This time is important because it's about change, and we're going to experience a lot of that this year!

We're at the beginning of a new cycle, and it's important to remember that we're still in transition from last year.

We're also entering into a period where many people are going to experience an increase in their awareness.

Many people will start feeling more connected with their higher selves, and they'll want to share what they feel with others.

If you're reading this, I'm sure you've already experienced some changes in your awareness. It's important that we learn to embrace these changes and use them for our own benefit.

So, if you find yourself feeling more sensitive or emotional than usual, just remember that this is normal! And it's OK if you feel like you need some extra support during this time of transition.

I see so many people that are unhappy and trapped in their jobs, relationships, and even families.

So many people are unhappy with themselves; they want to be someone else or look like someone else.

There is only one you, and you are beautiful!

You are an amazing being of light with incredible potential!

Ascension Tool: Conscious Breathing

All things are breathing. The entire universe is breathing. The Earth is breathing. And you are breathing.

Conscious breathing is alertness without any effort. Just be aware of the movement of breathing and remain with it. See that no thought enters your mind, that nothing distracts you from this simple joy of being conscious of the life force moving in and out within you. That is all that matters: being fully conscious of every inhalation and exhalation. This technique is very simple. It seems impossible to remain focused on one point for so long, but it isn't impossible at all.

Just remain alert and aware of your breathing, and you will see that more and more thoughts disappear. When you've fully immersed yourself in your breathing, they will disappear completely—not only from the mind but also from the unconscious; they will have no roots in you at all.

The first thing is to get acquainted with the breath. Let it be natural, don't change it, and don't try to control it. Just watch it: breathe in and breathe out. Continue to keep an eye on your breathing, and you will see, as the days pass, that a great change is happening in the quality of your breathing.

And if you are conscious of only one thing for twenty-four hours continuously, then you will have learned a new quality of consciousness because twenty-four hours of continuous consciousness of one thing creates a new center in you around which everything else starts. You have already ascended to 5D if you can be conscious of your breath for even a single day.

Now, when you breathe in, there is an urge to breathe out. The ingoing breath becomes outgoing; it takes a turn. That turning point is the moment of silence. At that moment, there is no breath, neither ingoing nor outgoing, just a pure gap of silence. The transition from the ingoing to the outgoing and from the outgoing to the ingoing, that gap in between, that is the point of silence.

Breathe in — that's one turning point; breathe out — another turning point; and between the two points, there is a gap of no breath. And you're breathing twenty-one thousand times per day — so many turning points! And if you become aware of each turning point, you will have twenty-one thousand gaps of silence every day. It is such a great thing to have!

Every time you breathe in, let yourself be filled with love; every time you breathe out, let yourself be filled with love. And go on doing this for twenty-one thousand breaths: breathing in with love and breathing out with love.

In the beginning, when you are not experienced, and you have not yet become an expert, it is better to stick to the breath. Become more and more attuned to the breath so that soon your whole attention will be centered on it.

Then suddenly, one day, there is a jump; you are no longer in the body; you have become conscious. That is the birth of your soul. It will take time, but how much time depends on you. If you can practice for twenty-four hours without any distraction, then one day is enough for you. If you cannot practice for twenty-four hours, don't worry, even if it takes five lives or ten lives, by and by, you will reach that goal.

The only thing needed is just one thing: that you don't give up. Persist! And when I say persist, I don't mean just sitting for a few minutes in meditation every day; I mean never leaving meditation wherever you are. Even while walking in the marketplace, go on meditating: remember your breath, remain with the breath wherever you are. When eating food, eat consciously; then eating becomes meditation. When talking with someone, talk consciously; then talking becomes meditation.

The first thing is to learn the simple art of breathing correctly. The second thing is to learn how to be silent. The third is to learn how to be still. These three things will help you tremendously. You don't need any other method of meditation; these three things are enough.

Learn how to breathe correctly because correct breathing brings your whole life into harmony. It brings the inner and outer together; it makes you an integrated whole. If your breathing is wrong, you will never be able to be an integrated whole; one part will remain out of tune with another, and that creates much misery.

Breathe slowly and deeply. Don't force it, don't make any effort; just let it happen as it happens on its own accord. When you are asleep-then, there is no effort involved at all. You simply enjoy a deep breath, and then another deeper breath comes-even without your doing anything about it. Lie down on your bed and watch this happen: if you simply lie down silently and start watching your breath, soon you will see that a rhythm arises - because the body has its own intelligence! It knows exactly what to do if you leave it alone.

When you can feel your own breathing, when you can hear your own breathing, when you can be aware of it, then you are no longer identified with the mind. That is the beginning of the end of unconsciousness.

The mind is a mechanism that helps you survive in the world; the mind is not you. But if you become identified with it, then this identification creates many problems.

Your mind interferes continuously; it goes on commenting, evaluating, and judging. It is a continuous process; it never leaves you alone. You cannot find a single moment when the mind is silent, and you are alone. Even in solitude, it is there, making much noise.

The first problem is this: the mind has many limitations, and by becoming identified with it, you have become limited. You can't see what's beyond its borders; you can't see what's beyond its boundaries.

If you are depressed it is because your limited breath has caused-de-pression in your system. Let the pressure go by breathing consciously.

But conscious breathing can give you a glimpse of the beyond. Conscious breathing will make the mind silent, and will make the mind alert but not active. In that silence, suddenly, a new dimension opens up for you — and that new dimension is your real nature. When for the first time you enter into this new world, this new world of 5D consciousness, suddenly all your problems disappear as if they never existed at all.

There are more and more signs that we are approaching the end of the cosmic cycle.

The real reason for stronger solar activity is synchronization of the Sun with increased activity of the Galactic center on the quantum level.

In preparation for the Galactic Pulse, a huge cosmic fleet of positive civilizations from the Local galaxy cluster has gathered around the heliopause of this solar system. This is one of the largest fleet gatherings in the history of the whole universe. These ships will harmonize and direct the flow of energies when the Pulse happens.

One small part of this fleet is already inside the solar system and is putting the last remnants of the Chimera fleet under siege. Another small part of this fleet is constructing Dyson spheres around the Sun and the Earth and both projects are proceeding well. As soon as the Chimera fleet is completely defeated, more of the cosmic fleet will enter the Solar system and proceed into the sublunar space with the purpose of the final liberation of this planet.

There is still quite much quantum and subquantum primary anomaly close to the surface of planet Earth. The Light forces are carefully beginning to clear the physical aspect of the anomaly and they are also beginning with the final clearing of the toplet bombs. They are deactivating the toplet bombs by clearing the quantum anomaly since with quantum anomaly gone, the Light forces are able to stop the chain reaction that changes ordinary quark mater into degenerate top quark matter:

Quantum anomaly now still manifests as spacetime collapsed into black holes on physical, etheric, astral and mental planes inside the implants, tied to toplet bombs, with collapsed spacetime extending from the implants via tunnels of Set into surrounding space. Low concentration of tunnels of Set can still be found on physical, etheric, astral and mental plane throughout the Solar system, with their concentration increasing in sublunar space, and their concentration being very high on the surface of this planet.

Implants are still rotating in electromagnetic field and are creating an accretion vortex which attracts micro black holes into human energy field (aura). Etheric micro black holes create areas of collapsed energy field within etheric body which manifest into the physical body as cancer. Astral micro black holes create areas of collapsed energy field in the astral body which manifest as lack of empathy. It’s crazy and confusing out there in society right now with much purposeful deception and misdirection. But not if you understand and focus on your mission here in the shift. What is your purpose? What did you incarnate specifically for at this moment? Understanding these crucial questions can furnish much peace of mind and dispatch wasted effort.

Here then are 4 key missions of energy and lightworkers in the shift…

The Overall Mission of Benevolence

I am concerned, that although there’s much illumination of the intervention going on at a surface level, still many spiritual and alternative commentators are missing the overall end-game. Dramatic changes have begun to unfold across the earth that are instigated by the benevolent shift to 5D consciousness. However, at times you can palpably feel the anguish and efforting to fix the old 3D construct. It crushes the soul, undermines motivation and damages well-being.

A simple shift in understanding and perception would solve this:

We’re NOT here to cure the situation in society. Neither is it about creating a new sustainable 3D situation. It’s all about unraveling the old karmic construct and shifting into 5D. This, Gaia and Benevolence have already begun, and is well underway.

Understand the Process of the 3D to 5D Earth Ascension Shift

Where do you put your attention and focus?

The shadow state, in its various machinations of the pandemic and the “reset”, is NOT in the driving seat as many see it and are railing against. Inadvertently people are handing over their power with this misconception. The shadowside are reacting to the major energy shifts going on in the field and the widespread elevation of consciousness. They are gearing up their preparations to take a swathe of humanity into a metaverse and off-planet. To 3D eyes, as the swamp gets stirred up, it just looks like they have the upper hand.

Rest assured, they do not.

However, this does depend on where you put your attention and focus; where you see this all going. If you understand your purpose and destiny here then it’s going to make your life much easier and more harmonious. Because you’ll start to see that every curious twist and turn is falling into step with the shift.

Essentially we are here to reclaim the earth and restore the harmony of life here, but in a higher vibration. This will be achieved by holding ground, unraveling the energy field, stirring up and stripping off the dissonant frequencies. Yes, it will look muddy as the swamp clears. But don’t be fooled into thinking that somehow we’re on the back-foot. When you understand why you are here, the reverse is true.

Here then, are the 4 Key missions of energy and lightworkers. Discover which one is most applicable to your configuration. Or perhaps you recognise yourself with several or all of them?

The 4 Key Missions in the Shift

1) Illuminating, Awakening & Healing others: there are plenty who are ready to be illuminated, awakened and healed. This will accelerate as the shift unfolds. But to be clear, this is much more than just awakening at an intellectual level to the control system. It is awakening to the soul and its interconnectivity with all life. It’s awakening to the much bigger picture. Plenty of you will have the capacity through self-realisation practices to awaken people. Crucially though, be aware that it is NOT about awakening everyone. History reveals that shifts happen in waves of awakening. Some are not ready at this juncture and it can be depleting to waste your energy. Water and shed light on the seeds that are fertile!

2) Unravelling the Energy Field: In 2012 with the galactic alignment Gaia shifted her centre of consciousness into 5D. And for at least the last decade, well over 200 species of creature and plant life have been moving on from the 3D, going extinct here, daily. The shift is well underway. However, to make the ride as smooth as possible requires that convolutions in the energy field from the old karmic construct need unraveling. Those with the awareness can do this within their consciousness. You find yourself drawn to a particular place and performing curious movements or speaking light language. You may then get to see the reflective synchronicity of your actions, in surrounding signs and symbols. It could be in the movement of cloud formations for example.

3) Realigning the Intervention: The earth has been embroiled in an Extra-Terrestrial Intervention that has been controlling the energy field and hybridising humanity to fit within those limiting frequencies. At times it has been savage. However many of those intervening groups are seeing the error of their ways. To polarise and demonise does not help the situation. It only perpetuates the disharmony and means we’ll only recreate a similar construct further down the path. Many lightworkers have the capacity to reach out and communicate with these groups in their being. You’re standing strong in your energy field and communicating forgiveness but with strength. And also creating portals to channel the intervening groups away into the angelic realm or else further afield in the cosmos – onto reality constructs more commensurate with their vibration and learning requirement at this time. For those who feel a resonance, energy and lightworkers need to lose their fear and remember how to align these beings in their field thus ushering them back to the light.

4) Holding Ground: You may find yourself drawn to a key location on the planet, which might not necessarily be what you’d most desire. You might not understand why. Inquire deeper. It could be that you’re one of those to hold the 3D ground. You’re meant to infuse and anchor higher dimensional energy. Simply by holding the space and expressing your authentic frequency there, starts to break down the intervention energy and dig it up AT THE ROOTS. It means the shadowside can no longer cling on. And as the earth cleanses herself in the culmination of The Event, then the intervening consciousness will have been completely purged from the earth, thus readying the planet for the fresh beginning in 5D.

The Extraordinary Diversity of ET starsouls o n Earth

Atlantean Visions of Future Landing Now

Recently I had a tremendous vision of future landing now in my own life, a lucid dream at the culmination of this shift.

I’d been regressing a group of people back to the time of Atlantis and the great upheaval there some 12,000 years ago at the conclusion of the last shift. They were indeed awakening people with their consciousness, unraveling the field, and realigning Opposing Consciousness. As the old reality destabilised, I realised that for me the journey was stimulating visions of the future. In the meditative journey to the group, I visioned for them the wall of water incoming following the solar flash that precipitated the culimnation of the Pole-Shift. As I peered across the horizon, it looked like a mountain range, towering into the heavens, but moving rapidly towards us. We were holding ground at key locations on the planet, anchoring aligned frequencies. Then the gigantic wave engulfed us. I found myself immediately transitioning, by the process of Maha-Samhadi, to the light body, but curiously ascending through the 3D energy of the wave, even though I was now 5D. I was rising up through the green and blue water smoothly, before bursting out on the surface and into the New Paradigm. All around me were other souls surfacing in joy and release. The lucid dream was quite extraordinary, very prophetic of the future. There was no fear of 3D death. Instead great excitement and joy at the liberation.

Embracing the Bigger 5D Picture

Do you understand your role in the shift yet? Having a sense of it is becoming utterly crucial as the situation begins to escalate. You may be drawn to change locations or work in a particular way. You might find yourself beginning to speak curious light languages or make intonations that seemingly have no sense. But these are likely to be crucial to the shift and your purpose here. Look beyond the noisy 3D drama. Work to drop personal desire and open up to the possibility of divine service. It may mean a change of location or how you live and work. If you find yourself in one of these roles it will be extremely fulfilling and enriching at a soul level.

Above all, work to embrace the bigger picture of where this is really all heading. What the endgame really is – the shift into 5D consciousness. This will make your life increasingly harmonious and rewarding, even as the shadow flails around in its noisy end-game throws. The future is certain. Let’s embrace our purpose and make the shift there as smooth as possible.

The crew recommended a radio show with Dr. Sam Mugzzi and Digital Tom from Tuesday April 12 that contained very detailed intel she picked up through her research from the Internet and military comms. It is specific about dates but if you take that with a grain of salt because we know they use dates to manipulate the enemy, there is interesting info here. Will something kick off today… or next Friday?… we don’t know, but we hear “the plug will be pulled” and the Storm is about to be unleashed concurrently with the “comet”/CME that will arrive and knock out comms.

They also talk a lot about the financial stuff I have no interest in and say we need to educate ourselves about Stellar and the Quantum Financial System. I have zero time or energy for that. The PCR testing scheme alone is creating mass chaos as nobody seems to know what they are doing or why. The Shanghai CDC had to issue a notice demanding that staff members answer public inquiries “in line with the policy” because of conflicting information.

Area residents are complaining about their test results as well, which are coming in “negative” on their mobile phones but “positive” from the CDC. There does not appear to be any rhyme or reason as to why the results are inconsistent.

You're entering a new phase of life. Your vibrations are rising, and your body is changing to the 5th-dimensional frequency. You will soon enter Gaia's golden age, where there will be nothing but happiness.

The new Earth is a planet of peace, love, and joy. It is the most beautiful planet in the universe. It is a land of light, love, and abundance. The people on this planet live in peace and harmony with each other.

There are no diseases and no war on this planet. The people of the new Earth enjoy eternal blissfulness and happiness. There are no sufferings or problems in the new Earth. All your sufferings will be over when you enter the new Earth, the golden age of Gaia. You will be happy as an immortal being forever on this beautiful planet.

In 5th dimensional frequency, you transform yourself into an all-powerful being who lives with ultimate blissfulness.

When the Earth changes its frequency to the 5th dimension, your consciousness will also change accordingly.

You will be able to travel in space and time. There is no need for a spaceship anymore. You can simply think about where you want to go, and you will immediately be there. Your soul will leave your physical body and travel anywhere in the universe, and it will return back to your body whenever you want.

There will be no diseases in the 5th dimension because there is no negative energy field like on Earth. You can live much longer than today, and your body will stay perfect.

In the 5D, there are no material goods or money anymore. All material goods are created by the power of thoughts of humans, and they are distributed equally to all humans. The quantity of money on the planet is limited in order not to keep balance on Gaia.

You can feel it. The last pieces of the puzzle fit into place. The energies are shifting in your favor, and you are witnessing miracles happening every single day. Nothing can stop the inevitable now – not even a full-scale war on this planet will be able to prevent our ascension.

But to experience this miraculous event, you must first get rid of all negative energy that has accumulated within you throughout your entire incarnation cycle on Gaia. When you clear this last hurdle, there will be nothing left to stop us from moving into the 5th dimension!

There is no way to avoid this cleansing process because it is a natural part of the ascension process. It is the last stage before we can reach the 5D New Earth. You could call it a "cleansing before rebirth," if you will because when we reach the 5D New Earth, we will have a body of crystalline light that has been cleansed and purified of all darkness. Therefore, many people also refer to ascension as "ascension through a tunnel of light," which perfectly describes this process.

In the 5D New Earth, you will be able to maintain that state of being in the following ways:

1. You will be able to remain in a state of peace, happiness, and bliss through your consciousness.

2. You will be able to eat for nourishment (for physical well-being) instead of for taste and enjoyment.

3. You will be able to meditate on the positive attributes instead of on the negative ones as we do now.

4. You will not need sleep as we do now.

5. You will not have any illness or disease as we do now.

6. You will not experience physical death, but you can choose when you want to leave your body if you wish to do so.

The New Earth is a world of light, love, and awakening. It is a world where there is no fear - a world free of darkness and deception. Its inhabitants have fully awakened to their divine purpose and live in harmony with each other and with nature.

Now you may be thinking that this sounds too good to be true. And if it were being presented by an external authority, you'd be right. But this new Earth will not come about through any human effort or organization. It will simply happen when we're ready.

The 5D New Earth is not associated or affiliated with any religious traditions, organizations, or entities. It is only associated with your consciousness.

There are two main answers to this question. One is that it's just a part of history--one more cycle of birth, growth, and decay like all the other ones we've experienced before.

The other answer is that it's leaning toward something new--a whole new way of being human - toward a new kind of civilization based on sharing and cooperation instead of competition and conquest. The transition into the Fifth Dimension will be a period of turmoil on your planet as the realities that have kept you separated melt away. It will be very important for everyone to remain calm and focused. When you come into physical form, you bring with you the essence of who you are and where you have been before. You bring with you your soul group, those other souls who have chosen this life with you so that they can share their experiences with you and learn from each other. You also bring your karma, or life lessons, which are unique for each individual based upon where they have come from and what they have experienced before coming into a human body on Earth.

The purpose of your incarnation is not just one lifetime but many lifetimes as part of a soul evolution process that is unfolding throughout all time and space.

We are here with you to tell you that it is time now for you all to take your power back because it's not that the masses don't know what is good for them it's just that they have been out of touch with their own power. This lack of awareness has caused them to be more easily controlled by those who wish to control them.

This has been going on for eons upon eons upon eons; it has nothing to do with any struggle between negative and positive, or dark and light, or any of those dualities.

You have made significant progress in the 5th Dimension of LOVE and have earned the right to ascend to the 5th Dimension. You will be going through an incredible shift in consciousness as your whole being absorbs its new nature. One small criticism, though: your ego is still trying to tell you "not to worry."

We are here to remind you of your abilities. Use your abilities to channel, protect, heal, and foresee. It is all possible for you, new beings on the first conscious planet in this part of the galaxy. Did you know the World Health Organization is literally set up to operate as a one world government?

Did you know that when the WHO declares a pandemic, the laws of all the nations are nullified, and the entire world is submitted to the so called ‘constitution’ of the WHO?

Did you know the WHO can at any time declare a pandemic, based on any fraudulent medical test?

Did you know the WHO declared the pandemic based on the severely flawed PCR test, which produces up to 94% of false positives?

Did you know that all the nations of the world are bound to unquestioning submission to whatever guidelines the WHO issues?

Did you know the WHO is owned and controlled by private individuals, who are not democratically elected by anyone?

Did you know this makes the WHO effectively a private entity that rules the entire world, outside of any form of democracy?

Did you know the entire health system of our world is owned by financial oligarchs, who use it to dominate all of humanity?

These are some of the facts exposed by the top experts from the World Health Organization and United Nations in the GRAND JURY EVIDENCE 1.

Their information is confirmed by experts from the British Navy, the US Marine Corps, the UK government, the CDC, British Intelligence Services, etc. What they reveal in the Grand Jury Evidence is so disturbing and alarming, that I will share three short summaries of this document in this email.

The City of London and world dominance

The first two expert witnesses during session 2 of the Grand Jury are a former officer of the British Intelligence Services (partner agency to the US National Security Agency) and a Canadian investigative journalist with strong historical knowledge.

They explain the long history of the aim for world dominance by the British elite.

The British Empire still exists, and includes the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India, 19 African countries and the Caribbean, while their influential hand extends into virtually every other nation of the world.

The headquarters of the British elite are in the City of London, an area of one square mile in the heart of London. The City of London isn’t governed by the British government, but on the contrary, reigns supreme over it. The City of London has its own courts and police and has never been challenged in its sovereignty and self-government. It rules over the Crown and most of the Earth.

According to the British elite insider witness, who was raised in their boarding schools and universities, these elitists believe they have the right to enslave the rest of humanity, which they consider to be their ‘livestock’. In their views, they own the population - body, mind and soul.

They created democracy as an illusion to keep the people at peace, while the City of London calls the shots and pulls the strings.

This elite has made several attempts at so-called ‘New World Orders’, which have all failed. They almost succeeded in reining in the United States, but failed there as well.

Now they are using pandemics - and other orchestrated disasters which they have planned - to further their goal of world domination, using psychological techniques to get the world population to blindly obey their every command, under the guise of ‘keeping everybody safe’.

Simply stated: they create a crisis and then offer the solution, which always brings more of their tyranny.

Mind control has for a long time been at the heart of their strategy. After three industrial revolutions, a fourth industrial revolution is now emerging that focuses on owning the minds of the people.

The deeper purpose of the vaccination programs is to edit the genome of humanity, and thus create a new transhuman race that will behave according to the desires of the oligarchs. Although this has always been the ultimate desire of tyrants in the past, only now does technology allow the genetic modification of humanity to become the perfect slaves.

Essentially our world is facing a rebirth of the age-old system of slavery, which has been technologically upgraded to install a whole new level of all-encompassing enslavement of the entire world population.

Psychological Manipulation

In the second session of day 2 of the Grand Jury, we listen to Brian Gerrish, a former UK Royal Navy officer, specialized in the tracking of submarines, who is currently an investigative journalist and senior editor of the UK Column. He is joined by one of their expert researchers, Debbie Evans, who was a government advisor at the Department of Health for the UK.

They reveal documents evidencing something of great concern: the governments are using applied psychology and hypnosis to create fear and anxiety in the population, with the goal of changing their behavior. Specifically during the covid pandemic, this has been used extensively.

These experts also reveal how the National Health Service has been infiltrated by financial 'change agents', who shift the focus from patients to profit. This was also done using psychological manipulation, that transformed the mindset of the NHS employees.

The evidence shows how the entire health system worldwide has been strategically infiltrated and transformed, to become a carousel for financial oligarchs to further enrich themselves and gain complete power over the population, not only in the UK, but in nations around the world.

The concept of Mental Hygiene was developed, promoting the idea that only people who submit to the mindsets of the financial criminal elite are considered mentally healthy, while those who disagree must be silenced and, if possible, eradicated.

A criminal political system that uses applied psychology has been unleashed on the public and the healthcare workers to change their thinking and behavior. This is exactly what also happened in Nazi Germany.

The World Health Organization

The next two expert witnesses are Dr. Silvia Behrendt and Dr. Astrid Stuckelberger, who held leading positions in the World Health Organization and the United Nations. They reveal how the WHO has strategically infiltrated all the nations of the world with the purpose of abolishing democracy and imposing its own tyranny on all members of humanity.

The WHO has its own 'constitution', a word carefully chosen with the purpose of replacing the constitutions of the nations.

The Member States - which is literally every nation of the world - are bound to unquestioning obedience to whatever the WHO says, effectively making it a one world government, operating entirely outside of national constitutions and any kind of democracy.

All this is done under the guise of 'healthcare'. International Health Regulations (referred to as IHR) were invented in order to pave the way for this worldwide tyranny. All they need to submit the world to their fingertips of control, is a method to declare a 'public health emergency of international concern', which can easily be done with fraudulent diagnostics. Dr. Behrendt reveals how there was no covid pandemic until a flawed PCR test was introduced that suddenly increased the so-called 'cases' 14-fold.

These WHO whistleblowers also expose how this totalitarian worldwide health system is entirely controlled by private corporations and private individuals, who use their vast financial resources to impose their own plans on the whole of humanity.

For example, in 2012, at the World Health Assembly, Bill Gates was declared as the leader of the global vaccine action plan 2012-2020, although he has no medical qualifications whatsoever, and according to his own words, is only into vaccines because of the astronomical financial gains. Gates also became the main financier of the WHO, effectively controlling it, which means the entire world is ruled by Bill Gates. Of course, Gates is in turn submitted to other, higher up financial entities, who use him to submit the world to their tyranny.

What these WHO and United Nations whistleblowers expose is that private entities have created a worldwide system that allows them to use the excuse of 'health emergencies of international concern' to rob humanity of all rights and freedoms, and to implement a totalitarian regime, controlled by a financial oligarchy.

Gaia's Ascension Update

As I have stated before, the energies on Gaia are changing. Many things are happening as a result of the change in energy. One of these is that the core of Gaia is being re-energized, and this will create an acceleration in the changes that are occurring.

In this message, I again want to speak of some of the changes that are taking place as we near the completion of this cycle. I ask you to look at these things with a clear mind and an open heart.

• The energies of Gaia are changing. As a result, there will be some massive changes that will take place throughout the year 2022.

• This change has been foretold in your ancient past, but it is not known by your current society.

• This energy change is affecting all aspects of your lives—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually—as well as your planet itself.

You have had many questions about what really happened to you in the last two years and why so many of you felt confused or lost for a while. The reason for this is that the Ascension process was activated on Gaiamind/Gaia, after which you were to go through an intense cleansing process before entering the Lightbody Process properly. However, since you were approaching the level of lower consciousness that was required for the old paradigm to be dissolved, and thus your real selves could not enter into these processes.

This is why you have been left confused or disoriented for a while—we told you that this would happen when we introduced the Lightbody Process to you. We also said that once it happens, you will have no choice but to let go of most of what currently holds you back from being your true self (your "old paradigm self") and begin experiencing life in a completely different manner than what you are used to now.

The ascension process is a natural process. It is also one of the most profound changes you will ever experience.

Many of you will feel different, lighter physically and energetically, more sensitive to your surroundings, and even more in tune with the spiritual world.

These new experiences may seem foreign to you now, but that is completely understandable. It takes time for new experiences to become familiar ones. One of the most common things people have been experiencing is a strange sensation in between their eyebrows – the spot of their third eye. It could be described as a warm, tingly feeling, or it might even feel like electricity is running through your body. These sensations are caused by human beings raising their vibrations.

Gaia and her inhabitants are undergoing an ascension process, where they are moving into higher frequencies of existence.

The ascension process has already begun, but it will continue to accelerate until 2023, when most people have completed the process. What does this mean for you? If you're like most humans, you don't know what is happening and why it's happening.

There is also a huge fight going on about Hunter Biden and his incriminating laptop. This laptop campaign is being run out of Switzerland and being resisted by the Rockefeller clique in the US. CIA sources say “Hunter Biden was overdosed 5 months ago and is out of the picture.” This means that they have nobody to put on trial which is how the Democrats will try to prevent the evidence from going on the record. It is a last battle by the cabal.

At the same time, we are now seeing concrete legal action to overturn the stolen election that put that entire nightmare regime in place. For example, the Arizona Attorney General has publicly stated “Fraud was committed” in the 2020 election. Now justice must be served. The noose is getting tighter.

However, it does not necessarily mean Donald Trump will be reinstated as US President, CIA sources note. That is because the “Trump” now appearing in public is an actor and it is not clear if the real Trump is still with us.

More likely is that Joe Biden will go down in history as the last president of the United States and that the country will be replaced by something better with a true American hero at its head. Events will make this clear sooner rather than later.

Of course, the KM are fighting tooth and nail for their very survival and are making increasingly dire threats. Stillness General Comment on Fulford Reports

I decided to add this general comment to all Fulford reports since I frequently receive the same questions about them.

Commentary:

In response to many questions and comments I receive from people wondering why I share these reports, I offer the following.

Speaking as someone who has been following Fulford’s reports since 2011, reading them should probably be done with a large grain of salt. That is to say, he seems to share information directly from alleged sources within the Pentagon, CIA, White Dragon Society, and so on. Often the data presented is contradictory on the surface.

The predictions and statements Fulford makes sometimes are highly accurate, whereas, in other instances, they are completely unfounded. Instead of looking to Fulford as one who is “tapped into” some greater truth, it would probably be more productive to consider his data as one possible perspective on what is happening on Earth at this time.

This of course extends to all sources of information. Fulford, like all of us, is only human and can make mistakes. But that doesn’t detract from the work he has done to spread awareness and move things forward to a brighter future for humanity.

Discernment is the process of understanding what something is, which in Fulford’s case, means entertaining his reports without believing them blindly, and then doing the follow-up research/fact-checking to determine what actually happened. In this way, it is a real-time discernment exercise.

The fact that so many people continue to read his reports despite their sensational and wildly inaccurate nature at times—while also being accurate and poignant—means the people he receives information from are probably using him as a mouthpiece to speak to you—the reader who is on their awakening path. As such, blind belief or callous rejection are not our allies but critical thinking and open-mindedness are.

As I have said before, if he is serving as a mouthpiece for various groups working to change the status quo or agents within the Cabal, we can decipher the data as if it is a form of awakening propaganda—information that certain players want to expose the masses to. What effect this has on your personal process is largely up to you. But I would suggest taking an active role in discernment and not falling into the trap of total acceptance or rejection.
