Dalen'té is a multi-dimensional energy consciousness complex. Existence at the higher density levels has no corporeal prerequisite.

Dimensional awareness is a creation choice of the Over-soul to provide an individual aspect of itself with a particular level of experience in order that that aspect evolves through the dimensions to merge with and become One with Source contained in individual form. A single unity Christ conscious aspect of Self. 

To understand the differences, dimensions are accessible through the state of the soul’s conscious awareness whereas density is the state of Being. For example, humans are third density physical beings with fifth dimensional spiritual mind aspects.

An agreement is required between Gaia and a fifth dimensional soul aspect to provide a physical body through the agreement and union of two other third density beings. Higher dimensional beings cannot manifest into a physical body without prior agreement as it conflicts with universal free will for lower dimensional beings to choose their reality.

Third dimension is the soul’s awareness of the five senses feedback provided by a physical body – this feedback is in the form of mental, emotional and physical energy thoughtforms which constantly feed back the body’s conditional state in time and space. This is classed as ‘experience’. The physical Self at this level requires constant awareness as a survival requirement and does not like to be in any state that threatens continual assessment of its being or ego identity as physical vulnerability.

Fourth dimension is the higher state of the Soul Mind in a third density being. In a physical being, the Mind is always in a fourth dimensional state when in a thinking process above the animalistic survival process. This acts as a bridge between the awareness of the souls physical and spiritual Self. Quietening or resting awareness through meditation will help to reduce the number of inputs received from the thinking processes of the physical body. Practice of this technique commands the ego identity to gradually let go of its dominance by working on removing the fears that the ego presents in this state. This leads to a point of no mass or astral weightlessness in which one becomes aware of a state of being that is not contained within a thought but also not contained within the physical body. Stillness - this is the soul’s natural state. Complete openness to the higher self and letting go of the illusions of vulnerability to the physical self.

Fifth dimension is the state of the soul that is aware of the Love of Service to Other or Service to Self affinity and the higher vibrations normally require the presence of an etheric body – same state of mind and awareness of the individual Self but without the sensory input or attachment of a physical body. This is also the dream state in which the Over-soul may accomplish certain tasks or actions or provide feedback in the forms of dreams and inspirations to the lower Self. To reach fifth dimension whilst contained within a third density physical body requires transition of the mind through fourth dimension by removing all mental, emotional and physical inputs, the joining of the Mind with the etheric or astral body through intention. 

Sixth dimension again acts as a bridge to the next state of Being. This is the choice of the individual soul to either merge once again with the Over-soul or to continue as an individual aspect to allow further growth in the vibration of the soul to occur. One may wonder why an individual within fifth dimension would want to ‘give up’ its identity to become one again with the Over-soul. If you consider that an individual may have had hundreds of incarnations over many lifetimes to achieve particular experiences either successfully or unsuccessfully, they may then decide that they can proceed no further and have progressed as far as they can as an individual aspect. They may then choose to merge with their Over-soul – this may well be in resonance with an avatar, ascended master, guru or spiritual leader, Jesus, Mohammed, Buddha, Babaji. This would be similar to a third density soul on earth reaching a ‘good age’ on Earth and deciding it was time to ‘move on’.

Seventh dimension known as ‘heaven’ is a pure conscious state of being without attachment to an individualised identity or Self – requiring no physical or astral body. Existing as a ‘signature vibration’ or spiritual energy complex. A single chord amongst many – much like an individual radio station having its own style and identity but contained within a frequency band of countless other stations. Recognition is through the ‘tuning in’ process. Higher dimensional conscious spirit complexes may use the seventh dimension as a portal to 'step down' communications from much higher sources to assist singular conceptual understanding at the lower dimensions. It is here that we may connect with a number of higher souls acting as a collective consciousness such as the Great White Brotherhood or the Council of Nine.

Dimensional awareness is a creation of realised Self consciousness. All are only one realisation away from the next state of existence. 

2012 is not about a sudden change that happens overnight in which all will wake up with new abilities and understanding. It is not even about finding out that there is whole other Spirit world ‘out there’ full of 'dead' people and animals. Or even about discovering that there are in fact, many others who have already been through the evolutionary process, already solved all their social, political and environmental problems albeit on other planets, in other star systems, in other galaxies. What matters to you, here, now, in this place and time?

All beings live in a range of vibrations that are compatible to their conscious understanding and they create an energy body based on the vibrational materials available. Some people just simply do not want to experience a greater range of understanding because they are comfortable within a narrow band of conscious experience that they can control and can relate to. A person brought up in the country may feel stifled and trapped if circumstances placed them in the middle of a city. As the changes to the world occur, the points of reference that they use to define themselves are removed, they feel displaced and unsettled experiencing a loss of identity in the process. Those who wish to remain within their 'frequency band' of reality will get the choice but it is not going to be easy for them. 

Redefining the Self in relation to internal and external changes will be the key to survival in the forthcoming changes. The arrival of higher dimensional energies will gradually start to displace lower energies and it will feel difficult and uncomfortable to hold onto lower emotions that no longer feel compatible within the physical body. Illness and dis-ease follow the laws of cause and effect created due to blocks of lower stagnant energies as the body’s way of highlighting that certain aspects need addressing. All must re-align their bodies to adapt and absorb the higher energies available. The ONLY way to do this is to ensure that all lower energies that the body encounters, absorbs, feels and experiences are not held or stored in any format within the body. Feelings are normally dealt with by enveloping them with emotions for the ego to label and recognize, learn instead to find a more successful way to react to feelings that produce the lower emotions. Eating higher energy foods means that the body does not have to experience lower energy particles within its system. It will become more important to consider the energies carried within the food through its source rather than just the food itself whilst the body transforms by converting to a method of direct high energy absorption. 

In summary, once you have learnt to purge, eject and clear all lower energies currently residing within your energy bodies, you should look to maintain this higher state of vibration on a permanent basis – an energy diet in fact. In turn, the density of the physical body will naturally align and change to adapt to the higher energies – evolution through conscious choice rather than external adaption.

Yes - there is humour noted in the titles above. However, what an excellent name visualisation - thought vision (TV).

The 11.11.11 opened new portals within our energy bodies to allow a greater absorption of higher energies.

The energy normally used for daily activities is instead being used to activate, change and push out lower energies. Much sleep is needed. 
The Full Moon on the 10.12.11 brought direct vibrations that activated the pineal gland / third eye. 
This tiny gland controls the production of Melatonin which is dictated by quantity of exposure to sunlight. 
The pineal contain tiny crystallized light receptors which act in the same way as the rods and cones in the eyes retina in ‘perceiving’ light.
The receptors are tiny but can deal with intensively high vibrational sources of light (photons / neutrinos).
Imagine how small and incredibly bright an LED is compared to the larger but dimmer light bulb. 

The pineal ‘provides’ the light and colour of the higher dimensions to the internal mind.
It helps to fine tune and light up the pictures that are seen inside when meditating, visualising and dreaming.
The pineal ‘sees’ a greater perception of the world around us than the eyes – which are third density light only.
Fluoride calcifies and hardens the pineal and dulls and dims the internal picture.

Human eyes are made of carbon which has a limited range of light frequency from Infra Red through to Ultra Violet.
The pineal allows 'sight' of light frequencies well above the range than can be seen with the eyes. 

Placing awareness in the pineal gland and ‘feeling’ for the arrival of energy activates and ‘fires up’ the pineal. 
It creates a wavy distorted image which spirals and then starts to focus until the colours become sharper and much much brighter. The pineal acts as the gateway to the Crystal City – the doorway opens when the third eye is activated.
The colours here cannot be verbally described other than to say that they glow iridescently from within and the depth is far richer and deeper. Objects give off their own unique ‘created’ colour rather than reflect the light from another source.

11.11.11 opened the portals both with Gaia’s energy bodies as well as your own.

The Full Moon has brought forth and anchored in a source of current cosmic energies.

High dimensional energies are pouring in through the internal and external portals. 

Your bodies are used to dealing with localised energies or feelings from within you or from others – not from cosmic sources and so the 3dimensional ego mind is desperately trying to recognize and label the new patterns of vibrational energies by wrapping them with an ‘emotion’. 

These can be overwhelming and can be inappropriate for the situation that triggered them – for example, going completely over the top at the smallest thing or feeling upset at the slightest suggestion. 

This can be extremely confusing, tiring and draining and it does little to explain to others that it is based on ‘cosmic energies’

By purging all the lower emotions, you can learn to remove the ego's ability to call on emotions that are no longer necessary to be used for a higher conscious being. 

It is only by changing your mindset and completely surrendering and accepting the responses that the body will cope with the higher energies. 

All will feel like they no longer belong in their bodies unless they choose to adapt their mental processes to the new world around them. 

The world will change and some will not - it is happening right NOW.

Third Density is the density of calling. 

To move from lower density to higher requires the assistance of conscious beings already resonating to the higher densities.

Density shape and form is determined by the conscious awareness of the being that controls the energy bodies it exists within. 

Twenty five years ago, Gaia requested assistance to increase her vibrations in order to remove the negativity that was leading to her destruction.

Negative vibrations are any range of vibrations that are considered undesirable from the point of observation. 

A fifth dimensional being would regard certain vibrations as negative that third density beings might consider desirable and therefore positive. 

Negative is a repulsing movement of energy / positive is an attracting movement of energy. 

Anything that you determine is negative will be pushed away from you. Anything that you determine as positive will be attracted to you. 

A third density carbon cell structure cannot continue functioning within the increased vibrational frequencies of a planet moving its environment towards a higher density.

To move into a fourth density crystallized state of physical being requires conscious control over the entire structure. 

The knowledge of transforming density is not available to beings in the lower dimensions and requires assistance from creator beings.

Transformation of our bodies should occur at the same rate as that of Gaia – regular balancing of frequencies must take place to achieve this (monthly harmony).

Gaia will assist us if we ask for her help to balance.

We have a dual role at this point – firstly, channelling higher cosmic energies through us into the heart of Gaia, secondly accepting the converted stepped down frequencies from Gaia back into our own heart centres.

Full Moon – channel higher cosmic energies. New Moon – integrate Gaia fourth density energies 

It is a process of give and take. 

Each requires the attraction of love in order to create the movement of energy. 

We increase the well-being of another by giving of our own positive energy to another in the form of Love. 

Love is a high vibrational gift of energy.

To love ourselves is to know what another will experience through our gift of love to them.

All communication should be done with the gift of love as the movement of positive energy.

There are universal conceptual constructs that are multi dimensional and the understanding of them must be at many levels simultaneously. This requires multi functioning synaptic pathways to be constructed within your brain functions to provide you with a level of understanding that you may use to step down information into written and spoken language.

The standard patterning of your brain functions does not allow natural flows of information along these pathways so we are creating new pathways and new connections to assist your understanding. A higher density of synaptic firing of neurons will create greater quantities of heat and in turn pressure build up which will require dissipation through cooling.

The third density biological materials are not well suited to prolonged exposure of these activities. This will require further synchronicities with the changes to DNA to retain a greater amount of denser material in the form of silicates which will be used to insulate the mitochondria and nerve cells together with crystallization and electromagnetic axon alignment.

Much of this work will take place during your periods of rest and sleep of which you should conduct these actions frequently.

You will feel this as heat, pressure and discomfort until stabilised within your system. 

To find peace and calmness during a period of high intensity frequency integration is to find entry into the zero-point during this transition time. It is only in the stillness of zero-point that you are truly removed from the conceptualising and judgemental process of the lower 3dimensional mind. Any construct you envisage, any perception you believe, any feeling that you contemplate with this lower mind is purely an illusionary creation of the ego mind and not a reality. These lower thoughts and feelings occupy your vision and senses with an endless supply of material to keep the illusion in full flow around you. 

Entry into the zero point will place you within a point of stillness neither in time nor space, much like the eye of a hurricane contained within the whirling forces of your own energy constructs. It is only in zero-point that connection occurs with the higher dimensions and wisdom is received through direct communication from higher sources. It is the movement of information and step down into a chosen manner of personal interpretation that brings it back into 3dimensional understanding.

Expand your heart consciousness, feel it open and grow into a higher consciousness and leave behind the 3dimensional mind that is not capable of understanding or even taking you to the higher dimensions. The ascension process requires frequencies beyond that which is occupied by 3dimensional identities – it is a higher aspect of you that steps into the new world not a polished version of your current self. The process of unravelling your current attachment to your 3dimensional life is a matter of choice and timing.

Practising access to the zero point through alignment with the heart will stabilise you with the higher vibrations that surround you and bring you into balance with your mental, emotional and spiritual body. Once these are energized with the higher frequencies, your physical body will follow by changing to a crystalline structure. Your vision of the caduceus represents the equalizing of the energy bodies during this process and the spirit being set free from the constraints of the lower mind. 

Intention is the key and willingness to feel with your heart rather than listen to your head. Your head will tell you - but with your heart. you will just know. Form is always in movement, only energy lasts forever.
