Based on scientific observations of UFOs over his 39 year career, he has concluded that some are powered by antigravity devices.Also, in contrast to Professor Stephen Hawking, who recently declared intelligent extraterrestrial life was likely to be predatory in nature, Wang dismissed such thinking as premature. He claimed some extraterrestrials are visiting Earth in a Research and Development capacity, and are therefore friendly enough to begin cooperation and mutual exchanges. A summary of Wang’s speech was reported by a number of China newspapers including the influential People’s Daily Online. This ensures wide coverage in China, and raises the following question. Wang said: “If they are friendly to us, we can promote the human beings’ civilization through exchange and cooperation with them. The answer is that we have been with you for a very long time, and have guided you in a way that has enabled you to lift your vibrations, and save yourself. The only way you leave the lower vibrations is by lifting yours to a higher level, so that you can rise up with them. So we are talking about your success in leaving the 3rd. dimension and duality, and placing yourself beyond the clutches of the dark Ones. We will save individuals from danger, but these are exceptions and that is quite different to interfering with your spiritual evolution. To ascend you must have raised your level of consciousness, and so many souls are still held back by their lack of spiritual development. The most difficult task for your teachers is to awaken you to the idea that you are more than simply your body.Our presence and that of many souls who have incarnated to help you, has stirred memories of greater knowledge that is held within. Subconsciously you know much more than you imagine, and once you start to awaken you begin to see yourself as you really are. Your limitations no longer stifle you, and the truth becomes less fearful and allows you to recognise the soul that you are. You lose nothing but instead gain everything that will put your feet firmly upon the path to true freedom. Because the Earth is an open prison you believe you are already free, but that is far from the truth. In the past where older civilisations have been concerned, there have been periods of great spiritual achievement. However, these have never lasted as slowly but surely the dark Ones have introduced their lower vibrations. This will always be a problem such as it is now where you are in a period of transformation, yet the lower vibrations remain around you. Your response against them lies with your ability to lift up your own vibrations, high enough to give you protection. The Light as always is the most powerful protection you can have.Once you have reached a certain level and can maintain it, you will not in fact be subject to the lower vibrations. It then enables you to become an observer of everything that is going on around you, without becoming involved in it. It is a wonderful level to achieve, as you can become detached and protected from anything less than your own vibrations. In such circumstances you can progress with your spiritual evolution far quicker, and working on an intuitive level can be positively discerning when new information comes to you. A great leap for some of you is the acceptance of our presence, because of the fearful images carried at the subconscious level. Sometimes it is compounded by religious beliefs, but we must mention that the Vatican has officially and publicly recognised us. Accepting that life extends well beyond your planet and that it abounds everywhere, and mostly in the higher dimensions allows for a greater expansion of your consciousness. At some stage you had to come out of your cocoon where extraterrestrial life was concerned. It is now time to meet your ancestors who are your Space family, who have been responsible for the evolution of the Human Race as you see it today.You do not exist by some freak of nature, and are not the result of natural selection, but purposefully and lovingly created to exist in your environment. You are a special species of Humans that have taken over from Cro-Magnon Man, and have been genetically engineered to allow for a speeding up in your evolution. Love Yourself to Transform the World by Lady MaryChannelled through Natalie Glasson- 23/08/10Greetings to all, I am Lady Mary, I come forward with a wealth of love from my heart and soul but I hold a torch of love for all of you. My torch of love is held within my right hand, it is a manifestation of my own loving energies and devotion for humanity and the Creator. My light shines so brightly and it is my wish to guide humanity forward with a torch of love lighting their path. There are many paths that a soul or human can take on the Earth to achieve their goals and to become one with the Creator but there is a focus and a state of existence that is essential for all to adopt and is the truth that is needed on the Earth as healing and upliftment. Love is this sacred focus, love is the existence that is necessary to maintain and empower. With the presence of love you are more powerful, enlightened and healed than you could ever imagine as love is naturally intertwined within every manifestation of the Earth and the Creator's universe. Love is present within the food and drink that you consume, within the clothes that you wear and the thoughts that you create. You do not have to charge objects or experiences with love because love is eternally present. Many people have the perspective that love can be difficult to see or experience in the world and that most situations become charged with negativity. When we realise that the Creator manifests and exists within everything on the Earth we must also accept the truth of the Creator therefore acknowledging that love is constantly and eternally around and within us. This is the greatest realisation of all, it is the realisation that all of humanity are striving to accept at this time of spiritual ascension. Yet it is such a simple thought and realisation, it is due to programming and false interruptions that humanity struggles to see the natural presence of love which is in abundance on the Earth.If you imagine a room which has been decorated in your favourite colours, you enjoy the room and see its natural beauty. Then decorators come into the room and put up false walls and repaint the walls in a darker colour which makes you feel unease. Your favourite colours and decoration are still present and in the room, but they are being concealed by the false walls which give your reality a new impression. You have the ability to remove all false walls and exist within the decoration that appeals to you but the darker colours look so real to you that you do not question them and so allow them to exist within your reality. In many ways we adopt beliefs and understandings from our experiences on the Earth and from the opinions of others which distract us from the truth and what makes us feel complete and happy. When we break down the barriers that distract us we are able to live a more fulfilled and valuable reality, because of the greater sacred presence of the Creator and your alignment to all that is the Creator. Many things and experiences can be created with your mind with such ease but when you allow yourself to exist within love you are allowing your soul to create your reality which means that only truth is created. Imagine if you could live in a world where everything you heard, saw or experienced was the absolute truth, there were no false beliefs, no hidden agendas, no lies or miss interruption, everything that you thought was true because it was flowing from the soul of the Creator. This would bring a tremendous feeling of comfort, confidence, peace and faith allowing humanity to evolve further to accept new realities built on the foundation of love and a oneness with all. This is the wish of all on the inner planes, to allow the Earth to manifest as the truth of the Creator and for all to exist as the truth of the Creator. A simple wish but one that requires great bravery and inner strength, which in turn develops from the presence of love.I believe it is wonderful to sit in peace and imagine how you would experience your reality if everything around you was the truth of the Creator, if everything was love. Would this differ from your reality now? Allow your imagination to flow, energising it with positive emotions of happiness and bliss. When love is present then limitations and barriers are dissolved. It is our wish to assist you in freeing yourself from the chains and locks that bind you so tightly and block your vision forward, a vision of truth. Imagine yourself breaking all chains around you as you throw your arms out and dispel all false impressions allowing yourself to realise that love is eternally present within you and around you and you have the ability to now breathe in this love to feel and experience it fully. It will help you transform your being and reality, in a way that it breathtaking.The only way to truly alter your perception and align it once more to the truth so that all thoughts manifest perfection rather than further challenges and lessons, is to focus on loving yourself unconditionally. In a time of change many people are seeking love, support and understanding from others but now is the time to realise that you will never find the wealth of love that you require to satisfy your needs in another soul on the Earth, because each person is focusing on bringing a complete wholeness to their own energy and needs to learn the practice of unconditional self love. The Creator will share with you all the love and support that you desire and need as the Creator is a whole energy, a true and complete manifestation but even with this connection if you are unable to love yourself then you will not be able to accept the love of the Creator absolutely. When we love ourselves unconditionally we are actually completing a process of accepting love and being worthy of love. We can ask for love from the Creator but if we do not hold the belief of loving ourselves unconditionally we do not hold the ability or the key that opens the door to acceptance. Loving yourself is the tool that opens you to exist as love. There is no other method that allows you to truly accept the love of the Creator. For example we constantly monitor sites where weaponry is ready to be used. Our brief is to ensure that those of mass destruction are not used, to the point where if they are launched we will destroy them. We are also intent on preventing false wars, and any attempt to raise the tension between rival countries. We are holding back progress towards any further attempts to repeat a 9/11 scenario, because as you will know the dark Ones create chaos and fear whenever they can. It is not just the Galactic Federation that are involved, but also our allies who are often placed at the heart of things. In general terms we monitor Mother Earth, so that we able to predict where and when changes will occur. That gives us time to take action to limit the dangers, as we cannot interfere beyond the margins we are given. Mother Earth must be allowed to proceed with her Ascension, and that is course vital if you are to go forward with her.As we sometimes mention to you, our plans are continually being updated according to the feedback we get from our computers and earthly sources. We know where events are likely to proceed to but not necessarily in detail, as a number of options usually exist. The main point is that the outcome of this cycle is assured, and in no circumstances will that be altered. In due course you will all learn of what is planned, and it will give you back your freedom and prepare you for Ascension. There are times when you feel that there is no defence against the dark Ones, but since we know what they plan their threat is limited by us. Remember that we must respect the laws of freewill, and the karmic situations that you have been responsible for. These may go back eons of time, and can be played out at any time when it is appropriate. Your reason for going through duality is to learn lessons, and it would not help you if we shortened them.If necessary we are on call throughout the whole Universe, and have millions of ships in our fleet at our disposal. There are also millions of personnel from the different civilisations that work with us, so in fact we can spread them far and wide. They are all like us inasmuch that they have achieved high levels of spirituality, and live in the higher dimensions that have moved well beyond duality as you know it. So why are we here you may ask, and the answer is that all ascended Beings act in service to other souls that are moving into the Light. Also, your whole Universe is involved in Ascension and that is quite an important event. Because you need help to ascend, what is being given to you may be looked upon as disproportionate assistance according to your size. By other standards even in your own solar system, you are in fact quite a small planet. However, your place in Ascension is so vital to a successful completion, that a strong focus is placed upon the Earth and its inhabitants. This will ensure that regardless of what happens in the meantime, you will succeed in reaching your goals.Our work is not organised in the same way that you are used to experiencing. We have no need to confine ourselves to strict times of working, although we take our responsibilities very seriously. It is our life, and a pleasure to serve others, and not in the least boring. We are happy at our work, and since we do not use money we have no competition for jobs based on remuneration. All skills are employed where they can be used to our best advantage, and there are no square pegs in round holes. Work is not tiring as we do not experience fatigue because our bodies are more refined than yours, and we continually re-energise them from the energies around us. We can enjoy some small refreshments or light food, but that is more for pure enjoyment. In time you will also reach such levels. Your needs are different as you have a heavy physical body to support, and eating is both essential and a pleasure for you. However, you will find that as your new body develops, and becomes more refined you will eat less.As you are beginning to understand, the changes you are to experience will be far reaching and a new Human will emerge. You will go from the illusory lower dimensions, to the levels of spirituality that respond only to the Light. All is in harmony and balance, unlike the imbalances you experience upon Earth. The contrast is so great that it is hard for you to imagine moving from hell to heaven, but that is how it will strike you. Perhaps the most impressive experience, will be feeling the love energy that pervades the higher dimensions, where only the truth can exist.Bearing in mind what you are learning about your future, we might comment on the need to keep focussed on it, and do not allow earthly matters to distract you. What is of the old has served its purpose, and the new is waiting to be introduced. First must come the cleansing, and the restoration of your rightful entitlement to all that is given to you for your use by the Creator. By the time you reach the end of the cycle, you will already well along the path to Ascension and ready to go even further. As is often emphasised, the end times are simply the end of duality, and life goes onto to the next stage. At present you are a poor reflection of what you are destined to be.When you suffer your aches and pains your disappointments and fears, can you imagine being free from them, because that is your promise. Duality has been a hard lesson to go through at the levels you are in, but your progress up the spiritual ladder has been phenomenal. Nowhere else could you have achieved such results. Perhaps fortunately in some ways, you cannot remember your past lives and know how hard it has been to make progress. That is not important however, as it is what you take from them that determines how far and how quickly you evolve. Some of you are waiting calmly, yet with excited certainty; others who feel excitement also have a large measure of “get this show on the road” impatience; and in some of you the energy of eagerness is overshadowed by “show me” doubtfulness. Then there are the majority of peoples, those who have no idea whatsoever that official recognition of other civilizations is imminent.2. Hatonn has agreed to speak about what is happening behind the scenes pertaining to the public announcement, and we turn over this forum to him.3. HATONN: Thank you, Matthew, my friend. As an intergalactic fleet commander and director of multidimensional communication, I am knowledgeable about preparations for a globally televised program that will present evidence of extraterrestrial civilizations.4. Official recognition can’t be further delayed because much has to be accomplished during this phase of universal activity. It’s essential to repair the severe damage that has been done to Earth so she can regain her health and restore well being to her inhabitants, and there’s no time to waste. We’re here by Earth’s request and God’s authorization because we have the capacity and desire to help you, but your representatives are responsible for making decisions because this is your world.5. There has to be solid evidence about our presence and that’s where personal accounts come in. Testifying before a panel that pledges witnesses to secrecy is quite different from letting the world know their identities, and the same goes for the people who have been working with us or at least know why we are here. Some have been blackballed in their professions or declared delusional or crazy. In some cases families have been threatened and individuals killed by factions that don’t want you to know we exist, especially not right here with you. Those in charge of the program want everyone who’s willing to speak about personal experiences to feel emotionally secure doing it.7. This is an international action and it’s important that there is agreement among the governments involved. Major decisions have been made, but some details are still being discussed. Some of your representatives favor keeping the initial program brief and releasing information in increments so people won’t feel overwhelmed. They propose a brief statement that many spacecraft seen during the past several years are from other civilizations, there’s no reason to think any harm is intended, and more information will follow as it’s compiled. Others want the program to answer all logical questions and some of our representatives tell how they’ve been to helping the planet through what you call the shift or cleansing. Some think it would be frightening to see us as we appear in our native lands—not all of us look like you. Others say it’s necessary to show ourselves as we are to prove that we aren’t from your civilization. Some think including live coverage of a mother ship decloaking is a good idea, others think it could be more threatening than reassuring.8. What kinds of information to present on the program and how much can be covered without overload is being debated. Would it be helpful or overkill to explain that Earth is moving out of her regular orbit by intention and needs our help off and on the planet? Would that involve explaining that Earth is a soul? How much can be said about our technologies without alarming folks about how we might use it? Would it be foolish or comforting to say that our presence has prevented other civilizations from trying to invade Earth? To what extent should the cover-up be disclosed? What about admitting that your governments refused our offers of technology in exchange for ending weaponry development and wars that could annihilate you all? How would it affect your population to know that both dark and light beings from other civilizations have been living among you and influencing your way of life? Should the program include personal accounts of both positive and negative abduction experiences? What to say about the “little grays” that have been living for many years in underground cities? What mixture of scientific, political and religious spokespersons should be in the program?9. There are differing opinions about when to air it. The United States government, once the most vocal in denying our existence, now favors the most extensive disclosure with maximum speed. A few of your representatives want more polls and strategic interviews to determine how much information your world is ready for. Some in both camps want every national leader to be personally told what will be in the program prior to show time and others think sending each one the program outline is enough diplomatic courtesy.10. This vital decision-making process that started off slowly a year ago has reached the point that within a couple of months at the outside, this “Earth-awakening” program will be on the air. The movers and shakers with integrity, wisdom and spiritual conviction will not be swayed by threats, bribes, even assassination attempts by the ones who oppose them. You can call them Illuminati or the Elite, the cabal, New World Government or Secret Government, New World Order or the darkness, it’s all the same. It’s the disparate groups that are operating under the heavy influence of the dark forces, that vast force field of negative thought forms. This is a good place for timely questions that are combined as, Will proof of extraterrestrial life make it easier for all of humanity to awaken spiritually to the Oneness of All with God? Proof of intelligent life beyond Earth does not automatically impart spiritual clarity to a third density civilization, and the majority of your world’s population still is at that level. Of the many other long-hidden truths that will be revealed, the most difficult for many to accept is the origin and purpose of religions, and there will be strong resistance to accepting that truth regardless of how solid the evidence is. Without understanding that greedy, power-hungry individuals devised religious dogmas to control and divide the masses, to make God a fearful supreme being whose rules must be obeyed and that those self-serving individuals themselves made those rules, and that much of the information given by God’s true messengers was distorted or omitted in religious books, there can be no spiritual clarity or growth of the soul.12. Hatonn spoke of the formidable opposition to acknowledging the existence of extraterrestrial life. This includes creating fear about the motives of other civilizations, and the dark ones have been doing that through entertainment venues. While it may appear that the television show “V” was strategically planned after initial discussions a year or so back about officially recognizing other civilizations, producing that kind of viewing is just another means whereby seeds of fear have been planted throughout the ages. The same is true of the movie “2012,” designed to evoke fearful thoughts that the world really may come to the kind of end that some fundamentalist religions are expecting. With “entertainment” catering to that belief and refreshing the fear about aliens, not to mention the many other popular entertainment forms based in violence, you can see why all aspects of the announcement program must be so carefully considered.13. Fear is the dark ones’ most powerful weapon against the light because the energy of fear not only forms a barrier between the consciousness and the soul, it refuels the darkness to keep it thriving. Another means of achieving that two-way objective as well as reducing the world’s population was developing various strains of “flu” viruses. An important part of this diabolical scheme to create plagues, which during your history have caused massive fear and death tolls, was the conditioning of Earth’s peoples to regard death as the ultimate in fear.

Instead of praying for your bills to be paid easily and joyfully, you pray for money to come in a certain way, when in reality God knows millions of ways. Instead of praying for a peaceful life you pray for all the things you think you need to get there. And while it is absolutely ok to pray for specific things in your life, make sure these things are what you really want, rather than a means to an end, for what you really want will come more easily. At times, prayers may go unanswered while the universe gives you time to get clear.So many of you also water down your prayers with doubt, unworthiness, etc. "I would like to go on a vacation God... but I don't think I can afford the time off and I don't know who would watch my house, etc..." But lately a few material desires have arisen. Ever since mold tried to eat my master bathroom early in the year it has been cleaned out and emptied out. The angels were clear that there is a need to rip stuff out and remodel eventually but up until recently I haven't even had the energy or time to think about it. I didn't stress. I knew that sooner or later the desire would hit me. In my past it would have been one more hard thing on the to do list, but I've learned to just pray and let God figure out the timing.Just once, earlier in the year, I tried to make myself go have a look and left the store in tears, overwhelmed with options I wasn't ready to deal with. That did it. I decided to wait for God's timing! Much to my surprise, in the middle of web work, and other chores the urge to design the bathroom hit hard earlier in this week. I didn't have much time, but I know better than to ignore these urges, so off to Home Depot I went. Before going, I prayed. "God please inspire me and help decisions be easy. Help me pick out things that will serve me for years, be reliable, and not conflict with one another. Make this fun. Thank you!"Instead of feeling overwhelmed, it really was fun to dream of all the possibilities, and while I have a few details to consider, I figured out all the major components in less than three days. I can't buy them yet but it doesn't matter. I manifest better when I have a clear vision of what I would like. For a woman who used to agonize over every simple choice, it felt SO good to just really know my heart and say, "I like that, and that and not that!" No more wishy washy! The angels have been really going on lately about the need to be clear, and so I rejected anything that didn't make my heart sparkle and made only choices that made my heart sing. There are a few things that aren't yet clear, so I'm waiting for God to show me new options rather than agonizing and trying to make myself choose one that I don't love. I have no idea when all this will come together, nor do I care, but I just feel exited that I am finally motivated to make the choices.

I became really ill and have had surgery a few times because of this pattern, and now I am to have surgery again after having had the last one only months ago. I am starting to think that my profession is not what I am intended to do and that is why I always experience the same negative outcome. I start to think that something is severely wrong with me because I am afraid I will fail if I start my own practice. What exactly does it mean to be fully responsible for our lives? How much responsibility do I take for the lives of others? When do we as humans reach an age that we could take responsibility for our lives? ~Annick, AustraliaANSWER: Responsibility is something that all humans say they want but few really want at all. Children can’t wait to grow up, adolescents can’t wait to get a driver’s license, students can’t wait to finish school, but then reality sinks in.When each phase of life is reached it comes with its own responsibilities. Children are no longer waited on hand and foot and have to face the consequences of their decisions. The driver must pay for fuel and insurance and obey a book full of laws in order to drive. Once school is over, the search for employment begins, and then the day-to-day grind of being under someone’s thumb starts.Responsibility is totally assuming consequences for each and every choice you make in life. For most people it is unthinkable to seek such a task. It is so much better to allow someone else to make decisions for you, because then when things don’t turn out the way you want, it is not your fault but rather theirs.The process of choosing to give your choices to another is allowing them to have power over you—almost like saying that you trust them to make better decisions than you could because they know more about you than you do yourself. It’s kind of a crazy proposition, but a seemingly safe one when you don’t want to regret what you have done.The problem with the above process is that you never grow in understanding of life or the lessons you came here to experience. You are just a game piece on the board of life instead of being the player directing the pieces. When are you ready to call the shots? Whenever you start gathering the facts about a situation and making the decisions all on your own. It can be at any stage in the human process that you have enough confidence to make the choices. We have mentioned that once you decide to ascend, you are creating a pathway to it. The point we wish to emphasise is that many paths lead to it, so you need not be concerned if others follow one different to yours. You will find that they all lead to a moment in time, when there are great changes involving Mother Earth. Where you go from there depends on whether your vibrations are such that you can be lifted up. If they are not at a level where you can, then clearly you will continue at the same one as before. That means you were not ready for Ascension, and indeed the higher vibrations would not suit you and would make you feel uncomfortable. Fortunately you cannot but advance to a level until you are ready, and that is Universal Law.Some people have such a rigid mindset that although they find greater truths around them, they find it very difficult to move on. They have become bound by the chains of their beliefs, they will be amongst those who will continue to experience in this existing dimension. Fear plays a part and they cannot contemplate that they are in a state of denial, yet they invariably have their personal doubts in connection with their beliefs. As we do where all souls are concerned, we place the truth in front of them and it is up to them how they deal with it. When you have found the true path, there is no conflict within as you are at peace with all life. Your understanding also allows for the acceptance of all souls, because you see them as an equally important part of the whole. You are one mighty group soul, and all contribute to the mass consciousness. Due to the efforts of the Lightworkers, it is continually expanding and is helping bring others out of the darkness that engulfs them.Levels of consciousness have reached a point, where further upliftment is going to occur at an even quicker rate. Almost every month there are configurations of some kind that are bringing it about. It is extremely good news as the higher you can take your consciousness, it will help manifest the new paradigm. After the destruction of Maldek in your Solar System, God decreed that such an act would never be allowed again, and we are charged with ensuring that it is observed. If allowed, such an act would have seriously put back your evolution, and would have also interfered with other civilisations. That could not be tolerated, as this particular cycle was planned eons of time ago to end with Ascension.Now you stand in the midst of the chaos, that is a sure sign that the old is breaking up. Your world is being transformed by a number of large solar flares that are adding a new boundary layer to the upper atmosphere. These new sections are being used to return the exosphere to a degree of normalcy, and the lower atmosphere, too, is seeing an increase in ozone. In sum, an extensive exchange is taking place between the gaseous mixtures of the boundary layers of the upper and lower atmospheres. In addition, repairs are being made in many areas where the blending of oxygenated air and nitrogen-filled air takes place. Similar changes are happening in Mother Earth’s mantle. Here, temperatures are rising in places where tectonic plates meet, and this jump in temperature helps to reduce the incidents of volcanic activity. As more of these plates prepare to lock, the probability of larger earthquakes can increase. We work with the planetary Elohim to ready Earth’s surface for a grand transformation that is very close.Because the time for these changes approaches rapidly, we have requested that our Earth allies accelerate the remaining steps preceding the manifestation of their overall agenda. What are these emotions that seemingly disrupt your love? They are little electrical bumps on a graph. The lesser emotions lie down on your bed of love, and then they get up and leave. The lesser emotions may cover up your love. They take your attention away from love, and yet they cannot take your love away. Your love is established. It is permanent. I gave it to you. It is built in. Your basis is love. Despite appearances, you are nothing but love.The lesser emotions are here today and gone tomorrow. Love is always waiting for you to let it emerge. Love is always there quietly waiting for you to wake up to that which you are made of. Love reigns. Anything less amounts to little sparks in a fire. The fire is. The sparks are just little sparks that erupt from the fire. They don't belong there, and so they get out. They amount to nothing. Love is everything.You confuse your body with yourself. Bodies rage. Bodies have functions. All the while, you are a Holy being, and that means you are love indelible. Your love does not waver. Your love does not malfunction. Your love has been overlaid with nonsense. Anything but love is nonsense. Anything but love makes no sense at all.It makes no sense to harbor anything but love. People go to a lot of trouble to dissuade themselves from love. They hurt feelings, and they hurt bodies. Some even go to the trouble of killing other bodies. To what avail?There is something in themselves that they want to kill. They misunderstand love and so denounce it within themselves and affix the blame on others. If one disguises the love within himself, no one else bears the responsibility but the person himself or herself. If one allows his anger to boil up, he has hoarded that which does not belong to him. He has stolen anger. Anger is a foreign object.No one has to keep anger. You do not have to keep anger. It is not your right. It is not your necessity. It certainly is not your strength. Anger takes away your strength. It is your possession of anger that angers you. Anger is a leech on you. You don't have to keep it. You certainly don't have to lull yourself into thinking that you must keep it as an emblem of your rightness that which hurts you. What can be right about what hurts you and that you might wish to defray to others so they will hurt as you do hurt?Get up from that bed of nails. Lie there no longer.You have choices, and there are choices you must make. If you have nailed yourself to a bed of anger, it is a choice you have made. If you made that choice, you can make another choice and another and another. You can choose to get up and replace each nail with love. You can get up in love. You must get up in love. Undo from your heart anything less, and everything else is less. You are more. You are love.
