. You are made of energy, and you are made of light.

The fifth dimension is a new energetic reality free of any negativity, allowing all conscious beings that live there to have a greatly higher quality of life.

People who choose to stay on Earth will continue to experience pain and suffering as part of their human experience, but those who choose to move into this new reality will never again experience negativity in any form. They will be able to live in the space of love and light, free from strife and worry, where they can return to their true Divine nature and live the life they were always meant to live.

People who choose to stay on Earth will continue to experience pain and suffering as part of their human experience, but those who choose to move into this new 5D consciousness will discover a renewed sense of connection to family, friends, and all living things. As a result, they will feel loved and cherished.

Despite resorting to extreme fascist repression, the Khazarian mafia slave regimes of the G7 are mathematically doomed. The reason is financial. They made the fundamental mistake of thinking that numbers on financial institution computers were real and not imaginary. This is why, for the first time in my memory, the G20 finance ministers did not issue a statement after meeting last week. If they had been honest, they would have declared bankruptcy.

IMF Director Kristalina Georgieva came close to making such an admission at the meeting when she said “We printed too much money and didn’t think of unintended consequences…We are acting like 8-year-olds playing soccer chasing the ball.”

Even more disturbing, for me as an Anglo-Saxon, is that when the US, Canada and England tried to stage a walkout of the G20 to protest against Russia, nobody followed.

The Anglo-Saxon nations used to have the respect of the world because they stood for democracy, human rights, competent economic management etc. I’ll never forget when I asked the former head of MI6 “We used to be the good guys, what happened?” His answer was “the Khazarian mafia.” This is because, like a caterpillar that has been infected by a parasitic wasp, the governments of these countries have been taken over by Satan worshiping Khazarian gangsters. So, the politicians and military of the West were redirected -against the interests of their own people- to a project to turn the entire planet into a giant animal farm. This was to be run by Khazarian gangsters out of their ancient homeland, the place we now know of as Ukraine.

The KM took over the governments of most Western countries through a process of murder, bribery, blackmail and lies. This was directed at the very tip-top of the elite. Understanding the problem lies at the tip-top is also the key to overthrowing the KM. Just like a pimple, if you squeeze it from the bottom up, the pus comes out at the top.

Members of the public need to call their MPs and confront them with evidence of the crimes of people like Justin Castro. People in the military need to go up their chain of command and do the same thing, confront their commanders with evidence. Those who fail to act on this evidence will be revealing themselves as traitors. The punishment for treason is death by firing squad.

Without it, you would not be able to see the beautiful sunset, hear the song of birds, dance, or embrace a woman or a man. This body is the means by which to experience all the beauties of existence.

First, learn how to love your body, because if you cannot love your own body, how can you love somebody else's?

If there is no love for oneself, one cannot respect oneself, and one cannot respect anybody else either. How can one be dignified towards anybody else if one cannot honor oneself? If one has no dignity as far as oneself is concerned, How can one be compassionate towards anybody else?

That's why I say that meditation brings a revolution to you. It gives you a new insight.

You have taken everything from your body without giving anything in return: no respect, no love; on the contrary, it has been abused. You have been torturing it continuously; otherwise, why are there so many diseases?

Why are you so ungrateful to your body? In fact, you should be grateful because it is such a miracle. It is not just an ordinary house; it is really a miracle. It is made up of five elements. The science of yoga says that the whole universe is made up of only five elements: earth, water, air, fire, and ether.

Everything in the world is made of these five elements: trees, plants, animals, and human beings are all made up of these five elements. Trees and mountains are made up of the solid element called earth. The oceans are made up of a liquid element called water. The atmosphere around us is made up of a gaseous element called air. Our bodies feel warm because they contain the fire inside them. And then there is another element which we can call space or ether. All our bones are actually made of space—not just empty space but a kind of solid space!

There are also two more elements in the human body: mind and intelligence, but these two elements cannot be seen through a microscope or any other scientific instrument.

You've never thanked your body for all it's done for you since you were born! And now, after so many years, it has become old and tired, but it still serves you.

Your breathing can be a great thank-you note. Whenever you feel thankful and grateful to your body, just sit silently for two minutes and breathe deeply.

Breathing deep gratitude makes the whole body alive with joy. You will feel an inner dance arising within you, a dance of love with your heart to clean every cell in your body. This can be done while sitting or while walking; it doesn't matter what posture you are in. Just remember to breathe deeply and feel grateful to the universe that such a beautiful gift has been given to you, this wonderful temple that has been built by nature itself. And this beautiful temple should not become a cemetery.

The moment you thank it, a great sense of gratitude arises in your heart. Your body becomes more beautiful; a grace surrounds it. Your whole being becomes grateful. That's what meditation does: it makes you more concerned about yourself. It brings a kind of love for oneself from which the love for others arises naturally.

This is your body. Clean it, use it well. Rest it when needed. Be grateful for what it can do for you. Feed and nurture it with great food, freshwater, and healthy air.

You are not the body, but you are within the body, so take good care of it because, without it, you can't do anything.

Love your body, accept your body and understand that if you drop a pebble into the ocean of consciousness, then diseases will be created in your body.

That's why I insist everyone start with a cleansing process using various yogic techniques to cleanse the body of all impurities. This may be done through pranayama (breathing exercises), kriyas (cleansing techniques), asanas (yogic postures), and meditation.

Breath has its own intelligence that, if used properly, can help us to make our body disease-free; that's why I always teach people how to breathe properly and how to use their breath as an instrument to cleanse the whole system.

When you love the temple of your body, it becomes healthier and more beautiful. It is a very simple phenomenon: the more you appreciate it, the more it becomes valuable. And once it becomes valuable, you start taking care of it. If you don't value anything, you will not take care of it. You will throw it away; you will not bother about it.

If you love your body, that is the very first step to meditation. Otherwise, meditation will be impossible because if you don't love your body and you don't have any respect for your body and its functions, then how can you have any respect for your mind? Your mind is a function of the body – just like breathing, digestion, circulation, or blood. You don't see your mind, but that does not mean that it is not there. In fact, the mind is much more subtle and close than the heartbeat.

As a result, all religions teach that there should be no killing, stealing, or lying. And why all these three? Because when we kill somebody, we are destroying something that could have been loved by somebody; we are also destroying our own capacity to love.

If you love your body, you have made the greatest investment you can ever make in your life. It will pay you infinite dividends.

I would be surprised if, after one year of loving your body, you don't become tremendously healthy, tremendously blissful, and tremendously beautiful. People will stare at you because they cannot believe that someone in this world can be so blissful, so radiant, and so healthy.

Higher Mind – channeling pure knowing

By a cacophony of methods, society has shunted the consciousness of a broad swathe of humanity deeply into the realm of Lower Mind. Constant distraction, illusionary desires and addiction to synthetic lifestyles have created a fear-based control drama that over-stimulates Lower Mind so that it swallows up a great deal of soul consciousness. We have natural access to a divine symphony orchestra, but it’s being drowned out by an overactive base drum!

Higher Mind is much more gentle, subtle, expanded, and open. It thrives on soft, abstract, and flowing; it needs no immediate solutions. It expands and opens, feeling the harmony of the moment like the sensitive tentacles of an ancient sea anemone. It doesn’t need to calculate, logic or intention. Such activities are all Lower Mind based. All too frequently they come from a place of non-acceptance of the moment.

Higher Mind works from the place of absolute trust – knowing the inevitability of the Divine Design. Imagine for a moment you encounter a “problem” in your life: for example a difficult situation within a relationship; or it could be your living circumstances where maybe a change of location would best suit your new level of consciousness; or it could be that your career no longer satisfies. Traditional thinking in society would have you rationalise, contemplate the options and then weigh the various factors to arrive at the best solution. This is to completely disregard the limitless shaping capacity of Higher Mind. It shows lack of trust in Right Outcome and it actually closes down your connection to the higher planes where Higher Mind Functions. Instead, I’ve found Higher Mind works much more effectively from a place of surrendered openness…

“It’s all about letting go of the need for an outcome; it’s about facing your fear that the end result might not be as an ego would want it to be; that you might have to confront and overcome self imposed restrictions and limiting beliefs you might hold about yourself.

From this place of surrendered openness, we may then relax, expand our consciousness and simply bring our attention to the problem; then trust that Higher Mind is shaping the situation according to our highest interests and the best interests of all life. How will you know if Higher Mind is coming active?

1) You’ll start getting flashes of “future-landing-now” – visions of what is beginning to crystallise in the field.
2) A feeling sense of moving towards and into a particular situation in your life, backed by signs and synchronicity around you
3) The reactivity of anticipation, anxiety and fear because the Lower Self is wanting to resist this course of action.

Transcending fear to follow Higher Mind

No, we don’t have to vision or intention the outcome. The Right Outcome simply happens. All we have to do is bring our attention to the problem, expand, relax, open and trust that Right Action is beginning to flow through the situation. We have to let go of fear doubt and disbelief. I’m reminded of a powerful incident that happened to me a few years ago…

We’d found a house in Glastonbury which was quite expensive (£695 per month), our earnings were at the time were quite low and it wasn’t at all clear how we could afford it. After the first month, sure enough we didn’t have sufficient funds to pay the rent, however I did have a car that I could live without which was worth around £700. So I felt to sell it and thought the best way might be on the internet through “Auto-trader” – that’s how I’d always done it in the past and traditional thinking would say I’d reach the widest audience.
However, just at the moment I tried to take a photo of the car, the batteries on the camera ran out! I thought to replace them but just as the thought landed in my mind a huge black cloud passed over head and it started to rain. By now it was clear to me that a greater energy was at work – I simply don’t believe in coincidences! So at this point I completely surrendered to what I should do next. Having asked the question “what would you have me do now?”, I jumped into the car and drove to where I would normally park it – the space was full. I continued driving to the next street but as I drove up it, a car did a sudden U-turn in front of me. It had a “JC” in the number plate and I felt a pull to turn around and follow it. If the Christ Consciousness wants to help me sell my car – so be it! I was led on a merry journey which took me onto Glastonbury High Street – and as I was driving down it, suddenly a car pulled out in front of me with its hazard warning lights on. I experienced a distinct and sudden knowing to park the car in the freed place. Here’s where lower mind then kicked it – “maybe I should put a price on it and leave it there?” It seemed like a good idea until doubt and disbelief began to raise their ugly heads “but it could be days before anyone sees it; this all seems a bit like too much chance”.
However I overcame their noisy chatter and relaxed. I found pen and paper and priced the car at £700. It was now about 5pm in the evening. To my great surprise (I’m no longer surprised by the amazing organising power of Higher Mind!), I received a phone call the very next morning at around 9am. A passer-by had seen the car and was interested – he knocked on my door a short while later. As we shook hands, it was clear there was some kind of connection between us that spanned the passage of time. I invited him in and a deep sharing took place about the meaning of life, the nature of the Universe, even the kitchen sink – but absolutely no mention of the car! After about three hours, with all conversation exhausted, it seemed like it was time for him to leave and so I asked “what about the car?” We looked at each other, smiled and then doubled up with laughter – we’d forgotten the supposed purpose of our meeting!
At which point, he reached into his inside pocket and handed me an envelope with £700 cash in it! He never checked the car, just simply took the log book and keys. As he was leaving, tears welled up in my eyes. I’d rarely encountered anyone prepared to trust to this level. As he left, I asked him how he managed to come by the car in the first place? To which he replied “oh that’s simple. I thought I was looking for a new home in Glastonbury, but I also needed a car. Your car was parked opposite one of the estate agents. I just followed the pull!”

Timing is Everything

It’s also crucial to say that timing is everything. The guidance you pick up will confront you with inner density to be worked through and let go of. The field then must steadily crystallise around you and bring other aspects into play. At first your guidance will feel higher vibrational and “out there” – meaning you pick it up in signs and synchronicity outside of the body. But then it must be brought into the body in a felt sense.

You notice your body responding to the flow – as a pull through the heart for example. It’s essential to hold the infusing energy until you feel that sense of it “clicking” within you – the landing of pure knowing.

So how might you best activate the awesome majesty of Higher Mind? Here are 8 practical steps you can explore…

1) Inner Purification: In order to access Higher Mind in the first place, we must purify our lower bodily vehicles so that Soul Consciousness is liberated from the lower realms and can flow upwards, plus Higher Self can infuse down. This involves purifying your diet from the denser vibrations such as meat to the lighter ones of grain, vegetables and fruit. 2) Dissolving Distortions: We must cleanse the brain and Lower Mind of conditioned behaviour patterns. We must erase the programs in our lives by confronting those moments where we would succumb to them and instead follow our higher truth. This is achieved by becoming the Observer of ourselves in all circumstances, watching our tightness arising as a result of the choices we continually make and instead choosing that which is in our highest interests and that of all life – that which ultimately leaves us more expanded and open. “Openhand Approach” is a powerful method of helping achieve this. 3) Opening the Heart: We must open the Heart as fully as possible. In other words we must begin to feel more of the natural joy and beauty of life all around us. This involves giving more time each day to those things that bring us joy, openness and expansion. Be careful here though – it’s not a case of “anything goes”. It’s all about what makes us feel truly expanded and liberated inside (without unnatural side effects!). It’s when we feel “in the groove” so to speak. You could also try our moving meditation…

4) Attuning to the flow: Higher Mind can be likened to a muscle; if we don’t use it, it will wither away. To exercise it, we have to give room for spontaneous acts of higher knowing within our lives. Here at Openhand we play a game called “free wheeling”, being open, asking “what would you have me do now?”, following the pull and witnessing what signs and synchronicities we then observe. It’s a powerful exercise to activate Higher Mind and attune to the natural flow. Quite apart from that, it can be great fun!
5) Contemplating Abstractions: Higher Mind can also be opened by contemplating abstract issues such as the meaning of life. The key is that there be no need of an outcome or solution. Simple enjoyment in the contemplation is the key. That’s why reading about spiritual matters can be so valuable.

6) Cultivating humour and optimism: If we expect our lives to falter and for negativity to happen to us, then surely enough we’ll create that in our lives. If we’re open to a more optimistic way of looking at things, then surely enough, Higher Mind will help us realise the solution to the supposed ‘problem’ thereby yielding greater harmony. 7) Creating for the fun of it: We can begin to ‘flex’ Higher Mind by creating just for the fun of it. So for example taking up the arts, playing a musical instrument, singing, dancing, painting, writing, building or modelling. The key is that there be no effort for an outcome. So for example, if we’re learning to play the guitar, it’s not about the tune we play, it’s just about playing with sound and seeing what comes from it. If we’re efforting to learn chords, it’s likely this will constrict Higher Mind, not unleash it. It’s the same reason that so many people like to write. 8) Responding to the Flash of Inspiration: as Higher Mind activates you’ll start to receive flashes of inspiration that seem to come from nowhere and land in an instant. It’s essential to trust in these visions and knowings and to follow them – to step in that direction. It’s a fast vibration that can easily be written over by the machinations of Lower Mind. So always follow the flash of inspiration, where you’re now opening channels and pathways for this divine higher light to infuse in – trust that it knows where it’s taking you!

Feeling the way forwards

Many of society’s most successful artists also come from the place of Higher Mind channeling spontaneous higher wisdom expressed in a third dimensional way. We just know higher truth when we experience it don’t we? It’s packed with deep, heart felt feelings, stirring emotions and powerful love. Synchronistically as I was writing this I felt moved to take a break, play some music and dance (even though it was 4am in the morning!). I took out my ipod put the music on shuffle and let higher consciousness pick the tune for me. It came up with this song “Search for the Hero inside yourself”…

Ah yes! nectar for the soul! So why not invest some energy?

This program updates our previous implant clearing sessions to include additional work on healing ourselves to manifest individual, collective, and planetary liberation, as well as preparing ourselves for the Ascension process.

Cobra has recently indicated to us that it is still essential to continue implant clearings, so we will facilitate previous and new implant clearing exercises in the first hour of the session as part of our healing. Our second hour* is then dedicated to additional meditations, exercises, and discussions to assist healing, spiritual growth, and a higher vibrational life for ourselves, for humanity, and for the world.

*Please allow yourself 2-3 hours for this experience (think of it as a mini “spiritual marathon”). Due to the longer length of this program, we will conduct these approximately every four weeks (rather than every two weeks). Are You A Pleiadian?

Have you ever wondered if you are from another planet? You might be wondering if you were abducted by aliens as a child. Or did your parents tell you that you were found in a cabbage patch or on their doorstep?

So, how do you determine if you are from the Pleiades? I have had regular contact with them and can confirm their existence. Not only do they exist, but they are here to help us as we make our evolution into 5th-dimensional beings. They have left us many clues to aid in this evolution.

The Pleiadians are eager to connect with those who resonate with their energy and frequency. They hail from the star cluster known as the Pleiades and its seven main stars. Some sources say that there are actually more stars in this cluster, but those are the main ones visible from Earth.

The Pleiadians are humanoid and possess many characteristics similar to humans, including the same number of fingers and toes as us. They can live up to 800 years. Some are the same size as humans and some are much taller than humans, averaging between 6.5 and 7 feet in height.

In addition to the above, Pleiadians also have not only blue eyes, pale skin, and blond hair but they have different skin tones, eye, and hair colors, just like humans.

Among other things, it is believed that these beings heal with sound or music and prefer to eat raw foods or plants for nutrition instead of meat.

The Pleiadian people are said to be very positive beings, always having a positive outlook on life.

They believe that there is a higher power out there controlling everything, and they believe in karma as well. Pleiadians are also very spiritual beings who often practice telepathy as a means of communication with one another.

Some of their technology includes healing lasers, time travel, and teleportation devices. The Pleiadian race is described as being very advanced compared to humans on Earth now.

According to Dr. Sheldon Nidle and Barbara Marciniak, both of whom have written extensively on the subject of Pleiadians and other extraterrestrials, there are currently over 4 million Pleiadians on Earth.

They are among us in physical form, walking among us, living next door to us. They may even be reading this article right now!

If you're reading this, you've been chosen to learn more about the Galactic Federation. I am here to help — and it's my mission to bring you up-to-date on what exactly the Galactic Federation is, who's in it and some other facts.

What is the Galactic Federation?

The Galactic Federation of Free Planets (GFFP) is a union of planets. It was founded in an era marked a time when a mysterious race of aliens known only as "the Controllers" almost succeeded in taking over the world. They would have succeeded, too, if it weren't for the GFFP!

The GFFP's main headquarters are located on the Milky Way. It has three different divisions that cover all aspects of space exploration: defense, science and exploration, and intergalactic politics.

The Galactic Federation is a group of most advanced civilizations from across the galaxy who have come together to help us with our ascension process, including representatives from the Pleiades, Sirius, Arcturus, Andromeda, and hundreds of other planets. All these representatives are said to be enlightened beings who have evolved beyond the need for physical bodies. They communicate telepathically and have access to advanced technologies that allow them to traverse the cosmos at speeds faster than the speed of light.

The Federation has been helping Earth for millions of years and is also responsible for holding back negative extraterrestrial forces that would otherwise enslave or harm our planet.

They are a very large organization with many different branches and departments to help facilitate their mission. If you want to attract a new car, then you need to start thinking about cars. The more you think about them, the more you will attract them into your life. If you think about nice cars, then you will attract nice cars. If you think about fast cars, then you will attract fast cars into your life. If you think about little red sports cars, then guess what? You will only attract little red sports cars into your life.

The key to using the Law of Attraction is to believe that what you are asking for is already yours (or soon will be). You must visualize and feel as though what you want has already manifested itself in your life.

AND, you must use positive affirmations to re-program the subconscious mind.

You see, when you think about what you want and believe that it is on its way, you vibrate at a high frequency. This high-frequency vibration then transmits a signal to the Universe that says, "I want this," and the Universe responds by providing it for you.

But how do you know if you are actually doing this or just pretending?

Are you happy with what you have, or are you preoccupied with what you don't have?

If you focus on your lack, you will attract more lack into your life. If you are feeling good about what is in your life right now, then more good things will come into your life.

If you are talking to a friend and he complains about his job and how much he hates it, yet he's been there for ten years, do not get caught up in his complaining! Instead, be grateful that he has a job and send him positive energy about how great his job is.

You see, when you become an observer of someone's situation and see it from a higher perspective outside of yourself, then you will "see" that everything is working out for them even if they can't see it themselves.

Positive thoughts and emotions (love, joy, appreciation, gratitude, and so on) are among the most powerful tools at your disposal to get what you want. If you can master the art of harnessing your thoughts and emotions in a positive way, then that force will help you move inexorably toward your goal. It sounds cheesy, but it has its value.

In simple language, it is said that whatever you are thinking is what will attract people to you. Do believe in yourself and do not expect any help from outside. That is the first step to success. Imagine yourself in the place of your dream and being a dreamer.

We're at the beginning of a new cycle, and it's important to remember that we're still in transition from last year.

We're also entering into a period where many people are going to experience an increase in their awareness.

Ascension Tool: Conscious Breathing

All things are breathing. The entire universe is breathing. The Earth is breathing. And you are breathing.

Conscious breathing is alertness without any effort. Just be aware of the movement of breathing and remain with it. See that no thought enters your mind, that nothing distracts you from this simple joy of being conscious of the life force moving in and out within you. That is all that matters: being fully conscious of every inhalation and exhalation. This technique is very simple. It seems impossible to remain focused on one point for so long, but it isn't impossible at all.

Just remain alert and aware of your breathing, and you will see that more and more thoughts disappear. When you've fully immersed yourself in your breathing, they will disappear completely—not only from the mind but also from the unconscious; they will have no roots in you at all.

The first thing is to get acquainted with the breath. Let it be natural, don't change it, and don't try to control it. Just watch it: breathe in and breathe out. Continue to keep an eye on your breathing, and you will see, as the days pass, that a great change is happening in the quality of your breathing.

And if you are conscious of only one thing for twenty-four hours continuously, then you will have learned a new quality of consciousness because twenty-four hours of continuous consciousness of one thing creates a new center in you around which everything else starts. You have already ascended to 5D if you can be conscious of your breath for even a single day.

Now, when you breathe in, there is an urge to breathe out. The ingoing breath becomes outgoing; it takes a turn. That turning point is the moment of silence. At that moment, there is no breath, neither ingoing nor outgoing, just a pure gap of silence. The transition from the ingoing to the outgoing and from the outgoing to the ingoing, that gap in between, that is the point of silence.

Breathe in — that's one turning point; breathe out — another turning point; and between the two points, there is a gap of no breath. And you're breathing twenty-one thousand times per day — so many turning points! And if you become aware of each turning point, you will have twenty-one thousand gaps of silence every day. It is such a great thing to have!

Every time you breathe in, let yourself be filled with love; every time you breathe out, let yourself be filled with love. And go on doing this for twenty-one thousand breaths: breathing in with love and breathing out with love.

In the beginning, when you are not experienced, and you have not yet become an expert, it is better to stick to the breath. Become more and more attuned to the breath so that soon your whole attention will be centered on it.

Then suddenly, one day, there is a jump; you are no longer in the body; you have become conscious. That is the birth of your soul. It will take time, but how much time depends on you. If you can practice for twenty-four hours without any distraction, then one day is enough for you. If you cannot practice for twenty-four hours, don't worry, even if it takes five lives or ten lives, by and by, you will reach that goal.

The only thing needed is just one thing: that you don't give up. Persist! And when I say persist, I don't mean just sitting for a few minutes in meditation every day; I mean never leaving meditation wherever you are. Even while walking in the marketplace, go on meditating: remember your breath, remain with the breath wherever you are. When eating food, eat consciously; then eating becomes meditation. When talking with someone, talk consciously; then talking becomes meditation.

The first thing is to learn the simple art of breathing correctly. The second thing is to learn how to be silent. The third is to learn how to be still. These three things will help you tremendously. You don't need any other method of meditation; these three things are enough.

Learn how to breathe correctly because correct breathing brings your whole life into harmony. It brings the inner and outer together; it makes you an integrated whole. If your breathing is wrong, you will never be able to be an integrated whole; one part will remain out of tune with another, and that creates much misery.

Breathe slowly and deeply. Don't force it, don't make any effort; just let it happen as it happens on its own accord. When you are asleep-then, there is no effort involved at all. You simply enjoy a deep breath, and then another deeper breath comes-even without your doing anything about it. Lie down on your bed and watch this happen: if you simply lie down silently and start watching your breath, soon you will see that a rhythm arises - because the body has its own intelligence! It knows exactly what to do if you leave it alone.

When you can feel your own breathing, when you can hear your own breathing, when you can be aware of it, then you are no longer identified with the mind. That is the beginning of the end of unconsciousness.

The mind is a mechanism that helps you survive in the world; the mind is not you. But if you become identified with it, then this identification creates many problems.

Your mind interferes continuously; it goes on commenting, evaluating, and judging. It is a continuous process; it never leaves you alone. You cannot find a single moment when the mind is silent, and you are alone. Even in solitude, it is there, making much noise.

The first problem is this: the mind has many limitations, and by becoming identified with it, you have become limited. You can't see what's beyond its borders; you can't see what's beyond its boundaries.

If you are depressed it is because your limited breath has caused-de-pression in your system. Let the pressure go by breathing consciously.

But conscious breathing can give you a glimpse of the beyond. Conscious breathing will make the mind silent, and will make the mind alert but not active. In that silence, suddenly, a new dimension opens up for you — and that new dimension is your real nature. When for the first time you enter into this new world, this new world of 5D consciousness, suddenly all your problems disappear as if they never existed at all.

There are more and more signs that we are approaching the end of the cosmic cycle.

The real reason for stronger solar activity is synchronization of the Sun with increased activity of the Galactic center on the quantum level.

In preparation for the Galactic Pulse, a huge cosmic fleet of positive civilizations from the Local galaxy cluster has gathered around the heliopause of this solar system. This is one of the largest fleet gatherings in the history of the whole universe. These ships will harmonize and direct the flow of energies when the Pulse happens.

One small part of this fleet is already inside the solar system and is putting the last remnants of the Chimera fleet under siege. Another small part of this fleet is constructing Dyson spheres around the Sun and the Earth and both projects are proceeding well. As soon as the Chimera fleet is completely defeated, more of the cosmic fleet will enter the Solar system and proceed into the sublunar space with the purpose of the final liberation of this planet.

There is still quite much quantum and subquantum primary anomaly close to the surface of planet Earth. The Light forces are carefully beginning to clear the physical aspect of the anomaly and they are also beginning with the final clearing of the toplet bombs. They are deactivating the toplet bombs by clearing the quantum anomaly since with quantum anomaly gone, the Light forces are able to stop the chain reaction that changes ordinary quark mater into degenerate top quark matter:

It’s crazy and confusing out there in society right now with much purposeful deception and misdirection. But not if you understand and focus on your mission here in the shift. What is your purpose? What did you incarnate specifically for at this moment? Understanding these crucial questions can furnish much peace of mind and dispatch wasted effort.

Here then are 4 key missions of energy and lightworkers in the shift…

The Overall Mission of Benevolence

I am concerned, that although there’s much illumination of the intervention going on at a surface level, still many spiritual and alternative commentators are missing the overall end-game. Dramatic changes have begun to unfold across the earth that are instigated by the benevolent shift to 5D consciousness. However, at times you can palpably feel the anguish and efforting to fix the old 3D construct. It crushes the soul, undermines motivation and damages well-being.

A simple shift in understanding and perception would solve this:

We’re NOT here to cure the situation in society. Neither is it about creating a new sustainable 3D situation. It’s all about unraveling the old karmic construct and shifting into 5D. This, Gaia and Benevolence have already begun, and is well underway.

Understand the Process of the 3D to 5D Earth Ascension Shift

Where do you put your attention and focus?

The shadow state, in its various machinations of the pandemic and the “reset”, is NOT in the driving seat as many see it and are railing against. Inadvertently people are handing over their power with this misconception. The shadowside are reacting to the major energy shifts going on in the field and the widespread elevation of consciousness. They are gearing up their preparations to take a swathe of humanity into a metaverse and off-planet. To 3D eyes, as the swamp gets stirred up, it just looks like they have the upper hand.

Rest assured, they do not.

However, this does depend on where you put your attention and focus; where you see this all going. If you understand your purpose and destiny here then it’s going to make your life much easier and more harmonious. Because you’ll start to see that every curious twist and turn is falling into step with the shift.

Essentially we are here to reclaim the earth and restore the harmony of life here, but in a higher vibration. This will be achieved by holding ground, unraveling the energy field, stirring up and stripping off the dissonant frequencies. Yes, it will look muddy as the swamp clears. But don’t be fooled into thinking that somehow we’re on the back-foot. When you understand why you are here, the reverse is true.

Here then, are the 4 Key missions of energy and lightworkers. Discover which one is most applicable to your configuration. Or perhaps you recognise yourself with several or all of them?

The 4 Key Missions in the Shift

1) Illuminating, Awakening & Healing others: there are plenty who are ready to be illuminated, awakened and healed. This will accelerate as the shift unfolds. But to be clear, this is much more than just awakening at an intellectual level to the control system. It is awakening to the soul and its interconnectivity with all life. It’s awakening to the much bigger picture. Plenty of you will have the capacity through self-realisation practices to awaken people. Crucially though, be aware that it is NOT about awakening everyone. History reveals that shifts happen in waves of awakening. Some are not ready at this juncture and it can be depleting to waste your energy. Water and shed light on the seeds that are fertile!

2) Unravelling the Energy Field: In 2012 with the galactic alignment Gaia shifted her centre of consciousness into 5D. And for at least the last decade, well over 200 species of creature and plant life have been moving on from the 3D, going extinct here, daily. The shift is well underway. However, to make the ride as smooth as possible requires that convolutions in the energy field from the old karmic construct need unraveling. Those with the awareness can do this within their consciousness. You find yourself drawn to a particular place and performing curious movements or speaking light language. You may then get to see the reflective synchronicity of your actions, in surrounding signs and symbols. It could be in the movement of cloud formations for example.

3) Realigning the Intervention: The earth has been embroiled in an Extra-Terrestrial Intervention that has been controlling the energy field and hybridising humanity to fit within those limiting frequencies. At times it has been savage. However many of those intervening groups are seeing the error of their ways. To polarise and demonise does not help the situation. It only perpetuates the disharmony and means we’ll only recreate a similar construct further down the path. Many lightworkers have the capacity to reach out and communicate with these groups in their being. You’re standing strong in your energy field and communicating forgiveness but with strength. And also creating portals to channel the intervening groups away into the angelic realm or else further afield in the cosmos – onto reality constructs more commensurate with their vibration and learning requirement at this time. For those who feel a resonance, energy and lightworkers need to lose their fear and remember how to align these beings in their field thus ushering them back to the light.

4) Holding Ground: You may find yourself drawn to a key location on the planet, which might not necessarily be what you’d most desire. You might not understand why. Inquire deeper. It could be that you’re one of those to hold the 3D ground. You’re meant to infuse and anchor higher dimensional energy. Simply by holding the space and expressing your authentic frequency there, starts to break down the intervention energy and dig it up AT THE ROOTS. It means the shadowside can no longer cling on. And as the earth cleanses herself in the culmination of The Event, then the intervening consciousness will have been completely purged from the earth, thus readying the planet for the fresh beginning in 5D.

The Extraordinary Diversity of ET starsouls o n Earth

Atlantean Visions of Future Landing Now

Recently I had a tremendous vision of future landing now in my own life, a lucid dream at the culmination of this shift.

I’d been regressing a group of people back to the time of Atlantis and the great upheaval there some 12,000 years ago at the conclusion of the last shift. They were indeed awakening people with their consciousness, unraveling the field, and realigning Opposing Consciousness. As the old reality destabilised, I realised that for me the journey was stimulating visions of the future. In the meditative journey to the group, I visioned for them the wall of water incoming following the solar flash that precipitated the culimnation of the Pole-Shift. As I peered across the horizon, it looked like a mountain range, towering into the heavens, but moving rapidly towards us. We were holding ground at key locations on the planet, anchoring aligned frequencies. Then the gigantic wave engulfed us. I found myself immediately transitioning, by the process of Maha-Samhadi, to the light body, but curiously ascending through the 3D energy of the wave, even though I was now 5D. I was rising up through the green and blue water smoothly, before bursting out on the surface and into the New Paradigm. All around me were other souls surfacing in joy and release. The lucid dream was quite extraordinary, very prophetic of the future. There was no fear of 3D death. Instead great excitement and joy at the liberation.

Embracing the Bigger 5D Picture

Do you understand your role in the shift yet? Having a sense of it is becoming utterly crucial as the situation begins to escalate. You may be drawn to change locations or work in a particular way. You might find yourself beginning to speak curious light languages or make intonations that seemingly have no sense. But these are likely to be crucial to the shift and your purpose here. Look beyond the noisy 3D drama. Work to drop personal desire and open up to the possibility of divine service. It may mean a change of location or how you live and work. If you find yourself in one of these roles it will be extremely fulfilling and enriching at a soul level.

Above all, work to embrace the bigger picture of where this is really all heading. What the endgame really is – the shift into 5D consciousness. This will make your life increasingly harmonious and rewarding, even as the shadow flails around in its noisy end-game throws. The future is certain. Let’s embrace our purpose and make the shift there as smooth as possible.
